Ben 10: Alternate Alien
Chapter 28: Another Skip
(Warning. Slightly triggering topics near the end, but nothing too graphic happens.)
Five years later.
After such an event, everything had begun to settle down for the Tennyson family and it's friends.
Everyone had done a lot of growing up.
Max had finally retired from being the leader of the Plumbers, and thus, the position went to Ben.
Ben was now Maggistor. Rook was his second in command.
Helen's team was now the most elite one, with her, Manny, Swift, Alan and FrightWig being well respected Plumbers.
Gwendolyn and Hope now taught their own classes in magic.
Kevin and Cooper now manned their own business as mechanics.
"Kevin 'N' Cooper's Repair."
Attea had used her position as Empress of the Incursions to make technology on Earth way more advanced.
Tetrax, Eight Eight and her siblings had joined the Plumbers, carrying out covert missions.
They were basically the Rooters, but not assholes; and nothing they did was illegal and messed up.
Eunice and Rook Shar had their daughter, Rook Shia.
Manny and Swift had their daughter, Scarlett.
Attea and Helen had their daughter Speeda, who had rapidly aged to ten years old over the course of five, and had formed a little relationship with Devin, who was now ten.
Kai had ended up marrying Boris, and now had a three year old daughter named Karla. She looked like her mother, but with her father's tail and ears.
In all of this time, Mezuma and Fistina had actually begun dating, and had adopted a baby of Armadrillo's species named Rexx. Rexx was the same age as Devin and Speeda.
One of the most surprising couples to form was D-Ez and Elena! Yep, the two of them had begun dating. Their relationship wasn't really physical, but it was very emotional between the two. Both of them had a lot in common, given their technical capabilities.
Alan and Ester had their son Justin.
Hope and Cooper had their son Daniel.
Maxwell and Bridget had started school.
All of the parents now looked like their counterparts from the future.
And as for our young leads?
Well, let's see what they're up to?
….
We see the RustBucket sitting in a sunny clearing, a picnic table nearby.
And who do we see approaching?
We see Lumi! She looked like her future self, albeit slightly younger.
The long brown hair, streaked with blue in a ponytail, wearing a dark blue hoodie and grey pants, with a light blue Omnitrix on her wrist.
Walking behind her were Kenny, Zane, Scalene and D-Ez.
Kenny looked just as his father did at the age of fifteen.
Scalene was wearing a yellow jacket and red shorts, her hair in pigtails.
Zane looked much like his father, but with spiked hair, and his tail wagging.
Kivi and D-Ez were trailing behind them. Although D-Ez was looking at a picture of him and Elena at a carnival.
Maxwell and Bridget were off at school with Devin and Speeda.
Lumi knocked on the door, "grandpa? Are you there?"
A few moments later, and the door opened. Max was a bit skinnier, and now wore an old beige baseball cap.
Max, "ah, there's my granddaughter!"
Max and Lumi entered a warm hug. As it ended, Kenny and Max then hugged. Max even went in to hug Zane and Scalene.
Max, "so, what brings you kids over here? Do you need some advice?"
Lumi, "actually, we wanted to ask you for a favor."
Max, "and what would that be?"
Kenny, "we were wondering if you could be a chaperone for our prom?"
Max, "really? You want an old man like me as your chaperone?"
Scalene, "well, you're the most responsible man we know."
Zane, "so you seemed like a very good choice for a chaperone."
Max smiled and said, "I would be honoured."
The teens all smiled at Max, excited for the upcoming prom!
….
A few nights later, and prom had arrived!
Ben and Looma were taking pictures of Kenny and Lumi in their prom clothes.
Kenny was wearing the tux with a green tie, while Lumi was wearing the dark blue dress.
Looma yelled, "oh, my babies are going to prom! I haven't been this excited since our anniversary!"
Ben, "sweetie, you lost your upper left hand's ring finger and got that scar over your eye."
Looma, "yes! It was amazing! The hunt you and I went on was so amazing!"
Ben, "well, regardless of how great it was, seeing Lumi and Kenny off to prom is definitely gonna be a happy memory."
Lumi and Kenny chuckled at their parents' words.
Lumi said, "I kinda wish D-Ez would come with us."
Kenny, "yeah, but I'm sure he's having a great date with Elena.
...
We see Elena and D-Ez at an arcade, playing a 2-player game about some strange adolescent reptiles who were mutated, and preformed martial arts. They were fighting robot ninjas, mutants, a guy who named himself after a kitchen utensil and what-not.
….
Zane had already taken pictures with his family, and had just arrived at the Tennyson house, where he saw Kenny and Lumi heading towards the car.
Zane was blushing like mad over the sight of how beautiful Lumi looked to him.
As Lumi sat in the front with him, she asked, "what're you looking at?"
Zane replied, "Lumi, you're beautiful."
Lumi and Zane blushed as Zane drove the car forward, ready to pick up the next member of their little party.
….
Scalene was looking over her dress as she waited for the others to arrive to pick her up. She had already taken some pictures with her family, and was now just waiting.
A minute later, she saw the car approach, and got in with the others.
She and Kenny kept blushing nonstop as they looked at one another.
….
The teens arrived at the prom, all excited as they made their way onto the dance floor.
Everyone was dancing around as the music played.
Zane felt a little awkward as he and the others entered.
Several girls looked his way, trying to look sexy.
Zane simply shrugged and hugged Lumi to his side.
The same thing happened with Scalene, with several guys eyeing her up. She made them stop by kissing Kenny on the cheek and snuggling into his side, making the guys walk off.
The couples began dancing with another, smiling and having a great time.
Lumi and Zane were smiling ear to ear as they danced together to the beat. The two of them were practically in sync as they danced.
The same was said for Kenny and Scalene.
Scalene looked at Kenny with pure love and affection.
This went on for a few hours, the couples taking pictures and dancing to various songs.
But then, Scalene said, "I'm gonna go get some punch. You want some too?"
Kenny replied, "sure. Just hurry back, okay sweetie?"
Scalene nodded as she headed towards the punch bowl.
Kenny turned away to see Lumi and Zane slow dancing, despite how crazy and loud the music was.
But when he turned back, he couldn't see Scalene anywhere near the punch bowl.
Kenny, "Scalene?"
Kenny started making his way towards the doors, thinking she had stepped out for some air.
….
Kenny went outside and called out, "Scalene!?"
That's when he heard a muffled scream.
Kenny quickly ran to it, and was met with a terrifying sight.
Conner had Scalene pressed against the wall, crying as he said, "c'mon, just one kiss you bitch!"
You couldn't even see Kenny touch his watch before he ran at Conner as, "FourRath!"
FourRath pushed Conner I to the ground and yelled, "let me tell you something Conner! I have put up with your bullshit for too long! If you ever touch Scalene again, I'm going to rip out your intestines, choke you with them, tear your limbs off and make you eat them!"
FourRath began punching Conner over and over again, snarling like a mad beast, even as people began to run outside!
Lumi and Zane ran over to Scalene, Edgar following as well.
Lumi, "what's going on?!"
Zane saw Scalene's dress was torn open a little.
Edgar, "what did Conner do?!"
Scalene ran to FourRath and grabbed his hand!
Scalene, "Kenny! Please stop!"
FourRath froze as he heard her voice.
Scalene, "honey, please stop!"
FourRath looked down at Conner, who was near unconscious and bleeding from the mouth and nose, crying in pain.
FourRath turned back into Kenny, who turned to Scalene. He quickly took off his jacket and gave it to her.
He held her in his arms as he walked away, Lumi and Zane quickly following.
Edgar went after them as well.
The other students slowly made their way inside.
Max saw the whole thing, and quickly dialed 911.
Max, "911. This is Max Tennyson. There's been an incident at Bellwood High. My grandson's girlfriend was assaulted at their prom. Please hurry."
Kenny sat with Scalene on a bench as Lumi and Zane stood a few feet away.
Kenny, "I'm so sorry babe. I should've been there when you went to get some punch. I didn't think Conner would've done something so terrible."
Scalene, "it wasn't your fault honey. None of us thought Conner would stoop that low."
Kenny, "I wanted this night to be perfect for you. Prom is supposed to be a magical night."
Scalene, "well, our families often hit roadblocks, don't we?"
Kenny nodded before saying, "I only know one thing to do that could make this night better."
Scalene, "what?"
Kenny suddenly got down on one knee, surprising everyone there.
Kenny, "Scalene. We've known each other for years now. And I have to ask, once we're out of high school, and start our own lives, would you like to start one with me? When we're older, will you marry me?"
Scalene was silent for a moment before yelling, "yes!"
She jumped into Kenny's arms, laughing as they spun around.
The others began clapping for them.
Afterwards, Lumi suggested they all go back to the prom.
They did so, seeing the police cars driving away.
Max gave each of them a hug as they entered.
The night went on a little better afterwards.
Lumi and Zane were surprised when they had been voted the prom king and queen!
The rest of the night went much more smoothly.

