"I'm sure he's fine," Sasuke insisted, while buckling his belt around his hips.
"I'm sure you're right," she whispered with a small sigh as she pulled her bedtime shirt over her head. "So, what's for dinner?"
"Well..."
.
.
.
Somehow, after dinner 'activities' found the couple resting on Sasuke's bed… kissing soundly while his hand rested on a plump breast beneath her tight shirt. When he swiped his thumb across a puckering nipple—
"Fuck, Sasuke! Can we…"
"Again…," he questioned her and then chuckled when she eagerly shook her head yes. "Fine," he whispered, before pulling her on top of him. "But we need to make it a quick one. I have to get you home in about an hour's time."
She smirked before pulling her shirt up and over her head. She leaned forward and kissed the corner of his mouth as she dragged her nails down his front… causing him to hiss in pleasure and his hands to fly up to grasp onto her hips. "It won't take that long, babe."
Sasuke helps Sakura to quickly undress, before pulling his hardened cock free from the restricting fabric of his boxers and pants. His lover began to slowly grind her hips against him, her slick walls enveloping the outside of his length to wet it with her juices. "Don't be a tease, beautiful. We don't have time for that tonight. We have to be quick."
"I know," she huffed while rolling her eyes. "But we have to get it wet first, don't we?" When her sharp nails dug deeply into his lower abdomen, Sasuke thrust his hips upwards in one swift motion as retaliation; pushing the tip of his cock into her heat.
"I suppose you're right, my love."
Satisfied that she would get her way, Sakura slowly eased his girth into her the rest of the way, moaning as his length stretched her inner walls. "So… (pant) fucking good." She didn't move for a moment, simply adjusting, but then… she started out at a leisurely pace, throwing her head back and closing her eyes as she lost herself in the moment with her lover.
"Mmm… yes."
Sasuke watched her for a while; eyes focusing first on her bouncing bosom… then her swaying pink locks that tickled his calves… followed by her delicate fingers splayed wide against his abs… and then the tiny beads of sweat trailing down her neck before he sat up, latching his lips onto her throat while bringing his hands up to support her back. He rocked against her, causing more throaty moans to escape her slightly chapped lips and she lifted her small hands up to slide along his skin before settling on top of his broad shoulders. Sakura sighed when he began to suckle on her clavicle before he moved lower to wrap his lips and tongue on her left breast and nipple.
"Sasuke, oh…," she breathed, her hips rolling. "I need—"
"I know." He reached between them with his left hand and brought his thumb against her clit while his hips increased their pace, only slightly. It was just enough that after a few seconds of him playing with her, she came; her inner walls clinging to him as if her life somehow depended on it… as if gravity itself would somehow leave her and cause her to fly away if she didn't have him to anchor herself onto.
"Shit…," she panted when she leaned up to gaze into his eyes. "You didn't—"
"I'm fine. We're going to be late."
He was about to pull away from her when she pushed him down with her palms against his chest, a soft grunt coming from his lungs as he gazed up at her with slight surprise. It was then that she lifted herself from him, her cum dripping onto the front of his pants as she bent to nip at his earlobe.
"We are not leaving here until you cum," she purred before moving down his body, her soft mouth hovering above him while her hands wrapped firmly around his throbbing cock. His fingers slipped between damp strands of pink while he adjusted more comfortably onto his mattress… anticipation causing his pulse to pound wildly through his veins and as her tongue brushed against his bulbous tip… he closed his eyes and surrendered to the pleasure he knew that he was about to receive.
Needless to say, they were very… very late that evening.

Sakura was sitting in her kitchen eating breakfast the next morning when her father entered the room, pale and sickly looking. She immediately stood and moved to his side as she gave him a worried look. "Father, are you okay?"
"I'm fine (cough), Sakura. Don't worry…," he insisted while patting her on the head. "It's just a little cold." She wasn't entirely sure that she believed his explanation, but decided not to argue with him any further. He was her Father after all and she was pretty certain that if it was anything more serious, he would surely tell her about it. Right?
"Here, sit down and let me fix you some soup," she said as she pulled him by the arm gently over to the kitchen table before pushing him into a chair. "It won't take me too long. Mother always said soup was good for colds."
"Thank you, honey. So, what are your plans (cough) for today?"
Sakura gathered the ingredients and placed them on their wooden cutting board before grabbing a pot from the shelf and filling it halfway with water. She turned on the stove afterwards and placed the pot down before moving over to cut the vegetables. "I'm meeting Sasuke and Naruto at his house to study. We have a big exam coming up this week. It's worth half of our final grade… can you imagine that?"
