Chapter 1138

Not Done Trying

Seconds ago:

John was in the commissary. Claire was in front of him. Allison joined them a few minutes later and sat next to him. Jesse entered a few minutes after that and sat next to Claire. He could feel someone playing footsies with him. It seemed to be happening from more than one of them. He was pretty sure it was all of them. Each time he looked at one of them individually, they smiled at him. He could see that they were all in competition with each other. If he wasn't going on his honeymoon cruise with Cameron in a very short time, he was ready for any of them, or even better, all of them.

He really wondered what it would be like to be with Allison and Claire at the same time. He was pretty sure that they would be the meat and potatoes and Jesse would be the desert. Maybe Jesse and Allison would be the meat and potatoes and Claire would actually be the desert.

John 'escaped' from the commissary. He knew Cameron pressured all the girls to come on the cruise with them. He thought Cameron figured since they would all be 'captive' on the ship, maybe she could 'make' something happen. From all the reviews and videos about the ship, he knew alcohol flowed freely everywhere. He didn't think it would take too many drinks to lower all of their inhibitions even lower than they already were. He figured Cameron wasn't done trying yet. It was clear that Savannah tried to make sure it was just Cameron and him and a protection detail on board.

He decided to see what was happening in the Command Center anyway. He walked there and entered. He hoped Cameron wouldn't give him a hard time about it. He was glad Cameron wasn't there.

"Hello, John Henry." John said.

John Henry was a little surprised to see John. Cameron indicated to him that John wouldn't follow up on any operations before they departed for their cruise.

"Hello, John." John Henry said. "Cameron left a few minutes ago."

John offered up an explanation. He believed there was a little more to it but didn't actually say it.

"I think she wanted to check in with everyone before we left." John said.

They both knew Cameron was on a last minute 'recruitment tour' as she attempted to get one of the girls to go. They understood her anxiety over the anti-Metal faction. It just seemed premature to act on it.

John Henry was sure Cameron wasn't done trying yet.

He brought John up to speed on everything.

John was worried about the Fanatics. He'd liked the way Young Allison dealt with them. He was aware she may have stepped outside the bounds of the normal scope of the Resistance operation. Based upon the results, he couldn't complain. Based on the reason why she probably did it, he couldn't complain either. It was done to keep Cameron from entering the target zone. Currently Cameron was undamaged. Well, her sheath was undamaged. He could personally testify to that. His hands and eyes had been over every square inch of it throughout the night and morning. Cameron currently wasn't the issue, the Fanatics were.

"I want an eye kept out for the Fanatics." John said. "I want them handled the same way we've been dealing with them. Strike first, ask questions later. There have been too many close ones with them."

John Henry didn't think Young Allison would fail to act if he didn't act soon enough. He figured if anything, someone would need to hold her back. He wasn't really sure that anyone could. He actually wasn't sure anyone should.

"I'm sure Young Allison won't hesitate to have CamNet act on her behalf." John Henry said. "It seems to be what happens anyway."

John knew when Young Allison acted, she hit hard. He figured he should be a little more upset with Young Allison's meddling but he wasn't. It seemed almost 'normal' to him. He didn't know Cameron 'conditioned' him at night to accept whatever Young Allison or Savannah did without question.

"That should bother me more than it does but it doesn't." John said. "I think that the results speak for themselves."

John Henry could see it was the future knocking. It was all Cameron's doing.

"Some things were meant to be." John Henry said.

John often woke up in the morning thinking about Young Allison. He was never bothered by anything that Young Allison and CamNet did. He really wasn't sure why. He felt like they were working together with him, even if they actually weren't. They were all working towards the same goal. All of Young Allison's 'calls' proved to be 'good calls'. They were better than his on more than one occasion. He knew she'd prevented the Metal girls and Savannah from being damaged, terminated or killed more than once.

He'd thought about both Savannah and Young Allison when he'd woke up earlier in the night. He was pleased to see Cameron was still there next to him. She'd been leaning over him waiting to give him a kiss. Her lips were right next to his ear. She quickly moved them over and gave him a kiss as she lifted his hands to fondle her. That quickly expanded into another love making session. She'd quickly taken over that as well.

John didn't know his 'thoughts' of Savannah and Young Allison were prompted by Cameron as she 'conditioned' him for the future. He was concerned about both Savannah and Young Allison in his absence. He knew they would both step up to do more. He was sure that Savannah and Cammy would fill in for everything that Cameron did. His main worry was Young Allison.

