Chapter 874
Nice Bike
Ally led the angry group of bikers a few miles across a dirt back road to an old mine excavation site. She now stood out in front of her SUV as she waited for them to arrive. Her M4 was loaded with a hundred round magazine. It rested atop the hood of her SUV. She didn't want to seem too threatening, at least not right away.
She watched as the bikers closed in on her position. They needed to slow down dramatically because of the condition of the rough dirt road that led to the excavation site. She'd also created a dust cloud that they couldn't see through unless they traveled at a much slower speed than she'd been able to do. They needed to be able to see where the road actually was at.
The bikers slowed as they saw the SUV was 'stuck' at the end of a canyon drop off. They saw that Ally was cornered and didn't have anywhere to go. She looked like a helpless damsel in distress.
Ally pushed the button on her modified remote key fob to turn on her headlights and she was silhouetted with the lights behind her.
The bikers rolled in one by one and formed a semicircle about thirty feet from her. The abandoned open shaft of a mine was behind them at this point. It waited for them. It called silently to them. They just didn't know it yet. They didn't have Terminator hearing. They couldn't hear what she heard. They didn't know the future was about to call.
Ally pushed the button on her modified remote key fob again. The headlights on her SUV turned off.
The biker's headlights now illuminated her. The bikers turned off their engines, most put down their kickstands. There was a pecking order. Some of those higher up in the hierarchy would be able to 'go again' before some even were able to have their first turn.
The leader put down his kickstand. He stood and started to approach her. He patted thick layers of dirt and dust off of himself as he walked. He created his own mini dust storm around him as he walked towards her.
Ally was ready to 'play the game' on her own terms. She had total confidence in her team.
CamNet indicated Ally was to give the bikers one more chance to ride away. That was at the urging of Young Allison because Anna insisted that Young Allison allow one more option before things went terminal. Young Allison didn't think the option needed to be offered at all. The fact that the bikers were at the location that they were indicated what their intentions were and that they didn't want to 'just ride away'.
"Stop there and state your intentions." Ally said.
The biker leader could see Ally perfectly illuminated in the headlights of the motorcycles. He liked what he saw and could hardly wait to 'get started'. He'd dealt with a dozen of females like her over the years. Most were a little older. A few were younger. All of them were dealt with the same way. They were all brutally assaulted and beaten. None of them were left alive to testify against any of the bikers. His preference was for a young mother with a small child. The young mother was very compliant with anything they told her to do to try to protect the child. She didn't know that both of them would be buried in the same shallow grave. The coyotes would dig them up and clean their bones off at some point in time.
The biker leader stopped about fifteen feet away from Ally to make a show in front of his followers. He was the leader and he liked to play things up. He also needed to establish and maintain his dominance over the others. He didn't want to wake up with a knife in his back as one of his underlings decided that they were going to take over the group. That was how he'd moved up when he assumed leadership of the biker gang.
"My intention is to strip you naked and everyone is going to have a couple of 'turns', Bitch. Then I'm going to bust you up." The leader said.
Ally was aware of what was going to happen. Hell was about to be unleashed on the bikers. They didn't have a clue of what was coming. She wanted to carry out CamNet's directive to see if anyone wanted to ride away. She doubted they would.
"Does that apply to all of you?" Ally asked loudly. "I want a response."
They all answered with laughter, provocative responses, threats and profanities. It was clear what their intentions were.
The biker leader looked back at his followers and waved his hands up and down in the air to egg them on. Everyone was highly emotional at this point. Some of the bikers begin to use different forms of drugs as well as drink different types of alcohol. It was clear they planned to turn it into a big party for themselves. They all liked it because it was an isolated location and about three miles away from the main road. No one would hear what happened where they were at. They knew that no one would hear the screams of the trashy slut. Some of them thought that that was too bad since that was usually the best part.
"You're going to die screaming, Bitch." The leader said. "I just want you to know that I'm personally going to bust you up. I want you to know that will all happen while you're still alive and probably before we start in on the third round."
