Three days after the Krang's defect

The rain pours down hard on a sealed window, a man's reflection is even on the clear glass as he writes down in his notebook. He was listening to the sound of the rain hitting his window, taking some glances outside, looking at the city turning dark and gloomy, all is quiet for only the night. After the horrible gruesome event took place.

It had only been three days since the Krang Invasion, and the city is working to rebuild itself from the damage they have caused, the tall building is covered by the pink tentacles with broken windows, crumped parts lay on the ground, and small houses have been smashed to pieces, the road has been broken and the once Metro Tower is ruined. No one saw who managed to stop the Krang and ruined the huge device from the sky, but at least they will be back to their normal loves.

Some will, only time will tell. He looks up from his notebook and sees his reflection from the wet window, his pale skin hues from the light of his blue lab lamp, his blonde hair and brown hair, some wrinkles show his age. He is dressed in a blouse with his two buttons undone and his sleeves roll up and stop between his elbow, black slack pants, and brown dress shoes. He let out a tired sigh, going back to his writing. In his notebook, are formulas and plans, along with a blueprint for a huge building. He rubs his face, feeling tired once more. He reaches to grab his cup filled with warm coffee, he brings it to his lips, and drinks the liquid as he can feel his body reacting to the caffeine. He let out a breathful sigh and return to his writing.

Suddenly, he hear the sound of his iPhone ringed. He stopped his writing, picked up the phone, answer it, and held it by his ears. "Eric Sacks." He responds. Then he groaned. "What do you want Rockwell?" He rubs between his eyebrows. His position straightens up. "What? Now?" He stands up. "Are you kidding me?" He grabs his glasses and put them on between the bridge of his nose. "Okay, I'm on my way. See you there." He hangs up.

Eric open the door to leave his room, as he walked down the hallway of what looked like a facility. He places his hand on the stair handle and steps down the stairs that lead to a deep stairway. The only sound he can hear is the construction workers putting up the rails and hammering and his footstep on the metal stairs. He pays no mind to it, only focusing on his way down to his location.

He reached the end, then he froze and spot his two workers talking to a tall man dressed in a long black trench coat, a white clean blouse with a black tie, black slack pants, and black dress shoes, his hair is slick back and black and he wore sunglasses when it's dark and barely dim lighted. There is something about this man that can strike fear in normal mortals, and yet mysterious too. His fellow workers look very nervous and seem like they are having trouble trying to keep him entertained and thinking of another conversation, he can't blame them when they are face to face with a powerful man.

So he make his way to the three while trying to look professional and smiled. He won't admit it but he felt nervous as well, but he kept a brave face. It's best to not show fear than to admit defeat and surrender.

But as soon as his presence can be known, the man turns his head and face him. The reflection of his glasses appear to Eric as he stopped before him. "Eric Sacks." The man spoke.

"Agent John Bishop." Eric nodded. "I was surprised to hear that you have decided to come here, right when we are about to start making progress."

"Yes, I can understand you are almost done with your whole lab." Bishop pointed out, scanning the area around them. "But I wanted to come and check, I am a curious man after all." His glasses seem to be aiming at Eric, he felt himself gulping in fear. Behind his glasses, his eyes locked on him.

Eric clears his throat, trying to change the topic in the air. "Yes sir." He acknowledged, smoothing his blouse shirt. "As you can see, we are setting up everything for our construction and hopefully with your permission, we can start our research." He added, feeling Bishop's eyes staring deeper.

He turns away before Eric can feel his glare go deep through his soul. "Of course." He nodded, turning away from his whole body while his hands are behind his back. His head slowly turns, facing Eric. "Any word of the strange suspect we caught two days ago?"

"We are testing it as of right now, it is quite a fighter." He answered back. "We have to use the prods to keep it under control. We almost lost our new workers trying to experiment."

They heard running footstep sounds coming their way, echoing through the empty hallway. Running in their way is a slender man with pale skin, black hair, brown eyes, a polo shirt with black work pants, and black dress shoes. He wears a white lab coat like the two workers behind Bishop and Eric. He stopped before them as he panted from the running. "Eric! It is getting out of control!" He gasped.

"What?" Eric blinked. He was motioned to follow him, leaving Bishop behind. But Bishop soon followed after him.

They stormed past several rooms, one that was not fully complete and had been done before. Each room they passed, Bishop look at each of them like he wants to be sure everything is on the right track. Then they walked pasted a single door that look complete with a door and a danger sign, it piqued his interest and his curiosity. His eyes narrowed at the sign behind his sunglasses.

The co-worker opens a door and lets Eric in. Bishop let himself in too, only to stop and gasp at the sight before them.

On a platform is Sister Krang, who is being electrocuted by the electric prods. She let out a loud screech, only to be hit again. Two days ago, she was defeated by the turtles, their human friends, and the rat, leaving her alone and being experimented on by the lab workers. She growled at them. "You humans are making a grave mistake!" She roared.

Bishop moved close to Sister, showing no fear. "The biggest mistake is showing yourself on Earth's ground." He proclaimed. "Now you are under the control of the EDF. You and your kind harmed many innocent lives and took over the Metro Tower." He finished with a glare.

Sister Krang can sense his glare and let out a laugh. "Ha! And we were so close too!" But she was cut short by a hit of the prod and let out a loud scream of pain.

A tall built man heads his way to Eric. His hair is brown and his face has bread of the same shade in short trimmed, hazel eyes, wear a white blouse with brown work pants, black dress shoes, and a lab coat. He let out a gulp. "I have a bad feeling sir." He started, looking at Sister Krang. "We are facing an unknown creature from who knows what."

"Just continued our experiment on this thing," Eric ordered him.