"John Henry, I want you to watch over Young Allison." John said.

John Henry thought Savannah would do most of the watching. She was very protective of Young Allison.

"I'm sure Savannah will make that happen if I miss anything." John Henry said.

John wanted to make it clear to John Henry and CamNet what he wanted for Young Allison in his absence.

"I want you to do that." John said as he looked at the security camera. "I want CamNet to make sure Young Allison gets all her proper rest and is able to do her studies and PT. She needs to have more to her life than doing this, especially at her young age."

John Henry saw where John looked as he spoke.

"I think you just got the message across." John Henry said.

John knew there was little direct interaction with CamNet and him. Cameron wanted it that way. She didn't want CamNet to interact with him on a personal level, only a professional level. Only Savannah and Young Allison regularly worked directly with CamNet or spoke with her. Only Savannah and Cameron ever saw CamNet on a regular basis.

He didn't know that one of Cameron's biggest fears was for CamNet to want him as she did. It was the main reason that she wanted some distance between CamNet and him. It was also the reason why she'd replaced Cam's, Cammy's and Camille's protocols for him with those for Vanna, Savannah and Young Jesse. She didn't want any unnecessary competition.

John Henry could see that John was lost in thought right now. He figured he'd better give him a heads up. He didn't want to see John get blindsided. He'd already observed the earlier interaction in the commissary between John and the girls.

"Allison is coming." John Henry said and then quickly added. "To the Command Center I mean. Jesse is with her."

John suppressed a snicker at John Henry's statement. He would have thought Jesse would have stayed with Claire. They both looked like they wanted some 'dessert'. He knew he sure did when he was surrounded by them. Luckily he'd just shared some with Cameron before he arrived in the commissary. Even with that recent encounter, he was still able to respond.

Allison and Jesse walked into the Command Center.

John swallowed hard when he looked at them. He thought they looked beautiful.

Jesse noted John's reaction. Since he was sitting down, she was sure the reaction on his face wasn't his only reaction. She'd noticed the bulge in his pants when he made his quick exit from the commissary earlier.

"Don't look so surprised, love." Jesse said. "Work always comes before pleasure."

John doubted that but they were there. He was pretty sure the girls were ready for pleasure at any time. Then again who wasn't? He sure liked to be with Cameron whenever he was able to be with her. It sure beat 'Rosie'.

Allison wanted to do what she could.

"We're both here to help." Allison said. "We don't have the experience of John or even Allison - Young Allison, but we're still a fresh set of eyes and ears and can offer our perspective."

John Henry knew that humans sometimes could 'feel' something was off, even if it seemed logical and correct. Something designed to fool Terminators was sometimes 'caught' by the human perspective. It reminded him of several incidents in the military, where 'color blind' individuals were used to spot camouflage areas from helicopters. To them, the camouflaged area 'stood out'. It didn't 'look' right to them. For some reason it made him think of the saying: 'You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time but you can't fool all the people all the time.'

John didn't want to get wrapped up in anything. He needed to leave.

"I think everything is in good hands here." John said.

John told them he was going to go.

They all wished him good luck on his trip. Jesse and Allison both gave him a close hug and a kiss on the cheek. He was sure they both brushed up against 'Little Willie' on purpose.

John left. He wanted to return to his room.

Claire walked out of the commissary. She gave him a close hug and kiss on the cheek. She wished him well. She brushed up against 'Little Willie' as well.

John saw the look in her eyes. They almost looked like they 'begged' him. He took off and continued on his way to his room.

Claire's eyes did beg him. They begged him to not let Summer be taken away from her. They begged him to 'take' her. She would do everything Cameron wanted her to do. She wanted it for herself now too. She wanted to have a child for John and Cameron to raise as their own. She wouldn't mind having a baby of her own. She really wanted to see if John could get her there as they conceived a child. She wanted to 'finish' one time through intercourse. She wanted to make sure that it wasn't her but all the selfish men that had been with her who couldn't deliver. They all took what they wanted and didn't care if she made it or not. Cameron told her multiple times that John would get her there and she would enjoy it immensely. She swallowed hard as John walked away from her. She wanted all of those things.

John looked back once and Claire still looked at him. He wondered if she was going to follow him to his room or not. He hurried a little faster. He almost bumped into someone. It was actually two of them.

Cam and Vanna came around the corner before he'd made his turn to go to his room.

They talked for a few minutes and Vanna gave him a close hug and a kiss on the cheek. She didn't press up against 'Little Willie'. Cam watched but did neither.

