Well, back with another chpt full of fluff. lol The story's moving along nicely it seems. Things have slowed down a bit. Just taking a breather before the excitement begins yet again. I hope everyone's enjoying this story. Enjoy!

A few days had come and gone. . .

Yuna and Lenne had been safely escorted to a motel located on the outskirts of Zanarkand where tight security had been placed around them. They had a near death occasion and are acting as if nothing had happened, for the music is playing loudly, they're jumping up and down on the bed and having a pillow fight. Tidus and Shuyin have yet to catch them, too.

Pillow feathers flew everywhere, laughter filled the air. Yuna chased Lenne around the room with a pillow in hand. Lenne placed her hands over her head just as the pillow came down upon her. She squealed in laughter

Tidus and Shuyin were staying in a room right next door to them. Shuyin still found their behavior amusing where Tidus did not and was beginning to get irritated by the loud music, which wasn't exactly to his taste.

"That damn music." Tidus grumbled.

"Would you just chill, Tidus?" Shuyin asked. Tidus threw him a deathly stare and he put his hands up in defense. "Sorry." The song that was playing came to an end and then a slow love ballad began to play and Tidus breathed a sigh of relief. "What's got you so on edge?"

"That freak that called and upset Yuna at the hospital." Tidus said.

"That could have been someone playing a prank." Shuyin suggested.

"But what if it wasn't!" Tidus snapped.

"Why not go and see her?" Shuyin suggested with a chuckle. "Might make you feel better?"

"I'll see her later." Tidus said. "I got a call from Braska earlier. We're to move the girls to a safe location midst the city. Away from the public eye. And I know the perfect place."

"Tidus, what are you up to?" Shuyin asked and Tidus just gave him a crooked, sneaky grin. The slow song was skipped over and the next song began to play, which totally irritated Tidus to the core. He grumbled loudly. "Tidus?"

"What is this, deja vu?" Tidus asked.

"They're just trying to have fun." Shuyin said.

"But what they're doing and not realizing it is that they're drawing attention to themselves." Tidus said while heading for the front door.

"Uh-oh! Tidus tantrum." Shuyin said.

Seconds later. . .

Tidus flew the door open without even knocking only to find pillow feathers strayed everywhere on the floor and the girls sitting on the bed painting each others toe nails. They looked and seen the boys and their eyes went wide.

"Uh-oh." Yuna said.

"Busted." Lenne added. Yuna just gave Tidus and innocent smile and he just crossed his arms over his chest.

"How many times have we been through this?" Tidus asked.

"Well, once in Luca and now this time. So, I'm thinking twice." Yuna said sarcastically. Tidus gave her an irritated look and she bit her bottom lip.

"Think you're cute, huh?" Tidus asked sternly. Yuna gave him a grin and nodded her head. "Shuyin, take Lenne out of here. I want to talk to Yuna alone." Lenne looked at Yuna then got up and left. Shuyin escorted her to the other room. Tidus closed the door and locked it, giving Yuna a serious look. "This is not a game, Yuna."

Yuna narrowed her eyes a bit, stood up and turned her back to him. "You sound just like my father!"

"Good! Then if he were here then he could tell you the same thing!" Tidus said while he approached her. He then grabbed her shoulder and turned her around to face him. "Yuna, I fear for you! That psycho could be close by for all we know." His tone of voice began to soften. "I don't want to lose you." Tears swelled up in Yuna's eyes, which began to fall instantly.

"Why can't I just live a normal life?" Yuna asked while she wiped a stray tear away. She then sat down in the edge of the bed as did Tidus who put her arm around her.

"Yuna, we don't always know what life is going to throw at us." Tidus told her while caressing her cheek. She looked at him. "That's why you must be strong and overcome anything that stands in your way. Sometimes we must fight for our right to just live." Yuna just leaned her head upon her shoulder, seeking his love and support.

Nightfall soon came and it was time to move the girls to a safer location. With scarves over their heads and dark glasses to hide their identity, they stepped out of the motel, got into an unmarked car and drove off into the night.

Lenne slowly removed her glasses, looking out at the city that never sleeps that lied across the sea. And she was certainly in awe. A smile played upon her features as she placed her hand upon the window. Yuna, on the other hand, was seemingly a bit more excited than the rest. Once she caught sight of the city that never sleeps, she threw her disguise off, crawled over a very surprised Tidus and gazed out the window. Tidus looked at Yuna like she had lost her mind and Shuyin just chuckled, for he found the girls both charming and incredible. Tidus tried not to let his feelings get in the way of doing his duty, however, it was a little too late for that.

"Sight seeing already?" Tidus asked Yuna who looked at him, smiled, and then sat back down.

"Sorry." Yuna said, slightly blushing. She then looked back out towards the city and the glow it had about it at night. "It's very beautiful."

"Yeah it is." Tidus said never taking his eyes off of Yuna.

