The next morning, Cy was up in his new clothes. He was wearing black pants that tucked into his boots along with a whtie short sleeve shirt with a black jacket. He walked out wondering where to go. Suddenly, Glimmer appeared out of nowhere.

Glimmer: Hey, Cy!

Cy was startled and surprised.

Cy: Hi...where did you come from?

Glimmer: I teleported to you.

Cy: You can teleport?

Glimmer: Yup. Perks of being the daughter of an immortal angelic being.

Cy: Huh…

Glimmer placed her hand on his shoulder and they teleported to the war room where the others were waiting.

Cy: What the….? (gags) A heads up would have been nice.

Glimmer: Sorry.

Angella: Hello, Cy. Did you sleep well?

Cy: Yes ma'am.

Angella: Good to hear.

Cameron walks over to Cy.

Cameron: Morning, Commander.

He looks at Cy's outfit.

Cameron: Nice outfit.

Cy: Really? You think so?

Adora: We got that outfit from a friend.

Bow: Who is a pirate, but he's cool.

Cy: Interesting.

Suddenly the Bad Batch walks in with R3 and a purple haired girl following behind.

Hunter(Nods) Commander.

Cy: Who's the girl?

Tech: This is Princess Entrapta, sir. She's been assisting me with the ship since last night.

The girl came close to Cy, using her hair to examine his face.

Cy: Ever heard of personal space?

Entrapta: Nope! What's this?

Entrapta was holding one of Cy's lightsabers and ignited it. She was in awe by it.

Entrapta: Fascinating.

Cy: Wait how did you?

Cy looked and saw one of his sabers were gone. He used the Force to get it from Entrapta.

Entrapta: Aww. I wanted to study it more.

Cy: Well next time ask.

Bow: Sorry Cy, she's just very curious about technology.

Glimmer: You'll get used to it.

Cy: We'll see.

Angella: If everyone is quite done, we have a briefing to discuss.

Cy: Right, so Hunter what you find out?

Hunter activated a holomap and displayed a Horde base.

Hunter: Last night we found this base, almost 80 clicks from where we crashed. Looks like it's an outpost of some kind.

Crosshair: But turns out it's actually to protect something else.

Adora: Protect what?

Tech: R3.

R3 displayed an image of a communications HQ.

Glimmer: What's that?

Echo: A communications center. This is how they managed to find us after we crashed.

Crosshair: And why the Horde came as fast as they did.

Bow: This base isn't marked on any of our maps. How did you guys find it?

Tech: Hunter was able to find it. Hunter has enhanced senses, which allows him to feel electromagnetic signals from the base.

Entrapta: Fascinating.

Bow: You guys are so cool!

Angella: So what do you plan to do?

Glimmer: Take out the communications center, of course.

Cameron: Well we could do more than just that. We could gather intel as well. We can probably get a hold of other base locations and more.

Adora: Sounds great. Let's do it.

Cy: A small squad would be the best option for this mission. Hunter, Crosshair, Tech, Adora, Bow, Glimmer, Echo and me will go.

R3 beeping.

Cy: R3, you stay here with Entrapta and help with the ship in any way you can.

R3 beeps

Entrapta: Come on R3! We have repairs to do.

Entrapta and R3 leaves.

Wrecker: What about me?!

Cy: Sorry big guy, this is a stealth mission and well…..you're not too big on stealth.

Wrecker: Ok…

Cameron: Next time, big guy.

Angella: Glimmer please be careful.

Glimmer: I will mom.

Hunter: Don't worry, ma'am. We'll keep an eye out for her.

Angella: Thank you, Hunter.

Hunter nods and puts his helmet along the other clones except.

Cameron: Um Commander what should I do?

Cy: Well you and Wrecker could train some of the locals.

Wrecker: Aw training duty? Lame.

Tech: Well you could help Entrapta with the ship until we return.

Cameron and Wrecker look at each other thinking about dealing with Entrapta.

Cameron/Wrecker: Training it is.

Cy: Alright let's move out!

The clones and teens leave heading to their mission. Cameron notices Angella's concerned expression.

Cameron: You shouldn't worry too much, your highness. From what I've seen of Glimmer so far, she's very capable in a fight.

Angella: I know she is but she's reckless and tends to overuse her powers. But she's very determined, caring and compassionate (chuckles) so much like father.

