Meet the Elite: Here in Hoenn!
Ash's Pokémon: Pikachu, Corphish, Shiinotic, Lapras, Sceptile, Dragonite
The sound of laughter could be heard as Ash, Steven and Wallace talked about the time he had with the Johto elites.
"Wait, wait. They literally chased Will all over the airport with their Pokémon?!" Steven said with a wheezing laugh.
"Yeah! KAren said something about ripping his balls off and feeding them to her Murkrow when he was through with him!" Ash answered as he held his ribs.
"Well, it serves him right. Showing you a peephole. You are far too young for such things." Wallace with with a sniff but he still had a smirk on his face.
"I still don't get why it was important for him to have Noctowl look through a wall though. That has nothing to do with battling." Ash said in an innocent tone.
The two men just looked at him with stares.
"Oh stay innocent, young Alola Champion." Wallace said as he hugged his head, much to his embarrassment.
"So, I know about Drake but what about the others?" Ash asked, finally freeing himself from Wallace's embrace.
"Sidney is our dark type user. He also runs a bar and club in Lilycove city. It is pretty popular among the trainers and Gym Leaders as a place to cool down." Steven began
"Phoebe is our Ghost-user. She is a medium at Mt. Pyre and lives with her grandmother. She was most excited to meet you." Wallace explained.
"Really?" Ash asked curiously.
"Yep. She's actually born in Alola but moved here to train in communing with ghost types." Wallace added before continuing.
"Finally, there's Glacia, our Ice-type user. She is actually part of the upper class and is the epitome of elegance and grace. She may take you on an excursion or something."
"Well, that may be hard. I have the manners of a raging Tauros." Ash said with a sheepish smile.
"Well you can expect Glacia to show you how to handle such a society." Steven said as they felt the plane go down.
"Welp, plane is landing. The rest of the Elite 4 should be waiting for us." Steven said as it began to land at Ever Grande City airport.
There were four individuals waiting for them.
First was a 26-year old male with a tuft of magenta hair and eyes that were narrowed with a mischievous grin. He was dressed in a yellow and brown striped shirts under a black blazer, magenta pants and black shoes with a golden bracelet on his right wrist.
Next was a 19-year old girl with tanned skin, short black hair held by two pink flower hairclips and blue eyes. She had on a blue one piece bikini and a blue sarong skirt plus a magenta anklet with a stone inside attached to her left ankle
Third was a 37-year-old woman with pale white skin, blue eyes and blonde hair with three ponytails flowing from behind her. She had on a lilac ballroom gown with a white pattern near the top and a pair of white heels.
Finally was a tall, 44-year-old man with black eyes and a large white moustache. He wore a black, open duster jacket, blue pants and black boots with a white and black sailor cap on his head.
The youngest of the quartet was shaking with excitement.
"Oooooh, I cannot wait for the Alola champion to come! I am going to have so much fun with him, we'll talk, dance and have a good time!" She said
"Phoebe, try to act professional." The older woman spoke in a professional tone.
"Sorry, Glacia." She pouted.
"Ahh, go easy on her, Glacia. She's just excited that she's meeting the champion from her home region" The nearly bold man spoke with a sneaky tone.
"True, Sidney. But that does not give her the right to act like a five year old on a sugar high." Glacia said to which Sidney shook his head at that.
"Though I can see Drake looking eager." He said as they saw the sailor looking to the sky with a whimsical look on his face.
"He did battle the boy." Glacia agreed.
"True.' Sidney said as he approched the sailor. 'So, what is the kid like?" He asked.
"Kind of an upstart when I met him, but I could sense the potential. Kept an eye on him during his many league battles. Was proud that he reached champion status. I am eager to meet him again." He said with a chuckle.
Soon the plane landed and the doors opened up, showing the two Hoenn champions and young Alolan champion.
"Well, you are in luck. Here they come now." Glacia said as he saw the two champions make their way down the steps. However when Ash came out, he missed a step and went tumbling.
"WOAH WATCH OUT!" Ash yelled as Pikachu squeaked in response. The two Hoenn champions turned and were greeted to Ash tumbling into them. The all landed in a heap on the floor, with the four Elites wincing as they saw it.
"Ow…not a way to make an entrance." Ash groaned from the pile.
"I know, I think your knee is in my spine" Steven said in agony.
"What happened up there?" Wallace asked as they slowly got up.
"Must've missed a step." Ash said, dusting himself off.
