So, welcome to the second attempt at rewriting The Descendant of Revan: The Clone Wars. My reason for remaking it, is because I want the story to flow better, I want it to actually respect the Star Wars Universe, make the characters flow better, and especially smooth things out better such as Jayden and Ahsoka's relationship.

Jayden won't be named Darth like I did in the last two versions of this, but his codename will be Khan, like how Galen Marek is codenamed Starkiller when he was Darth Vader's Apprentice, but he wasn't called Darth Starkiller, awesome as that sounds.

With this new version, I'm intending to use elements and ideas new and old, but mostly new, to make it much more better.

Disclaimer: I do not own Star Wars: The Clone Wars, only the OC Jayden Shan.

Coruscant

Jedi Master Yoda knew things were changing when the Jedi learned of the creation of a Clone army by Master Sifo-Dias ten years ago, which was when he was killed. Yoda also knew war had to have been coming with the way things were going, the Separatists and many systems joining Count Dooku, a former Jedi that was once Qui-Gon Jinn's Master.

The Force was now out of balance with the beginning of the Clone Wars, and that worried Yoda, especially when he thought about what Obi-Wan had told him and Mace Windu about what Dooku told him on Geonosis, about a Sith Lord named Darth Sidious being in control of the Senate. Yoda was skeptical of this since the Sith lie and deceive, though Windu stated that they should keep a closer eye on the Senate in case Sidious really was in control of them as Dooku said, something Yoda agreed with, but it did leave him with worry about if his former Padawan was telling the truth about Sidious.

The Dark Side of the Force clouds everything, perhaps it's even clouded the Jedi's vision.

Yoda sat lone in his meditation chambers. He had learned much over the course of his many centuries of living and he did his best to apply such lessons to the daily goings-on of the Jedi Order. To the Younglings and Padawans he was a grandfatherly figure, coaxing them onwards with each new step taken in life. To the Knights and Masters he was a respected wellspring of wisdom, always able to see and learn things that often escaped the senses of others.

His mind turned from the matter of Dooku and Sidious to a choice he was about to make concerning a Padawan being assigned a Master. Like all choices, he did not know exactly what consequences would come of it, he could not know if they were to be meaningless or if they would change the galaxy forever, but in his heart and with his venerated wisdom he knew that this was the choice to make.

He sensed a presence approaching his door, the Force alerting him to the arrival of a youthful spirit, Master Yoda knew exactly who was coming to him. He closed his eyes, loosing a simple telepathic pulse, a welcoming sensation that bade his guest to enter.

"You summoned me, Master Yoda?" Ahsoka Tano, the young Togruta, asked as she entered the Grandmaster's chambers.

Yoda smiled. "Indeed, young one. Come, sit."

Ahsoka did so. In the light of his room, her skin tone was bright and cheerful, the galaxy's most vibrant orange found in one young woman. She was a youngling, a Jedi with no master, although the term seemed misplaced given she was fourteen years old… an adult by the standards of her own species. She sat on a medative cushion, placing her legs into a basket.

"Ahsoka Tano, saw your progress in the Initiate Tournament, I did." Yoda said,

Her eyes lowered. "i-I tried hard, Master, i-"

"Calm, young one." Yoda said, holding up a three-clawed hand. His tone was soft. "Disrupted much, this war already has. Know why you are here, do you?"

Ahsoka shook her head. "No, Master."

Yoda leaned forward a bit. "Choose a Master for you, I will. Send you there to jojn him, you will."

Ahsoka failed to reign in her excitement. "Really Master?" She asked, eyes wide and a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth, revealing the razor sharp teeth behind her lips.

Yoda nodded. "To the planet Christophsis you will go, Unable to contact Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, we are. Fine him, you must."

Ahsoka knew who Obi-Wan Kenobi was. He was the former Apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn, the one who killed Darth Maul on the planet of Naboo ten years ago, the Master of the Chosen One Anakin Skywalker.

"I'm to be Master Kenobi's Apprentice?" Ahsoka asked.