The bikers were all off their bikes now. They started to move forward. They didn't realize they'd just signed their own death warrants. Some of them took jackets and vests off and left them on their bikes. They didn't want too much in their way when it was their turn.
Ally gave them one more chance to repent and live.
"WE will give you one last chance to ride away peacefully." Ally said. "WE can't allow this type of behavior. If you proceed any further, WE will have to respond."
The bikers looked at each other and wondered what this nutty Bitch was high on. She was obviously hopped up on something. They weren't clear if she understood what was about to happen to her. She didn't seem to have any fear. She definitely must be high on something not be able to comprehend her future.
The leader looked around and laughed.
"Who's - WE?" The leader asked. "Look around. You're all alone and fresh out of friends."
The group of bikers moved closer. They laughed even more. The jeers, insults and threats were constant and increased in veracity.
There was a whine in the background that started to grow in volume.
The bikers all heard it now and looked around and at each other. They didn't know what it was. They thought it sort of sounded like jet engines but not quite. They weren't sure where the sound actually came from. It sounded like it was in the canyon behind the nutty slut.
The leader was highly agitated at how smug Ally was. It actually irritated him that she didn't seem like she was afraid. It was very unusual behavior. Even another biker gang would show fear when the two gangs faced off with each other. This nutty slut seemed like she was having a good time. He didn't see anyone else around there or in the SUV. He wanted to know who she referred to. He thought that he might even take her tongue first before they got started.
"Who's – WE?" The leader asked again.
Ally really wished that Sheila would have been there with her. She knew that Sheila would appreciate what was about to happen and the way it happened.
"H – K and ME." Ally said.
The bikers looked confused and scared. It was clear that something was happening there they didn't understand.
Behind Ally a drone popped up. It suddenly appeared from inside the canyon. It took up a position above and behind her SUV. It was slightly off to the side. It was flanked on either side of the small peninsula by two more HK drones. Both of them were about eighty feet on both sides of her. It gave them a good position to flank the group of bikers and stay out of each others 'field of fire'.
The three drones covered the bikers with their miniguns.
The bikers were clearly intimidated by whatever this goofy broad tried to pull.
There was also a drone overhead that locked up the group of bikers with two missiles. They were in pretty close to Ally for a missile shot. The drone would actually fire the missile behind the bikers and let the shrapnel do the trick. It recorded the entire encounter.
Ally tried not to laugh but you couldn't help it. The smile on her face beamed from ear to ear. She clearly enjoyed the position that she was in. She knew that none of the bikers were going to take the offer but she wanted to make it one more time just to mess with them.
"This is your last chance to leave and live." Ally said loudly. "That's unless there's actually a few real men in the group of sissies that I'm currently looking at."
The leader made a move to draw a weapon from his waistband. Other bikers reached for weapons as well.
Ally moved with lightning speed. She reached back and brought her M4 into action. Before she even was able to fire her first round all three drones opened up with their miniguns. The rounds of the drone behind her passed safely above her head. It was actually a little bit off to one side.
The drones fired an overlapping burst of three seconds. They each pumped out one hundred rounds a second. The group of bikers fell in four seconds. It took some of them that extra second to reach the ground. Some of them were slumped over their shattered bikes before they slid to the hard baked dusty dirt, which greedily soaked up their blood.
The only one left standing was the leader. That was by design.
He looked around in shock and tried to raise his pistol. He couldn't believe that his entire group was dead in basically what was the blink of an eye.
Ally fired one shot, it shattered his wrist. His pistol fell to the ground.
She really wished that Sheila was there with her now. She decided to play things up a little bit and taunt him.
"Do you wish to live and submit to just punishment for you past crimes?" Ally asked.
There was a string of curses and the leader reached down with his other hand to pick up his pistol.
Ally was done with the game. It was time to finish up. She was still going to be needed at the assault of the building later on.
She fired a second time and the bullet struck him in the top of the head as he bent over. It passed horizontal through his body and exited out of his rear end. He dropped like a rock. His face impacted a rock in the dirt, which knocked his front teeth out.
The two drones that flanked her moved closer. Al and Steve hopped off of them.
The three drones all circled the area once and headed back up to altitude.
