Chapter 1160

Sail Away

Cam contacted Savannah earlier about where she wanted her to be positioned. She hoped Savannah would want her to join her team. It's what was agreed upon.

She's been given all the details by John Henry. She didn't like that the two men had been successfully able to breach the compound and avoid their security.

Cam arrived soon and joined up with Cammy and Savannah. They were all in the same SUV right now.

Savannah laid out her suspicions which were identical to the ones Young Allison expressed to Anna.

"The more I think about it, the more it worries me. How do two homeless people know how to use the drainage system to gain unobserved access into the compound?" Savannah asked. "They also knew how to gain access into the interior of the building unobserved. It appears they may have been there for several days on top of it. They remained undetected the entire time."

The information that Savannah provided to Cam wasn't new to her.

"John Henry was given that same information from the Young bunker." Cam said.

Cammy wanted to terminate the men before. Now she wished she'd done already done it. They'd only been feet away from her at the time she first encountered them.

"Maybe we need to take the men down now." Cammy said. "I should have done it when we were in the confined space of the electrical room."

Cammy was sure she could have beaten a confession out of both of the men. She didn't think she would like to do it in front of Savannah though. It wouldn't bother her to do it under any other circumstance. She didn't want Savannah to think of her as being brutal like Cameron was. Cameron was a Bitch. She was glad she wasn't anything like her.

Savannah knew it was because of her that Cammy hadn't acted when she wanted to do so earlier and terminate the men. Cammy didn't want her to be caught up in any cross fire in a tight space. She was sure it was because they weren't wearing their vests.

"That's my fault." Savannah said. "I want the other two teams of Terminators to stay with Dan and Frank."

Savannah realized that the two men could have set up a few booby traps since they were unobserved. Anyone who entered the building could have tripped them. It could have been the Resistance team. It could have been one of the other two groups that they knew were involved. It still seemed more than likely there was a third enemy player on the field.

They received an update from John Henry.

"The men are on the move." Cam said.

Savannah hoped it would turn into something other than an ambush at this point. She wanted to get all of their teams on the same page.

"Maybe they'll lead us somewhere." Savannah said. "I think we need to be ready to move and back up Frank or Dan. It is only a matter of time until the men split up."

Cammy didn't want the men to get away. She wanted them terminated. She didn't think she'd be able to do it herself under the current conditions. She still wanted it done

"I'll tell them to intercept the two men and terminate them at once." Cam said.

Savannah figured they'd waited this long, a little longer wouldn't hurt. She wanted to see what developed. She was still sure the two homeless men would lead them to additional targets. It could even be a high value target. She also needed to think about the safety of her troops. She didn't want anyone needlessly damaged.

"Wait. We need to let this play out some." Savannah said. "If anything looks like an ambush, Dan and Frank need to pull out."

Cammy checked on the drone status.

"The drones are all ready to strike if they're needed." Cammy said.

Savannah understood the nature of the attack Cammy mentioned. She didn't want an incident like that on the news.

"I don't want a missile strike on a city street in daylight." Savannah said. "That's unless there's a superior hostile force that's concentrated in one area."

Cammy wanted to keep track of what was happening around them.

"Cam and you can follow the drone footage of the men Frank and Dan are following." Cammy said. "I'll keep a lookout around us."

Cammy's statement worried Savannah some. She was sure there was a little more to it than Cammy alluded to. She wanted to try a subtle approach if she could to see what Cammy knew or suspected.

"Have you noticed anything out of place?" Savannah asked.

Cammy and Cam both kept a lookout around them as they waited in the SUV.

The Metal girls wanted to reassure Savannah.

"No, not yet I haven't." Cammy said.

Cam hadn't been on the scene that long. She'd only arrived there a short time ago.

"I haven't either." Cam said.

It seemed if anything was going to happen that it would be centered around the two men. Savannah would like all of their team to be able to respond if it were necessary. She wanted to consolidate the team a little closer to each other. She wanted Cam to remain with Cammy and her. She wondered about Cam's SUV.

