We're Back Folks!
I'm so sorry for this long delay, it's been a busy month for me and my family. But I'm back now to give you some more action. I have some things to comment on, like the passing of our beloved Black Panther Chadwick Bosman. RIP. The DC Fandom conference, and the announcement of some new titles including some awesome video games like Gotham Knights. WHOO! Also the trailer for Wandavision and Mandalorian season 2, so excited for those. And I got a Ps4 version of Marvel's Avengers. Simply put, I really like the game for what it is, despite it's lacking in gameplay quality and level variety, not to mention glitches and loot systems, ugh. I think Kamala Khan is an excellent character and I think the story in the game is good. The Avengers design and characters are good and not connected or limited to the films which I was grateful for. Yes I understand why so many don't like this game and I can't blame them. But it's a hell of a lot better then what we kept getting originally from those MCU tie in video games, which I consider to be the worst.
I'm going to give Marvel's Avengers the video game a 7.5 out of 10. Which is a good rating.
"But do check out the Maverick video game. That one is 20 out of 10!" Maverick announced humorously.
There's no such thing Mav.
"Kevin Killjoy." Maverick snorted.

Yo Ho! Yo Ho! A Pirate's Life For Mav!
Night On The Star Search…..
In Aiden's bunkroom he invited his girlfriend Victoria in for a movie. She was wearing a red shirt and a short fire themed PJs. While Aiden was wearing an Avengers shirt with long ice themed pajamas. Aiden was propped up against the bed, laying against a blue backrest pillow. With Victoria relaxed and laying back against his chest, his arms wrapped around his girlfriend while their facing the mounted TV.
Despite how cute and romantic this looks. They were watching a Fantastic Four film. AKA Fant4stic.
"Is this how they think NASA works?" Victoria ranted about the school science fair scene, when Reed met Franklin Storm.
"Hmm...How are we going to get into space?" Aiden mimics a dramatic 50s scientist.
"School fair!" Victoria announced trying to use a deep voice. Still sounded light but not bad for a girl.
"Yeah….You know if watching a bomb on 'Bad Movie Monday' was your idea of a punishment. I'd probably let a ship full of stray monks drown."
"Speaking of punishment." Victoria smirked up at him sinisterly.
Aiden gulped. "This isn't the punishment isn't it?" He deadpanned.
"Not yet." Victoria's smug smirk grew.
Some time into the film.
Victoria hated the movie, but she was actually having fun with Aiden. Despite having almost letting Past Pete drown in the Timeless River world. But she had him make for that.
Through girl punishment.
"Don't forget the toes and heels Sparky." Victoria smirked as Aiden was rubbing her feet. Grumbling as he does so.
"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't hear that. Did you say you want to paint my toenails next?" Victoria teased while wiggling her toes in front of Aiden.
"You know if it was Dennis The Duck or David Joyer that was drowning. You wouldn't give a damn." Aiden snorted while he massaged her left foot.
"I'll take that as a yes. Be sure to use the purple nail polish." Victoria smirked as she laid back and watched the God awful movie.
It just had to be 'Bad Movie Monday' today.
"Ugh...God have mercy on my manhood." Aiden muttered while he got the nail polish ready.
"Hahaha! I am Groot!" Baby Groot pointed and laughed at Aiden from the pillows.
'Bite me Chia Pet.' Aiden thought with an eye roll.
The morning afterwards on the Highwind Bridge….
The team came up to the bridge to see what is their next destination this time. IRIS and Jiminy Cricket were already coming up with info on what that world might be.
Sora, Donald and goofy were already up there in their seats. waiting for the report. ten minutes after they came up, Aiden went up with Victoria. The former was looking exhausted and annoyed while the latter was looking refreshed and relaxed.
"Jeez Aiden. You look like you've been up doing late night taxes. What happened?" Sora asked, wondering why his eyes were red and baggy.
Aiden slowly turned giving Sora an unamused look. The kind that looks like he won't take crap from anyone. Clearly Victoria kept him up past a certain night to have him pamper her every 'need'. Her way of teaching her boyfriend a lesson in being careless with other people's lives.
"Enjoy your single, unchaperoned on the shelf life while you can Spike. Soon. It will be your turn." Aiden deadpanned about Sora being single.
While Sora looked a little confused, Kairi came up to the bridge and took her seat. Looking well rested and ready for the next stop.
"So. What's our next stop?" Kairi asked optimistically.
"According to the historical records and timeline. This world is set during the 18th century of Great Britain's expansion across the Caribbean." IRIS reported to the team.
"Yes. My calculations can confirm this report! Do you know what this means?!" Jiminy gasped looking at the team
Aiden's red tired eyes immediately changed the moment he took his red contact lens out of his eyes, revealing they were not tired. But he was just exaggerating the whole time. His eyes were wide open as he was the only one that understood what this meant.
"The golden age of Douglas Fairbanks." Aiden breathed dramatically, making Victoria roll her eyes.
"The golden age of who?" Goofy asked.
"He means pirates. The golden of pirates." Victoria translated.
"Pirates?! Cool!" Sora gasped in excitement.
"Now he notices the breeze!" Aiden quipped as he leaned next to Spike and spoke "Think about it man. Pirate ships. Sword fights, bad hygiene, treasure, booze."
Aiden listed these things with excitement.
"Booze?" Kairi raised an eyebrow.
"At least he didn't say babes." Victoria shrugged. "Otherwise I would have to hang him."
Jiminy hopped up on the console and looked at the team.
"I would recommend changing your attire. It will more than likely attract some attention from some nosy commoners." Jiminy advised the team.
"Not a problem. Just leave it to me." Donald smiled as he held his mage staff up.
And on that note, the team took the course and headed for the world of Pirates.
Night on port Royal…..