Steve looked around at the carnage.
"I have to say what I just witnessed was rather impressive." Steve said. "It looks like there was some careful planning on someone's part."
Al was equally impressed.
"I don't think you needed us." Al said. "We were instructed to come anyway."
Ally looked at the group of fallen bikers. There was smoke that poured out of some of the damaged bikes. About half of them were on their sides at this point. There were still a few deceased bikers slumped over their rides.
"You didn't expect me to clean this mess up by myself did you?" Ally asked. "We'll dump everything in the open shaft. If there are any missiles left over after we hit the warehouse, two of them will be used to collapse the shaft and bury this trash forever."
The three of them started to work. They dumped everything and the dead into the open shaft. The motorcycles and all went down the open shaft as well. It took some time to collect everything and drop it into the shaft.
Ally thought that it was really nice that someone dug the final resting place for the bikers and their motorcycles over a hundred years ago.
Soon there was the sound of a single motorcycle as it approached her.
They hurried to get the last of the bikes and bikers into the hole.
The motorcycle headlight danced through the still dusty air as the last bike approached. It appeared the 'lookout' that they left behind near the main highway must have heard something. He decided to come to investigate what happened to his fellow gang members.
Al and Steve moved to the SUV and out of direct sight.
Ally wasn't done playing her game.
She turned the lights on again on the SUV. She wanted to light herself up. She slung her M4.
The motorcycle pulled up close to her, the biker looked around, there should be more of his gang here, there wasn't. He looked around a little bit confused. There was nowhere else that they could have gone. They must have come here. He would have seen them if they'd turned off somewhere on his way there.
Ally thought she could have a little bit more fun.
"Did you lose something or need something?" Ally asked. "How may I be of assistance?"
The biker got off his bike. He looked around him but not down at the ground. He sized up Ally and thought of the different ways he was going to assault her. He liked all of the ways that he could think of. His main dilemma was which one he would actually start with first. He didn't like mouthy broads and it appeared that there was a mouthy broad right in front of him.
"Nope. It looks like I found me something though." The biker said as he walked toward her. "I'm gonna get me some 'tang', before I kill you."
Ally thought about what the biker leader told her.
"Will you do all of that before or after you bust me up?" Ally asked.
The biker paused for a moment as he looked at her. That was what the leader normally said to one of the sluts before they jumped her and started in on her. He was sure that the crazy Bitch must have heard that from the leader. Where was he?
Ally actually liked the next part. She thought it was the part that Sheila would enjoy the most if she were there with her.
"Do you wish to live and submit to just punishment for you past crimes?" Ally asked.
The biker started laughing.
"You are one nutty slut. You must be hopped up on something for sure." The biker said. "Come here, Bitch."
Ally boldly stood her ground. She didn't even bother to unsling her M4. Humans weren't a threat to Terminators. The biker certainly wasn't a threat to her.
"Come and get it." Ally said. "It's just us and nineteen ghosts."
The biker stopped. He knew that something was up but he didn't know exactly what it was. There were nineteen of his friends that set out to put the grab on her. That was a little too coincidental that she knew the exact number and there was no sign of his associates.
"What's that supposed to mean?" The biker asked.
Ally didn't have a problem to tell him exactly what it meant.
"Your low life loser friends are all dead." Ally said.
The biker was angered by her statement and smugness. He really planned to carve her up good as he worked on her.
"You're crazy, you nutty Bitch." The biker said.
Ally was sure that was true to some extent. It seemed everyone was a little crazy at times. She just thought some people were a little crazier a lot more times. Sheila came to mind for one of them. She wasn't done messing with the biker yet.
"Look at the ground." Ally said. "What do you see?"
The biker looked down at the ground. He saw fresh blood trails and drag marks in the baked dry dusty earth. He saw some teeth next to a bloody rock right next to him. He didn't know that was where the leader died. He wondered where the rest of his friends were.
Now the wheels slowly started to click in his head that maybe something bad happened to them. He didn't see how that was possible. It was the far off sound of gunfire that brought him from his post behind the old building where he'd served as a lookout.
