Ben 10: Alternate Alien

Chapter 14: Christmas and a Birthday!

It was once again Christmas time in Bellwood.

The Tennyson family were all enjoying Christmas Eve together.

Ben and Looma were curled up on the couch in their pajamas, with Ben softly rubbing his wife's belly. In another month, they would be welcoming the newest addition to the family.

Lumi and Kenny were writing a note for Santa as the pets snuggled up near them.

It was a nice calming atmosphere on such a chilly night.

Soon, the family all went to bed, with Ben getting to sleep after everyone else, since he used Ditto to get all of the presents under the tree.

….

Christmas morning was another joyous day.

Ben and Looma had gotten baby stuff from everyone.

Car seats, strollers, gender neutral toys for the baby, since only Looma knew of the babies gender, bottles and such.

Lumi and Kenny each got a new alien.

Lumi received a member of Rooks species.

They looked like Rook Shar, but with dark blue Plumber armor.

Lumi named them; Lioness.

Kenny was able to receive help from Ben and Azmuth with his DuoTrix.

He received an alien he called; BrainMatter.

A Galvin with the brain of BrainStorm, four extra crab legs, and sharp claws.

A very smart alien, with electricity powers.

They got plenty of toys, art supplies and clothes from their friend's and family.

Lumi had gotten a special gift from Young One! A special blue leotard for CircuitLoop.

The young Revonnahgander seemed to really like the little girl, hmm?

It was a very merry Christmas for the family.

….

A month later, it was January fifteenth.

Looma was supposed to have her baby any day now.

Ben, Looma and the kids were all relaxing today.

Although Looma seemed to be having stomach aches all day.

Ben was currently in the kitchen, looking over what to make for dinner later, when he heard Looma yell!

Ben rushed into the living room to find Looma clutching at her stomach.

Ben, "Looma? What's going on!?"

Looma, "B-Ben, I think t-the baby's coming!"

Ben, "w-what?!"

Looma showed the wet spot on her sweatpants.

Ben, "oh God. Kenny, Lumi, get in the car!"

The kids instantly dropped their toys and were about to run out, when Looma yelled, "coats!"

And the kids quickly ran to their rooms, grabbed their coats, and ran to the car as Ben helped Looma out of the house, and into the car.

Ben quickly turned into, "Upgrade!"

Upgrades eye was now the Omnitrix symbol, with the hourglass being sideways to look like an eye.

He quickly merged with the car, and sped off to the hospital.

He quickly pulled his family into a group chat, telling them that Looma was now in labour.

Soon, Ben and his family were at the hospital.

Ben quickly parked, and turned into, "Four Arms", and then into "Ultimate Four Arms."

U-Four Arms carried Looma inside to the front desk.

U-Four Arms, "I need help! My wife's in labour!"

The person at the desk, a Galvanic Mechamorph, "alright, right this way sir."

The Mechamorph led the family to an empty room.

Looma was put on the bed as the Mechamorph handed U-Four Arms, who had turned back into Ben, a few small forms to fill out.

The Mechamorph, "once you're done filling out these forms, you can help your wife deliver the baby."

Ben, "got it!"

Ben, Lumi and Kenny quickly ran to the waiting room.

As Ben filled out the forms, Max showed up with Gwendolyn, Kevin, Devin, Ben and Gwendolyn's parents, Lucy, Rook, Eunice, Shar, Rayona and Young One showed up.

Ben got the forms done as fast as he could, and raced off to Looma's room.

Ben opened the door, and was greeted by Looma yelling, "DEAR LORD THIS HURTS!"

And for a Tetramand to say that, that's saying a lot.

Ben raced to Looma's side and said, "Looma, are you okay?!"

Looma, "it hurts Ben! It hurts!"

Ben, "just hold on Looma, you can do this!"

The doctors and nurses came in, and began helping Looma become fully dilated.

Soon, the main doctor said, "alright Missus Tennyson, we need you to start pushing!"

Ben quickly turned into, "Rath!"

Looma clutched Rath's hands, screaming as she pushed with all of her strength.

The doctor, "alright, another big push, I can almost see the head!"