"Let's move our position closer to Dan and Frank." Savannah said. "Is your SUV good where you parked it, Cam?"

Cam felt she'd used a sufficient amount of stealth when she approached Cammy and Savannah on foot earlier.

"I parked it two streets over and four blocks away." Cam said. "I arrived here from the opposite way it's located. I took the long way around."

Cammy still worried they might be under observation even if she couldn't spot anyone.

"If anyone is watching us specifically, they shouldn't know where you came from then." Cammy said.

Cam was a little concerned with Cammy's revelation. She didn't like the idea of anyone watching them.

Cammy started the SUV and drove away from where they were parked.

Cam looked at Savannah. She was a little worried about her nutritional needs.

"Do you want to get some food?" Cam asked.

Savannah didn't want to disrupt the operation. It was the same reason she never said anything to Cameron about her personal needs when they were out together. The job came before her personal comfort.

"I'm good." Savannah said. "I can always grab an MRE or energy bar."

Cammy didn't like Savannah to be neglected, even if it was indirectly. She took Cam's hint. She was more than Savannah's lover. She was her protector as well. Cameron often got in the way of them. She knew it wasn't by accident either.

"I'm not Cameron and neither is Cam." Cammy said. "We can take restroom breaks or stop for food whenever you need to. My main concern is about your well being and safety."

Savannah appreciated their concern. Her concern was for the team. Her personal needs could wait. Right now she wanted to back up the team most likely to make contact.

"Thanks, both of you." Savannah said. "Let's get closer to Dan and Frank for now."

Savannah always felt at a disadvantage when she worked with Terminators There were biological needs she experienced that they didn't. It seemed they all looked out for her to address them. That's everyone except Cameron. It seemed Cameron always treated her as her equal and such things as food or restroom breaks were never considered. It often made Savannah wonder if she was being tested in some way. She never complained to Cameron. She did what the mission required no matter how hungry she was at times. She always backed Cameron's play.

It often made her wonder though if it was a test, what kind of a test was it? Was it a test of a test? Was the test actually to call Cameron out for not thinking about her? Was the test to see how long she would go without asking for anything? Maybe it wasn't a test but just the way it was. It wasn't the way it seemed to be there right now. Cammy and Cam were there instead. They were both 'Cameron' anyway, even if they weren't.

John was still a little apprehensive about attending any of the festivities on the upper decks. It seemed to him that Cameron wanted to check it out more than anything. It was the only reason why he'd agreed to go. He wanted the vacation to be about Cameron as well as him. He didn't want everything concentrated on him. He was sure it would be.

He could hear the music blaring before they were even within two decks of the 'sail away party'. He didn't want to stop on the pool deck where the actual party was at. There were too many people and it was very close quarters. There was one deck above the main party area.

Cameron and John went up the stairs to the top deck. They could look down on the party that was going on around the pool area one deck below them. Since this deck was completely open, they could see on both sides of the ship with ease. There were others watching from the level they were on too. It seemed there were a lot of people mingling around the pool area now.

There was plenty of food laid out in several spots as waiters took drink orders.

Cameron realized it was the drink orders that made most of the money for the cruise lines. A quick rundown of the cost and expenses on a cruise showed her that many of the patrons ran up a bigger bar tab than what the actual cost of their cruise was. She was aware that the more the people drank, the more they wanted to drink. Since none of them were going to drive, she actually thought it was a sound idea. If someone wanted to party and have a good time, there was really no better way for them to do it as safely.

John watched everybody intermingle on the pool deck. He could see they were snacks set up and that the alcohol seemed to flow freely. The music was much louder than he'd expected.

