I hope you guys for a fun, heartwarming and slightly creepy chapter. Because we have it all for you. And some small surprises near the end for added fun and depth. Also this version of Nightmare Befpre Christmas will be based on the Kingdom Hearts II version if anyone is wondering.
But after we finish in the world of Jack Skellington. We will be heading Under Da Sea! That's right! Atlantica is after this world. And once we enter the world of the Little Mermaid. I will introduced something grand and innovative.
But first let's explore how Jack The Pumpkin King tries to innovate Halloween.

This Is Halloween And Christmas?
The next day on the Starburst...
While the gummi ship was on an auto pilot course for the next world. Aiden was in the engineering deck working on Sora and Kairi's keyblades for a much needed upgrade they needed. It was a close call in the last world. But incase the danger gets even more serious, they will need all means to survive. It seems like while Aiden and Victoria have healing factors. Donald and Goofy have the densities of cartoons. Baby Groot is a tree that can regrow limbs. Sora and Kairi have to rely on their healing spells to survive in case they get injured.
And that doesn't sit well with the young Maverick.
Aiden had been working on their keyblades for hours. He had them placed on a work table, typing up codes and setting up schematics on a terminal. While Sora was leaning on a wall patiently waiting for him to get his keyblade back. Needless to say. Sora's patients were wearing thin.
"Are you done yet?" Sora groaned sounding tired from waiting.
"You can't rush art Spike." Aiden remarked while working on his keyblade.
"I'm not rushing art Aid. I'm rushing you." Sora said back sarcastically. and he sighed. "What are you even working on anyway?"
"I told you already. It's best explained if I show you." Aiden answered again.
"Sorry It's just me and Kairi feel naked without our keyblades?" Sora relented.
"Really?" Aiden started with a teasing tone and a smirk. "If that's the case, I would have figured the two of you would be eyeing and gawking each other up, among other things."
Sora blushed a bright red at the thought.
"Oh Shut it." Sora stuttered out. "I'm not some pervert who would peep at my best friend."
"Of course not." Aiden said sarcastically. "All you do is think about her without pants."
Sora blushed even more at the reminder of what he said back in Agrabah.
"C-can you please just stop and tell me what you are doing with our keyblades?" Sora said with a pleading tone making Aiden chuckle before conceding to Sora and he told him about what he's doing.
"After our last adventure in Agrabah, I have come to realize that you and Kairi are the most vulnerable members of the group when it comes to taking damage. While Vic and I have ex ranked healing abilities and two the living cartoons you run seem to be almost harder to kill than cockroaches." Aiden said with a somewhat serious tone. "So I'm modifying your keyblades to grant you and Rosebud with the same level of healing capabilities as Victoria and myself. And after you use your keyblades the first time, the healing factors will become permanent. So the odds of you guys getting seriously hurt again will be almost zero."
"Woah! You mean I'll be able to magically heal from any damages and open wounds?!" Sora asked almost with excitement.
"If I say yes, you're not going to test it out by cutting yourself like a Russian witch are you? Cause that would be disgusting as hell." Aiden inquired humorously.
"Not like having to clean the girls feet last night." Sora muttered.
"Ugh. Don't remind me." Aiden shuttered on that awful experience. Especially when they had to paint their toenails.
'Healing modifications complete.' IRIS announced as the lights scanned up and down on Sora and Kairi's keyblades and then Aiden unhooked them from the table. Once that was done. Sora's keyblade popped away from the table and reappeared in Sora's hand. Then Kairi's keyblade disappeared.
"Thanks Aiden!" Kairi called up from the top deck after her keyblade returned to her.
"I have to warn you. Don't get careless like a over eager Jedi. There's a small chance it may not heal lost limbs." Aiden warned.
"Well we can't have it too easy can we?" Sora grinned at the sound of a challenge.
Aiden snorted. "You're twenty one flavors of weird Spike. Come on. The next world should be close." He said walking by Sora and stepping back up to the top deck.
"And you're fifty shades of crazy." Sora quipped back before following the Maverick, not knowing he made a reference to an R rated movie trilogy.
That everyone hates.
Once Sora and Aiden made it back in their seats. Sora sat in his captain's chair and looked ahead at the world that the gate way opened up.
"Okay IRIS? Where are we heading to this time?" Sora asked.
'According to Jiminy Cricket and Yen Sid's records, this would happen to be the world where all magical holidays originate. Days like Christmas. Thanksgiving. Easter. Halloween to name a few.' IRIS stated while displaying images and info to further her point.
"Huh. And Wikipedia had it all wrong." Aiden quipped.
'My navigations are suggesting that I can beam you down to a suitable location. One that Sora, Donald And Goofy are familiar with. The town of the Pumpkin King. Halloween Town.' IRIS stated while displaying the map.
"Don't you mean the Grim Reaper?" Victoria inquired figuring they were going to meet the Spirit Of Halloween.
"Halloween Town? Wait….." Sora gasped out before a smile graced his face. "That's Jack's world!"
"Jack? As in Jack-o'-lantern" Victoria asks with mirth.
"Isn't repetition starting to 'Jack' us up?" Aiden quipped referring to Jack Sparrow.
'First the pirate and now this?' Aiden thought to himself.
"No. Jack Skellington. He's a living Skeleton who who tries to organize amazing Halloween celebrations every year." Sora said trying to describe his spooky friend. "Donald, Goofy and I met him a year ago. He helped us stop the heartless when we were dealing with Oogie Boogie."
"Oogie Boogie? Was is he a disco cereal?" Aiden joked and recalled reading about this world in the records. "Wait... I think I remembered reading about this world. Wasn't this the town that looks like a graveyard?"
"I guess that's one way to describe it." Sora said in thought before continuing. "But yeah. It looks really creepy, but in an awesome way. And all the world's inhabitants are all some kind of Halloween themed monster or creature. It's really cool."
"We're in for another wild card makeover are we?" Victoria deadpanned.
"Looks like." Kairi deadpanned about their next possible dress up.
"On the plus side, this means Groot can actually be out and about without any concerns." Aiden stated before smirking in mischief. "As it stands, he already looks like he belongs in a horror movie. With a little pale completion, he'll look right at home in a petrified forest."
"I am Groot!" Baby Groot said to Aiden in an unamused tone.
"Careful Splinter, considering we're going to a Halloween-themed world, I might just end up looking like I dropped dead." Aiden said with a snicker.
"Don't worry. This time I'll tune my magic, so it's to make sure that whatever we look like, will match more of our personalities." Donald assured everyone with a wave of his mage staff.
Meaning Kairi and Victoria won't look too suggestive this time.
"Okay I only got every third word of what you said." Aiden quipped about Donald's voice.
Donald groaned in aggravation at Aiden's words.
"I think Donald said our disguises will be based off our personalities." Goofy says in thought.
"He knows what I said you big palooka!" Donald snapped. "He's just making fun of my voice!"
"Ooh. I get it now. Ahyuck!" Goofy said with a chuckle making Donald groan again.
"In any case. I have one movie inspiration I was dying to use in a town like this." Aiden grinned as he stood up with the team. "Ready Sora?"
"Always Mav." Sora smiled with a thumb up.
"Beam us down IRIS." Aiden told the computer to do as Donald waved his wand.
Down at the Halloween Town Graveyard...
In the middle of a street full of dread and fright. Meant not to damage but entertain and challenge human tolerance For thrill and fear. The gravestones surrounding a walkway street of the chillingly beloved Halloween Town. So far nothing was wrong. But just in case that changes. Help was arriving early. To insure that the only thing that's wrong with this town, is that it's scary.
The Guardians Of the Multiverse beamed down in the middle of the misty and gothic looking graveyard that serves more like a crossroad and a resting place.
And needless to say. Everyone's forms have changed.