"What did you do, you crazy Bitch?" The biker asked.
Ally thought she should be very explicit in what she'd done. She thought she was rather clear with this individual as well.
"I gave them a chance to ride away." Ally said. "Their actions were what killed them, not me. They needed to make a choice and they made the wrong choice. You're all alone and no one will you were a coward if you decided to take the offer of your just punishment."
The biker felt very uneasy. It wasn't a feeling he experienced very often. It was the insane broad that was in front of him that caused the reaction. No one threatened his 'junk' and would be allowed to live. The time for talking was done. It was time for some action.
"I'm going to kill you, you nutty Bitch." The biker said as he advanced on her.
Ally couldn't help but laugh. She always loved being a Terminator in front of people from the present who had no idea what a Terminator was. There was always a time lag before the reality of the situation sunk into their small minds.
"You can't kill me." Ally said. "Even if you tried."
The biker listened to all he was going to put up with. It was time to show this crazy Bitch how he dealt with her kind.
"As soon as I'm done with you, I'm going to kill you." The biker said. "I'll probably get off one more time as I hear you beg for death."
Ally was reminded to give him one more chance to walk away or ride away in this case. She thought it was a waste of time but she went ahead and did it anyway.
"Do you wish to live and submit to the offer of your just punishment?" Ally asked again.
The biker walked forward and closed on her. He didn't like this mouthy and bold slut. He was going to relish teaching her a lesson and listen to her beg for her life.
The biker pulled out a switchblade and lunged at her.
Ally grabbed his forearm. She crushed the bones in it. His forearm was now one quarter of its original size where she grabbed him and closed her fist with all of her Terminator strength. He let out a scream. The knife fell from his ruined arm, which now hung down at a crazy ninety degree angle downward.
The biker tried to comprehend the severity of the damage done to his arm. There was massive nerve damage that could ever be repaired. Even if his hand could be saved, it would be completely useless.
Ally was clearly still in a playful mood.
"You're lucky I don't want to mess up my clothes." Ally said.
She grasped his neck with her hand. She choked him as she lifted him of the ground.
He flailed around wildly as he tried to use his crushed arm to free himself.
Ally decided to give him one last chance.
"Do you wish to live and submit to the offer of your just punishment?" Ally asked again. "It is your choice."
There was only a garbled stream of insults and profanities.
Ally flicked her wrist and his neck snapped. She walked the short distance to the shaft and tossed him in on top of the shattered motorcycles and dead bikers.
"The gang's all here." Ally joked.
Al and Steve walked back up to her.
"That was overly dramatic." Al said.
Al and Steve would have ended things sooner. They didn't understand her enjoyment taunting the bikers. Individuals like that should be terminated as soon as possible. They were clearly a threat to the future.
Ally actually thought there was some importance behind what she'd done.
"I have Allison's memories of Scavengers from her future and I know of the previous 'Biker Incident'." Ally said. "They were given a choice. They made their choice, not me."
Ally looked over at the motorcycle. It was the only one out of the group that wasn't destroyed by gunfire.
Steve went over and looked at the motorcycle.
"That's a nice bike." Steve said.
Ally could see that it was one of the newer and better motorcycles that the bikers possessed.
"Do you want it?" Ally asked. "It is the only one that wasn't damaged by minigun rounds."
The Resistance team knew that there were certain advantages to motorcycles in their line of work. Based upon their current location it wasn't practical for them to put the grab on the motorcycle. There was actually a far more superior form of transportation available to Al and Steve.
"We need to get back to our vehicle." Al said. "We'll ride the drones back. That's a much better ride."
Ally thought it would have been nice to see Sheila ride around naked on it. She could be like some modern day Lady Godiva.
"That's too bad." Ally said.
She picked up the bike and threw it in on top of the other motorcycles and dead bikers.
"What a waste of machinery." Ally said.
Ally looked at the makeshift tomb.
"They just didn't get it." Ally said.
Steve and Al waited for their drone rides to come pick them up.
"A taste of the future was more than they could bear." Steve said.
The drones arrived and they were soon on their way. There was still one more battle to fight before the night was done.