Cameron moved over to the railing and looked down over the side of the ship. She felt a twinge of disappointment. The ship was going to depart on time. Because it was about to leave, it was too late now for anyone to board without being seen by a lot of eyes. They would be noticed by all concerned parties if they went on board at this time. She really would have liked for Savannah to have come along. She would have liked for Jesse and Claire to come as well. None of them made it. It was too late now. There were several ideas it went through her head as she thought of alternate scenarios. She wanted to let John know the current condition of the ship.

"They're releasing the mooring lines now." Cameron said.

John moved over to look. He could see there were quite a few lines that needed to be released.

There was a loud blast from the ship's horn.

John jumped a little bit as it started. He needed to cover his ears. They were right across from the horn mounted on the exhaust stack housing. It was nearly pointed directly at them. He was glad they were off to the side and not in the center of the ship directly across from it.

"That's really loud." John said.

John looked down at the dock workers. He was actually surprised at how large the ropes were that secured the ship to the dock. There were people standing next to several of them now. He was able to put everything into perspective.

"Those lines are so big they have three people to unhook each one." John said.

Cameron didn't think there needed three men to release the ropes. No more than two men should be necessary. It seemed to her to be more of a union padding the jobs. It was one of the reasons why everything was so expensive.

"It's a Longshoreman thing." Cameron said. "Steve could easily do it by himself."

John was able to pick up Cameron's disdain for the union that represented the workers. He wasn't sure what she meant by it other than it might refer to some union contracts or past labor disputes. Maybe there was some issue left over from the future. Maybe it was from some adventure Cameron conducted in the past.

They could feel a slight vibration.

John looked down and saw the green water churned around. There was muddy water mixed with it.

"We are moving sideways." John said. "There's a lot of water moving down there next to the ship. The water looks green right next to the ship. Well, it did anyway before the mud mixed with it."

Cameron watched as the ship moved sideways, away from the dock. As for the color of the water, she knew it was actually clear. It was the reflection of the wavelengths of light that made the water appear to be any color from blue to green. The brown that was intermixed with it was the mud churned up from the bottom of the berth. When they were in Ensenada, there was a good chance that the brown mixed with the water was going to be something else in addition to the mud. She would need to remind John again to make sure that the balcony doors were closed once they entered the breakwater at Ensenada.

"Those are the thrusters." Cameron said. "They can do that. They can move the ship sideways. It eliminates the need for a tugboat at most ports."

John looked down on the throbbing mass of people below on the pool deck.

"That's a lot of people." John said.

Cameron wanted to give John the option to socialize.

"Do you want to join them?" Cameron asked.

John didn't have any desire to do so.

"I don't want to join the party below." John said. "There are too many people crowded together for my taste."

Cameron assessed the deck below from a combat perspective.

"I understand." Cameron said. "There is no fighting room and little cover."

John didn't think combat would be necessary on the ship.

"It's just too crowded for me." John said.

The ship moved slowly out of its berth and now faced down the main channel. The big green suspension bridge was behind them.

There was a noticeable 'throb' feeling as the ship's engines started to move the cruise ship down the main channel. They would take a slow ride down the main channel, pass through the breakwater and then be in the open ocean.

John looked around. He spotted a few familiar faces.

"I see Derek and Riley are coming up to this level." John said.

Cameron looked ahead to the battleship moored just in front of them off to their right.

"Derek wants a good look at the USS Iowa when we pass by it." Cameron said.

There was still one container ship on the port side being unloaded. The other one that was there earlier was gone.

John looked over on the starboard side of the cruise ship. It was clear the cruise ship towered over the old battleship. The size of the battleship was impressive but it was clearly no match in size for the cruise ship.

"We totally dwarf the battleship." John said.

Cameron thought they were ships from two different time periods. They were constructed with vastly different jobs to perform. One ship was designed to destroy and kill. The other ship was designed to provide comfort and luxury. Other than the fact they were both ships, they really had nothing else in common.

They moved up alongside of the USS Iowa now. There were people waving from its decks below up at them. People leaned over the side of the cruise ship waving down at the people below on the battleship.

John could see the vast array of armament on the battleship.

