The water from the shower head cascaded downwards, drenching both Asterios and Koneko. The latter was on a stool, her hands lathered with shampoo as she scrubbed the pinkish-red part of Asterios' wild mane. The Minotaur was sitting on the floor, enjoying the running water.

"You got blood in your hair again," Koneko said as she scrubbed.

"sorry," Asterios apologised as he sat in their shower "that you have to keep cleaning me".

"I told you that I don't mind," Koneko waved away his apologies as she continued to wash his hair, slowly the pink red was turning back to white as she scrubbed it. She moved up from his hair to his horns as she noticed that the tip of it had some blood on it.

With the water falling on them, she tried to wipe away the blood from the horn tip, but found that it wasn't coming off. She picked at it with her nails, but to her surprised it wasn't a foreign object. It was just red coloring of his horn.

Shrugging, Koneko stepped down from the stool and grabbed a nozzle spray "I saw how you went ham on that Fallen Angel, never seen you that angry before." She pressed the trigger to rinse away the suds "I thought it was pretty cool."

Asterio didn't answer as he allowed Koneko to spray him with the nozzle, giving him another direction of water splashing his body, before she stopped as the suds with the blood drained away.

"he wanted to hurt issei," he answered as she stopped spraying him "so i went in and attacked."

"I'm surprised you found him before the Fallen Angel attacked," Koneko replaced the nozzle spray and grabbed the shampoo bottle. She handed it to him and said "Your turn."

A giant hand grabbed the bottle as Koneko took a seat on the stool. She winced as he pressed and let out just a bit too much shampoo in his palm, but relaxed as his hand landed on her head and started to lather it on her head.

With his huge size, Koneko felt her body sway a bit. But it felt nice enough that it wasn't an issue.

"i was already at the park," he answered "i asked president if i could search around the area. she let me, and i looked around the forest and the park the whole day."

Asterios stopped lathering the shampoo, causing Koneko to lift up her head and shake it to get rid of the dizziness, spraying some of it around her. She looked up at him and tilted her head "So that's where you were today." She inched in closer, prompting Asterios to scoot back a bit, and she let the water from the main nozzle wash away the shampoo "Why were you looking around there?"

"i wanted to find amano yuuma," Asterios answered "she had hurt and killed issei, so i wanted to find her and kill her. so i saw another person with black hair attacking issei, i attacked."

"Yuuma is a girl Asterios, the Fallen Angel you messed up was a guy."

"i know, i was just so angry that i didn't notice at first."

Koneko eyes widened for a split moment, before they relaxed. She reached for the faucet and turned off the water, then she reached for the body wash. "You really wanted to avenge Issei-senpai huh?" She pressed out a good amount on her hands.

"he's a good friend," Asterios took the body wash.

Koneko paused as she was applying the soap on her body to give him a look.

"beside you, president, vice-president, and yuuto. issei is the one that talks to me the most. Even if he gets angry when i talk about you koneko." he allowed the soap to dribble out of the bottle into his palm "he's nice, and when he was talking about amano yuuma he was really happy. and amano yuuma shouldn't have hurt someone that she made feel so happy."

Koneko lowered her eyes as the words, her arms falling to her side.

Asterios placed the bottle down and scrubbed the soap onto his body, washing it clean. It felt nice, and it smelt really nice afterwards to.

"That's nice that you did that for him," Koneko said.

"thank you."

There was silence as Asterios continued to lather the soap onto his body.

"Would you, do the same for me?"

He paused at the question, and looked at Koneko.

She was looking down, keeping her face hidden from him. "If there was someone that had hurt me," her shoulders shook as she hugged herself "Even if that person was to protect me and keep me safe. If she had hurt me, would you also try and fight them?"

"yes." Asterios answered immediately "koneko is precious to me, and if someone hurt koneko than i'd fight them and chase them away."

She lifted her head.

"because if koneko is happy," Asterios lifted his fingers to his cheek and pushed a smile on his face "then i am happy as well."

