"Olyfio...!" she sobbed, "Please... say something...! I... please... tell me what to do...! OLYFIO!"

Kneeling in front of their queen, now forever petrified, Yuni could do nothing but weep helplessly as time continued to flow for every other living being in the universe.

Yuni was but a child. The others at the mines ushered her into the spaceship, sparing her from the catastrophe... and her alone.

She was confounded as to why. Why hadn't someone more useful been spared? Why hadn't someone who would know what to do been spared?

Why were her people destined to suffer such a fate in the first place?

I won't forgive her...

They never did anything wrong, they were just another tribe living in peace, why did they have to suffer?

I won't forgive her!

She stood up, taking in the sight of the ruined planet — her planet, the sight of her beloved family and friends, trapped in stone prison, the sight of their properties, their ores, their livelihood, torn from their grasp.

Closing her eyes, and the sight of her beautiful home being tainted by that horrid black smoke was the only thing she could envision.

She recalled joyful moments she spent here, now seemed all too far away for her to bear. Her rainbow-coloured memories no longer shone with brilliance, they, too, were tainted by the black smoke of bereavement, and trapped in the prison of endless regrets.

"I WON'T FORGIVE HER!" she growled, feeling the fury course through every vein in her body. It was seething, in contrast to the freezing sorrow a moment ago.

She wrapped her arms around Olyfio, and silently swore to make that cyclop girl pay for the crime she had perpetrated.

She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay!

So Yuni set out again, bidding her people farewell and promising to return.

She was appalled.

Their ores were their pride. They were the crystallisation of her people's hard work, and the hope they held onto centuries ago...

...now on sale in markets and shops and auctions without their permission.

A single villainess had robbed them of their pride.

She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay!

Gawking at the jewel on display before her, she clenched her fist, her sharp claws cutting her palm, but she paid it no mind.

This is OUR ore! It doesn't belong to you!

She grabbed the piece of jewellery and fled as fast as she could. Security was immediately after her, but she made good use of her shape-shifting abilities.

In a fit of pants, she managed to escape. As relief slowly washed over her, she felt something burning within her.

It was not fury.

It was motivation.

At that moment, she realised that she was willing to do anything to return glory to her lifeless planet.

She would have to dirty her hands, the universe would become her enemy, her people probably would not be proud of her either, but she had no qualms in those regards.

She never desired to be deemed a hero. She was but a confused child, desperate to retrieve what she had lost, no matter what she must do, and she intended to keep it that way.

After all, what more could she stand to lose?

It was a warm, sunny day on Earth. She stretched her arms after a good night's sleep in Lala's rocket. She usually didn't care less about sleeping in trees, but it was raining last night, and she hated to get her fur drenched.

She gazed out of the window with half-opened eyes, not fully awake.

But her eyes shot wide open the next second.

"Good morning-lun, Yuni," Lala came by, "Do yo—"

Yuni dashed past her without listening to a word she said, racing to the exit of the rocket.

"Oyo!?" Lala yelped and followed, "Yuni?"

Yuni stood outside, motionless, staring at the sky, or more accurately, the rainbow in the sky.

She trembled, so did her breaths, a nauseous wave swept across her stomach, her memories had returned to torment her yet again.

Black.

Smoke.

Evil.

Pen.

Stone.

Stone.

Stone.

Stone.

Stone.

Stone.

Sto—

"Yuni?" A hand on her shoulder awoke her from her dazed state, "What's wrong-lun?"

Her rapid breathing slowed down, she closed her eyes to suppress the tears that she knew was coming, "Lala..."

"Lun?"

"We're definitely going to find one... right?" she turned around, facing Lala with a smile that even she herself could feel looked fake, "We're definitely going to find a way to save my planet, right!?"

Lala grinned and assured her. And she was angry at herself for not being able to believe her friend.

Lala, Hikaru, all her new friends... they would never understand. They would never understand the pain of looking at a rainbow but all you could see was it being tainted by black, smoke, and stone.

They would not understand the guilt.

Nor the hatred.

She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay! She will pay!