"Man It sure feels good to see our scary sides again." Sora beamed as he, Donald and Goofy were in their Halloween Town attire they had on last year.
like last time. Sora's skin became more pale to match the tone of this world. His hair became a darker shade of brown. And his eyes were glowing. Sora was wearing a black sleeveless jacket with white fur shoulder coverings. He had a black long sleeve shirt underneath his jacket. On his hands were white gloves with XS on the back of the hands, and clawed fingers. He was wearing black baggy shorts with a black belt. And some red and black striped socks that came up past the knees. He was also now wearing black shoes with a point at the end of the shoes, with a silver strap on each shoe. Sora also had small bat wings on his back, and a creepy pumpkin mask which covers the right eye. And he had two sharp upper front teeth protruding past his lips like vampire teeth.
As for Donald. Like before he looked like a cross between a mummy and the invisible man. His entire body was covered in gaws with his stomach and part of his right arm uncovered, revealing his head and his body below the waist were visible, while the rest of his body was invisible. His tail, webbed feet, and a few feathers on his forehead and beak and eyes can be seen. And the whites of his eyes were glowing blue.
Goofy had his old Halloween looks as well. Looking a bit like a werewolf with his black hair all scruffy, his now visible clawed hands, and his now clawed feet which have broken through an old looking pair of his usual shoes. His nose was a spike pointing up, with a small pumpkin on the end, and a huge screw was sticking out of the top of his head. He wore a scruffy orange turtleneck and open jacket with the sleeves all torn up. He had on green pants with patches and tares on the bottom of the pants, with the pants held up by suspenders over his shoulders. And his left eye was now red while the pupil of his right eye was now a swirl.
"It's a first for the rest of us Bat Boy." Aiden quipped as he admired his new look standing with the rest of the team.
Aiden's skin was now completely white, his hair now green, and face paint that made him look like he had a large red smile from ear to ear with stitches on his cheeks over the smile. And his eyes were blood red with the white of his eyes now a dark blue. He now wore a green shirt, with a red and black M symbol on the chest, underneath a purple denim jacket with a dark blue hoodie which was covering most of his hair. He also wore dark blue fingerless gloves. He also wore purple jeans with holes in the knees and green sneakers.
To put it plainly. After years of Aiden being a Joker parody. He is one now.
"Haaaa hahahahahahahahaaaaaah! Are my golden years of acting meeting karma?!" Aiden joked after chuckling like the Joker. Which matches with the scary clown vibe.
"At least I'm not dressed like a exotic dancer this time." Victoria admired her own succubus attire.
Victoria's skin was much more pale and had blood red hair. She also had black horns and long bat-like wings. She also wore a black strapless top with shoulder coverings and a black skirt and dark grey stockings. She wore black boots that covered half her shins. She also wore a fingerless glove on her right hand, a dark grey arm covering of the same material as the glove on her left arm, and a silver bracelet on her left wrist.
"Same here. Though I do feel wicked." Kairi piped up and giggled as she admired her own new witches look.
Much like Sora. Kairi now had paler skin with her red hair now being a blood red. She had on a dark pink dress with black Xs forming vertical lines up and down the dress and a black belt. She also wore a black cape that went down to just above her hips. She also wore black stockings with dark purple fabric forming an X pattern around her legs starting at her knees and going down to her ankles. And she wore black shoes with the toes curled up.
Her Keyblade was in her hand at the moment, and the wave design at the handle was now a very dark blue, the gold coloring was now a very dark silver, and the flowers were now blood red, dark orange, and black. On top of her head Kairi was wearing a black witch's hat that had her good luck charm stitched to the top.
In fact everyone's keyblades were the same but darker.
Baby Groot looked about the same. Only more petrified to fit the theme of a grave yard or a haunted house.
"Party City, eat your half priced heart out." Aiden joked about everyone's attire.
"What do you think Sora? scary right?" Kairi cutely asked Sora while she posed like a hot witch.
"Y-Yeah. Scary and sexy." Sora said before clamping his hands over his mouth upon realizing what he just said. "I-I-I didn't mean to say that. No no, I mean I don't think you…. don't think you're... I mean..." Sora stuttered out before Kairi put a finger on his lips to silence him. Kairi giggled at his stuttering.
"Not even here for five minutes and she already has him under her spell." Aiden quipped humorously.
"Your humor is contagious for him." Donald deadpanned.
"Well I may not be revealing but what do you think? And please make no remarks about me being naked." Victoria posed for Aiden wanting his opinion on her new look.
"Well given that Succubuses...Succubai...What's the plural word? Nevermind. A Succubus is usually on lewd fan art. But in your case. You are one extra crispy she-devil." Aiden complemented his girlfriend after a little humor.
Victoria smirked at his words, and saunters over to him in a sway of her hips before leaning over to his ear.
"Be a good boy, and I might just show you how crispy I can be." Victoria whispered in a seductive tone before sauntering a few steps away causing Aiden to blush.
"Talk about making a deal with the devil." Sora said jokingly, causing Kairi to giggle with Victoria,
Donald, Goofy, and Baby Groot also laughed.
"Well at least one of us is owning it Spike." Aiden said back at his friend then he smiles at Victoria with a sultry look as his offers an arm for her to lock with. Victoria smiled and accepted as they all walk towards the town.
"I am Groot?" Baby Groot pondered up at them as he hoped while standing on Victoria's other hand.
"Of course you look scary. Like a jar of raw fiber." Victoria smiled down at the tree and held him close in her warm grip.
"So...How many steps am I away from seeing your 'extra crispy' side?" Aiden playfully asked as they walked towards the town with the team.
Victoria smirked at Aiden. "I'll let you know when you get there." She said with a wink of her eye.
"And the endless journey continues." Aiden sighed amusingly.
"Ruff!"
The sound of a dog's bark was heard. Then A white, almost translucent shape flies out of one of the head stones in front of them and flies past fast, startling everyone.
"What was that?" Victoria asked looking around with narrowed eyes.
The white shape reappeared in front of them, revealing the shape to be Zerro, the ghost dog with a glowing red nose. Donald, Goofy, and Sora gasp and smile.
"It's Zerro!" The three exclaimed, causing Zerro to bark happily and fly around the trio in happiness before nuzzling his face against Sora's.
"Hey boy. Long time no see." Sora said with a chuckle giving man's best ghost friend a pat on the head.
"Awe. He's so cute" Kairi gushed walking over to pet Zerro. "You know this little guy?"
"Yeah. He's Jack's dog." Sora answered before turning to Zerro. "Hey boy. We're looking for Jack. Could you show us where Jack is?
"Ruff ruff!" Zerro barked and panted before turning around and started floating towards town.
"Well, I guess we're following Rudolph the red nose ghost dog. Come on guys." Aiden said before gesturing everyone to follow.
Down at the Town Square…...
The team went off after Zerro and followed the ghost dog all the way to the town square. Once the team got there. There was a crowd of people. The citizens of Halloween Town were gathered around the green ectoplasmic looking fountain with a dragon statue on top. spitting out the green slime into the fountain as the citizens of Halloween Town were cheering for something.
All of the people of every matter of fear factors were there. From scary Ware Wolf's to ghouls and goblins. And yet they all seemed friendly and social like any other town.
"It's like as if the Adams Family had a Promise Land." Aiden cringed at how everyone looked.
"Watch your step." Victoria muttered while holding Baby Groot in her arms as he looked scared at all of the people everywhere.
The scary people were cheering pretty loudly.
"Hey excuse me!" Sora went over and tapped on the shoulder of someone looking like Jason Voorhees. "What's everyone celebrating?! Is it Halloween Already?!"
"Not yet! The Pumpkin is coming to announce what the occasion is! He said it's going to be innovative!" The Jason looking guy answered.
"Hear he comes!" A zombie little girl pointed up at the incoming sled.
The Guardians looked up as the sound of jingle bells were ringing. Sora and Aiden looked confused as they saw Jack Skellington himself riding a homemade sled with skeleton reindeers. Her rides it around the town square sprinkling dandruff flakes from a box for snow as it rains around and the crowd cheers for him.
Standing on the platform to introduce the Pumpkin King was the Mayor of Halloween Town. The Mayor a short man in a suit and a cone shaped head with two faces, one happy, the other sad and he was wearing a large long top hat.
