Well, this chapter will be an interlude where I get some things clear for the vision of this story. There will be some spoilers so if you'd like, you could skip ahead.
First things first, the biggest change is Raditz being sent to Earth instead of Goku. This doesn't just mean that he will be Goku in Raditz's body, he actually is very much more like Raditz than Goku early on. I figured from some fanfictions where we see Raditz, Bardock and Goku's personalities and the fact that in one world, he was able to be around Nappa and Vegeta for 20+ years, that he at least possesses some sort of decent potential and I base his personality off what I presume Bardock would be. Also, Tullece and Goku are both Raditz's younger brothers. As for some questions I've seen or know people have, I'll review them below. This will be updated as questions are asked.
Q: Is Goku going to be in this story? Will Vegeta be used too?
A: No... Kakarot will be tho. My Kakarot will have elements that I thought of and crafted out to make Kakarot an important character in our story because you can't have DB without Goku/Kakarot. Several Saiyans will be present in this story and have more important roles than in canon. Different dynamics will be formed since different scenarios occur.
Q: Who all survived Planet Vegeta's fate?
A: Without giving too much information: Raditz, Kakarot, Vegeta, Nappa, Tullece, Broly, Tarble, and a female Saiyan named Chaya who is Nappa's daughter in this universe. Frieza was never too good at doing what he said he'd do, was he?
Q: In this story in Universe 7? If so, is it an AU? How do you classify it?
A: This is the fun part. My story is canon to the DB Universe for the most part in the same way that Spiderman MCU movies would be synonymous with the 'Amazing' Spiderman movies I'd say. The main DB Universe exists as Universe 7 in my universe and this story takes place in Universe 6. Yes, this means that Son Goku, Gohan and co are canon and although we might not see this til the Super Arc, we may get a UI Goku and SSGB Vegeta VS my story's characters. It also means that Champa and Vados will play roles similar to Beerus and Whis and that although I alter the small things we know about U6 Saiyans, characters like Caulifla, Cabba, Kale, and Hit amongst others will exist solely in our story's universe sooner than we see them in dbz's u7. One thing though is that Frost does not exist and Frieza exists in his place. Broly and Kale's co-existence will be explained when Kale's backstory is shown.
Q: Which movies are you going to cover? Any chance we see characters like Cooler, Tarble or Slug?
A: First things first, to clear things both Broly's are canon. My universe's Broly will be the one we grew up with in Z while Universe 7's Broly will be the more recent Broly we see in Super.
As for movies, going chronologically, the bold movies will be canon and adapted to fit our story.

Q: Is there a model you're using for power levels or SSj multipliers?
A: Although too early to tell, I'm going to say that one of my favorite stories on this site is Bringer of Death featuring a Super Saiyan Vegeta on Namek. As I made this story, I modeled my SSj multipliers/power level concept similar to his so go read his story (specifically Chapter 50) to answer those questions. Imo, power levels vary by several factors including health, speed, and emotions among other things but I'll be sure to give you all estimates at the end of each chapter until I eventually began using power tiers instead when pls become too op'd.
Me and my former Beta-reader, Burning Saiyan, also came up with some concepts for future transformations and plans. Though I can only say that some forms will be changed slightly (I'm looking at you FPSSj), here is a short list of triggers for Super Saiyan transformations that each Saiyan will have to go through to ascend. Power is not enough to become a Super Saiyan, there has to be an emotional trigger unless other factors are taken in.
SS: To become it, you have to not only be strong enough but have to give up all of your pride and accept that no matter what you/your allies do, you have lost, you have to really need the power. As such for all Saiyans becoming ss 1 will be one of the most painful things.
To master it you must suppress the darkness in yourself and control your intense emotions (stoic philosophy).
Can be felt no matter where you are on the planet and later on in the solar system.
SS2: To become it, you have to allow the darkness to take over, contradicting what you did to master ss 1. (Essentially what Gohan did)
To master it you have to think of all the things/people you love and using them you can master your inner darkness.
Can be felt no matter where you are in the galaxy.
SS3: To become it, you have to detach yourself from all of your attachments in order to solely gain power, contradicting what you did in ss2 to master it. (Goku was able to reach this while dead b/c he had no attachments)
To master it you have to let go of all of your control and accept that you can't master it.
This can be felt everywhere in the afterlife and the plane of existence.
SS4: You have to re-master the Oozaru form except it is much harder, you need complete and utter control in order to become it, thus contradicting what you did in ss3. To master it just train a bunch, I say this b/c by this time you'll have gone through so much emotional agony and personal growth that you really don't need more.
This can be felt everywhere and depending on the vicinity it can become all you feel, thus making ki-sensing worthless in a battle b/c you won't know where anything is b/c it is everywhere. This is the strongest level a Saiyan can reach before they become a god.
SS God: To become it you must master all the mortal forms and have it unlocked by a god. Or you can use the cheat that was in BOG For SSGSS you can do whatever.
In this form you can't sense the ki at all, the person is essentially doesn't exist to the senses (like the androids)
One can know of all the forms but not how to achieve them until he has earned it and due to the nature of the difficulty of transforming, Raditz and others are liable to only ascend only when they have to b/c of the emotional pain. I really hope you like it. -Burning Saiyan.
