Note: Hello everybody this is my first fan fiction and god I hope it doesn't suck also please excuse my grammar, spelling, and punctuation for they suck worse than a 7 year olds. Any way the story behind this fan fic is that even though I'm a teenager I still watch Dragon tales every day it's on hey it's a good show anyway I tried looking up fan fiction for it. I used every trick I knew and only found a total of 7 or 8 anywhere on the web and with no new episodes being on I said "Forget this I'll write my own story" so here we are.
Chapter one: An ordinary day …..
In the play room
Emmy, Max, And Enrique where busy playing in the play room
Max, Emmy, and Enrique where playing super heroes since Max had misplaced his comics again and Emmy suggested they play super heroes instead.
They were using blankets as capes and where pretending to fly by running around the room and jumping off the windowsill each of them talking deeper trying to sound like a hero
"I'm super Emmy" Emmy said while running around in a circle her arms spread out.
Max and Enrique joined her
"I'm mighty Max" Said Max in a deep heroic voice
"And I'm super Enrique" he said as they ran in a circle
The three where having a lot of fun
Max had completely forgotten about his comic books as he jumped on top of the window sill and put his arms to his sides and struck a super hero pose
He then jumped off the window sill to the playroom floor but unfortunately he tripped and fell to the wooden floor with a dull thud
"Max are you alright?" Emmy said worried he could be hurt
"I'm fine" Max said as he began to get up
"Be more careful next time Max" Emmy nagged
"Ok" Max said
"Look the dragons are calling us" Enrique said as he pointed behind Max at the now glowing secret drawer
Max flipped onto his back and looked up at the drawer
"We can play some more later lets go to Dragon land" Emmy said as she took off her cape
Enrique took off his too as Max got up off the floor and put his cape away
Emmy got the brightly glowing magical dragon scale out and held it out for Max and Enrique to grab on all three children then chanted
"I wish I wish with all my heart to fly with dragons in a land apart"
All of a sudden the colorful dragons they had on their wall began to fly around them getting faster and faster until in a flash of light the where gone.
In Dragon Land
Meanwhile in a bright and sunny field in Dragon land three dragons where waiting for there friends to arrive
One was a small, pink, smart, shy girl dragon called Cassie
Next to her was a large not so brave blue boy dragon named Ord
And next to him was a purple and green two headed dragon
The purple head was a girl dragon named Wheezie who loved rock and making messes
The green head was a boy dragon named Zak who liked quiet and clean
The two heads had a hard time getting along
The dragons had called their friends a short time ago and their friends always answered
Maybe not all of them came but at least one answered every time they called and usually within a few minutes of the call
"They should be here any second" said Cassie
"Yeah I can't wait to play dragon disc" Wheezie said in an anxious voice
Zak could tell his sister was losing patience fast, which usually meant bad things for him
A second later there was a bright flash a few feet in front of the group of dragons
After it subsided Max Emmy and Enrique stood in front of their dragon friends
Right on que Ord ran forward put his friends in a huge bear…um dragon hug
"Max, Emmy, Enrique you're finally here" Ord said as he hugged them
All three children enjoyed the ritualistic hug from their friend but they wished he wouldn't squish them as much
"We're glad to see you too Ord but could you loosen up a bit please" said Max in a strained voice from the pressure
"He He sorry" said Ord putting his friends down
"You guys up for some dragon disk" said Whezzie in a very eager voice all three yelled their reply at the same time in excitement
"Yes!" said Emmy
"Let's play!" said Max
"Let's get started!" said Enrique
"Where are we going?" asked Emmy
"We're going to a field near some woods that should be big enough for all of us to play in" said Cassie
"Why are we going there?" asked Max
"Well we haven't played there before so we're going to play there now" said Ord
"Ok let's go!" said Wheezie
"Don't go too fast Wheezie, I don't want to hit a tree again" said Zak
Emmy, Max, and Enrique got on their dragon friends backs Emmy on Cassie, Max on Ord, and Enrique on Zak and Wheezie and flew to the field to play
In the Air
It was a good day for flying as they flew over the fields and forests of dragon land
There was no wind to make the ride shaky and the temperature was mild
On the way Max had started talking to Ord about super heroes
Especially his favorite Mondo Mouse which is why he was upset that he couldn't find his comics
He had lost his brand new issue of Mondo Mouse's comic book which he had only read once
He was busy telling Ord about the end of the comic