Cam observed Vanna and knew she was only a weak moment away from being with John. Cameron pounded that into her head for years. The more human females Cameron could have around John would protected him from assassination. She didn't like it but she did understand it. She was pleased there were others who could do that first.

She really didn't want him to spend too much time with Vanna right now. She informed him Cameron was in Derek's room with Riley, Derek and Precious.

John left them and decided to go there instead. His eyes lingered on Vanna's eyes a little longer than they should have as he walked away. He didn't care for the stern look on Cam's face as he went around the corner. He still couldn't tell her from Cameron when he looked at her. With the look that she just gave him, she really looked like Cameron right now. Normally she looked a little more cheerful. He wanted to see Precious too before he left.

As he neared Derek's room, Sarah and Kyle came out of their room.

"Hi, John." Sarah and Kyle said.

John took a quick look behind him to make sure that none of the girls had followed him. The coast was clear. He felt he was on more neutral territory right now.

"Hello." John said.

They talked for a few minutes before they both gave him a hug. He told them Jan and Summer were both with Hanna. They then headed to the commissary.

John moved on to Derek's room.

He was about to knock when the door opened.

"Hello, John. Precious is sleeping." Samantha said quietly. "Cameron is holding her."

John was more than a little surprised when Samantha encountered him. He'd tried to approach the room quietly. He couldn't help but notice how much she looked like Claire at this point. From what he could see of her figure, it looked identical. The thought popped into his head that he would like to compare them naked 'side by side'. Wait, where did that thought come from? Now that he'd thought about it, he thought about it again. He would actually like to do that for all of the human girls and their Terminator counterparts. He would really like to do more than just look.

He finally took his eyes off of Samantha and looked in the room. Cameron sat next to Riley as she held Precious. There was such a look of contentment and joy on Cameron's face. It made him think of Claire again. He knew Cameron really would like to have a child of her own.

It saddened him somewhat to know she never could. It would never be her own child no matter what. He actually wondered if Cameron ever thought about constructing a Metal child when she was in one of the futures where the Terminator assembly facilities were located. She'd been to three futures like that but she'd never done it. He wondered if she thought about it. He was sure that she did. He actually believed if she were able to construct her own child, it would be the same to her as if she'd conceived and delivered it through the traditional method like a human female. He was sure it would open up a whole new can of worms if she ever did something like that. What age would she construct the child to be? Would it be an infant? Would it be a preschooler? He was pretty sure it would be a preteen, one way or another. What would happen a few years down the road? What about when it was time for the child to grow? Would the child know it was constructed and not born? He was sure it could be programmed to believe it was a real human. There would be many things that would still be different. He really didn't want to think about it right now.

He was well aware that Savannah and Young Allison both promised to have children for Cameron and him. He was surprised that hadn't happened yet. He would actually like to be involved in the process if it were the case. He really wanted their virginity. He wanted to be their 'first'. He wasn't really sure what would happen. So far he hadn't been part of the process for his other children that were born in the future. They'd been born in several different futures.

He was aware the latest push was for Claire to have another baby and give it to Cameron. She would either be a surrogate for Allison or have it be her own child. If it was to be her own child, she wanted it to be a traditional conception. Cameron previously mentioned that Young Jesse asked for a traditional conception as well. She pointed out Young Jesse was still a virgin as. He would ask Cameron point blank if she really wanted him to be with Claire or Young Jesse. He really wanted it for himself as well. He really believed if he's going to father a child that he should be part of the process directly.

"Good luck on your honeymoon." Derek said quietly.

It caught John a little off guard since he'd been thinking about Cameron and the 'other things', especially Claire.

"Thanks." John said quietly.

John saw Riley look up and smile, she got up and came over to the doorway. She wished John luck and gave him a small hug. She didn't give him a kiss on the cheek or brush up against 'Little Willie' like some of the others had. He'd glanced over at Cameron as Riley embraced him. She didn't look in their direction. He was glad that she didn't. It bothered him more than a little that everyone, including himself, treated Riley differently than all of the other girls were treated.

They spoke in hushed tones.

Riley looked at the way Cameron cared for Precious.

"Look at her." Riley said. "She seems so…."

John could see it too.

"Human?" John asked.

It was exactly what Riley thought.

"Yes." Riley said. "She stops by whenever she can to see Precious. Precious always seems so content to see her."

That revelation made John wonder about something.

"Does Precious respond to Cam or Cammy the same way she does with Cameron?" John asked.