"I didn't realize there were so many smaller weapons on the deck of the battleship." John said.

Cameron was aware when the ship was constructed and in actual combat duty that there were even more smaller guns located around most of the perimeter of the deck of the battleship. They were there to help thwart any Kamikaze attacks that might occur.

"The secondary armament has been modernized and updated over the years." Cameron said.

A small boat could be seen in front of them. It seemed to have a deck mounted gun. It was a Coast Guard vessel.

"That smaller boat is armed." John said.

Cameron was aware the security protocols changed from time to time at the port. They were based on the level of security that it was deemed would be necessary at any given point in time. The Coast Guard vessels didn't often come out any longer to watch over the cruise ships. She suspected it was CamNet's doing. It might be Young Allison as well. She didn't see any need to point it out to John.

"The Coast Guard will send out a patrol boat to make sure no boats approach ours until we're clear the breakwater." Cameron said. "There will usually be a Harbor Patrol boat as well."

They saw the Harbor Patrol boat a few seconds later as they looked toward the stern.

John looked at Cameron and smiled.

"Now I feel protected." John said.

Cameron was sure there was a drone at fifty thousand feet keeping an eye on them too. She didn't mention it to John. She figured if any boat approached them in a threatening manner, a missile would impact it in short order before it ever neared their ship. She just hoped that no one got trigger happy and sank a negligent boater who didn't respect the proper safety protocols.

Derek and Riley stayed about a hundred and fifty feet away from John and Cameron. Gail was in-between their two groups. Holly was off to the other side of John and Cameron on one of the shorter higher levels of the deck. There were actually more than a few of those scattered around the area. There were still more deck levels above them but none of them were full decks. They were all sections of a deck. Some of them were for a specific reason.

They seemed well protected. It gave John some time to think about the new arrivals.

"Is it going to be a problem with Ally on board with you?" John asked.

Cameron was a little concerned about Ally being on board. She agreed to have Ally come along for another reason. She planned to take control of her chassis and strip it of its virginity with John. She mainly wanted to see how it compared to hers or any of the other female Terminators chassis. She intended to use all of them at some point. She wanted John to have the best honeymoon ever. She didn't plan to share that information with John yet. She was pretty sure once she was naked in his bed that he wouldn't turn her down regardless of whose chassis she currently controlled. She figured he would be just as anxious as her to give a new sheath a 'tryout'. She just wanted to stick to the question at hand.

"No. Ally won't be a problem." Cameron said. "If an issue develops, we'll be sisters."

John noted Cameron didn't consider Ally her 'twin'. He actually found her attitude to be somewhat amusing. Their sheaths were identical. They shared the same DNA. The difference was in the level that each one of them fixed themselves up.

"If Cammy or Cam comes on board, will you be twins then?" John asked. "They usually look Tight."

Cameron hoped they would. It would provide her with two more virgin chassis to break in with John. She would like every female Terminator on board the ship if it was possible. It included Samantha as well as Anna. It seemed there would be a lot of obstacles to make all of it happen. She didn't have high hopes but it was an intriguing thought anyway.

"Maybe one of them will show up at some point." Cameron said. "I don't think Cammy will be on board."

Cameron was sure Savannah wasn't going to come on board so Cammy wouldn't either. If Vanna and Allison were on board, Cam wouldn't come with them and Ally would have to remain in the Control Center for the duration of Allison's stay. She didn't want more than two of the 'same looking' people out at the same time. It didn't matter if they were sisters or twins. It would still attract too much attention. The ship was only so big, even if it was longer than three football fields.

They were past the battleship now.

There were some waterfront restaurants along the way. Some were blaring music and people were waving from the shore and the ship.

John noticed what looked like a fire station with a boat inside.

Cameron noticed what he'd spotted.

"That's an LA City fire boat. It is like a fire truck but operates on the water." Cameron said. "Sometimes they use them for celebrations to shoot water or even colored water through the air. The newer tug boats can all do that as well."

