Part 4 essentially covers the interviews of the police officers, that arrived on and off the scene of the Columbine High School shooting, that took place on April 20, 1999. It's pages 8,700 to 10,075 in the report. To be honest? Most of these are not very good. But someone has to compile the witness reports. Enjoy.
