Summary/disclaimer: Time for another story. This one is about MHA. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own MHA Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi and a few others do.

He watched the can he had thrown into the air before it slowly floated downwards towards him. He started to twist and distort the metal into the shape of a pretzel. He shifted it into a sphere as he looked around his room.

The control that he had over his power was something that made him ecstatic. It had taken him weeks to learn how his quirk worked… And 4 more days to learn the limits of his quirk.

'The ability to control metals at the cost of getting migraines if I tapped into it too much. That's a pretty interesting power and a drawback to match.' He thought to himself as he shook his head and slowly lowered the can to the side.

There was a flick of his wrist, sending the can flying across the room towards the trash can. He was interested in watching it sail through the air as he waited for the clink of the object that was thrown into the can.

He started to slowly sit up and crossed his legs under him as he started to think of what to do with that power. He sighed to himself as he slowly brought a hand to his head and rubbed at his temples.

"Aace! Can you come down here?" Aace heard as he slowly started to walk down the stairs with a sigh.

"Yeah, mom, I'm coming!" Aace yelled as he leaped to the final step, staggering himself for a moment.

He sighed as he held onto the railing before he regained his footing and slowly walked into the next room. It was enough for Aace to let out a laugh to himself.

"What was… Aace! Don't jump down the stairs!" Aace heard from his mother before he sighed.

"Sorry, mom," Aace stated while he cleared his throat. "I thought it was a faster way down. uh…. Did you need something?" Aace said while he scratched at the nape of his neck.

His mother hummed to herself while she crossed her arms over her chest. She almost wondered if her son wanted to test himself for more quirks.

Then again? She was also aware of the fact that her son wanted to do something with this gift he and many others had. She glanced at her husband to make sure he didn't spoil the surprise she planned on springing on her son.

Aace flipped his right hand over and was greeted by the knife and fork slowly floating into his other hand. His hand glowed with an ebony black energy which made his mother sigh as she rolled her eyes.

Aace started to dig into his breakfast while his mother shook her head before she started to think.

"No using quirks at the table, dear." His mother said while Ace simply rolled his eyes and sighed.

"Sorry, mom," Aace said before he started to dig into his food. "I'm still wondering what I can do with this sort of quirk… I'll try to do something less annoying," Aace stated as he shook his head before he cleared his throat.

He was entirely interested in what to do if he gained more power with his ability. Aace had simply been able to throw small items the size of bottles with his quirk at the moment. If he was able to gain more skill and control with it? He wondered if he'd be able to throw a car or something far larger when it came to it.

Still? There was plenty of practice needed for him to be able to do that at the moment. He wanted nothing more than to command some sort of power on that scale. It would be nice to also put that power to good use and protect someone with it.

There was plenty of time to do something worth wild with that sort of power. It was something nice to think about before more training was done. He rather enjoyed that when it came down to it.

Aace placed a piece of pancake into his mouth as he shook his head while he raised his eyebrow. He was well aware of the fact that this mother was planning something, he just didn't know what it was.

Author Notes

Phew. The first chapter is done! I wanted to redo my Mina story thanks to Grammarly. The next chapter will be in 2-10 months and it will show more of Aace's training and set up his meeting with Mina at the moment. The next chapter will be 900-6500 words at the moment. The next chapter will be delayed at the time for now as well. Until then, Lighting Wolf out.

P.S: Next chapter will also be longer.