Night on the town of Port Royal. A major city and a bustling harbor town situated on the western end of Palisadoes in Jamaica. Founded by the English, a garrison of the British Royal Navy maintained a presence at the town.
We extort, we pilfer, we filch, and sack

Maraud and embezzle, and even high-jack

Stretching back from the harbor, shops jostle for space with Port Royal's many taverns. During the 17th century, the city was a popular place for buccaneers, eventually becoming the major center of piracy in the Caribbean, though that situation would change in later years.
Mostly due to Earthquakes, tsunamis and of course. Pirate invasions.
We kindle and char, inflame and ignite

We burn up the city, we're really a fright

Usually on quiet nights like this, it would be silent after making plans on what shipment or representative would dock the harbor the very next morning. Business as usual.
We're rascals, scoundrels, villans, and knaves

We're devils and black sheep, really bad eggs

But tonight. Things are about to get loud.

Just then the Guardians of the Multiverse lands on the rampart of Port Royal's fort, which holds several defensive cannons. The town's prison can be seen from here, and the two sets of stairs lead to the rest of the island.
But Sora as well as the others had a change of appearance to fit the pirate theme of this world. Sora's outfit consisted of a black leather jacket with long sleeves over a red vest
, a crown necklace and a brown belt. A pair of long striped black and gray pants and her big shoes now big black boots. To top it all off, he wore a black captains hat with a crown emblem on the left side.
Donald was wearing a white shirt with a red sash tied around his waist and a dark blue sleeveless vest over his shirt. He even had a blue bandanna over his head.
Goofy was wearing a white long sleeve shirt with a loose green tie and a brown sash tied around his waist, along with a belt buckle. A pair of long beige pants with torn sleeves at the very bottom of his brown leather boots.
Kairi was wearing a white long sleeve shirt with red strings on the ends of the sleeves. A red open sleeveless vest worn over the shirt along with a brown belt around the wait. A pear chain on her left side hip. She was also wearing a red flannel skirt with dark red boot heels. She wore golden round earrings and an eyepatch just hanging over her loose mildly shagged red hair.
Victoria was wearing a red button shirt with a few buttons loose at the top, under a dark purple leather jacket with long sleeves. a black belt wrapped around her waist with dark long pants and black heel boots. She wore a dark purple captains hat with her Blaze emblem on the right side. She had two pistols hooked to her hips. And a chains string wrapped to her side.
Finally Aiden was wearing a white hooded shirt with leather paddings and metal bracers. They also featured blue lining along the torso and a brown shoulder belt, which held two pistol holsters at the front.
He also wore a wide red sash that was retained and was fastened by a loose hanging belt, which held two pistol holsters. The lower portion of his outfit also included white trousers and black boots (Inspired by Edward Kenway from Assassins Creed IV Black Flag).
Aiden still had his ring and Victoria still had her wrist band so they can still turn into Maverick and Blaze. Even Sora and Kairi still had their armor shifters.
Oh and Baby Groot had a gold tooth and a eyepatch on his left eye, not that he needed it.
Aiden looked down to his new outfit like a pop star posing in front of the mirror.
"Oh ***k yeah… All hands on deck baby." Aiden quipped.
"We look awesome!" Kairi gushed about.
"Hell yeah we do." Victoria smirk sharing a fistbump with Kairi.
"I feel so oceantastic!" Sora said in excitement.
"That's not even a word!" Donald criticized.
"Do you have a better word for it then?" Sora said back sarcastically.
"Say guys? We're are we?" Goofy looked around at the edge of the stone platform. Looking out at the Harbor.
"Doesn't this place look familiar to you Aid?" Victoria asked her boyfriend as she recognized the place back during their royal visits with Elsa and their family.
"Oh yeah. This is Port Royal. I've been here several times with the family. Good for business, bad for uptight companions." Aiden remarked and sniffed the air. "Except our world's version of Port Royal doesn't smell so much like Grog and Murphy's Law."
"Yeah they usually hate the smell of that." Victoria stated.
"Come on guys, it's a pirate world. Any smell is welcomed here!" Sora beamed as he stood on top of the fort's flag while posing like a pirate.
"Someone's eager." Kairi giggled.
Just then….
*BOOOOM!*
*CLASH! CLANK!*