"Ladies and Ghouls! Presenting himself with the sound of frightening bells! The Master of Terror! The King of Nightmares! Jack Skellington!" The Mayor announced on a megaphone as Jack's sled lands on the platform and everyone applauds for Jack as he waves at them.
"What's with the blend Christmas theme?" Aiden whispered to Sora.
"I don't know. Let's go and see." Sora answered as he and the team went up to Jack as the Pumpkin King exits the sled.
Jack sees the heroes approaching and smiled at Sora, Donald, and Goofy waving both arms.
"Sora, Donald, and Goofy! Welcome back. And Merry Christmas!" Jack said to them as he walked up to them.
"Merry Christmas?" Sora asked confused. "Don't you mean Happy Halloween?"
"Of course!" Jack said gesturing to himself with his right arm. "Halloween Greetings from Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King!" He finished flashing them a scary face, making them jump back slightly in surprise.
"I think this guy needs a calendar to keep up with the holidays" Aiden quips causing the girls and Baby Groot to giggle. Jack hears the laughter and notices the additional people.
"And I see you have returned with company in tow. Would you please give introductions my good sir?" Jack asks Sora.
"Of course Jack." Sora said with a light chuckle and gestures to Kairi who stepped forward. "This is my Best friend Kairi. Kairi, this is Jack Skellington."
"Hi. It's nice to meet you Mr. Skellington." Kairi said with a slight bow of her head.
"Please, call me Jack. And it's a pleasure to finally meet you Kairi." Jack said with a deep bow with his right arm to his chest. "Sora has spoken a great deal about you."
Sora and Kairi blush at this with Kairi giggling all the while.
"I hope everything he told you of me were good things." Kairi said while smiling.
"Of course. And then some." Jack stated with his own smile before leaning towards Sora. "I can see why you are so infatuated with this fine young woman. She is to live for."
This made Sora blush even more and caused the others to laugh while Sora place his face in his left hand.
"Aiden, Victoria, Groot, please handle your own introductions." Sora mumbled in a pleading tone.
"Sure thing Edward and Bella." Aiden joked as he holds his hand out to Jack. "The names Aiden Elsonov. The Maverick and The Clown Prince of Horror and Mischief."
"Oooh catchy. Definitely has a ring to it." Jack smiled shook Aiden's hand.
Then Victoria introduced herself. "Victoria. The Blazing demon of dread and thunder." She remarked while shaking Jack's hand.
Victoria figured since Aiden made up a catchy name. Then so should she.
"Wonderful to meet you. And might I say you are enchanting." Jack complemented her, then he looks down at Baby Groot in her arms who didn't seem to be afraid anymore. "And who's you're little friend?"
"I am Groot." Baby Groot waved at Jack.
"He's a Flora Colossus. He can only say those words whenever he speaks but we can understand him." Victoria stated.
"Groot said he's the last thing you see before you die." Aiden translated while Baby Groot nods cutely with a smile.
"Ah. Fresh! Very fresh." Jack complemented before went up to address the citizens. "Everyone! Allow me to introduce this town's honored guests! Sora! and his team...Uh..." Jack wasn't sure what to call his team. But Sora whispered in his ear. "Oh right. The Guardians Of The Multiverse! They are the ones who stopped Oogie Boogie and the invasion of the heartless! It is because of their dreaded bravery that kept this town the way it is today! They have saved many lives that day! Let's hear it for the horrific Guardians!" Jack cheered for them
"Hooray for the Guardians!" The monstrous citizens cheered.
"Damn. We haven't even done anything yet and they're already rooting for us?" Victoria says surprised.
"Well Boney Letterman over here really knows how to rally a crowd. We might have to invite him to the next Halloween party back home. He'd make a killing." Aiden responded to Victoria.
"I am Groot." stated that it's a great idea.
"Folks!" Jack stated loudly getting them to stop the cheers to bring them back to the conversation at hand. "You will all be happy to hear that I have chosen this year's theme for our Halloween celebration!" This caused them to cheer again before he continued. "But before I tell you, I must make a few more preparations to my plans. But I assure you that I shall make the big reveal later tonight. So until then, have a frightening day!"
The crowd applauded one more time before the citizens began to disperse and go about their wonderfully horrific day.
"Tonight? I thought it was already tonight." Victoria said bemusedly.
"Maybe this is what morning looks like for Tim Burton." Aiden quipped back.
Once the crowd left along with the mayor. Jack went over to the team to explain what's happening in Halloween Town.
"As you can see. Halloween Town is in a festive mood. But not just any festive mood. A Christmas one for sure." Jack stated as he gestured the gothic Christmas decorations everywhere. "But I need Sandy Claw's blessing. So I'm making plans to visit Christmas Town in less then an hour."
"Sandy Claws?" Kairi inquired at the team.
"Uh...I think he means Santa Clause." Goofy figured.
This surprised the two islanders at the thought of Santa while Aiden and Victoria looked at each other with smirks, remembering how they saved Christmas last year.
Jack jumped up onto the fountain and extended his arms out gesturing to their surroundings.
"Aren't these Decorations wonderful?" Jack said, making the guardians look around, even at the reindeer skeletons. "This year Halloween Town is Going to handle Christmas too!"
"Christmas and Halloween coming together?" Aiden said in thought with only Victoria hearing. "I don't know if that would be Heaven or Hell."
"Only you would have trouble deciding if that was a good thing or a bad thing." Victoria said while rolling her eyes in amusement.
"But First!" Jack said drawing the couple's attention back to him. "We have to visit Sally. She's working on something no self-respecting Santa Claus can do without. Come along. I'll show you." He gestured for them to follow before turning around.
"A Halloween Town Christmas..." Sora mumbled, starting to like the idea, with Kairi looking at him with the same excitement.
Meanwhile, a sudden scream, the movement of demonic toys, and the reindeer Skeletons laughing scared Donald and Goofy causing them to shake in fear.
"Wanna go check it out?" Sora asks Kairi excited.
"Heck yeah!" Kairi beamed feeling pumped at the idea.
"How about you guys?" Sora asked the Disney duo and the power couple, causing Donald and Goofy to groan and sag in defeat.
"Lead the way Bats" Aiden smirked in a creepy Joker voice to match his appearance.
"I was wrong. They're just as bad as you." Victoria mumbled at Aiden with a grin before nodding a yes to Sora.
"I am Groot." Baby Groot said saying he wanted to go along with this too.
"C'mon. Hurry!" Jack called from the other side of the stage, making the guardians move to catch up to him.
Inside Dr. Finkelstein's Lab...
A mad scientist's lab is like a Pastor's bank account. Except in this case. All the fun and reward is with the work. Dr. Finkelstein was in his wheel chair as always writing up specs and schematics for his next mad experiment. The three troublemakers by the names Lock, Shock and Barrel were there assisting the mad genius as if they had no tricks up their sleeves. Trusting them is like trusting a bank robber as a security guard for the Credit One office. And yet this mad scientist didn't seem to be bothered by the background of their criminal like shenanigans, as he tries to make progress.
Jack walked in with Sora and the Guardians as they look around at the lab.
"Here we are. Make yourselves at home." Jack gestured nicely to the Guardians as he welcomed them in.
"And don't touch anything!" Dr. Finkelstein said with his head still on his work at the plans table.
"Why would I? I bet the Swiffer signs it's will every night it's use it to clean this dump." Aiden quipped quietly.
"Clean? Ha! Get real." Dr. Finkelstein scoffed while he was working.
"That makes sense." Victoria deadpanned while Kairi was pinching her nose to avoid the obvious mad scientist stench.
Smells like insecure denial and condescension.
"Hello Doctor." Jack said walking up to Dr. Finkelstein as the scientist literally scratched his brain after opening his skull. "Where's Sally?"
Dr. Finkelstein stopped scratching his brain and turned his head to the Pumpkin King, looking irritated all the while.
"Oh God." Aiden mumbled in disgust seeing the mad genius open up his skull to stretch his brain.
"Can't you see that I'm in the middle of an experiment?" Dr. Finkelstein said closing his head again.
"In what? How bad you can make your lab smell?" Kairi said still pinching her nose trying to block out the smell.