"Well, I know that is something that needs to be fixed." Glacia said as he got to work, dusting the three males off.
"Hey, Glacia. Thanks for the welcoming committee." Wallace spoke in a grateful tone.
"My pleasure.' She then had a look at Ash. 'And this must be our new Alolan champion. Glacia Chillbane, pleasure to meet you." She said as she held a hand as Ash shook it eagerly.
"Ash Ketchum, pleasure's mine. So you're an Elite? How strong are you? And can we battle?" Ash asked in his usual eager tone, causing the woman to chuckle.
"My my. Eager aren't we?" She said and soon Sidney approached them.
"Can you blame him? From what we know, the kid loves to battle.' He then slung an arm around his shoulder. 'Name's Sidney Shade, you want to know a place, I'm your guy. Need info, I'm your guy."
"Need to get kicked, I'm your guy." Phoebe said
"Yep.' Then he realised what he said. 'Wait, wh-?"
Phoebe yelled and drop-kicked him out of the way as she began to eagerly shake Ash's hands.
"HI! I'M PHOEBE 'UHANE! ALOLA TO MY HOME REGION'S CHAMPION!" She said.
"Woah, you're from Alola?!" Ash said with a sparkle in his eye.
"Hell yeah! Born and raised on Ula'Ula Island." She said with an eager tone.
"That is so cool!" Ash said with Pikachu agreeing.
"Yeah! Hey, there is an Alola Culture festival happening in Ever Grande soon, I would love for you to be there." She spoke in an eager tone.
"You got that right, I'll be there! But first…' He then eyed Drake. Both had a look in their eyes that they knew what they meant. 'Hey, Drake. I learned a lot, so you ready for a rematch?"
"We'll do it on the same place we had our match the first time. Be there, young sailor." Drake said with a grin as he walked away.
Pikachu and Ash looked at each other with an eager grin. They were itching for some payback.
The next day, a sailor saw Ash rush to the ship, alerting the captain.
"Captain, skipper coming aboard!" He said.
"Let him up! Time for a battle!" He said as he held a PokéBall.
As soon as Ash got onto the boat, he felt it drifting into the sea.
Drake soon took a big sniff.
"Ahh, the scent of the sea. The perfect place for a battle."
Ash nodded in agreement.
"Yeah. Though I did get creamed that time." He spoke, with memories filling his head of how he got curbstomped by him when he went through Hoenn.
"Yeah. But times change us all. Let's hope you haven't lost your edge." He said as they went to the main deck.
"This will be a 3 on 3 battle! Substitutions are allowed! Ready? Choose your Pokémon!"
"Shelgon! Ride the Waves to battle!"
Emerging from a PokéBall was a short quadruped being a round, grey ball with eyes, who grunted in anticipation.
"Shelgon huh? I think it's time for some payback. Pikachu? You wanna do this?" Ash asked his partner
"Pika!"
He leapt off his shoulder and ran to the field, sparking for a battle.
"Battle begin!" Said the referee
"Now Pikachu, Quick Attack!"
Pikachu blurred from sight as he rushed to Shelgon, but Drake was ready.
"Rock Tomb!"
A giant boulder appeared above Shelgon and he launched it at Pikachu.
"Dodge and rebound from the ship's side!"
Pikachu dodged it and rebounded from the ship's railing, slamming into his side.
"Pikachu, Thunderbolt!"
Soon a bolt of lightning shot from his cheeks, shocking the shell as he screamed.
"Now, Iron Tail!"
Pikachu's tail shone silver and he went down to slam onto his head but Drake was faster.
"Not this time. Flamethrower!"
Flames blasted from Shelgon, bathing Pikachu in the heat, sending the rodent back, with scorch marks.
"Damn! New tricks, huh?" Ash said
"Yes! And here is another! Shadow Claw!"
A spectral claw appeared and went to slash Pikachu.
"Dodge with Quick Attack!"
Pikachu managed to dart out of the way of the claw as he landed and Ash was quick with another attack.
"Hold him down with Electroweb!"
Pikachu soon shot an electric web to Shelgon, holding him in place as he was shocked.
"Oh no! Shelgon! Return!"
Drake quickly recalled his companion.
"Good move. But now it is time for another old friend. Altaria! Ride the waves to battle!" He said as a blue dragon creature with kind eyes and large cloud wings came out.
"Use Aerial Ace!"
Altaria blurred and struck Pikachu who was sent flying to Ash.
"You OK, buddy?!" Ash asked and Pikachu squeaked a yes in response.
