Ben 10: Alternate Alien
Chapter 6: Transfer and Rescue
The next morning, Ben, Looma and Lumi entered Plumber HQ. Ben didn't know what the mission he had with Rook was, but he had gotten permission to bring his fiance and Lumi, and was told to pack extra clothes for all three of them. Lumi had packed a bag full of stuff to do.
Ben had been told to head to the docking bay. The group of three entered, spotting Rook and Helen's team.
Ben, "hey Rook!"
Rook, "ah, Ben, it is good to see you."
Ben, "so, what's the mission?"
Helen stepped forward, "we've got a prison transfer. We'll be heading to Peptos XII to transfer Animo there."
Ben tensed up a little upon hearing the name. The bearing he gave the doctor yesterday, still fresh in his memory.
Manny spoke up, "the trip's gonna take a few days, and given what this guy can do, some of us are coming along with you. He'll be less dangerous on Peptos."
Rook, "so, we just need to move several boxes of food and water onto the ship we will be taking. The group going will be you, me, Looma, Lumi, Helen, and Manny. Swift needs to finish some work with my sister today. Alan is out on a personal day."
Looma, "then let us get started!"
The group started grabbing boxes and carrying them onto the ship.
Ben was next to his daughter.
Ben, "you ready to test out an alien for this job?"
Lumi, "yes daddy."
Lumi started kicking an alien like her dad did. She pressed it down gently.
In a flash of bright green light, she had changed.
She was now the female version of DiamondHead, and looked like Gwen's from an alternate universe.
She yelled, "Crystal!"
Ben, "nice work sweetie."
Ben activated his watch, but it, and transformed into, "Bloxx!"
Bloxx grabbed several boxes with his arms as Crystal grabbed two in her arms.
The two carried the boxes in.
The ship they were using was actually Khyber's old ship. It had been reconstructed and refurbished, turning it into Ben and Rooks newest ship for traveling.
As Vkoox put down the boxes, he saw Manny eyeing Looma, who had bent over to put down a rather large box.
Bloxx shot a block at Manny's head.
Manny, "ow! What the Hell?"
Bloxx, "please don't eyeball my fiance Manny, or I may not hold myself back."
Manny, "fine. Jeez. I'm a Tetramand. She's the Princess of our people. Of course I'm gonna notice her."
Bloxx, "what about Helen? Weren't you to a thing?"
Bloxx, "well, uh, we were, but uh, not anymore."
Bloxx, "what happened?"
Manny, "well…. Helen's bi-sexual."
Bloxx, "... huh, I wouldn't have guessed. So, she's looking for a girlfriend right now, after you and her split?"
Manny, "yeah."
Bloxx, "well, I'm sure you'll find someone one day."
Manny, "thanks man."
Soon, all of the boxes were loaded up.
Rook, "Manny and I will retrieve Animo. Helen, please get the ship started."
Helen, "you got it Rook."
Helen went to the cockpit and started the engines up.
Lumi transformed back to normal and sat next to Looma. Ben got in a seat on the other side of his daughter.
Soon, Manny and Rook came in with Animo, in several pairs of cuffs. They took him to the cell in the back of the ship. Manny say down across from it as the guard, while Rook joined the others in the front of the ship.
With that, the ship took to the air, and sped towards its destination, leaving Earth's atmosphere.
Lumi was excited to see the ship going into space. It was such a magical experience for her.
Ben and Looma smiled at one another. Ben recalled how close Looma had gotten to Lumi. And it made him think. He and Looma were engaged, and had begun officially dating. He felt ready to give Looma something she longer for, once they were married.
They heard Helen say, "the ships going steady now. Feel free to walk around."
As the crew rose from their seats, Ben turned to Looma and said, "Looma, can I talk to you in private?"
Looma, "certainly, beloved."
Lumi started speaking with Rook as the couple made their way to an empty room.
Looma, "what did you wish to talk about, beloved?"
Ben, "well, you know how, in about a year, we're getting married, right?"
Looma, "yes. It is a day I look forward to."