"I've heard of scratching your brain, but apparently, Dexter here takes it to the next level." Aiden muttered to Victoria and baby Groot.
"I think I'm gonna be sick." Victoria agreed looking disgusted. Even she can't get over seeing a weirdo open his own skull up.
The mad scientist then grumbled, and turned his electric wheelchair and moved to the big metal table at the center of the room.
Meanwhile, Sora, Donald, and Goofy watch as the three little troublemakers begin trying to carry some sort of strange device over to the table. They were wondering what Lock, Shock and Barrel was even doing there and why are they helping? Did Jack and Dr. Finkelstein give them a pass for some reason? Or were they really so desperate for help to accept the help of three little demons like them?
Just then, Sally walked into the room, looking on with her hands held in front of her chest with a troubled expression on her face.
"Ugh! This is way too heavy!" Lock groaned as troubling trio kept carrying the heavy device.
"Then let's toss it!" Shock grunted.
"Yeah!" Barrel chuckled sinisterly.
Doctor Finkelstein turned and glared at the three. "You do and you'll be very sorry! Now bring it over here." He warned them.
"Heave-ho!" Lock, Shock and Barrel tossed the device onto the experiment table.
Causing the device to short circuit and spark before it blew up like a large fire cracker. Causing the Mad Doctor to recoil from the damage and Sally to sigh sadly.
"Hehehehehehehehe!" Lock, Shock and Barrel giggled evilly seeing the damage they caused before they went running for the door. Barrel tripped a little before catching up with the other two.
"Imbeciles! Now my experiment is ruined!" Dr. Finkelstein exclaimed in anger seeing his invention smoking up like burnt toast. While Lock, Shock and Barrel passed by Sally out the door.
"Are those demonic Rugrats even kids?" Victoria inquired.
"I don't know." Sora shrugged.
"This is why I never hired Scrooge's nephews." Aiden muttered.
"Hey!" Donald snapped at Aiden in offense. "They're my nephews too you know!"
"You just made my statement more valid Popeye." Aiden deadpanned, making Donald groan in frustration.
Jack walked up to Sally.
"Sally! Did you finish it?" Jack asked Sally. "I want to show my good friends."
"I'm sorry, Jack. I..." Sally started before looking down with a sad expression on her face. "I need a little bit more time."
"Oh..." Jack started a little disappointed before cheering up again and leaning down to put his right hand on Sally's left shoulder. "That's alright. Just as long as it's ready for Christmas!"
"But... Jack..." Sally said hesitantly as Jack walked towards the door. He turned around to face everyone.
"I'd best be off. I've got to go get Sandy Claws, right away!" Jack said before waving towards everyone. "Wonderful to see you again! Goodbye for now!" Jack finished and began walking out the door.
"Go get Santa Claus...?" Sora said putting his hand to his chin in thought.
"What did he mean by that?" Kairi said, now showing a concerned look of her own.
"In the immortal words of Han Solo. I have a bad feeling about this." Aiden mumbled to Victoria.
"What was your first clue?" Victoria deadpanned back.
"Everything here is a first clue." Aiden quipped.
"Sora? Please. I'm afraid something terrible will happen if Jack goes through with this." Sally pleaded to Sora.
"You can say that again." Donald deadpanned looking at how Sora was fantasizing the moment he gets to meet the one and only Santa Clause.
"Uh...Sora?" Goofy tried to call him out of his imagination.
Sora had a smile and a gaze that looked like he was seeing God. But Aiden smacked the back of his head making Sora trip a bit.
"Hey!" Sora winced.
"I hate to crash your train of thoughts DiCaprio. But we need to focus." Aiden stated firmly. "With everything going on we need to make sure we don't drag this over with whatever Jack is planning."
"Aiden didn't you hear? We could be Santa Clause. The Santa Clause!" Sora said with a big smile.
"Yeah but something tells me that-" Aiden was about to say before Jack came back in.
"Hey guys? Aren't those strange-looking fellows in the town square with you?" Jack came in an asked the Guardians.
"What 'fellows'?" Kairi asked.
"You know, the ones that wanted to spoil Halloween and Christmas?" Jack reminded Sora and pondered. "What are they called again?... Heartless?"
"No they're about as close to us as Republican and Democrats." Aiden snorted with his arms crossed.
"They're definitely not with us!" Sora declared with a wave of his arm and a fist ball.
"If it's pests you need to burn. We got you cover." Victoria grinned as her hands lit on fire.
"We'll take care of them for you." Kairi assured them.
"And then we can go see Santa!" Sora beamed with excitement.
"Sora!" Kairi whined in frustration while the others facepalmed themselves.
Kairi was just as excited as Sora. But she knows how to keep a leveled head when it comes to serious situations.
Sora turned around to see that the team was looking unamused while Donald was tapping his foot.
"But first the heartless! Come on team!" Sora ran out as Victoria, Kairi, Jack, Donald and Goofy followed him out the door.
"I am Groot?" Baby Groot looked up at and asked Aiden.
"Nah. He'll figure it out himself." Aiden shook his head before following the team out the door.
Back outside the Town Square…..
As Sora and the rest of the team along with Jack reach the town square, they see the citizens running away as a bunch of mummy heartless start attacking. Zerro was flying about trying to distract them.
"***k! They look like the cheap outsource zombie stand-ins for Michael Jackson's Thriller video are trying to hold a flash mob!" Aiden said looking around.
"Really? I don't think now's the time for jokes?!" Victoria ranted while shaking her head and hiding a smirk.
"It's always the time for jokes! You can't stop the music!" Aiden quipped back.
"Hey guys? Look!" Kairi said getting their attention and point towards the square.
Coming towards the other side was the Mayor, holding a megaphone while trying to talk to the Heartless.
"Now hear this, you... You things!" The Mayor stuttered out in fear. "Leave Halloween Town at once... by order of the Mayor!"
He lowered the megaphone in fright as one of the heartless started to approach.
"Jack?! Where are you?!" The Mayor cried out. "I'm only an elected official! I can't handle this by myself!"
The Heartless lets out a cry and leaps towards the Mayor making him scream. But just before the Heartless could reach him, Jack jumped in, with Zerro following close behind, and slashed his bony hands to destroy the heartless.
"No one attacks my friends!" Jack stated firmly while dropping into a fighting position.
"Jack!" The Mayor exclaimed in relief.
"Don't forget about us!" Sora said as he, Kairi magically changed into their armored forms. In addition to Aiden and Victoria shifted into Maverick and Blaze.
"Let's fill some holes." Maverick grinned as they summoned their weapons, thus starting the fight.
With all of the hideous civilians running for their lives. The Heartless turned their focus towards the incoming heroes.
A group a Wight Knight Heartless leapt towards the Guardians. But Sora slashed first and swung his keyblade at them.
Maverick shifted his keyblades into neon assault rifles and started shooting infinite rounds of neon bullets at a group White Knights. Causing them to implode from each impact.
Jack Skellington slashed his boney fingers at the Shadow Heartless like claws. He laughed while doing so as he took them down one by one.
Baby Groot hopped up the fountain's Gargoyle statue and shifted it up with his extended wooden arms. Then he smirks as he aims it at the Heartless.
"I am Groot!" Baby Groot called out for assistance.
Kairi who was swinging and taking out Heartless turned and smirked knowing what Baby Groot wants.
"Gotcha Little Buddy!" Kairi slammed her keyblade at the base of the statue causing the acid to shoot out and sprayed it at the Dark Ball Heartless.
Blaze flew around the air and tossed fire balls at the Mega Shadow Heartless and Emerald Blue Heartless. Then she smashes her keyblades across the town square with electrical bursts to wipe out the heartless quickly.
Soon all of the heartless were dealt with and the town was saved.
"Man this fight was short." Sora remarked.
"Tell me about it. These Heart attacks should've hired David Cronenberg as a combat coach." Maverick quipped in agreement.
Seeing that the threat passed and fast. The civilians began cheering for the Guardians. Sora and his friends shifted out of his armored form including Kairi. Maverick and Blaze shifted back into Aiden and Victoria to take in the praise of the monstrous crowd personally.