The party still blared away down in back of them one deck below.

Derek and Riley passed by them and headed for the front of the ship.

Holly moved out ahead of them. She was still one small deck above them.

Cameron wanted to give John some options.

"We can go up one level above Derek and Riley if you want to see the front." Cameron said. "We can go back to our room too."

John was thrilled with the view. He wanted to see as much of the port area as he could from the ship. He really didn't know when he'd be able to do any of this again.

"Let's go up one level above them." John said.

They climbed a set of external stairs to go up on one of the raised decks near the front of the ship. The decks were smaller and narrower as they went higher.

"I can see the opening in the breakwater." John said. "Look there is a little lighthouse there."

Cameron could see there were colored lights on each side of the breakwater opening as well. One of them was red and one of them was green. There was also a horn of some type that blared out a very deep low tone at regular intervals near the breakwater opening.

"It's just an unmanned structure. It's not a big or fancy lighthouse." Cameron said. "It's not like the lighthouse you were at."

John could have done without Cameron's statement, at least the last part of it. It made him think about Charlie and where he died as he bought time for him to escape. It was his mother's fault for not telling Cameron and Derek where they really were. Charlie would still be alive if Cameron had been there with him.

He needed to push those thoughts from his mind. His mother always feared she would cause the death of any man she loved. The events that occurred only reinforced her belief. It was only after Charlie's death that he truly understood more of the sacrifices that his mother needed to endure to help protect him. She needed to sacrifice her personal life and her personal comforts. She needed to sacrifice her heart to protect him. It was what she did. It was what she always did. It saddened him some to think that she needed to sacrifice her heart, her mind and even her body to make sure he remained safe. He wondered if it was possible for a mother to love a child more than that. He was very pleased he was able to bring her on the ship along with her true love.

John looked over to the port side and back a little.

Cameron followed his gaze.

"That's Long Beach. The Queen Mary is permanently parked there." Cameron said. "You can see the big white dome. It used to house a seaplane. It's served other purposes over the years including as the Cruise Terminal at Long Beach for a time."

They passed through the breakwater and almost immediately the movement of the ship increased.

John noticed it right away. He wondered if it was going to get worse the further they moved away from the breakwater and into the ocean.

"Is the water going to be rougher now?" John asked.

Cameron didn't think it should be a problem. There was normally some type of movement of the ocean water along the coast of California. There were no storms anywhere within a thousand miles of them so it shouldn't be a problem.

"A will be a little bit rougher." Cameron said. "We're going to have good weather all week."

John didn't want to feel bad on the trip.

"I don't want to get seasick." John said.

Cameron planned ahead with some medications for that. There was also a fully stocked infirmary onboard with a doctor. It was standard on most large cruise ships.

"I brought some things to help with any problems." Cameron said. "I don't think you'll need them. I'll give you something if I feel a problem is about to develop. You need to take the medicine before you get seasick for it to properly work."

John read a few accounts of passengers who became seasick. It basically ruined the entire cruise for them. One of the highlights of the cruise was the vast amount of food available. If a person was seasick, the thought of food only caused them to vomit more.

"I hope I don't get seasick." John said.

Cameron decided she would increase monitoring him a little more.

"If I ask you to take the medicine, you'll just need to believe me. It may be necessary." Cameron said. "Remember, you need to stay ahead of the seasickness or it will spoil your cruise."

John thought he'd better listen to Cameron and her advice in this regard. He didn't want to be in the middle of doing something else and need to vomit. Depending upon what he was doing with Cameron, it might give her a complex. He could also end up so sick he wouldn't be able to do anything.

There was some haze out over the water. They could see Santa Catalina Island before they left. Now they could see it really well.

"I can see Catalina pretty good now." John said.

Cameron knew they had two ports to visit before Catalina.

"We'll be there later in the week." Cameron said. "We'll pass San Clemente Island soon."

They could still hear the party blaring in the background.