Looma gave another scream as she pushed.

The doctor, "alright, the head is out. Just one more big push!"

Looma's scream was even louder as she gave another big push.

Crying was heard as the doctor handed the baby to a nurse to clean up.

The doctor, "it's a boy. Time of birth, one thirteen, seven pounds, 8 ounces."

Rath was about to go see his son, by Looma screamed again!

Rath, "w-what's going on?!"

The doctor, "oh, looks like we've got another one!"

Rath almost paled, "t-twins?!"

The doctor, "alright Missus Tennyson. We need a few more pushes!"

Looma, "I…. I can't!"

Rath, "yes you can Looma!"

Looma, "Ben, I ca-"

Rath, "let me tell you something Looma RedWind Tennyson! You are the strongest woman I know. You've already delivered one baby. You deliver another! If you can't do this, Rath will eat his foot!"

The words managed to encourage Looma as she gave another push.

The doctor, "alright, we need another push!"

Looma screamed once more, nearly crushing Rath's hands as she pushed.

The doctor, "alright! We can see the head! One more big push!"

Looma nearly shattered the windows as she gave one last big push!

Another cry was heard as the doctor said, "it's a girl. Time of birth, one sixteen, seven pounds, six ounces."

The other baby was taken by a nurse to clean them up.

Rath turned back into Ben, and was slightly cradling his hand.

In under a minute, the babies were handed to their parents.

Ben cradled the baby girl, as Looma held the baby boy.

Both grew tears in their eyes as they held their baby's.

The boy looked like Ben, but with red skin, black hair, and four arms. They had two yellow eyes though.

The girl had lighter red skin, but with brown hair, four green eyes, and only two arms.

The kids looked like a perfect mix of both parents.

The doctor, "what are the children's names?"

Ben looked at his daughter and son, and spoke the perfect names.

"Maxwell Gar Tennyson, and Bridget Sandra Tennyson."

The doctor wrote down the names.

Ben held his finger out to his daughter.

She cooed as she grabbed onto the digit.

Ben felt his heart melt as he looked at his little girl.

The same was with Looma. As she held her sleeping son, she felt her heart flutter at the sight.

Maxwell and Bridget were now among the Tennyson family.

A few minutes later, Ben gave Bridget to Looma as he went to tell everyone about the babies.

….

Everyone else was in the waiting room.

Lumi was currently having a conversation with D-Ez.

Lumi, "so, we haven't talked in awhile."

D-Ez, "you have been needing me less and less as time went on."

Lumi, "yeah…. But you helped me in the very beginning. I don't know what I'll do without you."

D-Ez, "I will always be there, as long as you need me. Even if you use me less and less, I will always be there."

Lumi, "hmm…. Do you have a favorite alien?"

D-Ez, "I am an AI. I do not really-"

Lumi, "just name one!"

D-Ez, "... I am quite partial to the one called Goop."

Lumi, "why?"

D-Ez, "they are both solid and flexible, and able to take many shapes, due to the substance they are made of. Along with Lenopans and Galvanic Mechamorphs, they can change and merge with various things."

Lumi, "hmm, neat."

That's when Ben entered the waiting room.

Max asked, "how is she? And the baby?"

Ben smiled as he said, "Looma's fine. So are the babies."

Gwendolyn, "babies?"

Ben, "twins!"

The family all surrounded Ben as he told them about Maxwell and Bridget.

Soon, the family was allowed to visit Looma and the babies.

Lumi and Kenny were ecstatic about their new brother and sister.

Everyone found the newborns utterly adorable.

Max and Sandra were very touched by having their names taken for the kids' names.

It was roughly an hour later before everyone had to leave.

Max agreed to watch Lumi and Kenny at home while Ben stayed at the hospital with Looma and the babies.

They'd be back home the next day.

And so, we find Ben standing at the window where people could see the babies.

Maxwell and Bridget were right next to each other.

Maxwell was clutching a teddy bear, while Bridget clutched Lumi's plushies of Upgrade she got for Christmas. She wanted her little sister to have it.

As Ben gazed at his kids, he heard a voice say, "remarkable, isn't it?"

