By lunch time students from all four houses were walking through the castle holding hands with friends of the same sex and more than one same sex couple had been caught making out in broom closets. Professor Umbridge was outraged and had made another degree stating that nobody was allowed to partake in sexual activity regardless of the gender of the partner. Fred found the entire situation highly amusing as he sat down next to Hermione at the Gryffindor table.

"You know Hermione perhaps we should join forces; George and I have been trying to get rid of Umbridge for months, you've managed to make her angrier in one morning than we have succeeded to do in that time. Imagine what we could do if we added your brain to our operation, surly we will be rid of her much sooner if we work together," he told her his hand resting on her hip as he whispered in her ear.

"If I join you and George, what do I get out of it," Hermione asked him seriously, her eyes alight with humour.

"Well first of all you'd get to spend more time with me braking Educational Degree number 26," he whispered to her.

"I like the sound of that but what else do I get for helping you," she asked.

"What do you want," he asked in return.

"A percentage of the profits on any invention I help create and recognition of my contribution when you get your shop running," she told him seriously.

"I'll have to speak to George, but that should be doable," he told her.

"Great, meet me in the Common Room after last period for our date," she told him leaning forward to kiss Fred's cheek before standing up and pulling her school bag over her shoulder.

"Seriously Mione don't kiss my siblings at the table, you are putting me off of my lunch," Ron told Hermione pushing his plate away from him.

"Oh, grow up Ronald, it wasn't even a proper kiss, I'm off to the library, I will see you and Harry in Herbology," the girl told his younger brother, Fred watched her turn on her heels, her hips swaying as she walked out of the hall.

"Oi Freddie quit drooling after Granger," George called from down the table where he sat next to Angelina. Fred flipped his brother the bird and George laughed. Fred had always held a soft spot for the younger Gryffindor ever since he first saw her on the Hogwarts express, her hair wild, her robes swamping her petite form as she marched into his compartment demanding if they had seen a toad., an adorable frown upon her face. He'd watched as she grew up becoming more and more beautiful. He'd been attracted to her for years, long before the Yule Ball where other boys finally realised, she was a girl. She'd looked gorgeous in her periwinkle ball gown but to Fred she looked just as beautiful in a baggy sweater. He never could have dreamed that his younger brother's best friend would return his feelings but for some ungodly reason she did," Fred sighed a dopy smile on his face, Hermione liked him, she wanted to kiss him.

"Earth to Fred," George called again, this time from much closer, his twin had moved to sit opposite him and was waving a hand in front of his face.

"What Georgie," he asked, shaking his head to clear his thoughts.

"It's time for Transfiguration," his twin told him, Fred looked around the hall surprised that there weren't many students still sat at the tables, when Hermione had left it had been full. He nodded to his twin and stood up, only three more classes before he'd be meeting Hermione to break Educational Degree number 26. Fred couldn't wait.