"Good. You take a break, OK?" He said as he threw a PokéBall.
"Sceptile! I choose you!"
Out came a bipedal, green gecko with yellow eyes and a large tree for a tail and six yellow bulbs on two red lines on its back. It also had two green leaves sticking out of its elbows and he stuck a twig into his mouth.
"Nice. Use Aerial Ace!"
"Block with Thunder Punch!"
Altaria blurred out of sight but this time, she was caught in the electric claws of Sceptile, who then threw the dragon over his shoulder and socked it in the face, sparks showing that Altaria was paralysed.
"Now use Leaf Blade!"
Sceptile blurred and rushed to Altaria, who just saw Sceptile's glowing blades slice down on her, sending her back.
"Altaria, get up!" Drake ordered but Altaria struggled to do so.
"Now, use the sails to get some air!"
Sceptile then began to leap to the top of the mast and leapt from above.
"Combo move time! Dragon Claw and Thunder Punch for the Lightning Dragon's Knuckle!"
Sceptile dove down as his left claw glowed green then began to spark. A dragon's head was soon formed as he dove down and slammed into Altaria, a smoke cloud forming. When it cleared, Sceptile had his arms crossed as he stood over an unconscious Altaria
"Altaria is unable to battle! Sceptile wins!"
"Nice one!" Ash cheered as Sceptile showed a thumbs up.
"Good job, Altaria. Take a rest. Now, Shelgon! You're up!"
Shelgon was back out and was ready to battle, while Ash had a thought.
"Best not to get too excited. Shelgon may be exhausted but I know that Drake is stronger than he looks. Better be careful."
"Sceptile, Dragon Claw!" Ash called as his grass type's claws glowed aqua as he rushed to strike down but Drake smiled.
"Gotcha! Flamethrower!"
Ash's eyes widened but before he could say anything, Sceptile was bathed in fire. When it subsided, Sceptile was swaying from pain.
"Now Dragon Claw!"
Shelgon rushed forward and slammed a draconic claw into Sceptile's gut, causing his eyes to bulge out from pain. Sceptile stood for a few seconds before collapsing onto himself, out cold.
"Sceptile is unable to battle! Shelgon wins!"
Ash sighed.
"Sceptile, return. Take a rest. Pikachu! You're up!"
Pikachu went to the field.
"How's about we lower that speed of yours! Rock Tomb!"
Shelgon unleashed another Rock Tomb but Ash had a different idea.
"Electroweb!"
Pikachu used Electroweb and managed to stop the giant rock from coming, before sending it back.
"Now leap onto the rock and dive down with Iron Tail!"
Pikachu sped to the charging rock and managed to gain some height after leaping off of it, then spun down with an Iron Tail
"Match that with Dragon Claw!" Drake ordered as Shelgon leapt up and slam the claw into Pikachu, who in turn slammed his tail onto his head, just as the Rock Tomb crashed into them both.
When the dust settled, both were out cold.
"Both Shelgon and Pikachu are unable to battle! This match is a draw!"
Ash picked up Pikachu and allowed him to rest with one of the sailors, while Drake returned his Pokémon.
"I see you have improved a lot since the last time. Now we can go into the big leagues." Drake said with a grin, holding a PokéBall.
"I agree."
"SALAMENCE! RIDE THE WAVES TO BATTLE!"
"DRAGONITE! I CHOOSE YOU!"
PokéBalls opened to show a large, teal dragon with red wings and silver claws and Ash's Dragonite who was currently squeezing Ash in a tight hug.
"Dragonite…I love you to, girl but…Battle time." He wheezed out from the grip.
"So, you caught a Dragonite? Let's see how strong she is." He said as he took out something from his pocket: A watch with a key stone.
"You earned my respect, so I will grant you a strong battle."
With a click, a mega stone appeared on Salamence's head as he began to go through a metamorphosis. The front legs retracted and the wings merged into one crescent as silver bands ran down his body vertically.
Mega Salamence had entered the battle.
"Be careful, Dragonite. This guy means business!"
Dragonite flew to match Salamence with a glare, but retracted back when Salamnce growled.
"Salamence! Dragon Rush!"
"Dragon Claw!"
Salamence quickly rushes to Dragonite, who crossed her arms as the large dragon impacted into her, struggling with the power. She then manages to uppercut the opposing dragon, sending him back.
"Now Steel Wing!"
"Use Steel Wing to, Salamence!"