"I can't believe (cough, cough) that you're almost ready to graduate, honey. Seems like just yesterday that (cough) you were learning how to walk on two unsteady feet."
"Father," Sakura groaned aloud as she turned to give him a playful glare. "Don't start with the 'you will always be my little girl' speech. I've heard it a million times." She could only roll her eyes when he shrugged and then chuckled at her discomfort.
"Then let this be a million in one," he teased back before a round of coughing consumed him of breath. The pinkette frowned before returning to her task, concern etched in her features. She wanted to ask questions, (she needed some answers) but decided to leave it alone… for now.

"That's not the right conclusion, Naruto," Sakura huffed in annoyance as she rolled her emerald eyes at their blonde companion. She grabbed the paper in front of him before jotting down a few notes. The trio were seated around the Uzumaki's dining room table and had been working on their studies for nearly two hours now, but their friend kept slowing them down with all of his mundane questions and unending grumbling. "I swear… I don't know how you keep passing your classes."
"Sakura, this is hard!"
"It's really not," Sasuke finally said, his gaze still focused on the book in front of him. "You just make it more complicated than it needs to be."
"I concur with his assessment." Naruto blinked at her and she slapped a hand over her face, letting out a soft sigh. "I AGREE! It means that I agree with him! I swear that your abilities are subpar at best, Naruto."
"Why oh why do you have to use such big words around me, Sakura. It makes my head hurt just listening to you…," the blonde groaned while running a hand through his hair. Her hand balled at her side and she repressed the urge to hit him, his mother was in the other room after all and she didn't want to disrespect her warm hospitality. "Can you at least go over it with me one more time, please."
Sakura sighed in resignation and shook her head at him before looking over to meet Sasuke's dark gaze. When he shrugged his shoulders—
"Fine, but this is the absolute last time! I need to get work done too; you know."
"Thank you, Sakura!"
A few hours later…
"You kiddos must be absolutely starving by now. You have been working so hard today… I'm so proud," Kushina said as she walked into the room… a tray with an assortment of goodies and beverages in her hands. She placed it on the tabletop in front of them and they eagerly began to dig in.
"Thank you, Mrs. Uzumaki," Sakura responded with gusto as she grabbed several of the sticky sweet treats. Naruto did the same while Sasuke only grabbed a bottle of water, his appetite nonexistent. "These all look soo delicious! My mouth is positively watering."
Kushina giggled and placed her hands on her hips. "You're welcome, Sakura. Feel free to eat as much as you want. I can always make some more if we run out!" After that, she left the trio alone and Naruto eyed Sakura curiously as she shoveled bite after sticky bite into her mouth. 'Must be a pregnancy symptom or something,' he thought but refused to speak this one allowed; fear of what his best friend (and Sakura for that matter…) would do to him if he did keep his mouth firmly shut. His eyes averted back to his own snack.
"So, what's left to study," Sakura asked around a mouthful of sticky sweets. "We've done most of it and I think we got the big stuff out of the way at least. Am I missing anything important or are we good to go?"
"I think we're fine," her fiancé said as he closed his books and gathered his things. "If we forgot anything, it can't be too important. You take more notes than anyone I know. If you missed it… then I guess it must not be something we need to know for the exam."
Sakura nodded and licked her fingers clean before leaning back in her seat with a sigh of contentment. She missed the way Sasuke's eyes lingered on her abdomen. "I guess you're right, Babe. What about you, Naruto? Do you finally understand it all?" The blonde-haired teen seemed to be deep in thought before nodding.
"I think I got it now. Thank you for helping me out, Sakura. I owe you one." She stood up and smiled before stretching her hands above her head.
"No problem. I'm kind of tired though, so I think I'm going to head home. Mind giving me a ride, Sasuke? My Mother dropped me off, but she was taking Father to the doctor because of his cold..."
"Sure, I can drop you off."
"Thanks," she said with a smile. "I guess I'll see you later, Naruto!" She waved as Sasuke picked up her belongings for her and the couple left shortly thereafter.

.
Are you in bed yet, beautiful?
Sakura smiled as her fiancés message came through and finished towel drying her hair before plopping down on her bed with her phone. She crossed her legs and pulled a tiny pillow into her lap.
No, I took a shower first.
His reply was almost instantaneous.
Why didn't you let me stay? I could have helped you wash.