"….And then Mondo Mouse busts in on his archvillens lair and stops the evil laser by smashing in to bits and saves the world again" Max said recapping the ending
"Wow that's amazing! He's so brave" said Ord listing as much as he could while still managing to focus on his flying
He liked Max's comic books a lot and liked it when he brought them over since Dragon Land didn't have any
"I wish I could be a super hero too, they get to fly all over the place" said Max
"But we get to do that here all the time" said Ord
"Yeah, but they get to save people, stop monsters, beat up bad guys, and save the world" replied Max
"I'd love to be a super hero" Max said imagining it
"Sounds dangerous to me, no thanks" said Zak thinking about all the dangerous thing he would have to do
"Sounds like a blast to me" said Wheezie thinking about flying around at high speed or moving really fast like one of the heroes in Max's comic books
"That's what I'm afraid of" said Zak under his breath
"What do you think Cassie?" asked Emmy
"Would you like to be a super hero, a real one?" she continued
"I don't know I would like to help people as much as I could but it sounds really dangerous and I don't want to get hurt and I'm not that brave" said Cassie weakly
"I'm not very brave either" said Ord trying to comfort her
"Yeah but your really strong and I'm not strong at all" said Cassie in a sad tone
"But Cassie your really smart you've helped us a lot of time with your ideas, remember the time with the dragon rhinoceros, you're really brave Cassie, you just don't know it" said Emmy to Cassie which made her smile
"Really?" Cassie asked
"Definitely" said Emmy
"Hey we're here" said Enrique pointing to the field below
"Wait a second guys why have you never played here before?" asked Emmy
"I don't know" said Cassie trying to think of a reason
"Who cares lets play" said Wheezie heading to land in the field
Ord and Cassie then began to come in to land in the field.
At the field
All three dragons landed in the field and their riders quickly dismounted
Zak took out a gold and red Frisbee looking thing
"Great now we can see how this new disk works" said Wheezie
"Just be careful Wheezie" said Zak she knew he was referring to what had happened to his old one which got caught in a marshmallow mash the first time then Whezzie somehow managed to get it to land it the clay oven in the School in the Sky when she was Outside practicing her "Special" throw
"Don't worry Zaky I'll be EXTRA! careful with this one" said Wheezie
"Ok Wheezie I trust you" said Zak in a "This is going to turn out badly" voice
"OK LETSSSSSSSSSS PLAY!" yelled Wheezie spinning around a few times before launching the dragon disk high in the air
When she stopped spinning Zak, now looking even more green took gasping breaths before Wheezie shot off after the dragon disc at top speed dragging Zak along for the ride
"EASYYYYYYYYY WHEZZIEEEEEEEEEEE!" yelled Zak as she dragged him along
Emmy, Max, Enrique, Cassie, Ord, Zak, and Wheezie played dragon disc for well over an hour
Emmy and Cassie where doing very well since they where the fastest
Emmy had longer legs than Max and was a little faster than Enrique and Cassie was the smallest of the dragons so her light weight made her faster than Zak, Wheezie and Ord
Well….. when Wheezie really got going no one was faster than her
Max dove to catch the dragon disc and got in right before it hit the ground
"Nice catch Max" said Ord
"My turn" said Wheezie getting the disk from Max
"Time for my special throw" said Wheezie getting into throwing stance
"NOOOOOOOOOOO!" yelled everyone
But it was too late
She spun around like a top ten times and let the disc fly
The disc went soaring clear over everyone and went flying into the forest that was next to the field
"Oops" said Whezzie now noticing everyone starring at her
"I guess we have to go get it" said Enrique
"I don't know it looks kind of dark in there" said Ord
"Don't worry Ord it'll be fine" said Max
All of them then headed into the woods
In the woods
The small group went into the woods following what the believed the path the dragon disc probably landed near
The woods where unfamiliar and slightly spooky
For some reason they felt weird, at least to Emmy but she was pretty sure the others felt it
It was some kind of energy that made her hand tingle
"So Cassie what's the name of this place" asked Emmy
"I don't know I've never been here before but I've heard stories of older dragons that've come here and were so scared they ran out of them screaming" said Cassie creeping the rest of the group out even more
"What sacred them?" asked Emmy
"I don't know they always where too scared to talk about it, even the adults won't talk about it" said Cassie sounding scared too
"Let's leave" said Ord now with a cowering tone to his voice
"Not yet we still need to find the disk" said Enrique
"There it is!" said Emmy pointing to the dragon disc
It was at the mouth of a large, foreboding, pitch black cave