Laughter broke from Shuyin. "Yuna, I think he's talking about you rather than the city.

"SHUYIN!" Tidus snapped. Yuna looked at Tidus who looked at her and she just gave him a sweet smile that only melted his heart. They drove on into the night, however, little did they know that a certain someone was already one step ahead of them.

Upon arriving to their destination, they all got out of the car and proceeded into the house. Tidus made sure everyone was inside, looked around and then stepped inside himself, closing the door behind him and turning on the lights.

"Where are we?" Yuna asked, removing her scarf and glasses.

"My place." Tidus said as he walked up to her and she looked at him.

"It's lovely." Yuna said. "Where will I be sleeping?"

"My room is the last door on the right down the hall, Shuyin's is the first on the right." Tidus said. "And you and Lenne will be staying in the guest room, which is beside the kitchen."

Although a little disappointed, Yuna just nodded her head and she and Lenne headed towards the guest room. Shuyin walked over to Tidus while watching the girls enter the room.

"I think she's a little disappointed at you." Shuyin suggested.

"What are you talking about?" Tidus asked.

Shuyin just shook his head. "Don't be surprised if she shows up in your bed tonight."

Tidus shoved Shuyin away. "You're such a pervert!" Shuyin just laughed.

Later that night. . .

The moon hung low in the sky as well as the stars, which were barely of any concern due to the city that never sleeps. The waves of the sea clashed into each other like the raging emotions of a beating heart.

Tidus found himself restless, for the events of earlier were troubling him. That phone call that Yuna received in the hospital was not only worrying, but bone chilling. How did this psycho manage to survive that car crash and how was it that he always knew where Yuna was? Those questions and more ran threw his mind as he stood in the kitchen helping himself to a cup of hot chocolate. He sat down on the edge of the table, finished drinking the choco and sat the cup aside when he happened to notice someone in the corner of his eye. He quickly looked in the direction where the person was standing only to see Yuna leaning against the kitchen doorway.

"What are you doing up at the hour?" Tidus asked while he stood up. "You should be asleep."

"I. . . wanted to see you." Yuna admitted shyly while she slowly entered the room.

"Well, you see me." Tidus said and Yuna just giggled at his dry humor. He watched she eased towards him, watching the very movement of her body that was barely hidden by her short silk gown. Her house coat slipped off of her right shoulder a bit along with the strap of her gown. She looked breathtaking in what she was wearing and the moonlight shining upon her delicate features only made Tidus want her in more ways than one. She stopped in front of him, leaning back against the table a bit as she tossed her hair back over her shoulders while she secretly admired the distracting image before her. The only thing Tidus had on was a pair of jeans and did he ever look like a tasty treat. Yuna eased her hand towards him, however, hesitated to touch him. Tidus looked to her hand then back at her only to gently grab her hand and pull it to his chest. Taking her hand, he glided it from the top all the way down to the top of his jeans. Yuna felt every curve and ripple of his muscles upon her fingertips. "Like the way that feels?"

"Let me feel your body next to mine." Yuna said seductively. Tidus slowly stepped in front of her, grabbed the belt of her house coat and untied it, which then fell to the floor. And without delay, he took her in his arms and pressed his lips to hers.

The kiss alone was very passionate and full of allurement. Their lips moved in perfect harmony where he soon trailed open mouthed kisses down to the side of her neck.

Yuna glided her hand through his golden strands of hair, feeling it so soft between her fingers as she savored the heat of his breath upon her skin and the tenderness of his touch. Never had she felt so loved by a man as she felt when she were near him. The love they shared was of great passion and contentment. No other love could even compare to what they share.

Running his hands down her thighs then back up again, Tidus loved the feeling of her delicate skin against his fingertips. He loved the way she reacted to his tender kisses upon her neck, but above all else, he loved her. He had been with women before, but had never felt the way he felt when he was with Yuna.

The words "I love you" escaped his lips as he nibbled and kissed near her cheek bone. His breath tickled her ear lobe and she suppressed a tiny giggle as she looked into his eyes.

"Not as much as I love you." Yuna said in a seductive tone of voice. "Show me how much." She caressed his face, gliding her thumb along his bottom lip where she received a kiss upon it. Tidus then scooped her up in his arms and carried her to his room.

An hour had nearly gone by. . .

A bright flash of lightening flashed through the window, which frightened Lenne from a deep sleep. She looked and noticed that Yuna wasn't in the room. Therefore, she threw the covers off, got up and put her house coat on where she then left the room. The thunder clapped loudly while she slowly walked through the living room. Lightening flashed once again, which brightened up the entire room and revealed a shadow on the wall right behind Lenne, however, she did not see it and continued to walk onward. She neared the hallway when suddenly she felt a hand upon her shoulder. Lenne gasped as she turned only to see a dark figure standing before her. She felt the fear rise within her and her heart began to race. She began to back away slowly as the figure slowly approached her.