Cameron noticed she seemed saddened by her last.

Angella: Well, I best get going. If you need me, I'll be in the war room discussing our next plan of attack.

Cameron: Understood.

Angella smiled at him and walked off. Cameron was standing seeing her leave. Wrecker came up from behind Cameron and put his arm around him.

Wrecker: Alright, let's get to training these rebels.

Cameron: Uh yeah, let's get to the training grounds.

The clones and teens leave heading to their mission. The team takes a skiff to the target location. After a while, they arrived outside the base. They stayed in the tree line high up on the hills. Hunter used his binoculars and examined the base.

Cy: What you got, Hunter?

Hunter: I count about 25 soldiers outside, 3 tanks and several bots that are offline.

Cy: Crosshair?

Tech scanned the buildings and saw multiple heat signatures in the buildings.

Tech: I got 10+ in the main building and 9 in the barracks.

Glimmer: How can you guys tell?

Hunter: When it comes to tech, we got the good stuff.

Bow: Looks like a tough fight, no way we can just rush in on this.

Adora: So what's the plan?

Cy: We need to disable those tanks.

Echo: How do we do that?

Cy: I'll sneak in and plant explosives on the tanks. Once I give the signal, You 3(Adora, Hunter and Crosshair) will come in after I give the signal. Tech, Echo, Bow and Glimmer you head inside and get any intel you can, while we distract them.

Clones: Understood.

Glimmer: Sounds like a plan. Let's do this!

Cy: Alright, I'm going in.

Cy dashes off at fast speeds leaving Bow, Glimmer, and Adora in awe.

Glimmer: Whoa! He's fast!

Tech: That's Jedi for you.

Hunter: Better get into position.

Bow: Right. Adora, time to do your thing.

Adora: Ok.

She raises her sword.

Adora: For the honor of Grayskull.

She transforms into She-ra.

She-ra: Let's move out.

Crosshair: Copy.

Near the base, Cy approaches the wall and then jumps over it and into the base. Cy sneaks by two guards speaking but didn't hear them and kept moving.

Guard #1: So did you hear the news?

Guard #2: No. What is it?

Guard #1: Hordak called back Storm Squadron. They'll be returning to the Fright Zone soon.

Guard #2: No way! Those guys are the real deal.

Guard #1: You're telling me. That means Commander Darrius will be back.

Guard #2: I almost feel bad for the Rebellion. (Chuckles) Almost.

Cy approached the tanks and placed the explosives on them. Cy spotted two guards heading his way and took cover out of the way. He raises his arm and speaks.

Cy: Everyone in position?

Crosshair was in the bushes with his rifle aimed at the enemy.

Crosshair(radio) I'm in position.

Cameron(radio) Ready to go here.

Tech(radio) In position here as well.

Cy: Alright. Let's get this started.

Cy triggers the bombs destroying the tanks. The Horde soldiers ran to the area Cy was. Cy ignited his sabers and jumped out and tried fighting the Horde troops. Crosshair was sniping any of the enemies he could. Then She-Ra broke down the base main gate and rushed in to assist Cy. Cameron and Hunter were covering her as she ran. She took out a few troops and joined Cy fighting the Horde.

Cy: Think we got their attention?

She-ra: Yeah. I think so.

Hunter radioed Tech as he and Echo were blasting the Horde soldiers.

Hunter(radio) Tech, we got their attention. Move on in.

Tech: Copy that.

Bow: Alright, Glimmer let's head in.

Glimmer puts her hands on their shoulders. The 4 were in the communications room, Echo and Tech quickly got to work plugging into the computers.

Glimmer: Time to do our part.

Glimmer teleports away, heading inside. In the control room Tech and Echo quickly get work getting data from a terminal. Echo turns to Bow and Glimmer.

Echo: Keep cover on that door. We don't want any unwanted attention and this may take awhile.

Bow/Glimmer: On it!

Back outside Hunter and Crosshair were blasting incoming Horde soldiers. She-ra and Cy were back to back as She-ra used her shield and Cy used his sabers to deflect the incoming.

She-ra: How are you doing back there?

Cy: I'm good. I've seen worse.

She-ra: Hope they don't take too long in there.

(In the Fright Zone)

Catra walks into Shadow Weaver's chamber and stands at attention.