Yoda shook his head. "No. Learned, Master Kenobi has, the value of a Padawan. Yet to learn, his friend Anakin has." Yoda corrected. Ahsoka's eyes widened again at the mention of Anakin.

There was only one Anakin in the whole Jedi Order; Anakin Skywalker, The Chosen One. She was going to be Anakin Skywalker's Apprentice, something many of the other young Padawans without a Master dream of, especially the older female ones who fostered a crushing on the daring, roguish Knight. Ahsoka would be lying if she said she didn't have one too, something about the slightly-darker aura about him as he fought passionately and acted valiantly in the name of the Republic and the Jedi Order.

"I… Thank you, Master." She whispered, barely able to find the words.

Yoda hummed. "Ready you are, for the trials to come, with being a Padawan. Go now, young Tano. May the Force be with you."

Serenno

On the planet of Serenno, a palace was located. But this wasn't just any palace, this palace was the home of the Sith Lord and Separatist Head of State Count Dooku. The palace is protected by battle droids, not that the Sith lord couldn't protect himself against any Republic forces, but Jedi were a whole different matter.

In Dooku's quarters, the Sith Lord stood before a young boy at 15 years old. Dooku activated his Lightsaber, the red blade humming as Dooku lowered it to the boy's right shoulder, not touching him.

"When I found you all those years ago, I saw what all Masters live to see. Raw, untamed power. And beyond that, something truly special... the potential of your bloodline." Dooku said as he finished anointing the boy. "Now, you have grown powerful under my teaching and proven yourself true to your ancestor. At last, the Dark Side is your ally. Rise, my Apprentice."

Dooku's Lightsaber deactivated as the boy stood, revealing he was indeed 15 years old with short black hair, pale yet fair skin and dark brown eyes. He was dressed in an attire with a red hood called the Jedi Hunter armour, with a black crossguard Lightsaber clipped to his belt. This was Jayden Shan, the secret Apprentice of Count Dooku, the descent of the legendary Sith Lord... Darth Revan.

"What is thy bidding, my Master?" Jayden asked, looking at his Master.

"Your training is nearly complete, my Apprentice." Dooku said as he turned and walked around to his desk, taking a seat as Jayden stood across from him with his hands clasped behind his back. "Though I wish for it to be fully completed, this war will hinder our training sessions. However, you are ready to take part in this war. You will go to the planet Christophsis, and aid our forces in taking it from Republic hands. Kill any Clone Trooper in your path."

"And what if I encounter Jedi, Master?" Jayden asked with a bit of wariness. The only ones with a Lightsaber that he's faced are his Master and Ventress, the latter in spars that were started due to insults between the two, due to both trying to prove who's Dooku's superior student.

Dooku smirked. "You have been well trained, my young Apprentice. They will be no match for you."

Short way to open this, but it gets the job done in my opinion. So, Jayden will be making his debut in the Clone Wars during the 2008 Clone Wars movie plot, instead of the TV series. Seriously, I had him appear halfway through season 1 for his debut which kinda didn't feel right. I mean, they had Ventress appear in the film, though her official first appearance was that other Clone Wars TV show from 2003.

Anyway, Jayden is relatively the same. He's wearing the Jedi Hunter armour since he's still an Apprentice and may very well wear it until... whenever. He still has the crossguard Lightsaber because it's an awesome Lightsaber design.

Plus Revan was known as the Prodigal Knight, and a crossguard Lightsaber looks based off a knight's sword so... you get the idea.

As for the mask, Jayden won't be wearing Revan's official mask until... very much later. The mask he's wearing is of a similar design, but it's more like Kylo Ren's, just the front having Revan's mask design instead of Ren's, but it's not ACTUALLY Revan's mask itself.

Remember that.

I hope to make this one work, to make it flow smoother, more better, especially the relationship of Jayden and Ahsoka. Also, there will not be any lemon scenes in this story at all, though I will imply it happened or cut away before it gets too saucy and you can use your imaginations from there.