Kairi saw a little girl who looked like a ware wolf was trapped under a fallen tree. So Kairi came over and used her wind spell to push the tree off of the little girl. The ware wolf mother ran over looking worried.
"Oh my puppy!" The mother whimpered and picked her daughter up and held her close. "I'm so glad your safe."
Kairi smiled at the warm sight and saw a scary teddy bear on the ground. Kairi picked up and approached the werewolf mother and little girl.
"Here. You dropped this." Kairi said softly as she handed the teddy doll to the little girl.
The little ware wolf girl squealed in her mother's arm and received her doll and hugged it. "Thank you." She chimed at Kairi.
"Thank you for saving my baby." The ware wolf mother thanked her with a grateful smile.
"Happy to help." Kairi smiled at them.
After the two werewolves left, Kairi walks back over to the group and Sora smiles at her.
"That was very sweet of you Kairi" Sora said with a smile after seeing the display a moment ago.
"Thanks " Kairi smiled back. "I was honestly surprised by how friendly everyone here is."
"So was I. At first I thought they would be at least a bit antisocial. But now, despite everyone looking like Resident Evil extras. These really are good people." Aiden admired how every monster in Halloween Town are as human as any world. Even as the people back home in Arendelle.
"That's just like you to see past their outer appearances right off the bat" Victoria said with a complementing tone.
They all turn and walk to Jack who had his back to them while looking around.
"You okay Jack?" Sora asked as they stood behind Jack.
"Oh I'm fine. It's just... How is Sandy Claws supposed to relax with all this going on?" Jack said in thought before snapping his fingers and turned to the Guardians. "That's it, fellows."
"What's it?" Victoria asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Sandy Claws needs Bodyguards." Jack said gesturing to Sora and his friends. "Are you up to the task?"
"Us?!" Donald exclaimed in surprise.
"Yeah!" Sora beamed. "We're definitely up for it. Right guys?"
It's not like the Guardians doesn't have a choice.
"As much as we hate to feed Sora's joy with satisfaction." Kairi teased sarcastically.
"Hey!" Sora faked a scowl, making Kairi giggle lightly.
"I think Jack has a point. If the Heartless are here. Then there is a strong chance they might cause problems for Santa as well. It would hurt to check." Kairi pointed out.
"It's never wrong to go check on Santa's place." Sora reaffirmed while trying to sound supportive for Kairi.
"We get it Virginia O'Hanlon. We'll go to the North Pole and sign up as Santa's secret service." Aiden deadpanned amusingly at Sora's excitement.
"Splendon! Follow me everyone! To Christmas Town!" Jack stated joyfully for everyone to follow him.
"Lead the way Wonder Boner." Victoria deadpanned as everyone followed Jack out of Town.
Aiden snickered and stiff a laugh at what Victoria just said.
"What?" Victoria inquired.
"You said boner." Aiden wheezed a laugh.
"Zip it Aid!" Victoria hissed with an annoyed tone.
Back down at the Graveyard…...
Meanwhile, Lock, Shock, and Barrel were traveling through the graveyard inside their living walking bathtub.
"What should we bring along next time?" Lock asked Shock and Barrel.
"A bucketful of caterpillars!" Shock exclaimed in enthusiasm.
"Or something even worse!" Barrel added in.
The walking tub took a few more steps before it stopped due to someone standing right in front of them. The trouble making trio turned and saw what was in the way was none other than Maleficent, the Mistress of Evil.
"Who's that?" Lock asked not knowing who she was.
"Some old hag!" Barrel said looking at her.
"Silence!" Maleficent commanded.
"A witch?" Shock guessed.
Maleficent waved her right hand, creating green fire, scaring the kids, making them cower in the tub.
"Hmm... Perhaps you three could be of use to me" Maleficent said with an evil smile causing the kids to shiver in fear. "Come along. All of you. I'll show you the true meaning of 'mischief'. "
Meanwhile down in the Hinterlands...
Jack lead the the team to a quiet part of the wood where a a group of trees aligned in a circle with one in the center. Watch tree had a door carved with various symbols of other holidays.
"Welcome to the crossroad of every well known holiday fellas. Each of these trees are a doorway to a specific town themed after a holiday." Jack explained as he pointed at each doorway. "The one in the middle will lead us to the Town of Sandy Claws!"
"Hey Vic. I think this door leads us to NSFW Town." Aiden snickered while pointing at the Valentine's Day Town doorway.
"Down boy before I put a leash on you." Victoria said in an annoyed tone while hiding a smirk.
"Oh I like you the way you think Babe." Aiden flirted humorously.
"Aiden?!" Victoria said with a warning tone and literal fire in her eyes.
"Alright fine. God you're no fun." Aiden sighed in defeat.
"I am Groot." Baby Groot said moving his left arm up and down, his words making Victoria giggle slightly and Baby Groot began chuckling.
"I am not whipped!" Aiden shot back at Baby Groot. out making the other guardians laugh further irritating him to deadpan. "Okay. All of you can bite me."
Jack cleared his throat gaining everyone's attention as he stands next to the doorway tree to Christmas Town.
"As you can tell. The spooks of Halloween can get tiresome year after year." Jack relented as he looked desperate for innovation. "I wanted something new."
"But getting spooked is all the range for Halloween." Aiden stated.
"I know. But the answers to innovate Halloween even further is beyond this door. To another world filled with wonders. The likes of which you've never seen!" Jack gestured to the door like a showman which was making Sora excited.
"We've seen plenty of wonder though. But it does sound exciting." Kairi smiled.
"It does! When I first came to Christmas Town, everything was fresh and exciting!" Jack gushed with excitement.
"Come on! Just open it already!" Sora exclaimed as the excitement was starting to get to him.
"You better open that door fast before his heart stops beating and his head exploses." Aiden warned humorously.
"Alright then. Here we go!" Jack said opening the door and stepping to the side and gesturing for them to enter. The group stepped forward with Sora and Kairi in front. They looked inside the tree and began to get excited again.
"Ready for another adventure Kairi?" Sora asked holding out his left hand to Kairi. Kairi widened her eyes at this and smiled.
"With you, always." Kairi piped and took Sora's hand. They nodded to each other smiling, then turn to the tree and jump through.
Donald and Goofy step forward somewhat nervously before Goofy slipped sending both through.
"Race you to the other side Babe?" Aiden said with a wink.
"Like you could beat me." Victoria said in a bored tone before the two jump in together.
"Oh this is gonna so much fun." Jack said before jumping in last, the door closing behind him.
As they were all falling through the portal, Sora and Kairi are laughing while still holding hands. Aiden and Victoria were flying down while Aiden laughed and Victoria looked bored.
Jack was enjoying the fall in silence, anticipation bubbling in his boney chest.
And Donald and Goofy...well they took the fall about as well as a tidder riding a roller coaster at Six Flags for the first time.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAK!" Donald screamed as he fell.
"YAAAAAHHOOOHOOOHOOOWWWEEEEEEE!" Goofy screamed as he fell too.
Suddenly, towards the end, a great flash of light appeared at the end of fall, and Everything turned white, sending them to their destination.
Coming on top of Yuletide hill...
Aiden fell through first and landed in his another outfit. Or rather a familiar one. No longer a scary clown but instead in an attire to fit the North Pole.
"Whooo! Suck it Polar Express!" Aiden screamed in a thrill after the wild ride he just dropped through.
Then Aiden looked down at himself to see he was wearing the same royal winter outfit he wore during Christmas in Arendelle last year.
Aiden's outfit was the same royal winter outfit he wore last Christmas. Which consists of a dark blue sweater with accent of snow flakes that animate and move with a neon effect. Some dark long pants with matching boots and a dark blue leather coat with a fur lining collar and hood. Along with the same magical animated snowflake patterns on the coat.
"And the ride came with a free discounted dressing room. My dressing room actually, but I digress." Aiden quipped. That last part mimicking the Joker.
Then Victoria came through as she was no longer in her Halloween attire. Instead she was wearing her winter dress from last year's Christmas as well.