Riley smiled. She'd actually 'tested' the concept.

"No." Riley said. "We tried it with Ally and Allison too. It is only Cameron she seems to adore."

It was clear to everyone how much Cameron adored Precious.

"It looks like Cameron adores her." John said.

Derek and Riley 'offered' Precious to Cameron when she was born.

"We've offered to share Precious with Cameron and you." Derek said. "Cameron always says it's our baby. She thanked us and for our earlier offer too."

John knew the offer was for Riley to 'give' Precious to Cameron as her own. It was a sacrifice Riley would have made to Cameron to show her love and appreciation for everything. Maybe it was to atone for what Future Riley did with him. He wanted to regret everything that happened but couldn't. He loved Future Riley. She didn't deserve to die because of him. Cameron even referred to Future Riley as his girlfriend before her death. He was sure it pained Cameron to utter those words. They didn't seem sarcastic at the time but maybe they were in a more veiled sense.

He didn't want to think about it. It was his time to be with Cameron. Cameron was the future. Future Riley was the past. Life moved forwards, not backwards.

John was about to leave so he didn't disturb Precious or Cameron.

Cameron looked up at him and smiled.

Riley went back and took Precious from Cameron.

Cameron gave Precious a kiss on the cheek. She got up and headed for the door.

John looked around and wondered where Samantha went. She was there one minute and gone the next. John looked around further for her but didn't see her. He'd really wanted to take one more look at her figure.

Derek gave Cameron and John both a hug and went back inside. He closed the door behind him.

Cameron wondered why John hadn't entered. She would've liked for him to have held Precious himself.

"You could have come in." Cameron said.

John tried to be diplomatic.

"I didn't want to disturb anyone." John said.

Cameron didn't think it was a problem.

"Precious was fast asleep." Cameron said.

John really didn't want to enter and make Cameron feel like she needed to leave.

"I meant I didn't want to disturb you." John said. "You looked so content and 'happy'."

The words seemed to slip out of Cameron's mouth.

"I'm a machine. I can't be happy." Cameron said.

Cameron thought of an earlier conversation with John. It was the conversation she'd conducted laying next to him on his bed. That was literally seconds before he ran off to be with Future Riley. The fact John and Future Riley were in the Honeymoon Suite only made it worse for her. She wondered if that was why CamNet put John and her in the Owner's Suite on the ship as opposed to the Honeymoon Suite that was next to it. Maybe there was some input from Savannah or Young Allison about it as well. The Owner's Suite was the largest of the three special suites that were located in the private area.

John cringed at Cameron's words. He was aware those were his words. He didn't want to go there. It was a statement that haunted him. He went forward with his original thought. He was anxious about going at this point. He was ready to get away from it all right now. The anticipation of going on a new adventure continued to build.

"That's not what I just saw." John said. "When do we go? How soon will we leave?"

CamNet set up VIP boarding for them.

"It will be soon. We'll have priority boarding." Cameron said. "There's no rush. I can absolutely guarantee the ship won't leave without us."

John hoped there wouldn't be any issues at a metal detector. He'd experienced that before in school.

"Will we skip the metal detectors?" John asked.

Cameron was afraid it would raise too many eyebrows if they skipped the metal detectors for any reason, even if they showed 'Homeland Security ID'.

"No." Cameron said. "They have them at the terminal and on the ship."

John thought CamNet could take care of the scans.

"I take it that CamNet is in both of their systems." John said.

Cameron wanted John to know CamNet was always watching.

"CamNet is everywhere." Cameron said. "She's like my shadow."

There was some movement behind them.

"I thought I was." Savannah said as she walked up.

A look of pure joy showed on Cameron's face as she looked at Savannah.

John noticed it. He didn't think Cameron ever looked that pleased to see him. Cameron said she 'couldn't be happy because she was a machine' but he knew the look of happiness when he saw it. He was aware how much Cameron depended on Savannah. They really were the best of friends, even if they weren't lovers, yet. Their love was based on pure feeling and emotion. He felt Cameron's and his love was based on appearance and sex. Maybe that was the difference between how male and females looked at love and a relationship. He knew everyone was different in what they felt and how they viewed things.

He remembered one time when he was 'pounding away' on Cameron in almost total darkness. He was about where he wanted to go when he realized she wasn't 'participating'. He still could hear her words.

"I could be 'anybody' right now" Cameron said.