Ben turned to see Azmuth there.

Ben, "Azmuth? What're you doing here?"

Azmuth, "just came to see the little ones. It's not everyday a hybrid is born. Let alone two. Your two kids are very unique Benjamin."

Ben, "I still can't believe I have four kids now."

Azmuth, "heh, just wait until they get older. They'll drive you nuts, I'm sure."

Ben, "oh, I have no doubt…. But, I take it you're not here just for a visit, are you?"

Azmuth, "sadly no. My visit mainly regards our current situation with our enemies."

Ben, "GhostFreak has been gathering my worst enemies. Obviously to destroy me. Elena spent months spying on them, gaining intel on who they've been gathering."

Azmuth, "indeed. I have been working with the greatest minds on Galvin Prime to try and track where they have hidden themselves. We think they may be somewhere on Earth, but are constantly changing locations. So, we'll need your and Young Kenneth to help us."

Ben, "I get it. I can access an Ultimate version of GreyMatter, and Kenny had BrainMatter, a combination of two extremely intelligent species."

Azmuth, "yes. And I'm willing to grant access to Lumi's Galvan form for this."

Ben, "when do you need us?"

Azmuth, "I'll give you two weeks. So you may have some time with your family."

Ben, "Thank you Azmuth."

Azmuth, "it is no trouble. Just be ready."

Ben, "I will."

Azmuth, "oh, and one last thing?"

Ben, "what?"

Azmuth, "since your family is growing so big, I am currently having my engineers build you and your family a new home."

Ben, "what? Azmuth, this seems like too much!"

Azmuth, "nonsense. It's the least I could do for all you've done for the universe. Here, I have a hologram of it!"

Azmuth showed Ben the design, and it looked exactly like the one from the future that he and Gwendolyn saw when they visited.

Ben, "well, thanks Azmuth. This really means a lot to us. The Ultimatrix should make it easier to move everything once it's done."

Azmuth, "I'm sure it will. Anyway, I must be off. See you soon Benjamin."

Ben, "see ya later Azmuth."

And with that, Azmuth disappeared, leaving Ben to think about current events as he watched his kids sleep.

...

They next day, Ben and Looma were carrying the babies into the house via little carriers. Lumi and Kenny were following behind, carrying some of the baby supplies they took with them to the hospital.

As Ben and Looma held Maxwell and Bridget, entered their home, and looked at their two kids following them, they truly felt whole.

The Tennyson family felt complete.

Meanwhile

Deep in a desert, we see an abandoned Plumber base, cloaked with extremely advanced technology.

Zs'skyar stood with Albedo and Vilgax, since they were considered Ben's most dangerous enemies.

Before them stood Zombozo, Psychobos, Malware, Servantis, Volcanis, Animo, Kyber, Dark Star, Acid Breath and Thumb Skull, a recently freed Captain Nemesis, who had a very badass looking red suit, and DarkStar, who now glowed a deep midnight color underneath his mask and suit. Zs'skyar had somehow managed to free him!

Zs'skyar, "aliens, human, and monsters. We are all different, but we share a common goal!"

Albedo, "the death of one who's ruined all of our lives!"

Vilgax, "and for nearly a decade, he gas bested all of us."

Zs'skyar, "you know of whom we speak?"

Everyone yelled, "Ben Tennyson!"

Vilgax, "soon, we shall attack the town of Bellwood!"

Albedo, "and draw out the one many call a hero!"

Zs'skyar, "and once we face him, all of us together, will destroy him!"

All of the villains began cheering as they saw their goal before them.

To kill Ben Tennyson!

I just wanted to include a brief snippet of Christmas before we moved onto the birth of Looma and Ben's kids!

So, if D-Ez was to get a body in the future, (hint hint), what alien form would you like to see him as? A Goop? A Lenopan? Or a Galvanic Mechamorph?

Also, when Rook's son chooses a name for themselves, I was thinking of either, "Rook Zane", or, "Rook Bora."

Zane and Bora are words that mean ice, which would the back into Lumi meaning snow, since I plan for these two to become a couple when they become older in the story.