She chuckled and shook her head after pulling her locks into a loose braid against her back.
You know why I didn't let you stay. Mother said they would be home soon. She would be furious if she found us in a compromising position.
Maybe not if we told her about the baby.
That would be even worse! She would want to kill you! I wouldn't let her of course.
Would you be my "knight in shiny armor", my love?
Of course. Nobody messes with my fiancé and gets away with it. I would go to the ends of the earth for you, Sasuke.
As I would you, beautiful. Let me know if you need anything.
I will. I think I'm going to just take a nap until my parents get home. I'll text you later. I love you.
Sleep tight. I love you too.
.
.
.
Sakura was running, yet she had no idea where it was that she was running to.
Then, she came into a clearing. The sky above bluer than anything she had ever seen; she became breathless at its beauty. She stood in a white and tattered gown… the likes of which had been easily torn by the nearby foliage in her haste to… flee.
She closed her eyes and took in a deep breath, but when she opened them again—
"Father? What are you doing here?"
He remained silent, his eyes sparkling as he slowly made his way to her; his right hand coming up to brush a strand of hair from her eyes. "Sakura, my darling daughter. I love you… so, so much."
"Father," her hand came up to cover his hand, she nuzzled her head into it and closed her eyes, then breathing in his familiar masculine scent. "I love you too." She opened her eyes to see that he was still smiling at her… and the sun behind him gave off the image of a halo behind his head. "Where are we exactly," Sakura questioned, but he didn't respond to her inquiry right away.
His gaze had then shifted to… something behind her, but when she looked back, she saw nothing. When she looked at him again, he was focused back onto her. He lifted his free hand and grasped onto hers, squeezing it gently the way he always did when she was a frightened little girl. "I cannot stay, though I wish I could. I just want you to know that I will always be with you, my sweet child. Never forget that."
"Father," she whispered, but his image began to fade; the familiar warmth of his hands was now gone… and then he was nothing. She began to panic and searched around but couldn't find him anywhere. Then, she screamed.
"FATHER! FATHER!"
Sakura was startled awake by the ringing of her cellphone, and her pulse pounded wildly while minute beads of sweat dripped from both of her temples. 'What a strange dream,' she thought before shaking her head to clear it. She sat up slowly and then reached over for her phone before lifting it to her ear. She ran a hand through her bangs and sighed.
"Hello?"
"BITCH, YOU HAVE A LOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO!"
Sakura ripped the phone from her ear as the loud screech of a familiar voice boomed on the other line. She cringed at the thought of what could be bothering her blonde best friend now and slowly brought it back to her ear when the other end seemingly went silent. "What in the hell are you rambling about?"
"YOU HAVE A LOT OF FUCKING EXPLAINING TO DO! I AM LIVID! HOW FUCKING LONG HAVE YOU KNOWN THAT YOUR PREGNANT!"
'Wait… WHAT!?'
Sakura cursed her luck (inwardly of course) and bit down on her bottom lip before letting out a sigh. "How… did you find out about that?"
"SO, IT'S TRUE THEN!?"
"STOP SHOUTING, INO! I AM RIGHT HERE DAMN IT!" Sakura heard the blonde shuffling on the other line and a door shut before she came back.
"I'm sorry, okay. I'm just in fucking shock right now and I'm so hurt that you wouldn't tell me about it. I mean… I had to hear about this fucking shit from Naruto. NARUTO OF ALL PEOPLE! How could you tell him before me… your best friend?" Sakura was slightly confused. She hadn't told him the news… she hadn't told anybody. Nobody except—
"Sasuke! He must have told him. I swear that it wasn't me. I didn't realize that we were actually telling people just yet or I would have called you, I swear it. I'm so sorry, Ino… I wanted to tell you. But we had decided to keep it between us… and I thought that it was staying that way for a while. Sasuke didn't tell me that he actually told anyone yet... I'm going to fucking murder him!" Sakura felt a varied mixture of emotions running through her, the more prominent ones being hurt and anger, and she couldn't stop her firsts from balling at her sides. "I'm having a nice looong conversation with him right after we get done talking, mark my words."
"Now don't be too hasty. It's not his fault. Well, I mean it is since he told him… but you don't know the context behind his reason for telling. Just ask him first… because even if you're feel murderous now, you will definitely regret killing the only man you have ever really and truly loved… the father of your unborn child… in the future."
