AN: I love you guys! Thank you all so much for your continued support! I never thought I'd get so many damn reads! Maybe 5K at most... So imagine my surprise and happiness at seeing that I already have over 17K reads! *Wipes a tear*

I'm really sorry that I didn't upload last week so to make it up to you, an extra long chapter coming up! Enjoy!

PS: Will have actual dialogues from Twilight: Eclipse movie. Also I think I forgot to mention in the last chapter, but one of the dialogues is not my original. It's an adapted version of the one written by unicornninja12 for their story "A Mikaelson Family Christmas" on . The dialogue is the one between Klaus and Kol about him getting down dressed or getting daggered.

2 days before Davina's arrival

Rosalie POV:

Jasper was teaching us all he knew about newborns from his time in the Southern Wars. We needed to start training. Fighting newborns was not the same as fighting older vampires of our kind. Newborns were the strongest of our kind. The most bloodthirsty and impulsive too. There was no way to predict their attacks.

We - the Mikaelsons, Salvatores, Caroline, Tyler, Bonnie, Alice, my dear mate, Emmett and I- all stood in a clearing, distant from Mystic Falls with Jasper standing in front of us explaining rules for a newborn fight.

The pack had come a day earlier than planned and were in their wolf forms next to us, watching Jasper. Except the mutt, Jacob. Considering Edward was not here to translate for us, Jacob volunteered to be our translator. Though I think it was more because he wanted to catch up with Bella. I turned my gaze and saw Damon glaring holes in the side of the mutt's head, who was ignoring him and talking amicably with Bella and Kol. Kol was fascinated when he heard about the shifters. Apparently, he was a warlock as human and considering the shifters were something from magical lineage, it made him curious about them.

Jasper drew our attention back to him as he started pacing, muttering about strategies and killing Victoria when we had the chance back in Forks.

"Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our first few months of this life. That's why they're created. A newborn army doesn't need thousands like a human army and no human army can stand against them. There are two most important things to learn. First, NEVER let them get your arms around you. They'll crush your windstream. The second, NEVER go for the obvious kill. They'll be expecting that and you will lose."

He looked at all of us then called out for Emmett to join him in his demonstration.

"Don't hold back", he smirked.

"Not in my nature", my bear of a husband replied.

Emmett rushed at Jasper with full force but Jasper just stood there calmly. Flipping Jasper over his shoulder, Em turned again, seeing Jazz run at him and throwing him to the ground.

"Never lose focus."

Then it was Jacob against Tyler. Tyler got cocky after pushing Jacob to the ground and looked our way. Jacob, taking this as an opening, threw Tyler to the ground and held his hand over his throat.

"One more thing, never turn your back to the enemy.", Jasper stated, rolling his eyes.

During Jazz and I's fight, he easily pinned me to the ground and I went to stand beside my mate when Alice took over.

Their fight was almost like foreplay. Alice easily dodged all of Jasper's attacks, but he caught up with her. Just as he leaned in to kiss her, she pushed him away and disappeared, making Jazz look around towards the trees and us. He made the mistake to back up against a tree and Alice took the chance to jump on his back from the tree she was hiding in. Giving him a kiss, she got off looking very smug.

"Never get distracted", she trilled mockingly.

It was one of the things Jasper always said while sparring with Em, and he was the one that broke his rule, making Em, Bella, Alice and I laugh, as we had heard those words right out of Jasper's mouth.

Two hours passed in training when everyone finally took a break. The traditional vampires were drinking human blood from a cooler they brought, while Stefan gave us bottles of animal blood he had brought. There was also food for the wolves and Bonnie.

I noticed Bella and Rebekah leaning against a tree and panting. That was not a normal reaction. There was definitely something wrong with the sisters. I didn't realise that I was projecting anxiety until Jazz asked, "What's wrong, Rose? You're projecting a lot of anxiety"

"It's Bella and Rebekah."

No sooner were the words out of my mouth than their family surrounded them and asked them what was wrong.

Kol was the first to speak logically.

"Give them some space to breathe. Move now."

Everyone moved but Bella and her sister slid to the floor, unconscious.

"There's something wrong with them. We need to get her back to the Mansion.", with that Kol, carrying Bella and Klaus carrying Rebekah took off, leaving the rest of us to follow.

The sisters were placed in Bella's room. Both of them were clutching near their hearts and had a pained expression on their faces. Kol looked very disturbed but Klaus looked concerned and confused. Like the rest of us he didn't know what was happening. Damon and Stefan were kneeling beside their loved ones and holding their hands.

Suddenly, we heard Kol mutter, "How did this happen? This shouldn't be happening."

Klaus looked like he was going to explode but Mikael interrupted him before he could say anything, he too looked enraged but was a bit more calm about it.

"Kol. What do you mean? Do you know what is happening to my daughters right now?"

Kol looked up and just as he was about to answer, a groan from Bella, brought our attention to her. Kol was by her side instantly with a glass of water. Rebekah awoke just a minute later and Klaus copied Kol's actions, bringing a glass of water to her.

"Belle. When was the last time you took your potion? And you Bekah?" Kol asked.

Bella rubbed her forehead a bit and looked surprised.

"I think it was a week before you all came to Forks. I couldn't take it after that because Edward was always monitoring what I was eating and drinking and I didn't want to explain to him why I was drinking a potion…"

Kol, Klaus, Elijah and Mikael looked very angry at the information, whereas my family was shocked that he would have the audacity to do such a thing.

"I took mine right after I woke up from the daggering. Hold on. I might have mine somewhere here in the house."

With that she went to move but as soon as she stood, her legs gave out from underneath her and she started falling to the ground. Rebekah and I had formed somewhat of an understanding at being changed so young and that had given way to a beautiful friendship.