John wondered if it was quieter at the rear of the ship. There were a few interesting features they hadn't had time to check out previously near the rear of the ship. He also needed to remember they were going to meet as a group for dinner.

"Can we walk to the back of the ship?" John asked. "When do we need to get ready for dinner?"

Cameron ran the calculations.

"We have time." Cameron said.

Cameron scanned the area around her as they started back towards the rear of the ship. No threats were detected.

Jim and Sheila were ready to make up the rooms.

"I think we are going to need a lot of sheets." Jim said.

Sheila was aware that the three couples had been busy before they departed.

"It looks like it." Sheila said.

Ally wanted to make herself useful. Cameron told her to stay in the private area or Control Center after the lifeboat drill. She figured the quicker she could help free Sheila up, the quicker they could do something else.

"I'll help you." Ally said.

Sheila wanted to rib Ally a little.

"You just want to see what happened." Sheila said.

Jim didn't want to waste time. They were there to do a job.

"We already know what happened." Jim said. "It happens all the time. It will happen frequently throughout the cruise as well."

Ally knew when the Metal girls were with each other that there was never an issue.

"We don't normally need to worry about the sheets." Ally said.

Sheila knew where to stimulate the human females to produce the biggest and best results.

"That's unless we work one of the human girl's 'G-spots' over pretty good." Sheila said. "I've been able to get all of the girls to react to that form of simulation with dramatic results."

Word quickly spread among the Metal girls what was possible with a specific type of stimulation with the human girls.

"It was something they'd never experienced before." Ally said. "It wasn't in our programming to find it and stimulate it."

Sheila was aware there was a lot of controversy about it.

"That's because some people still dispute it exists and what its effect is." Sheila said.

Jim was uncomfortable with the conversation. He didn't want personal information about the human girls in this manner.

"I'm going to work in a different room." Jim said. "I don't need to hear this or about the Gräfenberg spot."

Ally thought Jim should loosen up some.

"Don't be such a stiff." Ally said.

Sheila glanced below Jim's waist.

"I don't think that's his problem." Sheila said. "I have other things that can visually stimulate him if he doesn't want to be stimulated verbally."

Jim wanted to leave before he became aroused.

"You two can finish up in here." Jim said. "I'll start on Sarah and Kyle's room."

Sheila worked with Ally to get the Owner's Suite back in perfect condition. They moved from John and Cameron's room to Derek and Riley's room.

Ally watched Sheila work.

"You and Jim are taking the assignment very seriously." Ally said.

Sheila and Jim did take their 'jobs' seriously.

"I'll do my best." Sheila said. "I want our guests to have a pleasant experience."

"And I thought I was a suck up." Ally said.

Sheila lifted her skirt and flashed Ally.

"I'll give you something to suck up on as soon as we're done here." Sheila said.

Ally started to work faster.

"That's just my speed." Ally said.

Sheila smiled.

"It's mine as well." Sheila said.

Sarah and Kyle were at the very back of the ship as it departed from its berth. They looked over at the battleship as they passed by it. They saw the other sites along the channel. Since they were at the rear of the ship, they could see everything on both sides of the channel. One side was mostly stacked containers. There was one ship still parked there.

It made Kyle think about the present and the past. He watched the big green bridge get smaller and smaller.

"That's a really big bridge." Kyle said. "It was down in my future."

Sarah didn't want Kyle to drift into the past. There was little good there. It was mostly pain and hurt. The future was filled with a lot of suffering and death. Sometimes when they were alone he would talk about some of the things that he'd witnessed with his own eyes. They were terrible. She didn't want those thoughts in his head on their vacation. The cruise was going to be some real alone time for both of them to share with each other. They didn't need to share each other's pain. They did enough of that already. She wanted to move the conversation along.

"I'm sure a lot of things were destroyed." Sarah said. "We're here now and everything is fine."

Sarah moved next to Kyle and held his hand. It was almost like a dream to her.

Kyle could feel the moment as well.