Both dragons wings shone silver as they rushed to each other but despite both matching, Salamence managed a few good hits due to the speed boost.
"Gotta match the speed. Dragon Dance!"
Dragonite soon began to spin around as her aura flared up, increasing her attack and speed.
"Interesting. Flamethower!"
"Dragon Dance to deflect!"
Salamence shot fire from his maw as Dragonite continued her dance, blocking the flame along the way with boosting her stats.
"Just one more! Another Dragon Dance!"
Dragonite managed to pull off another Dragon Dance just as Salamence was given another order for a Dragon Rush.
"Duck, then grab the tail!"
With the Dragon Dances, the stats were boosted, thus she managed to dodge the incoming Dragon Rush and grab the tail.
"Superpower and throw him away!"
Bulging her muscles, Dragonite began to spin Salamence with all her might before throwing him above her into the air.
"Combo Move with Superpower and Dragon Claw! Time for the Draconic Basher!"
Dragonite's claws soon elongated and turned aqua as they increased in size before rushing to Salamence, who was dizzy from the throw. Suddenly, a deadly impact struck Salamence, causing his eyes to bulge as Dragonite struck with her Draconic Basher.
One throw later sent him to the ship's deck as she roared and dove down with a mighty slam. And with a repeat of Sceptile VS Altaria, Salamence was out cold as he reverted back to normal, Dragonite roaring in victory.
"Salamence is Unable to battle, the Winner is Dragonite! That makes Ash Ketchum the winner!"
"Alright!" Ash cheered with Pikachu as Dragonite went back to her kind look, hugging Ash as he congratulated her.
Salamence was up as Drake patted his head
"He did well, huh old friend?" He said but Salamence wasn't paying attention. He just stared at Dragonite with a blush on his face, much to Drake's amusement.
Love between Dragons huh?
The ship then docked at EverGrande City, Ash eagerly eaping off where he was greeted by both Sidney and Phoebe.
"Hey guys!" Ash said with an ecstatic grin.
"Ash! What happened that made you happy?" Sidney asked. Before Ash could answer, he was dragged away by Phoebe.
"Tell us later! We have a festival to get to!" She said as she dragged Ash away. Sidney just shook his head in amusement as he followed them.
The festival was in full swing with all sorts of Alolan themed stands set up and decorations from leis to tropical flowers. Many stands had different food products and juices all from Alola and there was also a few familiar faces in the crowd as well.
A petite pale 17-year-old girl with purple hair and eyes, wearing a purple dress and a no shoes with a silver pikachu puppet floating behind her and a 25-year-old male with wild blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a red vest and black pants and sandals with a pair of headphones and a golden medallion around his neck with three moles, each having blonde hairdos: a bowl cut, wavy locks and frizzy hair.
"Acerola! Leo!" Ash called as he ran up to them.
"Ash!" They said as they greeted their champion.
"What are you guys doing here?" He asked.
"We're helping with the festival," Leo said with his Dugtrio agreeing.
"My cousin asked for our help and we came." Acerola said with a smile.
"Cousin?" Ash asked confused with Pikachu doing the same thing with a 'pika?'
"Alola cuz!" Phoebe said as she approached Acerola.
"Alola Phoebe." Acerola said with a smile, causing the two to look between them in confusion.
"Wait? YOu two are cousins?" He asked.
"Yeah!" Both girls said.
"Well ain't that news!" Sidney said with a grin.
"Sidney, don't you have a bar that needs tending?" Phoebe said as the man realised she was right and went to his place to get drinks ready for customers and patrons
"Hey, now. Let's get to the stage. Phoebe, Acerola and Ash. Let's boogie down to some funky beats." Leo said as his Dugtrio also agreed.
"Alright! And I know just the two to help!" Ash said as he released two Pokémon: His Shiinotic and a small orange crayfish with a white underbelly.
"A Shiinotic and a Corphish?" Leo asked.
"Yeah. Shiinotic loves to dance and Corphish can do a great bubble show."
"Shiii-no" Shiinotic said in a dreamy tone.
"Corp!" Corphish chattered away.
"Come on then! It's party time, Alola style!" Phoebe said.
Soon, the party was in full swing as the residents of Ever Grande began boogying to the beat, with a wonderful bubble display and the hypnotic dance moves by Shiinotic.
As Corphish used Bubble Beam, Shiinotic used her lights to give a disco light effect to the crowd as they were hypnotised. All the while, Ash, Phoebe and Acerola danced in hula outfits. Pikachu even joined in the fun as well.