Ben, "well, when we're married…. Would you…. Um…."
Looma seemed to catch on, "beloved…. Are you asking if I want to have a child when we're married?"
Ben, "y-yeah. I figured, since you are so close to Lumi, you might want a child of your own once we're married?"
Looma suddenly hugged Ben, "I would be happy to have your child, beloved!"
Ben had a big grin as he hugged Looma back. Looma even spun Ben around as the two of them laughed in joy.
In a few minutes, they left the room, and met the others back in the cockpit area.
Lumi was scribbling little drawings in her sketchbook she had brought along for the trip.
Looma smiled, because she knew that one day, she'd have another little one to enjoy this time with.
….
Two days later, the crew had made it to Peptos. And thank God, since Lumi was getting restless. And Ben hated being in the same ship with Animo for more than a single hour, let alone two days! The shop landed outside of the Plumber Base. Manny and Looma acted as guards for Animo. Ben followed suit, transforming into FourArms.
Next was Lumi, turning into her own version of FourArms. She looked like Looma, but with long blue hair that offset her red skin, and had the outfit Gwen 10's version had, but with black pants.
"RedWind!"
Looma felt pride when she heard that. Lumi had named her Tetramand form after her last name.
So, we have four Tetramands escorting Animo into the base, and into a new heavily protected cell. Rook and Helen had to fill in some paperwork for all of this as Ben and the others relaxed in the cafeteria.
Ben was actually signing autographs from some of the cadets in the base, although he was making sure it didn't go to his head.
Lumi was looking over the aliens she had gotten, studying each hologram so it would be easier to transform.
Manny had challenged Looma to hand wrestling.
Looma had won, and Manny was now nursing a sore hand.
As Ben had just finished his final autograph, Helen had just ran into the mess hall with Rook close behind.
Helen, "guys, we gotta leave, now!"
Ben, "what? Why?"
Rook, "we have received an urgent distress call, and we are the only team who can go and investigate!"
Looma, "who is in need of rescue?"
Helen, "Empress Attea."
….
The ship was speeding towards where the distress call had been made, only thirty minutes away from Peptos XII.
Helen was looking over the holographic message sent.
"I don't know who will get this message, whether you're an Incursion, a Plumber, a Tetramand, or whatever, but please listen! My ship is being attacked by a group of pirates. My crew and I were on our way from a diplomatic mission, but these pirates hit us! I'm sending my coordinates, as well as placing a tracker on my jacket. You should be able to trace the signal with the code I've given with the coordinates. If anyone gets this message, please help!"
Ben, "I didn't think we'd be on a mission to rescue the Incursion Empress today."
Rook, "I do not think anyone did, but it is the right thing to do. We need a plan."
Looma, "Manny, you and I can distract these pirates, while my beloved, Lumi and Helen can rescue Attea."
Rook, "a good strategy. Helen can move quickly, and Ben and Lumi should be able to transform into aliens that are suited for stealth."
Manny, "well, let's just hope these pirates are morons."
Ben, "given my track-record with pirates, I'd say they're dumb, but dangerous."
Thirty minutes later, the crew spotted their target. Two large ships were connected by an extended bridge. One was a small Incursion flagship, while the other was a large, jagged looking ship.
Ben, "there's the ships. Pilot us to the docking bay."
Rook, "you got it."
The ship put up a cloaking device as it slowly made its way into the Incursion ship.
The crew slowly made their way out. Ben and Lumi had their watches ready, while Helen and Rook had their Proto-Tools out, and Manny and Looma had their fists raised.
The docking bay was eerily quiet.
Ben, "alright, we'll go in two groups, like we discussed. Lumi, Helen and I will follow Attea's signal. The rest of you search for these pirates."
Rook, "alright. If any of us come across something, contact the others."
And with that, the two groups split up. Rook and his group went towards one hall in the side of the bay, while Ben and his group went in one in the front.
Ben, Lumi and Helen were moving slowly as they followed Attea's signal. Soon, they came to a large door, covered in purple and gold markings, with a sign marked, "Captain's Quarters."
