Chapter 4

They were just heading outside from camp jupiter when they first saw it.

A pack of monsters from the myths. There were Ventuses (wind spirit),

Cyclops, empousa and the nemean lion. Demigods normmaly don't consider it a lot but when there is more than 4 wind spirit and alot of other monsters , It was considered a "we are going to die" problem. When they saw demigods amd the pack, they started running. Lupa ordered one of the two guards standing outside the maintainence tunnel (note that Jason is still here in camp jupiter and the maintenance tunnel has not collapsed) to run back inside and warn the camp to arm themsleves. The other guard stood by the end of the tunnel holding a double edge sword, Lupa had made sure that Percy would be behind the pack and told him if anything goes wrong that he should hide inside camp. The guard brought the 5th cohourt with them and Reyna with the blond haired boy. The boy flipped a coin and when it landed on his palm it had turned into a Gladius. Reyna just unsheathed her Javelin from her back. The blond haired boy ordered the first cohort to go into omega formation. The cohort quickly got into a barricade with spears jutting out from the end of the sheilds. Lupa unsheathed her claws, and the battle had begun.

One of the empousa's at the front ran towards them but quickly got a quick death. The monster slime spilled on the shields but that was not enough to scare the rest of the monsters away Reyna quickly ordered the formation to move forward but the monsters wouldnt move.

Finally the monsters got restless and they brought the fight to them. With in seconds chaos ensued. Percy saw his pack tearing a empousa at half and bite the cyclops feet but it got quickly swatted away. But that was not the worst thing happening, The nemean lion was almost impossible to kill, So the monsters were pushing the demigods and the pack back.

Reyna analyzing the casualties yelled at them to fall back but one of the ventuses grabbed the blond haired boy and flew up, percy who was way back from the fight asked reyna if that guy was fine but she replied "Jason's a son of Jupiter there is no chance that the Venti will win a battle agaisnt him.". But then the Venti was using a smart tactic. They picked demigods up and started to drop them from up high. It was raining demigods. Reyna quickly told them to retreat and hold the door of. The cyclops bellowed in rage as he could not fit inside.

The rest of the monsters started to Bang the door. All the cohorts were in full armour and waiting behind them, holding it down.

But when the banging stopped they were all confused.

They heard loud fizzing sound from behind the door, the cohort quickly realizing what it is, ran back and the doors fell down smoking and on fire. quickly the nemean lion punced on one of the demigods and ripped him in half. The blood ran dow its mouth and it terrifed Percy. Then from somewhere Jason, the blond haired boy flew back down covered in golden dust and monster slime. He's eyes glowed blue and before you knew lightning struck the cyclops. They watched it fall from the inside of the walls of the camp as it crushed some wind spirits and then disintegrated. The only thing left was the nemean lion. It charged through the sheilds and threw demigods from one side to another. Lupa and the pack were also thrown but they had survived, so had all the others demigods. Then the worst thing happened. It saw Percy, Percy's eyes grew wide like dinner plate and was already running but the nemean lion quickly caught up and threw him inside the Little Tibet river with one swipe of nemean lions claw. Reyna and the pack watched him sink for a few seconds till they decided to attack the lion. They gave the nemean lion so many hits but they could not scratch it because of it indestructible fur. They started retreating, And then the nemean lion pounced at them but before it could touch them it was thrown inside the river by two water formed fists. And was quickly drowned. The whole camp watched it writhe and claw but then it soon slowly disintegrated.

Lupa's grew a little afraid. She knows what is about to happen.

Percy Swam out of the Mini Tibet unharmed and collasped. But before he fell unconscious, He heard gasps from the crowd surrounding him.

Percy had been claimed, and it was the worst timing ever, and then he fell asleep.