They heard the sounds of battle noise and people screaming in terror.
"What the hell?" Aiden inquired as they ran over to the right side of the walkway and saw smoke coming from the town.
"Something up." Sora stated.
"Organization XIII?" Goofy worried.
"Or the heartless!" Donald figured.
"Only one way to find out." Sora said as he and Aiden nodded before they made their way down the steps to the Harbor.
Earlier that night in the Port Royal dungeon…..
Down in the dungeon. Five pirates were locked in a cell facing a guard dog. Who had the keys to the cell placed in his mouth, after fetching them from the guard.
All five pirates were trying to get the dog to come over with the keys. They tried whistling him over. Even offering a nice juicy bone.
"Come here boy. Come here boy." They kept going on.
Over in the cell right next to theirs. Hunched and slacked over in the corner, was a pirate. Who is famous for his wit and skill but infamous for his crimes against the British Navy. That pirates name was Jack Sparrow.
Needless to say, Jack knew it was useless to try and get the dog to come over.
"You can keep doing that forever. The dog is never going to move." Jack said without a care or even looking at the pirates.
They gave him a look as one of them snorted. "Oh, excuse ourselves if we haven't resigned to the gallows just yet."
Jack merely just shrugged and allowed those stupid pirates to try all night to get the dog to come over. He had other ways of getting himself out of a prison like this. But Jack usually just waits for the right moment.
Or in this case, the wrong moment.
Over at the Governor Swann's home….
At the mansion of Governor Swan, A young woman by the name of Elizabeth Swan, the daughter of the governor, laid comfortably in the bed of her room. While her handmaiden Estrella placed a hot pan near her feet to warm her up.
"There you go Miss. It was a difficult day for you I'm sure." Estrella said. Knowing how rough it's been for the poor girl, being courted by a stuck up Noble instead of the one she loves.
"I suspected Commodore Norrington would propose, but I must admit. I wasn't entirely prepared for it." Elizabeth stated.
"I meant you being threatened by that pirate. Sounds terrifying." Estrella clarified showing her sympathy to Elizabeth having to deal with Jack Sparrow earlier.
"Oh, yes. It was terrifying." Elizabeth gave her maid a grateful look.
"But the Commodore proposed. Fancy that. That's a smart match, Miss. If it's not too bold to say." Estrella beamed as she was trying to cheer her up, but Elizabeth was looking off, seeming lost in her thoughts.
Part of Elisabeth wanted to say that she's in it for appeasement. Not for love, she'd rather marry a cow instead. But she didn't express that given how she's raised to keep her poise.
"It is a smart match." Elizabeth agreed at least to that part, and smiled thinking of her real true love. "He's a fine man. He's what any woman would dream of marrying."
Despite the façade, Estrella knew the look on the woman's face. She knew who she really was talking about.
"That Will Turner, is a fine man too." Estrella stated with an encouraging expression.
Elizabeth was slightly surprised that her handmaiden knew what she was talking about. "That is too bold." She simply stated softly.
"Beggin' your pardon Miss. It was not my place." Estrella smiled before she tucked her in and left for the night.
Elisabeth touched the necklace that held a medallion she found on Will as a boy. She could only wish everything wasn't in the way between them. But she knew this life of luxury doesn't grant her that privilege.
Just then she could hear the wind whistle as she stared at the dim fire on her lamp. Immediately get blown out. Which concerned her since this wasn't your average everyday night wind.
Something was wrong.
Back at the dungeon….
The inmate pirates could hear canon fire suddenly come in from out of nowhere. An alarm being raised as troops were running all over the place getting ready to strike back.
"I know those cannons." Jack stated as he stood up and looked out the window and saw cannons firing on the town. "It's the Pearl."
"The Black Pearl? I have heard stories. She's been preying on ships and settlements for near ten years." A pirate inmate said with dread. "Never leaves any survivors."
"No survivors?" Jack scoffed with a smirk looking back at them. "Then where do the stories come from, I wonder."
The pirates looked at each other wondering what he meant by that.
Back in the town...
Picking back were the guardians left off. The team ran toward the harbor, and saw a large group of Armored Knight heartless and Morning Star Heartless blocking their paths. So Aiden and Victoria shifted into the Maverick and Blaze. Along with Sora and Kairi shifting into their armored forms. Their pirate hats and jackets were still on their armored forms to maintain the theme of their environment.