Another hit of the prods, Sister Krang let out a loud screening scream. The scream caused every table and chair and even shock the windows. Afraid of them breaking, Eric run to a wall that have a huge blue button, pressed it and a loud alarm blared the room. The scream caused the nearby table to shake and a small clank sound is heard from Bishop. The platform rose up, creating a cage and locking Sister Krang in. She hit the glass cage, but it wouldn't shatter.

Bishop kneels down to the floor, picking up what seems to be a small little tube. Inside is a green bug with green ooze inside its abdomen. It buzzed and fly rapidly, like a normal bug trapped in a kid's cruel trap. The ooze glowed green, flashing on his face, and hit his sunglasses.

"Don't touch it!" Eric shouted, snatching the tube off his hand. He put it inside his jacket.

"Where did you get it?" Bishop questioned him, standing up straight.

"I found it! So what?" Eric turns his back on him, staring at Sister Krang who tried to escape the glass cage, but it stand strong. "I am doing a very important research on this thing."

Bishop dusted his trench jacket. "Just be careful with it. We do now know what it is capable of out if it's the connection to the strange mutant outbreak happening." He added. "New York may not notice it, but I do. So be wise."

Eric just roll his eyes at this, not caring about what he said. "I will do as I pleased Bishop." He faced the two co-workers. "Rockwell! Falco! Any news on our business?"

The man with the brown hair, Rockwell, clear his throat as he pulls out a clipboard rested between his arm and chest and read through the paperwork. "As long the construction and our shipping equipment stay on track, we will be done by next year." He informed him, the man with the black, Falco, nodded.

Eric nodded. "Good, good. Let's keep it up and stay on track." He moved his body to face Bishop. "Bishop, in my office please."

Bishop can only nod and sigh. "Very well." So he followed him.

Eric took his seat, placing his hands on his desk while Bishop sat across from him. Bishop takes a good look at Eric's office. A cool beige color wall, white ceiling with a moving fan, and hardwood floor. The window is huge enough for a grand view of New York, the curtains pulled aside. A small desk by the window has a nice plant in a pot and his coffee cup. File cabinets on the right side of the room and a small trash can. A huge plant pot on the left side and a coat rack. Bishop then faces Eric, who has his hands folded.

"Alright, let's talk about our agreement of your force working with my company." Eric started, giving him a stone-cold expression.

"Yes, about that." Bishop took off his sunglasses, rub the bridge between his nose, and put the glasses back on. "I think I have seen enough to know what is going on and I have to tell you that our deal will not happen." He informed Eric.

Who's face dropped the cold expression into a look of shock. "What? What do you mean it will not happen?!" He shouted.

"I work on saving the earth from extraterrestrial threats, and yours is something that can harm others," Bishop explained.

Eric stands up from his seat, looking very disappointed. "Excuse me! I am a scientist, not a murderer!" Eric yelled at him.

But Bishop remained still on his seat. "You may think that you're not, but I can see right through you." He said coldly. "The little bug is proof enough."

"The bug!?" Eric glared, angry that the reason is the bug inside his coat. "I am just doing important research on it! It could be something to save everyone!"

"I do not believe so," Bishop added. "So I'm afraid I have expanded my visits." He stood up, straightening his jacket. "I bid you good night and good luck." With that last sentence, he turn and left his office.

Eric can feel his body huffing with rage inside. Bishop close their deal all because of that small bug he have caught five days ago? It shouldn't matter what he thinks, he has his workers experiment on the strange creature like Bishop asked and he did as he was told. He didn't start this company just to be set aside for one little mistake.

He let out the loudest voice in his lungs, shouting at Bishop if he can hear him. "You think I am not doing my part?!" He shouted loud. "I will show you! I will show the EDF that I am not a monster!!" He panted.

Coming to view is Rockwell, he is holding the clipboard and seems quite nervous. He turns his head at the direction Bishop has left and back to Eric. "Well, that seems to be going well." He added nervously.

"Shut up! That fool has no idea what he is talking about." He flopped down onto his seat, rubbing his forehead in irritation.

"He is the leader of the Earth Defense Forces." Rockwell pointed out to him. "He knows more than you or anyone of us."

He looks up to Rockwell. "Not as long I have the key to all our trouble." He pulls out the same tube with the oozequito. The green glow flashed on his face as he glaze at the bug. "Then I will show him."

Bishop stands outside and a few feet away from the building. He looks up at the city, watching the rain pouring hard as if it's pure water from heaven that can remove the evil that plagues their home. So many lives have been lost and many have been taken in to remove the Krang's control. As the leader of the EDF, it is his duty to stop the unexpended from harming humans and protecting their earth. He let out a quiet sigh, this was not going as planned and not what he expected.

By him is a man that is a head shorter than him and holding an umbrella over Bishop. He wears the same suit as Bishop, but only he wears a black short jacket, his hair is brown and his eyes are purple. "S-Sir, now what?" He asked nervously.

"Eric doesn't know what the buds can do and where it comes from," Bishop answered back to him, right when a black convertible sports car arrived. Bishop turns his head and stares at the man. "Harry, I want you to watch him and report to me of what he has done." He gave him an order.

"Yes Sir." Harry nodded in understatement. He then opens the side door for Bishop to get in. Once he is inside, he moved to the driver's side. He opens the door, revealing no one in, shocks the water off his umbrella, and gets inside. He pushes a button with a label called 'Auto drive' and turns it off.

In the rearview mirror, Bishop's sunglasses eyes are seen. "It's only a matter of time before the city suffers another outbreak." He took off his sunglasses, only his eyes are close tight. "I can't let that happen." He opens his eyes, revealing the same purple eyes as Harry.

The car drove off and into the city, Thunder boomed loud, and lightning struck from the sky. Behind them, the building is almost done and in full view. On top of the building is a sign that has been intact, revealed to all in a full bright blue color of light.