She saw the sincerity in his eyes, well what she could see past the wet hair falling over his face, and she could felt her face turn as red as the eyes she was staring at.

"Thanks." She whispered with a smile on her face, and continued to lather the rest of her body.

"you're welcome."

[Scene]

The next day, Asterios and Koneko's usual entrance didn't draw the usual looks. Apparently, Issei Hyoudou and Rias Gremory had walked to school together, and the whole concept was so mind blowing to the student body, it was the talk of the day.

Asterios did find himself at the end of some questions, to his surprise. His classmates had, at first, asked where he had been yesterday. He gave the excuse he was supposed to give.

"i was sick."

He was aware of the teacher about to ask something about a call, but when he looked at her to ask what she meant, she denied asking the question.

But when they asked why Issei had come to school accompanied by Rias. They thought he knew, since he and Koneko were in the same class. But Asterios didn't really have an answer. And neither did Koneko, who just shrugged at the questions thrown her way.

Later that day, Koneko and Asterios were in the clubhouse. Asterios in his chair, while Koneko was on his lap eating chocolates. Rias had been there first, and she informed them about a 'new member' that was about to join, before she went to the shower that was in the same room.

Then Yuuto walked in, with someone following after him.

"Minos-san?!"

"hello issei," Asterios waved at the bewildered brunette "welcome to the club."

[Scene]

"Wait," Issei looked around bewildered at the people around him.

Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima, the two Big Sisters of Kuoh Academy.

Koneko Toujou, The School Mascot.

Yuuto Kiba, the Handsome Prince.

And even Asterios Minos, the lucky son of a bitch that was dating Koneko!

"Are you telling me, that all of you here are Devils?!" He asked.

"Most of us here," Rias corrected "And as you can guess, the man that you saw yesterday was a Fallen Angel. An Angel that had allowed dark emotions to sway him from his holy path."

The memories came back to Issei, the man in the coat, black wings, and a spear made of light that just hurt thinking about.

"You were lucky that you weren't hurt yesterday," Rias interrupted his thoughts "Even though he had fallen, his Light powers would've been enough to kill you if he had managed so."

But he didn't, and when that thought entered his head.

Another memory surface.

He shut it out as he finally caught up to Rias Gremory's words, and Issei looked at her confused "Hang on, you said that 'most' of you are Devils?"

As if on cue, four pairs of black bat-like wings grew from the backs of the club members. Each one showing proof of that they were not Human.

The only exception was Asterios.

Sitting on a massive chair with Koneko on his lap, something that was so lucky that Issei almost cried in pure envy at the sight, Asterios was the only one who had no wings that grew from his back. Instead he stared at him with his usual stoic look.

"Indeed," Rias confirmed "Most of us here are Devils, only Asterios is the exception."

"Oh…" Issei looked at him for a good while, and he couldn't help but chuckle "I mean I guess that makes, sense." He recalled what was basically his catchphrase "You're human right?"

For a brief moment, Issei Hyoudou saw the usually stoic red eyes of Asterios Minos tremble. It was like he was looking at a child that had just been denied what he wanted the most. A child that wanted something so bad, only for it to be ripped away at the very last moment.

It only lasted a moment, yet Issei saw it clearly.

Then the stoic look returned and he received a head shake from the seven-foot-tall giant "no, i'm not human." He reached for his left ear-ring.

And took it off.

Issei's head tilted up and up and up, as Asterios grew a near three feet in height. He saw two pairs of massive black horns growing from his head. And when the glow around his body vanished, he saw red eyes over black sclera instead of white.

And he thought that he was huge before, but now it was like looking at an actual giant.

"i am asterios. I am a Minotaur."

But despite the imposing figure, the horns, and the frankly terrifying looking eyes. They still held the soft, stoic look that his friend had.

Issei gulped down the fear and smiled "Nice to meet the real you Asterios."

He didn't miss how Asterios seemed to slump a bit, and how he could feel Koneko glaring at him.