Ben, "the signal's in there."
They heard yelling inside of the room. Ben and Lumi have each other miss as they kicked the doors open. Inside, several pirates, a Tetramand, a Kineceleran, a Pyronite, a Galvan in a mechanized suit, and an Aerophibbian.
Attea was seen on the floor, covered in bruises with her clothes torn up, and a gun pointed at her head.
Ben, "hey, uglies!"
The pirates all turned their gazes to Ben and the others.
The Pyronite, "it's Tennyson!"
Ben and Lumi each hit their watches, transforming them both.
Ben had transformed into, "XLR8!"
Lumi had transformed into her version of Upgrade, who was slightly curvier, "MainFrame!"
MainFrame launched her arms forward, grabbing each of the pirate's guns and yanking them away, merging them into her arms.
MainFrame, "woah, I had no idea I could do that!"
D-Ez, "it is common for Galvanic Mechamorfs to do this."
XLR8 and Helen launched themselves at the enemy, punching them in the faces as fast as lightning. The only one they missed was the Kineceleran. It was able to move as fast as them, and was dodging their punches. MainFrame went over and helped Attea to her feet, "are you alright?"
Attea, "y-yeah. Thanks kid."
The Kineceleran had just kicked both XLR8 and Helen away.
XLR8 quickly hit the Ultimatrix. In an instant, he had transformed. He had slightly longer limbs, had fins on his arms and helmet, racing stripes, a smaller tail, and his feet were now like little discs, floating in the air.
"Ultimate XLR8!"
U-XLR8 moved to fast for the Kineceleran to comprehend, and was immediate batted, left and right, until he punched him towards Helen, who kicked him right where the sin doesn't shine, sending him to the floor!
U-XLR8, "nice work Helen."
Helen, "no problem Ben."
U-XLR8 transformed back into XLR8, and then into DiamondHead, who trapped all of the pirates in diamonds in the ground. He then transformed into Ben. MainFrame had just transformed back into Lumi.
Ben knelt in front of her and said, "great work honey. You're already doing a great job as a hero."
Lumi, "thanks daddy."
Helen took Lumi's place, holding Attea up.
Attea, "heh, Tennyson had a kid, huh?"
Helen, "yeah. It's a long story, Empress."
Attea, "oh please, your blue butt can call me Attea."
Helen found herself blushing at the green skinned woman.
Ben, "alright, we need to get you to safety Attea. Follow us?"
Attea tried taking a step, but grunted in pain, clutching her left leg, "ngh, those jerks broke my leg!"
Helen, "I'll carry her back to the ship. She'll get medical attention there."
Ben, "alright. Be careful. Me and Lumi are gonna meet up with Rook, Manny and Looma."
Attea, "wait, Looma's here?"
Ben, "yeah?"
Attea, "heh, been a long time since I've seen her. We became friends not long after that whole thing on Earth with you and that car lady."
Ben, "yeah, that was a crazy day."
Helen hoisted Attea up, bridal style, earning a blush from the empress as they ran to the ship.
Ben and Lumi made their way towards where Rook and the others were, since each member of the team had a tracker in place.
As they ran through the ship, Ben used his watch to contact Rook.
Ben, "Rook? It's Ben. We rescued Attea, and Helen is taking her to our ship. We're heading towards your location right now."
Rook, "perfect timing. We are currently in a firefight. They had us pinned down!"
Ben, "we're on our way!"
Soon, Ben and Lumi ran into the large cargo bay, Where their friends were being pinned down. Both of them quickly activated their watches.
Ben transformed into, "Echo Echo!"
Lumi had transformed into a Kineceleran that looked like Gwen 10's version of XLR8.
"Mach5!"
Echo Echo instantly cloned itself until there were eight of him. They used their sonic yells to disorient the pirates. Aa they clutched their heads, Mach5 ran into each pirate, punching them in the face before they could even register the blow! This allowed Manny and Looma to run out and tackle the pirates. Rook used his Proto-Tool to ensnare each pirate with bolas'. The pirates put up a fight, but once Ben and Lumi had entered the fray, it was clear who would win.