Ash was now at Sidney's bar, who along with Pikachu, Shiinotic and Corphish, were enjoying ice cold beverages.
"So, how was the festival?" Sidney asked as he polished a glass.
"Awesome! Listening to Leo funk really brought the place alive! And my Pokémon helped out as well!" Ash said to his Pokémon who were sipping their drinks.
"Pika!"
"Shii!"
"Cor!"
Sidney chuckled at the upbeat attitude when he suddenly heard a ruckus.
"WELL I THINK IT'S TAUROS CRAP!"
"Huh?" Ash said confused as his Pokémon also turned to see who was causing a ruckus. It was some man, dressed in a messy shirt and pants with a red face.
"SOME PUNK KID COMES IN HERE AND TRIES A CULTURAL TAKEOVER! I WON'T HAVE IT!" He roared in a drunken manner.
"Oh great, this guy." Sidney sighed in annoyance.
"Who's he?"
"Some bum who couldn't hack it in the Hoenn League. Tried to cheat his way but he got caught and tossed out on his ass. Hold on." Sidney said as he approached the man
"Back again Trevor?" He said to the drunk.
"Oh look who it is.' He sneered at Sidney, who looked as annoyed as everyone else. 'The 'Elite 4' member of darkness. You think you're hot stuff? HAH! You're nothing! You're a loser bartender! I should be the one to take the top."
"Dude, you got kicked out for enhancing your Pokémon with drugs. Why would you think you would reach the top?"
"Oh please, they couldn't understand it! I'll beat you and that punk Alolan champion who thinks he can mosey on here from his backwater region! Where is he?!"
"Here." Ash said in an annoyed tone.
"Huh?"
"Shiinotic, Sleep Powder. Corphish, use Vice Grip to chuck him out." He said in an annoyed tone.
Shiinotic's shroom cap soon launched spores at the man, who felt woozy while Corphish scuttled behind him as he fell backward, the crayfish grabbing the hem of his shirt then throwing him out.
"And take your attitude to the nearest dumpster!" Ash yelled out as the man went unconscious.
The patrons cheered.
"Thanks kid! Say, drinks are on me!" Sidney said with a grin.
The patrons also cheered as they congratulated Ash and his Pokémon for getting rid of an annoyance.
Next day, Ash was now in a dressing room with a tailor, who was looking over him and measuring his whole body.
"Um, what are you doing?" Ash asked in a confused manner.
"Lady Glacia has invited you to a special cruise. As such she asked me to prepare your outfit for the occasion."
"So why the clothes?"
The tailor looked at him with a dry look.
"It's called having class. Something you are sorely lacking." He said with an annoyed tone.
Ignoring Ash's indignant squawk, he began to sketch out a design and choosing a set.
A few hours later, Ash was now dressed in a black button up with a dark blue tie under a dark blue blazer., charcoal black slacks and shoes. His black hair was combed and gelled back, much to his annoyance.
"I feel like an Empoleon in this." he said, fidgeting with his tie.
"Just like royalty. Now go. Lady Glacia awaits." He said as Ash was pushed out of the room alongside Pikachu.
Glacia was also waiting for him.
"I see you are ready. Let's go." She said in a calm tone as she walked off to where the party was along with Ash, who had one thing on his mind:
"This is gonna suck."
"Pika." Pikachu agreed with him.
The party was in full swing. The sound of piano and violins being played surrounded the room as all of the guests mingled while sipping drinks, lightly chatting with each other.
Ash was looking bored as he stood behind Glacia, who was currently talking with some of the guests.
"I'll just head to the snack table." He groaned as he went to where the food was, picking a roll in his mouth.
"Man this party is such a bore. Wish something would happen." Ash said with a sigh with Pikachu agreeing with him.
"Well, you're in luck' Ash turned and saw Glacia looking at him with a smile 'This party is for watching a pod of Lapras. They are said to be coming here."
"Woah, really?" Ash said in wonder, memories of his own coming to mind.
"That's right. Go to the upper deck. They will start the watch party in a few minutes." Glacia said as she went to where the party was.
Soon every occupant was on the ship, looking out at the sea. The intercom soon chimed as the captain's voice called.
[Alright everyone. On the left of the boat, the Lapras pod should be coming. They have come from the Orange Islands on a migration trip, so try not to frighten them OK? You can take pictures if you want.]