I was by her side instantly and supported her.

"Tell me where this potion is and I'll get it for you. Do not move from the bed. Rose, hold her down if you need to.", Alice commanded.

Rebekah told Alice where to find it and she was gone and back in under 5 minutes, carrying a small vial with about 15 ml of purple-ish liquid in it.

Rebekah put a quarter of the liquid in her glass of water and then drank the now light purple water quickly. Instantly, there was more colour in her face and she was looking much stronger.

Bella on the other hand was losing her complexion by the minute.

"Kol", she rasped, "I think I left my vial at Charlie's. I had hid it under my floorboard so that the Cullen's would not find it."

Kol cursed loudly and pulled out his phone, dialling a number and swiftly putting it to his ear.

The phone rang only once before someone picked up the call.

"Hello, Kol. Usually it's Bells that calls me."

Charlie?!

I looked at my family and they too looked shocked by the revelation.

"Charlie. Izzy left her vial under the floorboard of her room in which she stayed when she was living with you."

We all heard his sharp inhale and knew this was worse than what we were thinking.

"Oh Bella. Don't worry, Kol. I'll be there in a day. You know what to do till then."

"See you then."
With that the call was disconnected.

We all looked at each other and exchanged worried glances.

"Kol. What happened? And I want an explanation. NOW." Klaus started off deathly calm but then shouted the word 'now'.

Kol, Bella and Rebekal shared a look.

Bella started, "Big brother-" she tried to stand and reach towards Klaus but started wobbling and Kol steadied her. Klaus was by her side at once.

"Sit.", he commanded her.

She took his hand in hers and finally explained what happened.

"I know you are worried, but please calm down. It's not Ollie's fault… It started when we were humans. Remember when Bekah and I ran off into the forest to collect herbs for our mother, just a week before Henri's accident? And when we came home, we didn't leave our mother's magic room for a day?" at her family's nod, she continued.

"Well… when Bekah and I went to collect herbs, we ran into another powerful witch. She had wild auburn hair and almost white irises. We found her creepy and were going to leave from there when she bound us by ropes to a tree. I do not recall what exactly aggravated her but it had something to do with mother and our eldest sister."

They had another sister? Mikael closed his eyes in pain and answered the question that was on all our minds. "Freya. She was my first child. The most beautiful little girl I had laid eyes on until my other daughters were born. She was taken away from us just before we moved to the New World. She died in the plague that killed several in the Old World. She was just five years old. Finnick only three. Elijah had yet to be born."

Rebekah continued for Bella as she became weaker.

"Yes. She decided that since we were the only other girls in the family, it would be fit to curse us. She cursed us to be in pain and feel as though our hearts were being ripped out over and over again. I do not know why she did it. She also said that to lift the curse, our mother would have to sacrifice herself for one of us, showing she loved us. The other way to lift the curse would be if a witch would willingly break it if we were to lose our magic or become a different creature. I think she had some sort of a premonition that we were going to turn into vampires. She was in a trance-like state when she cast the spell and we could do absolutely nothing except be bound to the tree. We were unable to get off until at least half an hour after she left. Then, we went straight to our mother. Kol was there and it turned out that the witch had forcefully taken away my powers. Mother and Kol tried hard to come up with a solution. At the end of the day, she made both of us a potion each that we had to take once every two weeks. If we didn't…" she didn't need to finish her sentence. Bella was proof of what could happen and I was sure it would only get worse.

Damon took her in his arms. "So why did no witch try to lift the spell? I thought you had loyal ones for you?"

"They are loyal but only because they fear us hurting them or their family. Never have we had a witch friend. Maybe Bella does now but from what she told me, this witch is too young and doesn't have control over her magic yet." Rebekah answered.

Bella was now deathly pale. I can't even imagine how much it must hurt her right now. Feeling the pain of having her heart ripped out again and again. It was almost like our transformation. I winced in sympathy. She was brave for not making any noise through it all. I was sure she wanted to but she was holding back for the sake of her family. I looked at Jasper from the corner of my eye and saw his face scrunched up in pain; his body hunching over. If Jasper was hurting so much… Oh Bella!

"J-Jazz" Bella stuttered, "You should go out. I can see you're fe-feeling my emotions. I know what I feel. Pl-Please, you need to go."

Jasper shook his head. With a strained voice, "I'm not leavin' you like this, darlin'. I can take it. Don't worry about it, sugar. I want to do this"

Bella said nothing in response.

Charlie please come soon!

"Can I do anything to help?" Bonnie asked.

"You could lift the spell", Kol joked a little.

"I don't think I can do it alone. I can sense the magic. Also, I don't know what exactly the spell is… I would have to do a little research on it."

"Can't Isa drink Rebekah's potion?" Damon asked, his voice drawn.

Kol shook his head.

"No. That would not be helpful. Mother made them two potions for some reason. First, Bella did not have magic so it affected her differently than it affected Bekah. Then, there was also their age."

Bonnie drifted closer to Bella.

"Perhaps it would be a little more helpful if I can ease the pain a bit. At least until the person you called comes with the potion."

Klaus nodded. "That would be for the better." Mikael answered.

"I'll need space. Could some of you please leave the room?"

Caroline, Tyler, Stefan, Emmett, Alice, Elijah, Mikael, Klaus and I shuffled out of the room. Damon resolutely refused to leave the room. Kol stayed so he knew which spell Bonnie was going to use and Rebekah stayed to support Bella. Jasper was taking away some of Bella's pain and his gift would be more useful if he was in physical contact with her.

We heard Bonnie's muttering start up and I prayed for Charlie to come as soon as possible.