Soon, all of the pirates were subdued in the ship's bridge.
Helen and Rook had contacted the Plumbers on Peptos XII to come and apprehend the pirates.
Ben and his team were all in their ship, with Attea across from them.
Attea, "I can't thank you enough for this."
Helen, "it was no trouble. Now, where were you headed to?"
Attea, "well, I was actually heading to Earth."
Manny, "why? Another invasion?"
Helen thwacked Manny in the back of the head.
Attea, "no. For the past couple of months, I've been weighing a decision. And last week, I came to one. I want to ally my empire with the Plumbers."
Everyone, "... say wha?"
Attea, "I'd like to help provide resources, technology, and funding to the Plumbers, and in exchange, allow my people safe passage on certain world's, including Earth."
Rook, "why the sudden change?"
Attea, "our empire is great, but if it allied itself with the wrong people, we'd fall faster than the stock market. Allying ourselves with the Plumbers would be beneficial."
Ben, "well, uh, since your ship is damaged, you can hitch a ride with us."
Attea, "great! It gives me a chance to catch up with Looma."
Helen, "I'll show you to your room."
Attea, "thanks sweet cheeks."
Everyone grew wide eyes at that. Especially Helen, who led Attea to a room.
Manny, "... did anyone figure Attea for bi?"
Ben, "nope."
Rook, "I did not."
Looma, "she's a close friend, and even I had no clue."
Lumi, "... They went to Helen's room. Why?"
Ben, "I'll explain it to you when you're older."
Rook, "well, we should begin the journey back home."
Ben, "good call Rook."
And so, the group made their journey back to Earth, with a new guest aboard the ship….

We once again find Dr. Psychobos in his lab, overseeing project KN-10.
But now, he had a guest.
Standing on a nearby table was a Galvan with red eyes and clothes.
This was Albedo, one of Ben's most well known enemies.
Psychobos, "our project is running smoothly."
Albedo, "will it be enough to destroy Tennyson?"
Psychobos, "more than enough. With the Duotrix, it will allow it to transform into combinations of Tennyson's aliens. Imagine the possibilities!"
Albedo, "I don't care about that. I just want Tennyson gone! Destroyed! Dead! He has been a thorn in my side for far too long. With him gone, I can finally rest, knowing he is dead."
Psychobos, "patience my friend, patience. It will take about a year for the Project to even reach the physical age of five."
Albedo, "I can wait, Psychobos. I can't wait a million years if it means Tennyson's death…."

williamescobar608: 1: I'm gonna make as many new Ultimates as I can. 2: I wanted Looma to bond with Lumi before she has a child with Ben. 3: yes, Psychobos' project is a clone of Ben, known as KN-10, who Ben would call Ken, and adopt as his own. And 4: since Albedo and Psychobos were able to make the UltiMatrix and Nematrix, I feel like Psychobos would be able to use nanobots and cloning to make a living Matrix. So, the Duotrix is the weapon Ken will have. It will have the ability to combine the powers of certain normal aliens, like the BioMatrix and such.

What do you think of Helen x Attea? It was just a ship I don't think anyone's done yet, so I thought, why not?
Lumi has transformed into her first few aliens! Each of them will have different names than Ben's.
I'll make a list of the ones she has definitively.

FourArms: RedWind, (named after Looma).
Ditto: CopyCat.
Heatblast: Volcana
WildMutt: RazorTeeth
WildVine: ThornSnare or Lily
XLR8: Mach5

Kraken, which is a Vilgax form.
Lumi's natural form is like her 12th alien.
If you can think of better names for some of Lumi's aliens, let me know.
A bit of a typo last chapter.
Ben 10, Kevin E Levin, Lumi has 12 aliens. 10, 11, 12. I wanted to make this joke work.
As I said, Kens aliens will be combinations of certain ones.
So far, these are the ones I've thought of. Let me know what you think of them? I'm either gonna do all ten of them, or just half of them, unlocking more over time.