Afterwards, Scalene stayed the night at the Tennyson household, sleeping in Kenny's arms.
Zane stayed the night as well, him and Lumi falling asleep together on the couch as they watched some late night Bob Ross episodes.

Ohama Flame: making Ben succeed Max as the leader was something I really wanted to do in this story, so I figured Eon's defeat was a good place to do it.

1. Lumi will probably be the only one to return to Ben.
2. I love Ben 10 OG, AF, and UA, and I thought OV was okay.
3. GreyMatter might be my favorite, with HsatBlast as a close second.
4. Eventually, yes.
5. I'm hoping to one day do a retelling of the series from the first episode, following the basic story but with a slightly darker tone, Ben x CharmCaster would be the main pairing, and she would join the gang early on, maybe even in the first episode. Lumi would once again show up, being the only one of the babies to stay behind instead of leaving at the end of the episode, with Ben and Hope taking care of her.
6. I like almost any ship involving Ben and one of the women on the shows. My favorite being ones like Attea, Looma, CharmCaster, Ester and Helen.
7. My least favorite Alien is probably FastTrack. This is because it was such a boring design, and we already had faster aliens on the show. That's why I gave him a complete overhaul in this story, making him more cat-like, faster, gave him claws and such.

Sorry it took awhile to finish this chapter.
I decided to do another time skip.
Lumi, Scalene, Zane and Kenny are around fifteen, Maxwell and Bridget are around 10, Devin and Speeda as well. Daniel, Justin, Shia and Scarlett are all around 5.
Karla is 3.
Sorry if the scene I added with Kenny saving Scalene was too dark.
I wanted to add some form of tension, and having Kenny save Scalene seemed like a way to do it.
It may be awhile until I add another chapter, so just be patient.