Catra: You wanted to see me?

Shadow Weaver: Yes. Lord Hordak has dispatched a squad of commandos for you. You and their Commander are to take charge of them.

Catra: At least Hordak knows good leadership when he sees it.

Shadow Weaver: You are only Force Captain because Adora is not here.

Catra: Whatever. So where are these commandos?

Darrius: Right here.

Catra and Shadow Weaver turn to see a guy wearing different armor from normal Horde troops. He walks over to Catra and Shadow Weaver.

Darrius: Hello Shadow Weaver. It's been a long time and Catra you've grown up too.

Catra: Uh, do I know you?

Darrius: Course you do. I'm your favorite knucklehead, remember?

Catra: Knucklehead? Wait….

He takes off his helmet revealing himself to be young around Catra's age.

Catra: Darrius?! I…..we thought you were dead! The hell you've been?!

Darrius: Well that's a long story.

Shadow Weaver: Darrius' powers are similar to this...Jedi you encountered. He's received special training from Hordak himself.

Darrius: Speaking of this Jedi, when do we leave?

Catra: Eager to fight, huh?

Darrius smirks sinisterly.

Darrius: Fight? No, more eager to kill this Jedi.

Catra: Good to have you back, Darrius.

Shadow Weaver: Enough talk! You two gather your teams and…

Suddenly Shadow Weaver receives a call.

Shadow Weaver: What is it?

Horde Trooper: Ma'am. Our communications base was attacked. The rebels managed to steal data from the control center.

Catra: What?!

Darrius: The Jedi…..

Shadow Weaver: Are they still in the area?

Horde Trooper: No ma'am. They left as quickly as they came.

Shadow Weaver: Survey the area! Now!

Horde Trooper: Yes ma'am!

The call ends.

Catra: What are your orders?

Shadow Weaver: For now you wait. It's likely they have already fled the area.

Darrius: But I'm ready now!

Shadow Weaver: Silence! You may be Hordak's right hand but I am still in command of you both! Now leave!

Catra and Darrius leave with annoyed expressions.

Darrius: I see she's still as "cheery" as ever.

Catra: Tell me about it. She got worse when Adora left.

Darrius: Adora…..can't believe she defected.

Catra: Well believe it. She left to play hero and now Shadow Weaver defies Hordaks orders by trying to bring her back to the Horde.

Darrius: Well I'm glad you're still here.

Catra smiles looking at him.

Catra: Hey want to see the old room?

Darrius: Sure. I got some time to kill.

Catra: The guys are gonna flip when they see you.

Catra and Darrius head down the hall to the room.

(Back in Brightmoon)

Hours later, the team was back in the war room talking about what happened.

Glimmer: You should have seen us, mom! The Horde didn't even know what hit them.

Bow: We never had a mission go so smoothly before.

Adora: Tell me about it. You guys were awesome!

Cy: Well we are trained for this kind of stuff.

Crosshair: It's just another day for us as well.

Wrecker: Wish I could've been there.

Cameron: Don't worry, you'll get your chance next time.

Angella: Well I'm just glad you're all safe. Were you able to gather any intel?

Tech: Yes ma'am. We found locations of other Horde bases around Etheria and blueprints on Horde equipment.

Cy: With these blueprints, we can take out Horde vehicles and tech easily.

Angella: Well good job everyone. Today was a success for the Rebellion. We will resume tomorrow, for now relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

Everyone: Yes ma'am.

Cy walked to Adora to talk.

Cy: Hey Adora, I was wondering if you would like to train with me.

Adora: Sure, I'm up for training.

Glimmer: Mind if me and Bow watch?

Cy: I don't see why not.

Bow: Awesome.

Glimmer: To the training room!

Cameron: Hey kid. Wait up.

Glimmer: What's up, Cameron?

Cameron: I heard from your mother that your powers are limited and put a strain on you.

Glimmer chuckled nervously.

Glimmer: Yeah….sometimes I overdo things.

Cameron: Well first thing tomorrow

The teens leave the room.

Hunter: Let's head out too, Wrecker. I feel like getting to eat.

Wrecker: Sweet. I'm always up for eating.

Angella: The chef's will prepare whatever you want.

Hunter: Thanks, your highness. Yo Cameron, want to come with us?

Cameron: Later I'm gonna look over some data.