"I never pictured being here with you and doing this." Kyle said.

Sarah believed Kyle was gone forever for a very long time. She didn't know how she would ever see him again. He didn't even exist as a child when he was terminated. She could hardly believe her ears when she was told that he was alive and there was an alternate future. She really wanted to go to that future to be with him. She was sure that she would be rejected immediately because she was older than he was. When they finally did meet in the present, age was never an issue.

"I never did either." Sarah said. "I never thought any of this was possible."

Neither one of them wanted to be close to the sail away party. It could be heard from where they were at too. It wasn't as loud. They didn't need to celebrate the fact they were on a cruise ship and it just left port. If they ever needed to celebrate anything, it would be because they were able to find each other again.

"Would you like to join John and Cameron for dinner?" Kyle asked.

Sarah was touched by Cameron's earlier speech. She could see that it seemed important to Cameron. It seemed important to John as well. She didn't think it would hurt to try it for at least one night to see what it was like.

"I think we can try it tonight." Sarah said. "I think Cameron would like all of us to join them for dinner and the performance in the main theater."

Soon the ship passed through the breakwater and into the ocean.

Kyle could feel the freedom and openness of the ocean. It was very different from the confines of the bunkers, tunnels, storm drains and sewers of the past, the future.

"I want to watch the sunset and sunrise from either the front or the back depending where we are." Kyle said. "I missed a lot of those growing up."

Sarah reflected on the fact that the sun wasn't visible for years after the nuclear winter.

"We can do whatever you want." Sarah said.

Sarah moved close to Kyle and kissed his ear.

"As often as you want…." Sarah whispered in his ear.

Kyle spotted John and Cameron coming.

John and Cameron stopped back a ways when they saw they were having a private moment. They turned their attention elsewhere.

In the Young bunker, they were aware that the two homeless men were on the move.

Anna could tell things weren't about to get better at this point.

"Savannah is worried about Frank and Dan now." Anna said.

Young Allison saw Savannah's concern from the start.

"She's been worried about them all of the time." Young Allison said. "It's the main reason why she directed all the help to assist them instead of Cammy and her."

Anna was still worried they'd missed something.

"CamNet and John Henry are checking all the drone footage for any irregularities." Anna said.

Young Allison wondered what was already in place and waiting for the team to be lured in.

"They may not spot them." Young Allison said.

Anna wasn't sure how much they could backtrack anything at this point.

"They're both tied in to all surveillance cameras and traffic cams around the area." Anna said.

Young Allison watched all those too on a rotating basis. She also watched what was happening on the ship.

Anna glanced over.

"There are a lot of people there." Anna said.

Young Allison thought it would be nice to go, just not at this time.

"I'm glad I'm not going on this cruise." Young Allison said.

Anna thought it would depend on the circumstances.

"Would you be glad if you were with Savannah on the ship?" Anna asked.

Young Allison liked the Idea. She wanted Savannah to be her 'first'. She thought it would be very romantic on a cruise ship.

"Yes." Young Allison said. "You know it's not going to happen on this cruise."

Young Allison hoped it would happen one day, that's if they could stay ahead of Skynet. She could picture herself alone with Savannah. She could see everyone on board was thrilled to be there. She wasn't sure how everyone would take it but she could see they were all instantly enthralled. Everything was very luxurious and fancy.

The future held a lot of promise for Young Allison. She also knew it could hold a lot of pain and suffering too. She often wondered if Savannah and her would face the hardships that Vanna and Allison faced. There were many bad things associated with them.

There were also some good things. She saw the love of Vanna and Allison. Holly showed her personal video files of Future Savannah and Future Allison. It was a love as strong as the one she saw in the present.

Young Allison needed to focus on this operation and to help keep Savannah as safe as possible.

Their future was together in any timeline, even if that timeline was in the past. It would be beautiful.

That Ship Has Sailed

One thinks it's for the future
When they cling to the past
They can't see the present