And as if by magic, they all saw a large group of Lapras swim by
"How marvelous!"
"Such majestic creatures!"
"How I wish I could have one!"
"It would be wonderful to sail on one!"
But one soon stopped as it eyed the ship and with a cheer, swam to them at full speed. This set the others in a panic
"Um, why is that one coming at us?!"
"Oh my Arceus, is it attacking?!"
"Someone call the swim guard!"
Glacia was about to intervene but Ash stopped her.
"Wait!"
Ice type user paused in confusion and saw Ash leaning to get closer.
"Pikachu, is that…?" He said when the Lapras leapt onto the deck and nuzzled against Ash and Pikachu.
"Is it attacking that young man?!"
"Someone save him!"
The party-goers were screaming but Ash just laughed it off.
"It is you! Good to see you again, girl!"
"La!" She squeaked as she continued to nuzzle him. Pikachu went on her head and let out his own greeting for his old friend.
Glacia looked a bit shocked. "You know this Lapras?"
"Know her? She used to be mine back in the Orange Islands! Saved her from some beach bullies and she came along! How have you been girl?" He asked his Lapras, who continued to nuzzle him.
"Lap!" She squeaked when a deeper roar caught their attention.
Emerging from the ocean, was a giant blue serpentine with a yellow underbelly and a large mouth with an angry look on its face.
"What the?! A Gyarados?!" He yelled out and then he saw the entire group of Lapras in front of the ship, Ash's Lapras also looking with a narrowed stare.
Ash saw this and got an idea.
"This guy was bothering you wasn't he?" He asked.
"Lap!"
"Well, I think it's time we show this guy that no means no! Lapras! Pikachu! Let's take him down!" Ash said as the two got ready to battle
"Rotom-Phone, what moves does Lapras know first?" He checked his Rotom-phone
[This Lapras knows: Ice Beam, Surf, Psychic, Drill Run]
THe Gyarados roared as it launched a powerful Hyper Beam at the ship.
"Lapras! Psychic on the Hyper Beam!"
Lapras's eyes glowed blue as it surrounded the beam, holding it in position.
"Now fire it back!"
With a movement of her head, the beam was blasted back to where Gyarados was.
"Pikachu, Thunderbolt! Lapras, use Ice Beam!"
Pikachu soon launched a bolt of lightning from his cheeks while Lapras launched a beam of ice from her mouth, electrocuting and freezing the serpent at the same time. The Gyarados got angry and went in to chomp at Pikachu.
"Oh no! Iron Tail! Lapras use Psychic and give Pikachu a boost!"
Pikachu's tail shone silver and he also curled into a ball, just as Lapras used Psychic to shoot him right to Gyarados, the psychic giving him a boost then sent the serpent flying.
Gyarados looked a bit dazed, giving Ash an opportunity to strike.
"Let's end this! Lapras! Combo move time! Surf and Drill Run for an Aqua Drill!"
Lapras roared as she summoned a huge wave which cascaded over Gyarados then began to spin with the horn glowing and becoming longer while her body was encased in water, spinning fast, she struck the chest with all her might, sending Gyarados flying into the sky with a twinkle forming.
"And that is a wrap!" Ash said as everyone cheered even Glacia.
Just as Lapras was about to depart with the pod, an older Lapras stopped her.
"Lap?" She asked.
"Pras." He said, pointing at Ash. Her eyes widened and the Male Lapras nodded in confirmation. She swam to Ash in an eager manner.
"Hey girl, what's wrong? I thought you were with your family." he asked in confusion
Lapras simply nuzzled Ash and soon he got an idea on what is happening.

"It's good to have you back girl." She said and soon everyone clapped at the touching reunion, with Glacia looking on in slight happiness as well.
Soon, the entire elite 4 was at the airport, saying goodbye to Ash.
"Such a shame you have to go." Glacia said with a sigh.
"I know, but I enjoyed spending time with you guys." Ash replied
"You came a long way form the arrogant upstart back in Hoenn." Drake said with a smile.
"Hey!" Ash said indignantly, causing them to chuckle.
"I really need to go back to Alola and watch the whole League though. Can't believe I missed it." Phoebe said with a pout.
"Hey, I can send you a recording. You can watch it, that way. I can even send you one as well, Sidney."
"Aw thanks kid."
Suddenly, they heard the sound of the plane roar into existence.
"That's my ride. Later!" Ash yelled as he and Pikachu entered the plane, the four Elites waved back as they saw the plane fly off into the distance.