Hunter: Alright.

Wrecker and Hunter leave the room, leaving Cameron and Angella alone in the war room. Angella walks over to him.

Angella: Again I want to thank you all for everything you did for us.

Cameron: It's no problem. It's what we do.

Angella: Glimmer has taken quite a liking to you.

Cameron: You think so?

Angella: Do you have any children yourself?

Cameron: No. I never got the chance to settle down.

Angella: Why is that?

Cameron: Us clones were meant to be soldiers. To serve the Republic and Jedi. But I never thought of life after the war. War is all I know…..

Angella frowned a bit. She grabbed his hand.

Angella: Well hopefully you will find someone. Everyone deserves some happiness in their life.

Cameron turns and looks at her and smiles.

Cameron: Maybe.

(In the training room)

Adora and Cy were sparring with their sabers. Adora was pushing Cy back but Cy's agility kept Adora on the defense.

Adora: Not bad.

Cy: Same to you. That sword of yours really is something.

Bow: You both are great.

Glimmer: Yeah but if it was She-ra fighting here, Cy would be done.

Bow: I don't know about that. She fought him as She-ra when we first met and he was holding his own.

Cy: It's not always the strongest one who wins the fight, Glimmer.

Glimmer: If you say so.

Cy: Let's try something else.

Cy tosses his second lightsaber to Adora and she catches it.

Cy: Fight me with that.

Adora: Really?

Bow: Oh go for it Adora!

Adora: Alright.

Adora puts down her sword and examines the hilt.

Adora: Uh, how do I activate it?

Cy: There's a small switch on the side.

Adora activates the saber.

Adora: Whoa. There's no weight except for the hilt.

Bow: Guess that's why it's called a "light" saber, huh?

Everyone just looked at Bow.

Bow: I know that was a bad joke.

Cy: Anyways. Let's make it more interesting.

Cy puts a blindfold on, covering his eyes.

Adora: What are you doing?

Cy: Making things interesting. Now come at me.

Adora: Are you sure?

Cy: Bring it.

Adora: Ok you asked for it!

Adora charges and swings the saber, but Cy blocks the first strike.

Bow: Whoa…

Adora: Lucky block.

Adora kept trying to swing but Cy was blocking them all. Adora even tried to go for leg sweeps but he avoided them too. Cy was flipping all over the place. He was so fast the others could barely keep up with him.

Glimmer: How's he doing that?

Bow: He must be able to see her.

Cy: The Force guides me and allows me to see even without my eyesight. I learned this from my master's former teacher.

Adora tried for one more swing but Cy sidestepped it and Adora began to fall backwards but Cy caught her with his free arm and put his arm around her holding up.

Cy: Gotcha!

Adora looked at him as he's still blindfolded. She felt her cheeks getting warm and feeling she rarely had.

Glimmer(fake coughs) You two done practicing ballet?

Cy and Adora both stand up straight, regaining their takes off his blindfold and Adora hands back his lightsaber.

Adora: Thanks for that.

Cy: Yeah don't mention it. Well I think I'm gonna turn in for the night.

Bow: Same here. Watching you guys fight exhausted my head.

Cy: Thanks for the sparring match, Adora.

Adora: Of course. Anytime.

Cy and Bow both head out.

Cy: Night girls.

Glimmer/Adora: Night!

Cy and Bow leaves. Glimmer looks at Adora smiling.

Adora: Why are you looking at me like that?

Glimmer: I see what's going on here.

Adora: What do you mean?

Glimmer: Someone is crushing hard.

Adora stood looking at her confused.

Adora: What?

Glimmer(giggles) You starting to like a certain Jedi.

Adora turned red and was shocked.

Adora: What?! No I don't. We're just friends! Plus I literally just met him

Glimmer: Uh huh. Then why are you red?

Adora: Cause…...I'm tired and mad I lost so I'm going to bed. Goodnight!

Adora storms out the room.

Glimmer: She totally digs him. I'm gonna have fun with this.

With Adora, she thinks about what Glimmer said.

Adora: Glimmer is crazy. I mean Cy is a nice and good fighter but he's a friend. But maybe….

She thinks about how he held her during training.

Adora(Shakes Head) Get it together, Adora.

As she walks to her room, a shadow figure watches her from above.

Shadow Weaver: Adora….you will be mine again.