John slowed and stopped. It looked like things were headed in a bad direction. He wondered what his current infraction was. He could have continued what he was doing and finished. He didn't. He didn't know what was wrong.

"What?" John asked.

Cameron still hadn't moved. She remained motionless as she spoke.

"Right now, this could be anyone laying here below you." Cameron said.

John wasn't sure where that statement came from. Not just anybody would be in his bed without some type of reason. A stranger off the street wouldn't be there.

"It's not." John said. "It's you, Cameron."

Cameron didn't look convinced. He didn't know she believed a female body was a female body regardless of whose head was attached to it.

"You'd be doing the exact same thing no matter who was lying here." Cameron said.

John wanted to get away from this issue as quickly as possible.

"Cameron, I know it is you and it's you I'm thinking of." John said.

He always wondered if he accidentally said someone else's name by mistake. There were plenty of times when he was with Cameron that he did pretend she was someone else. He thought all males and probably most females did that at times. When the lights were out, it literally could be anybody.

She gave him a hug and a kiss. She reached over and turned on the light.

"You can finish up." Cameron whispered in his ear. "I want you to see me."

John did like to see Cameron. He liked to see all of her. It wasn't his idea to turn the lights off when they were alone in a private setting. If he was sleeping, it was a different story. If they were just sharing with each other, he liked to see everything on Cameron.

John shook his head. He was drifting all over the place. This was about Cameron and him.

They all greeted each other. Cammy was there but said nothing other than 'Hello'. She treated him much the same way Cam did earlier. She left with Cameron. He didn't think they said anything but just walked off.

There was a look of excitement on Savannah's face.

"Are you ready to go?" Savannah asked.

John really wanted to get away from it all. He still felt guilty about doing it. There was a job to do and he was literally walking away from it for a week.

"I'm very excited about the trip." John said. "I just hate to leave everything here unattended."

Savannah saw it as a test to everyone.

"I guess we get to see how well you've trained everyone." Savannah said.

John didn't think he was the one who'd trained anyone. He believed it was all done by Cameron. Well, he did have some input, even if it was limited.

"I guess so." John said.

Savannah wanted to ease some of the worry that John felt.

"I will watch over Young Allison." Savannah said. "I know you're worried about her."

She took his hand and gave it a squeeze to reassure him.

It was a simple gesture but it felt so 'right' to John. Savannah was Cameron's 'rock' and she would be his too one day. Cameron told him on multiple occasions that Savannah would always do the right thing. He was pretty sure it was one of the reasons why he hadn't been able to be with her yet. He'd been close a couple of times but it didn't happen. The fact that she was adamant about not going on the cruise or allowing Young Allison to go either was further proof that she wanted to do the right thing for Cameron and him. He wondered sometimes if Savannah worked harder to keep them together than either one of them did themselves.

"I'm worried about Young Allison." John said. "I know she's probably more capable than anyone but you to help out."

Savannah believed Young Allison would be superior to her at 'everything'. She at least hoped she would have the advantage in making love with her. Young Allison would probably excel at that in no time. If Young Allison was like her mother when she shared herself, she knew she would always be in second place to her in bed. It was true that Vanna showed a broad 'appetite' for females but Allison did as well. She saw she was very much like Vanna and was sure Young Allison would be no different in her appetite for partners. She just hoped they would all be females. There might be some 'leftovers' for her that way. Maybe it was best to stick with the 'here and now'.

"Young Allison is better than me, I'm sure." Savannah said. "My forte is out in the field."

Savannah wasn't even sure how much longer that would be the case. Young Allison was itching to get out and become involved in operations as well.

John knew it was only so Cameron wasn't destroyed as she brought the fight to the enemy. It was also done at a great risk to Savannah. There were multiple times where she was almost killed. She needed to deal with hostile Terminators more than anyone else except Cameron. He knew she was shot several times but her vest protected her. She only suffered welts and contusions from them. That didn't mean she would always be lucky. There was no guarantee one of those rounds couldn't have hit her arm, her leg, her neck or head. The results would have been much different in a very negative way.

John looked around.

"I guess Cameron went to get our luggage." John said.

Savannah wondered about that. She thought they would have more things to take.

"We stopped by your room before we saw you." Savannah said. "You sure don't have very much luggage."

John questioned Cameron about it himself.

"Cameron said everything we need will already be in our suite." John said.

Savannah previously went over the diagrams of the super suites.

"I can tell you that your suite is about ten times the size of a normal cabin." Savannah said. "It's three times as big as a normal suite. There's a normal suite for your spare bedroom. I think your closet and dressing area are bigger than a regular cabin."