"You're right," Sakura said with a sigh. "I'm sure he had a valid reason… that doesn't mean I won't still be upset with him for this. Especially since the idiot loud-mouth told you before I could." Sakura could hear Ino chuckle on the other end and smiled.
"I still can't believe it. You…pregnant. But if I think about it, it really isn't shocking. The way you two go at it—"
"Yeah, yeah I get it."
"So, have you told your Mom and Dad yet?" Sakura let out a groan and flopped back onto her bed, her gaze focused on a small crack in her ceiling.
"No, I haven't…and I have no idea how to tell them. Mother was taking Father to the doctor earlier for his cold, but I'm not sure if they are back yet. I'm really scared to tell them to be honest… I have zero idea how they will react… and the thought of telling Sasuke's family makes me sick to my stomach. His Father detests me!"
"I'm sure he doesn't."
"Yes… yes, he does. Sasuke got into a huge fight with him about our relationship, I think he did anyway, so I can just imagine how he will feel when he finds out that the woman his youngest son is engaged to is now knocked up."
"Even if his Father hates your guts… he has no say in your relationship with Sasuke. The guy is crazy about you and it is obvious to pretty much every single fucking person who sees the two of you together. Sasuke can't keep his eyes and hands off of you. Have some faith, I'm sure he will turn around. Just give it time and wait and see."
"I'm sure you're right, Ino. Thank you. Again, sorry for not telling you earlier. I really, really wanted to."
"I should be angry at you still… but I'm sorry that I yelled. I was just a little upset by the whole thing. But… I can't wait to become an auntie! I will spoil that little baby rotten! Let me know if you need anything or someone to bring you to appointments or even just a shoulder to cry on. I'm always here for you, Sakura." Sakura felt tears building behind her eyes and tried to blink them all away before sighing.
"Thanks, Ino, I'm going to talk to Sasuke now. See what's going on."
"Okay, text or call if you need me. I love you!"
"I will. I love you too!"
Sakura pulled her phone away from her ear and searched for her fiancé's name. Once she found it, she tried to call him, but he didn't respond. She tried a few more times but when he still didn't answer, she decided to send him a text message instead.
You are in trouble mister.
Almost a full hour later, he responded.
I'm so sorry I didn't answer your calls, beautiful. I got busy with helping Naruto's Dad and left my phone in the house to charge. What happened and why am I in trouble?
You told Naruto about the baby without asking me first!? How could you?
I'm so sorry, it just slipped out. How did you find out? Did he tell you?
NO! HE TOLD INO!
Excuse me a minute while I go and kill him.
No, save that pleasure for me. I should have hit him earlier like I wanted too. The idiot! I'm just disappointed. I'm upset that I didn't get to tell my freaking best friend about it…that she found out from Naruto instead of me. And why did I have to find out from Ino that you told him instead of from you… why didn't you say anything to me, Sasuke? Why?
I'm sorry, honestly. I wish I could take it back. I regret saying it the moment it slipped out. I wanted to take it back so badly but I couldn't. I can't turn back time… I can't change any of that, but I can do something about my future; our future. I will do absolutely everything I can to please you, take care of you, and love you for the rest of my life.
Aww, babe. How can I stay mad at you when you say stuff like that? You're going to make me cry.
Please don't cry, beautiful. I didn't mean to upset you.
I'm not upset now, I'm just… happy.
I wish I could kiss the tears away and hug you until the sun comes up tomorrow.
Did you get that from a poem?
A good writer never reveals his secrets.
Isn't that magicians, not writers?
Why can't it be both, they are the same difference really; both are mysterious. Anyway, I have to go and help Naruto's dad again, but text me if you need anything. I will have my phone in my pocket this time and turned on. I will drop everything in a second and come to you if you need me, Sakura. I love you.
I will! I love you too, babe.
After she had finally finished her conversation with her partner, Sakura decided to head downstairs and see if her parents were home yet. It was well into the early hours of evening and she was starting to feel hungry. But when she went to the kitchen, and then the living room, followed by the den, they were nowhere to be found.
'Why aren't they back yet? Maybe I should–'
But just as she had the thought, her phone began to ring from inside her pants pocket and when she pulled it out, she heaved a huge sigh of relief and her heart rate settled when she saw the name flashing across the screen. She answered it quickly. "Hey, Mother. Are you all finished yet? Should I start on supper?" But when she heard the soft sob from the other line, she began to panic once again as dread began to fill the pit of her stomach. "Mother… what's wrong?"
"I'm so sorry, honey. It's your Father. He's… gone."