Victoria's outfit was also her outfit she wore in Arendelle last Christmas. Which consisted of dark scarlet dress winter dress that goes just inches above her knees with black leather gloves. and dark scarlet leggings with matching winter boots. Her dress also came with a hood. And an accent on the dress were animated patterns of lighting moving and flowing around her dress.
"Eh. Not as threatening and tough. But I always liked this outfit." Victoria grinned looking at her winter outfit.
"Not as much as I do Babe." Aiden smirked at how hot his girlfriend looked.
Just then Sora. Donald and Goofy fell through. And fell right into the snow at once. Each of them had a new look.
Sora's skin was back to normal, and his eyes were no longer glowing. His winter outfit consisted of a black winter coat with fluff around the neck, wrists, and at the bottom of the coat. He wore black clawed gloves and a belt around the waist. He wore black baggy pants that become tight below the knees with red fabric wrapped around, and black shoes with pointed toes. And he wore a black Christmas hat that covered his right eye.
Donald was now a half duck, half snowman.
He wore a bucket on top of his head. His head was the same, but his body was that of a snowman, with two buttons trailing down his chest and a scarf around his chest. His arms were now wooden with four thin fingers. And his tail was what looked like an arrow. His legs were the same. But now he wore red toeless shoes on his webbed feet.
Goofy was now half dog, half reindeer.
His head was mostly the same, except he now had two antlers that were in a swirly pattern. And his nose was glowing red like Rudolph. He had a Christmas reef around his neck and wore red shoulder coverings. He wore red mittens with white fluff on the wrists. And his body from the neck down, with the exception of his hands, was that of a reindeer, with hooves for feet. And he wore a red belt around his waist.
Then Kairi came through with a new look.
Kairi's skin color was back to normal. And so was her hair. Kairi's winter outfit consisted of a red dress with red shoulder coverings that have white fluff and a crown symbol at the front of it. The dress had long sleeves with fluffy cuffs, and had black gloves on her hands. Her skirt reached half way to her knees with fluff at the end. She now wore red snow boots. And on her head was her own Santa hat.
And finally Baby Groot landed looking completely back to normal and no longer scary. But only with Wooden elf ears and a Santa hat. Kairi saw Sora's head in the snow and stared to giggle.
"Sora you lazy bum. Always finding some place to lie around huh?" Kairi said with playful snark in her voice and a smirk on her face.
Sora finally dug himself out and turned to her as he stood up.
"Come on! Give me a break Kai-" he abruptly stopped talking after he noticed Kairi's current attire, and could only mutter out one word. "Wow."
Kairi noticed this and giggled striking a pose. "Do you approve of my new outfit?" she asked while winking.
"Y-Yeah. You look great." Sora stuttered out while blushing.
"Hey Mario. You and Princess Peach might want to get a good look at where we are." Aiden said with mirth.
After blushing at that, the two turned to and were amazed at the sight before them. There were hills of snow with a beautiful town at the bottom of the hills. At this point, Donald and Goofy were standing in awe at the sight as well.
"Woaaah..." Sora said in awe.
"This place looks so amazing." Kairi said with the same level of awe.
"Indeed it does Kairi." Jack said, catching everyone's attention as he walked up to stand in front of them and gesturing to the town below. "My Friends? Welcome, one and all, to the North Pole! Or as we like to call it, Christmas Town!"
Everyone looked around at the snowy area of Yuletide hill and down below to see small town lit up with Christmas lights with a tree in the middle.
"If I didn't know this was the North Pole, I would've though that was Whoville down there." Victoria remarked about the town.
"It's beautiful!" Kairi gushed again in awe.
"I'm not going to lie it reminds me a lot of Christmas back in Arendelle from up here." Aiden admired the beauty of Christmas Town.
"I am Groot." Baby Groot nodded and agreed.
"Come on guys! Let's go and see!" Sora as he ran down the hill.
"And there he goes." Aiden shook his head in amusement as he and the team followed along with Jack.
Down in Candy Cane Line...
Jack Skellington and the Guardians walked down the streets of the North Pole. Taking in the sight.
Elves everywhere were going about they're business. Heading to work on each of they're assigned toy business while others would work in their shops and diners for entertainment and nourishment.
It's like as if the elves were socialized as well. And the town seemed modern as cars were driving by. Though the cars and certain buildings were shorter then Sora and the others
Sora and Kairi marveled at the sight of seeing the elves walk by and go about their business.
"Are you seeing this town Sora?! It's amazing!" Kairi gushed as she looked around feeling like a little girl.
"I know it's as if Christmas never ends in this town!" Sora beamed like a tourist who chose the right vacation.
"What do you expect for this place to feel like? Kwanzaa?" An elf snorted playfully as he passed by the team and quickly greeted Aiden. "Hey Mav."
"Huh?! They know you?!" Sora looked surprised.
"Everyone knows the Maverick. And it's their job to know every living being. How else would these uppa luppas know what toy to make for-" Aiden tried to explain until he heard a joyful shriek interrupt him.
A familiar one.
"HI AIDEN!" Olaf waved ahead of them.
"Oh ***k me." Aiden groaned feeling like the jury's out.
That's right. Olaf the Snowman is in town as well. He ran up to the Guardians to greet them as Jack looked shocked.
"Is that a talking snowman?" Jack asked.
"Yeah. If you ever find out how to zip his lips. That will be the magic trick." Victoria deadpanned before she forced a smile.
Despite how annoyed she can get from time to time. Victoria loves Olaf as much as Aiden and anyone else does.
"OLAF!" Sora, Kairi, Donald, and Goofy yell in Surprise at seeing the living snowman.
"Hey guys! It's great to see you again!" Olaf said giving everyone of the guardians a hug before turning to Donald. "Wow Donald. Did you have a makeover or were you born again? You look just like me now."
"No I don't!" Donald argued back.
"Olaf. How did you get here?" Kairi asked not understanding how Olaf got to this world.
"Oh. I came through the portal in Aiden's lair. The same one he usually uses to go to Twilight Town." Olaf explained before dropping the big bomb shell. "Ever since the family became friends with Santa, me and everyone back home have been allowed to come visit anytime through the portal."
At those words, the islanders and Disney duo became wide eyed and turned to Aiden, Victoria, and Baby Groot in shock and a little anger at the fact they weren't told until now.
"YOU'RE FRIENDS WITH SANTA?!" they shout in Surprise, even Jack looked on surprised at this news.
"And you didn't even bother to mentioned it?!" Donald ranted
"Jury's out Duck Dynasty." Aiden deadpanned.
"Yes guys. We saved Christmas last year when Santa's sled crashed near our castle. Ever since Aiden fixed and modified the sled he granted us the gift with the coordinates to this world." Victoria explained without missing a beat.
"And I come here all the time. Where the most wonderful time of the year never ends!" Olaf beamed as he waved his hands around.
More often then the rest of the family.
"Sorry Spike. We were gonna tell you after you met Santa. I thought it would've been a nice twist to go with the introduction." Aiden explained why he didn't say anything about this yet.
Luckily Sora didn't seem upset. Just amazed.
"Woah!" Sora exclaimed in awe.
"That's pretty cool." Kairi said in the same tone as Sora.
"Only you Aiden. Only you." Donald said exasperated at this turn of events.
"Gee. You and Victoria certainly know a lot of amazing people." Goofy said in his usual cheerful tone.
"Given that I invited the Avengers at my parents' wedding. That's a huge understatement Goof." Aiden remarked.
"Well this is certainly an exquisite surprise indeed." Jack said before kneeling down to get a better look at Olaf. "And I must say you're an interesting fellow. First time I ever met a living snowman that didn't have sharp teeth."
"Oh. Are you a friend of Aiden's?" Olaf asked before smiling. "Nice to meet you. I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs." Olaf said walking up to Jack to hug him, which he returned after a slight pause.
"A pleasure to meet you as well Olaf." Jack said standing up preparing his own greeting. "I am Jack, the Pumpkin King!" He finished with flashing Olaf his signature scary face.
