Welcome to a Part 4 read of the Columbine FBI 11K documents. Part 4 essentially covers the interviews of the police officers, that arrived on and off the scene of the Columbine High School shooting, that took place on April 20, 1999. It's pages 8,700 to 10,075 in the report. To be honest? Most of these are not very good. But someone has to compile the witness reports. Enjoy.

18. Patrick Wilson

I was instructed to not waste any time and get to Columbine right away.

I sadly, didn't get to the school until 12:00 pm / noon.

By that point, it was eerily quiet.

After clearing the side cafeteria entrance, helping students to safety, I was ordered to go up to the roof.

I get to the roof and get reports of a third shooter up in the roof. I rescued the electrician that was there on the roof and worked back down.

I didn't hear any gunshots as I got up there.

I was too little, too late to get there.

I just did my job and rescued and kept as many kids as possible safe.