The team began to battle the heartless, taking them out as fast as they could. But more kept spawning rapidly as they fell. Fortunately Maverick knew how to multitask and rescue civilians that were in the area while fighting the heartless. As the team went on fighting, Sora looked out and saw the cannon fire blasting everything in their path. These cannons belong to the legendary ship known as the Black Pearl. The pirates aboard were not your average Blackbeard type pirates. These Pirates were into something truly dark.
The Leader of the ship was Captain Hecktor Barbossa.
Aboard the ship, Maleficent's stooge Pete was aboard the top deck of ship speaking with the captain, making plans to cause some more trouble for Sora and the team.
"Aztec treasure eh?" Pete inquired from the tale Barbossa was telling him.
"Aye. And thanks to the curse put on it. We neither among the living, nor the dead." Barbossa stated.
"Really? Cause ya look like regular pirates to me." Pete looked skeptical.
"Ah, but in the moonlight..." Barbossa gestured as he held his hand out to the light of the moon being cast in a small glimpse over a passing cloud, showing rotten skin and bones, much to Pete's surprise.
"Whoa! Now I get what you were sayin..." Pete remarked. "Well if you see that brat holdin' a keyblade and his pack of doofuses, steer clear. They got a kinda magic that don't belong in this world, see? And nobody knows what it'd do to ya. 'Specially when the moon's showing whatcha really are."
"A match for Barbossa, you say?" Barbossa smirked.
"Especially the Maverick." They heard a voice standing near the rapidly firing cannons. It was Dianex, Aiden's nobody. Back for more after his defeat in Hercules's world.
The other pirate's were about to draw their swords but Barbossa held his hand up stopping them.
"And what you'd be?" Barbossa inquired.
"A tip in your favor. You can't make the Maverick bleed. But I can." Dianex smirked as he shifted into his Stormur form. "Call me, Stormur."
"Whoa! I like your style." Pete chuckled at Stormur's confidents.
"As do I." Barbossa smiled evilly and made and offer to the armored Nobody. "Tell you what Stormur. Help me retrieve the Medallion from this town. And you'll have the privilege to fight along side my crew, aboard my ship. We'll help you bring the head of the Maverick."
Stormur planned on using these pirates to cause enough chaos so it would be too hard for Maverick to battle him this time. Maverick has a heart, a heart that looks after others in need and his friends. Just like Sora. And Stormur plans to use that against Maverick.
"Consider it done." Stormur shook the captain's hand, then he took off into the air and flew out towards the Swan Mansion.
"You'll need a couple of these to even the odds against the Mav's team." Pete summoned some heartless to back up the crew.
"Good..." Barbossa chuckled darkly. "A dark deed requires dark assistance."
The tide of destiny was beginning to tip in Captain Hector Barbossa's favor. Which is not good for the heroes, or this town.
Meanwhile back in the town. The Guardian's managed to take down the heartless that were slowing them down back at the harbor and made it to the middle of the town. They looked around as it was chaos everywhere. Cannons firing all over the place, debris and bodies as people trying to run for cover.
They need our help!" Kairi looked around in horror.
"Let's split up! Spread out, get these civilians behind cover and contain a threat!" Blaze gave out the order then looked over at the harbor, where the Pearl was firing its cannons. " I'll take care of their weapons."
Blaze took off flying while Maverick looked at the others.
"You heard my hot iron lady, let's roll!" Maverick told them before they ran out to stop the threat.
The team is confident that they would be enough to end this threat quickly. But just like all the other worlds they've been to, it's never that simple. Especially for a world of pirates and dark magic.

Don't worry folks, you'll see a lot more action in the next chapter. And some funny and witty rivalry between Jack Sparrow and Aiden Elsenov. Since the Maverick had to deal with Pirate's invading Arendelle from time to time, he doesn't have much respect for them. But he did enjoy Pirate films and video games being a boy for pop culture. Which is why he was excited to be in a world of pirates. But Sora was more excited then Aiden, that's for sure.
So up next, they will meet new faces like Will Turner, Jack Sparrow, and they will soon meet a couple of more added characters that weren't in KH II but were in the movie.