Young Allison watched the video feed as the events in the desert unfolded. She also viewed the events that transpired at the old 'day care' center.
She watched as twenty people died because she'd spotted the 'threat' the bikers posed to Ally and her request for CamNet's assistance to 'help'.
It was clearly a blood bath and a turkey shoot.
Young Allison said nothing as she watched what she set into motion played itself out.
Anna observed her but said nothing either as she scanned Young Allison. She still felt it was something that Young Allison shouldn't have involved herself with.
"I'm glad no one else was here to witness this." Anna said.
Young Allison understood that to mean her mother and Allison.
"Why not?" Young Allison asked. "We won and they lost."
Anna wanted to check if maybe Young Allison experienced some remorse.
"Doesn't the death of twenty people bother you?" Anna asked.
Young Allison was a little bothered by the incident but only because it was something new for her. She wasn't bothered by the fact of who the individuals were that were terminated. She felt that they were given more than ample warning and the option to just ride away. She only used that option at the insistence of Anna. Next time something like that happened there wouldn't be any warnings or a chance to ride away.
"Not for those creeps." Young Allison said. "They all were provided with a choice. They were all future Scavengers. I know what Scavengers have done to Jesse, Vanna, and Allison. They'll do it to me as well or try to anyway."
Anna suppressed a glitch impulse with Young Allison's statement.
"That's never going to happen to you." Anna said.
Young Allison knew that it was still a very real possibility going forward. The type of individuals that committed those crimes were out there.
"I don't want it to happen to anyone, especially Savannah, Summer, mom or Jan." Young Allison said. "Or me either, as far as that goes."
Anna knew that was a top priority of Cameron. It was a top priority of all of the Terminators.
"There will be Terminators to protect you and them." Anna said.
Young Allison wanted to point out that not all other groups of females were as lucky or would be as lucky to have their own personal Terminator to help protect them.
"Then it was done to help protect all the other females who will be savaged, mutilated and killed by Scavengers." Young Allison said. "If I'm supposed to help people in the future. Then that's exactly what was just done. It was done preemptively. There's no reason to wait for the savagery to occur before somebody does something. Society is very reluctant to punish criminals for their bad behavior. Someone needs to stand up and make a statement. I just made a statement."
Anna was secretly pleased with the Young Allison's decision and bold actions. She still needed to make sure that there wouldn't be some type of latent PTSD over what happened. She didn't think that there would be but she did want to leave the option open to deal with it if there was.
"If this incident bothers you, let me know or speak with Savannah." Anna said.
Young Allison felt it was a non issue. There was nothing to worry about when something was morally right and could prevent the abuse of females.
"It won't and I will if it does." Young Allison said. "This is no different to me than any of the other operations I've monitored or studied. It's the same 'feeling' I experienced as Cameron and her teams cleaned up the fanatical Grays minutes before this."
Anna knew Cameron would be pleased with Young Allison's 'progress'. She wondered if Cameron would have her 'kill' in the past or wait until she returned to the present.
That would be the true test of her training. She would need to kill face to face and up close to prove she was capable.
Young Allison was very satisfied with the outcome of the biker incident in the desert and that Ally, Steve and Al were all undamaged. It was Savannah she was worried about. The situation seemed very fluid at the old 'day care' center. There was still one major target to take down too.
"I need to find out more about Savannah." Young Allison said.
She was worried about Gail too. Gail took the damage that was meant for Savannah. It actually made her wonder about what the true relationship was between Gail and Savannah. Somehow it was different then her relationship and interaction with the other Terminators.
I Don't Really Have Many Friends
There's really no one anywhere
That I have anything in common with
In the past, present or future
To think otherwise would be a myth
Some things need to happen
Friends become a liability
When push comes to shove
Few seem to have reliability
Just one more thing
To make me feel all alone
Life would be much simpler
If I could have a clone
To do as life dictates
Leaves little room for anyone
I wonder what it is like
To play and have fun
I don't play fair, I play to win
The means justifies the ends
They don't always like the way I do things
I don't really have many friends
Nobody