"Wow. That's a great scary face. Here, let me try." Olaf said preparing to imitate Jack. "I am Olaf, the Snowman!" Olaf finished with his own scary face and an edgy tone.
"Not bad Olaf." Jack said, giving him a slight clap of his boney hands. "Maybe one of these days, you can come visit Halloween Town. I think you'd fit in quite nicely with a splash of blood and a few black ink.
"Thanks Jack. Who knew sounding and looking traumatizing would be fun?!" Olaf said in excitement at visiting yet another world.
"Marilyn Manson." Victoria deadpanned while patting Olaf's head.
"I'm pretty sure he'll look like Krampus." Aiden muttered in Baby Groot's ear who winced at the thought.
"Listen Olaf. It's too dangerous to be here right now. You need to go back to Arendelle where it's safe." Victoria knelt down and stated to the Snowman.
"Awe but I just got here." Olaf whined and pleaded. "Can I stick around? Please? I promise I won't get in the way."
Victoria and Aiden exhaled as the latter pinched the bridge of his nose. They can't resist it. They never liked seeing Olaf sad.
"Alright. But stay close and do exactly what we say okay?" Victoria firmly instructed the Snowman.
"Absolutely! Thank you." Olaf hugged Victoria who sighed and hugged back with a smile.
"And we do mean very close. If anything happens to you. Mom and Dad will bury me alive and dance on my grave." Aiden added to Victoria's instructions.
"Alright then. Now that that is settled. Let's head on in and see Sandy Claws" Jack said while pointing to Santa's house.
"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Sora said walking fast to the workshop, the others sighing in amused exasperation as they followed right behind him.
Inside Santa's House….
Inside the house was a finely decorated office, a tall pudgy man in a red suit and hat sat on a comfy chair, a coffee table in front of him and other chairs and couches placed around the room, looking over a list of who's been good and who's been bad. This was Santa Claus.
"Hmm... Nice. Nice. Nice. Naughty. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Looks like more people were good this year than last year." Santa said, pouring over his list. "What else could I expect from Canada?"
*Knock knock knock.*
"Come in." Santa said looking up from his list at the door as it opened to reveal one of the elves.
"Mr. Clause? You have visitors. Four of which are from Arendelle." he said to Santa.
"Oh splendid. Send them right in!" Santa said putting his list down looking happy to know that the Maverick is here.
"Yes Sir." The elf said before turning around to go get their guests.
Sora, Aiden. Jack and the rest of the team came right in through the door after the elf invited them all in. Sora looked around as if he was stepping into heaven and Kairi held her breath. She may have been keeping her cool the entire time. But She actually mirrored Sora's joy of meeting the one and only Santa Clause.
Though for some this wasn't the first time.
"Hey Mr. C! How's it going?!" Aiden greeted Santa.
"Prince Aiden! Lady Victoria! Olaf! Groot! So nice to see you all again! Please come in everyone! Make yourselves at home!" Santa smiled at everyone while he shook Aiden and Victoria's hand and gave Jack a warning look. "Including you Jack."
"Hehe Hi there Sandy. Uh... listen I-" Jack nervously tried to speak but was interrupted.
"Have you all come to see if you're on my nice list?" Santa asked everyone.
"Oh I'm pretty sure they came to see if they're any heartle-Mmmph!" Aiden covered Olaf's mouth before he could finish. He didn't want Santa worrying about the Heartless.
Especially seeing they're aren't any around here.
"Sure. We came for other reasons like perimeter checks and other Guardian business. But I'm pretty sure Sora here is dying to see if his name is on the list." Victoria stated and mused at Sora who couldn't get rid of his smile.
"I sure am!" Sora beamed.
"Me too!" Kairi gushed. "I'm sorry it's just an honor to finally meet you Mr. Clause."
"It's always a pleasure to meet nice children like you My dear. And please call me Santa." Santa smiled at Sora and Kairi while he went over to his desk and picked up a long list. "Now let's see... Kairi, you're first."
"Yes Santa?" Kairi said, waiting in anticipation to hear what her status was on the list.
"Well I have to say, you seem to have the greatest track record for being nice, even among the other Princesses of heart. You'll be happy to know that you are once again at the very top of the nice list" Santa said with a smile, making Kairi squeal in joy and almost want to jump in the air.
"Yes! Thank you Santa." Kairi beamed with a slight bow.
"Wow! The very top of the list. Congratulations Kairi." Sora said, earning a grateful nod from his crush. Sora turned back to Santa. "So what about me Santa?"
"Well let me see..." Santa said looking over his list. "Ah here you are. You're actually second on the nice list, right after Kairi."
"ALRIGHT!" Sora cheered pumping his fist in the air before Santa spoke again.
"And that's despite all those bouts of laziness and the number of times you said you didn't believe in me." Santa said sternly but with a smile, referring to the times Sora said he didn't believe in Santa in front of Riku, who truly didn't believe, to make himself look mature to Riku, even though Riku and Kairi didn't buy it.
Sora blushed at this.
"Um... Sir, I can explain. You see. I didn't mean to, I mean…. I didn't mean-" Sora began to stutter, causing Kairi to giggle. Aiden decided to help him out so he put his hand on Sora's shoulder to interrupt him.
"It's okay Spike. I bet I have a laundry list of crimes in my record." Aiden quipped trying to ease his friend's embarrassment.
"Well aside from the long list of swear words and a few other crazy antics. You have your name on the top third of the list behind Sora and Kairi. For all the good you've both done and the numerous amount of lives you all saved." Santa assured Aiden
"Well that's a mother load of relief. But what about Victoria and Groot?" Aiden said gesturing to Victoria and Baby Groot. He even added Olaf. "And Carrot Top here?"
"Oh no need. I already asked last night. My 'Snowman Of Honor' spot is still on the list." Olaf beamed as he sat by the fire to enjoy the warmth. Much to Sora's confusion as to why the Snowman doesn't melt.
As for how Olaf knew he was on the list. Well, Olaf comes to the North Pole often then most thanks to Aiden giving the Snowman free access to use his portal to come and go.
Nothing bad ever happens here, so it seemed fine to the young Maverick.
"Well it's funny you should mention that. Yes Olaf's special place is still here. And it just so happens that with all their good deeds, Victoria and Groot are tied with you for third place on the list." Santa said making Victoria and Baby Groot widen their eyes.
"That's great. Thank you Santa." Victoria smiled and bowed her head.
"I am Groot?" Baby Groot asked Santa.
"No Groot. Just because you are on the nice list doesn't mean you're going to get a living chia pet girlfriend for Christmas." Santa said amusedly making everyone except Groot and Aiden laugh.
"Sure, he can get away with asking for something like that with just a chuckle. But if I said it, I'd have my head bashed in." Aiden grumbled to himself.
"Ok. Now for Donald." Santa said, looking at his list checking the duck's attention.
"Yes Santa?" Donald asked in anticipation.
"Well according to my list, you have many notes here about your temper and your bouts of greed when it comes to money, as well as a few mischievous moments." Santa said looking at his list. "Something you have in common with your three nephews and your Uncle Scrooge."
"Oooooh." Donald groaned nervously at this.
"But despite all this, all the good deeds the five of you have done on your respective adventures, have earned you a good place on the nice list." Santa said with a smile, cheering Donald up again.
"Awe. Thank you Santa." Donald said with a slight bow, and Santa gave him a nod in return before going back to his list.
"Ok. Now for you Goofy." Santa said.
"Yes Sir?" Goofy asked while stepping forward.
"You will be happy to know that with your own acts of kindness and bravery, as Max's own kindness and bravery, you are both on the list once again this year." Santa said making Goofy smile and tear up slightly.
"Thank you Santa. I'm happy to hear my Maxie is on your list too!" Goofy said emotionally.
"Who's Max?" Kairi asked confused.
"Max is Goofy's son." Donald said, causing the room to go so silent, you could hear a pin drop.
"YOU HAVE A SON?!" Sora and Kairi shout in Surprise turning to Goofy for answers.
"The Snoop Dog in shining armor has a son? I did not see that one coming." Aiden mumbled to Victoria in surprise.
