Toadette cried as she dashed all around Delfino Plaza, shaking her arms while shaking her head. "My stuff is missing! What am I gonna do?"
"Toadette! I'm gonna find your stuff. I'm gonna solve it, I'm on the case, buddy, I'm on the case!" Toadsworth exclaimed while rising his cane.
Toadette frowned as she placed her hands on Toadsworth's shoulders. "Yeah, don't investigate, don't pay me back, it was an accident."
Toadsworth shook his head in response, pulling away from Toadette. "Hey, it's all right. I made a mistake."
"These things happen." Petey Piranha exclaimed as he was trying to bonk the Nokis on the sandy beach with his big green leafy hands.
"I'm human." Toadsworth remarked as all the Nokis and Piantas looked at him oddly.
"...In your own special way." Toadette stated as she decided to eat some fruit to calm her down.
"What will it be?" Gooper Blooper asked a male yellow Pianta and female blue Noki as he was running a sandwich shop on the Gelato Beach.
"I'll have the turkey club without the bacon." The boy Pianta stated firmly.
"And I'll have the bacon club without the turkey." The girl Noki added cutely.
Gooper Blooper squinted his eyes as Dry Bowser walked by, wondering what the commotion was about.
"Whoa, really?" Dry Bowser stated after being told, simply shaking his head. "That is dumb. Really dumb."