John looked forward to the large suite. It sounded luxurious. He wanted the best for Cameron. There was one thing that stuck out in his mind about a regular cabin. It wasn't the cabin itself but the bathroom.

"I saw the videos you recommended." John said. "Those bathrooms looked really small too in a standard cabin. I mean really small."

Savannah read in some of the reviews it seemed to be the biggest complaint about a regular cabin. She thought their suite would be very nice.

"Since CamNet bought the cruise company, access to suites, including the Master Suite, Honeymoon Suite and the Owner's Suite aren't a problem. The bathrooms are luxurious too. They're bigger than a standard cabin in your suite, the Owner's Suite."

John wanted to ask why she didn't give them the Honeymoon Suite. He wanted to ask her for a straight answer but he just couldn't do it. He didn't want it to come back on him. It could be simply because the Owner's Suite was larger or it could be his earlier suspicions. He didn't want to lay that on Savannah right now.

He understood why she didn't want to go on the cruise with them. If everything could be like normal around the Resistance base, he would prefer she was on the ship as well. He wanted Savannah to be there to run interference for Cameron and him. He was worried more about Cameron than himself. He knew that sometimes she took things the wrong way. He really would like to have a moderating force with them.

"I'm afraid I won't interact well with the other passengers." John said. "I know what Cameron wants you to do but I do kind of wish you were there to run interference for Cameron and me. We're not the most social couple."

Savannah wanted that more than anything. John and Cameron came first to her.

"I can't go with you." Savannah said. "It will end up OUR honeymoon instead of Cameron's and yours. You know the saying."

John really didn't want to hear it, even if he said it himself.

"Everyone sacrifices for John Connor." John said.

Savannah smiled at him.

"That's the one." Savannah said.

Cameron came around the corner and walked up to them.

"It will be both of your honeymoon soon too one day." Cameron said.

Savannah didn't want to go there right now. She wanted to be with Cameron and she wanted to be with John. There was something else she wanted too. She didn't know which one would come first.

"Maybe with My Allison it will be." Savannah said.

Cameron looked at John and Savannah with love in her eyes.

"It will be the FOUR of us." Cameron said.

John and Savannah looked at each other. Neither one of them wanted to comment about the subject.

Savannah decided to change it.

"Are you ready?" Savannah asked.

Cameron smiled at both of them.

"Yes." Cameron said.

A surge of excitement and anticipation rushed over John. This was it! He wanted to take care of a few personal things before they left. He didn't know how long it would be until they actually were on the ship.

"Let me go back to our room real quick." John said. "I need to make a pit stop."

Cameron wasn't sure if Savannah would even like to be with a male. She knew the true preference for any 'Savannah Weaver' was a female and preferably a version of 'Allison Young'. It didn't seem to matter which version. If sex with a male wasn't something Savannah wanted to do, she didn't want to make her have to do it. As long as she was at John's side it would protect him. She was sure they would have at least one child. Hopefully Young Allison would be more willing to carry the torch. She really didn't know. She did know that Allison had been willing to be with John in the alternate future. Future Allison offered to be with him when she'd visited the past.

Savannah didn't want the conversation to get redirected. She still wasn't sure why she made that statement in the first place.

"It won't be this week." Savannah said. "I know you're not done trying yet either."

"Nope." Cameron said with a smile. "It's never over until it's over."

Cameron would hope and try right until the ship left the port. She was not done trying yet. John NEEDED to be protected. The human girls were going to help her do that one way or another. She wouldn't be happy until she stripped the virginity from at least one of the Metal girls with her program in control of the chassis. She wanted that for herself more than anything. It would be a bonus to John as well.

She wanted John to be with at least one human female too. The trouble with that was Savannah so far prevented any from going, including herself. She knew that Vanna or Jesse would need to tend to Precious. She would like to get some of them on the ship. She would like to get Allison and Claire on as well. She would like to get one of them on. It made her wonder what she would do if it turned out to be Riley.

Not Done Trying

If at first you don't succeed
Try, try, again
Is that the true fate
Of all mice and men

Some folks say insanity
Is repeating the same thing
Over and over again
To failure one will cling

When one is up to bat
They always swing and miss
Is it really that hard
To get a loving kiss

So back on the field
One goes out to play
Is anything ever different
When one starts a new day

Hold your head up high
Stop whimpering and crying
Let the world know
You're not done trying

Nobody