"You're not the only one." Victoria muttered back just as surprised, and Groot nodding in agreement.
"Yep. Max is the best thing that's ever happened to me. We had our tough days. Especially that time we went fishing. But we ended up going to a Powerline concert instead." Goofy chuckled lightly and pulled out his wallet to look at some photos of him and his son on vacation.
"I bet he's pretty worried about not hearing from you for a year." Olaf said out of concern.
Goofy gulped and looked down sadly. "N-not really. You see. Given how much of a Goof I can be. Max always has been embarrassed of being my son. And he couldn't wait to get out of the house."
*Flashback...*
One morning in the suburbs of Disney Town. Goofy was at his house in his kitchen. Wearing a blue bedroom robe and slippers. While preparing a large breakfast. Humming to himself. Goofy wanted to treasure every last moment with his son before he rides off to college. So he was preparing so much to eat like if it was every item on the Denny's menu. some poached eggs with two strips of bacon in the form of a smiley face. Large stack of pancakes made with love and much more.
Needless to say Max had been distant about his business in college and what he's about to major in. He and his girlfriend Roxanne selected it personally.
But the fact that Max was keeping where he was going a secret worried Goofy. Wondering if his son is too ashamed and embarrassed of his father to even tell him.
Hopefully this long breakfast can maybe have his son open up.
So as Goofy was placing plates and dishes on the skate boarded over to the fridge looking happy.
"Did you brush your teeth?" Goofy asked making sure his son is ready for his big day.
"Yeah dad." Max smiled after drinking some milk and wiping the mustache off.
"Combed your hair?" Goofy asked as he was checking some cinnamon oatmeal.
"Yep." Max answered as he grabbed a piece of toast as it popped ready out of the toaster.
Goofy looked worried as Max puts on his backpack. Is he leaving early?
"Did you put on clean underwear?!" Goofy blerted out hoping to find more reason to stall. But he immediately regret it.
"Dad!" Max groaned.
Suddenly the sound of Max's ride came. And his best friend PJ was calling out from outside the house. "Come on Max!"
"Whoop! Gotta go!" Max beamed as he ran out.
"But Max!" Goofy looked surprised that he was leaving so soon as he went after him.
Max raced outside to the car with PJ at the wheel and their other friend Bobby was standing on top of the car, with the luggage rack ready for Max's bags. As soon as he was close to the car, Max threw them up, nearly hitting Bobby who spun to dodge, and the bags magically locked into place.
As soon as that was done, Bobby jumped down and got into the car, with Max in the passenger seat and Bobby in the back.
As the car began pulling out of the driveway, Goofy came out of the house hoping to catch them.
"Goin' already?!" Goofy called out in shock as the car pulled out.
"Gotta get there early for freshman orientation! See ya!" Max called back happily while waving. As the car began finished pulling out of the driveway.
"What about breakfast?!" Goofy called back as he ran towards the end of the driveway as the car began driving away. "You need your three square meals a day, you know!"
"Don't worry. We'll pick up donuts on the way. Love ya! Miss ya! See you at Christmas! Bye!" Max called back quickly as the car turned a corner before disappearing from sight.
"Don't forget to have some milk with those... Donuts!" Goofy called out one last time before sighing and holding his right hand to his chest. "Goodbye, my little College Man."
Goofy began walking back into his house depressed, his head down low, and a lone tear falling to the ground.
As the birds were chirping of a brand new day. Goofy slowly walked back to the house. Stepping across the front porch and looking back at where his son drove off. Goofy sighed and went inside. He looked up stairs as he paused while leaning on the rails. He knew it was going to be a long time before he could ever see or hear from Max again. And the empty nest feeling was starting to close in on him. The house never felt more empty.
Goofy climbed up stairs slowly and went down the hallway. Passing by Max's bedroom door. Goofy went over and sadly looked around as the room was empty. Nothing left but some empty nightstands. A bed stripped of its sheets and poster indications on the empty walls. Goofy sniffed as if he felt the world end. His world. With his son.
Goofy looked down to see a sock on the ground. Something his son missed while packing. Goofy picked it up and placed it in the top drawer before closing. And looking at the mirror on the dresser. And looked at his own reflection. Seeing his own despair and depression. Then he looked at the corner and turned around to see Max left his old teddy bear on the bed.
Goofy felt his heart shatter. He really didn't take it with him!
Goofy went over and sat on the bed. And with weak hands. He picked it up and held the stuffed toy in his hands.
"Gawrsh." Goofy whispered and sobbed as he squeezed it to hear the squeaking noise.
Goofy looked around. Feeling that his little boy is gone for good. Moving on to become a man. With no place for Goofy in it. Goofy hugged the toy. And silently cried.
Flashback end...
Goofy looked down at the picture as he told the team.
"After that. Well. I got focused on my duty as the King's most loyal knight. It helped to feel needed and important but..." Goofy sighed sadly.
"You miss him still." Sora understood while he and the team looked sympathetic. Even Jack and Olaf looked sympathetic.
"Yeah." Goofy nodded sadly. "I hadn't seen him ever since."
"Maybe he misses you too. Max must've been worried to not here from you in so long." Kairi figured. Giving how long he was asleep in that cryo pod with Donald and Sora. And Jiminy.
But Goofy wasn't so sure about that.
"Awe I appreciate it, Kairi. But I don't think he even noticed I was missing. When we went back to Disney Town to stop Maleficent, he wasn't at the castle." Goofy said, his head down in sadness, heartbroken just thinking about this. "I don't think he misses me at all. Not that I blame him. I've made it hard for him. Being a Goof of a father."
"I'm not so sure about that." Santa said, getting everyone's attention. "In fact, I'm completely confidant that he misses you a lot."
"How can you be so sure?" Goofy asked, still not completely believing it.
"How? Well because I'm Santa Claus! Ho ho ho!" Santa said with his signature laugh.
"See Goofy? Even Santa believes Max misses you." Kairi said giving Goofy a reassuring smile.
"I know the Bond between you two is strong." Sora said giving his two scents.
"Yeah. Take it from someone who's had to raise kids too." Donald said to his friend.
"Come on Goofship Trooper. You just got to believe." Aiden said nodding to Goofy.
"Cheesy line aside, I agree." Victoria added with Baby Groot nodded.
Goofy looked at all his friends before smiling at their words of encouragement.
"Thanks fellas. I appreciate it." Goofy said, feeling a little better, even though it still hurts slightly.
"And now Jack. I believe you came here for a reason." Santa decided to address Jack Skellington.
"Right. You see..." Jack was about to say before.
****Crash!***
The sound of glass breaking could be heard from next door to the toy factory. Santa ran for the door while scowling at Jack.
"Ugh! What trouble have you brought this time Jack?!" Santa demanded groaned in frustration before running inside.
"This time?" Sora inquired at Jack.
"It's... A long story." Jack nervously stated while scratching the back of his head.
"Oooh! I love long backstories!" Olaf beamed while sitting on a chair to listen.
"Sorry Carrot Top. It will have to wait." Aiden mused at Olaf.
"Come on let's see what's going on." Sora said to team as they and Jack ran for the factory door.
Whatever was happening inside. Jack could only hope it wasn't anything to get him on Santa's bad side again.

Yep. I added Max from A Goofy Movie in this story. And I used the one scene I thought was genius in it's so so Disney Direct sequel. For that flashback you all read. But you're all probably wondering when will Max show up for real?
You'll all find out soon enough.
Also I bet you're all glad I brought Olaf to Christmas Town right? I couldn't pass that up with him being a snowman and part of Aiden's family.
Speaking of which. I hope you liked the idea of Aiden and Victoria already were acquainted with Santa Clause. You see they saved Christmas a year before meeting Sora. When Santa's sled crashed in Arendelle. Aiden foxed up Santa's sled and the Jollu man himself granted Aiden the means to use his space bridge portal to visit the North Pole whenever he and his family wants.
Also I based Santa's designs on the version from Phineas And Ferb Christmas special. I prefer for Santa to be tall, colorful and inviting. If you know what I mean.
