In the depths of the oceans, in a place unseen by the sane minds of man and undisturbed from many who would claim the seas their domain, laid a dead city in which a dead god slept until the time was right.

And to the misfortune of many, that time grew nigh as the Old One awakened. An action that did not go unnoticed as the supernatural knew one thing for certain.

The End of the Earth had arrived.

[1] While working at Gentle Etiquette Minato stumbled on his feet, gripping his head as Personas that normally remained silent began stirring. Excusing himself he went to the employee break-room before slipping out the back door, calling up a magic circle Minato reached in and pulled out his Evoker.

"Sen-" Minato turned around and saw Satou with Mr Nakajima behind him, the two just coming out of the back door to check up on him and found him with what looks like a gun in his hand.

He gave the two a kind smile "I have to go, I'll be back soon"

Normally he would do what he could to ease their worried, telling them how it wasn't a real gun and that him being unsteady moments ago was due to a lack of sleep. But this wasn't a normal situation, he didn't have the luxury of time and the longer he spent here the worse things could get.

For now, all he could do was blind them with a flash of light to hid him teleporting away to a spot where he could use his Evoker.

-=-][-=-

"Prez, what's happening?" a confused and slightly panicled Issei asked, he found himself in the Occult Research Club's room with Asia after getting an urgent message to get there as quickly as possible.

Once he arrived he found the others had a number of bags on them, everyone had one each with the exception of Koneko who seemed to have an extra bag of snacks with her.

Rias gave her Pawn and newest Bishop "Sorry for the short notice, this is just a drill my parents and brother makes me do from time to time"

"Rias and Sona have to do this little drills their older siblings came up with, basically to prove if there is an emergency that we can escape quickly" Kiba said, adjusting the grip on his bag as he did so.

"It's a real drag" Koneko added on before tossing a sweet into her mouth, she than lowered her bag of snacks to Gasper for him to pick out one to take. Slowly, the half vampire turned Devil reached out and took one for himself.

Akeno held up her bag to show the others, smiling even as the handle of a whip was clearly visibly sticking out of the top "We have to have these bug-out bags, basically survival kits with some of our own personal items, prepared and ready to go at any time" Akeno's expression turned curious as she looked through her bag "Honestly, I forgot I had half of this stuff"

"So, wait, this isn't really an emergency?" Asia asked, the tension in her body easing a bit.

"Well, yes and no" Rias said, grimacing slightly as she thought about how best to explain the situation "Yes, in that we need to do this immediately otherwise there will be consequences, and No due to those consequences being I will be grounded in my room for a week in the Underworld" seeing the looks her newest servants were giving her Rias shrugged "Basically, my brother and Serafall came up with the penalties for Sona and I not completing the drill in a reasonable time and neither can really back down from enforcing them"

"Oh, how come we're only hearing about this now?" Issei asked, feeling completely out of the loop.

"Because I thought my family stopped worrying about this sort of thing, I have no idea why their doing this again" Rias answered, all while in the back of her mind a troubling thought rested.

What if this wasn't a drill?

It was a dark thought she had to wrestle with before, back when she and Sona first started spending the majority of their time in the human world the idea of the drills being a cover for their siblings have them return to the Underworld when they thought they were in danger. Even after numerous drills with no real danger being involved the idea still stuck to the back of Rias's mind.

Putting that thought back to the furthest recesses of her mind she looked over everyone "Alright, is everyone ready to go?"

"Umm, don't we need bags as well?" Asia asked.

Kiba shrugged "Not really, so long as we're all there we should be fine. Although, you may be at risk for getting a lecture on what to have in your bag"

With everyone together the magic circle activated and the Occult Research Club found themselves within the home of the Gremory, and once they arrived they instantly knew something was off.

Before there would others there to greet them it usually being one of Rias's family and a handful of servants, but no one was there to greet them. In fact they were in an empty room with little in the way of furniture with only one door and no windows, unnerved by their situation the Peerage readied themselves for anything.

A magic circle appeared on the door, bearing the crest of Gremory, waves of magic pulsated from it and washed over them and once it was done the door opened to reveal a relieved Venelana Gremory. Venelana wasted no time and embraced her only daughter, happy knowing she was safe.

She led them from the empty room them teleported into, an isolation room the Gremory kept ready for a number of purposes, and once they were seated she explained what was happening.

"Rias, The Eldritch are taking action" Venelana stated plainly, being as clear and direct as she could considering the situation.

"The Eldritch?" Issei asked, glancing to the others he saw the others went completely pale with even Asia having a fearful look in her eyes "Oi, is it that bad?" he asked as his concern steadily grew more intense.

"Put simply as possible, their aliens from beyond this reality. Have a tendency to warp reality passively and drive others to insanity as a result" Ddraig spoke up, a solemn tone in his voice "Even at my most powerful, I wouldn't even think about approaching one of those monsters"

Rias looked to her mother, completely lost at the situation before them. She had heard of The Eldritch before, the monsters in the dark she need not think or speak of lest she gains their attention, but never in her worst nightmares did she ever expect she will have to deal with them "What do we do?"

"You all will stay here, and hope The Eldritch are satisfied with just Earth or God of the Bible defeats them again" Venelana said with a wince, more at her own words rather than the pain of mentioning the one being the Devils as species were created to defeat. Before any could protest her words she continued on "The only to ever defeat The Eldritch is God of the Bible, no one else even came close to besting them. Even if they are defeated there is a real chance parts of the Earth may not be habitable afterwards, so every Faction is doing their part in evacuating Earth as we speak"

"Evacuation" Kiba muttered in shock, the situation seeming too unreal to him.

"Wait, what about Kuoh Town!?" Issei said as he leaned forward "My parents, friends, their all still there!"

"Kuoh Town is our top on our list, I can assure you no small amount of effort is being spent on getting the people to safety. Since the Gremory and Sitri share the territory the burden of handling the refugees is being split between our two houses" Venelana said, trying to ease the worried Issei "I promise you, your family and friends will be safe. Though, I can't tell you whether they'll be here or with the Sitri"

Koneko tilted her head as she heard something, a commotion with several different voices talking over one another. While she didn't know what they were talking about she could tell confusion was the most prominent element to the shouting "I can hear shouting"

It wasn't much longer before the Occult Research Club found themselves on one of the balconies of the Gremory Estate looking over as a mob of people were being teleported in, all of them clearly not knowing what was happening as a large number of the Gremory servants used magic to keep the growing number of people docile for the time being.

Looking over the growing crowd Issei looked for his parents and friends, he was able to spot both Matsuda and Motohama though they were on opposite ends of the crowd along with a number of Kuoh Academy students.

As he searched for his parents Issei noticed something odd, everyone in the crowd weren't that old. At most the oldest person he could spot looked to be in their early thirties while everyone else were young adults, teens, and children who cried for their parents before magic was used to keep them docile like the rest.

Something was wrong, a sick sinking feeling in his gut. Although Issei didn't give the idea much more thought as he saw his parents being teleported in as well, a feeling of relief washing over him for a moment.

"So, Azazel. Is there a reason the Fallen are prioritizing young and beautiful people to rescue?" Tobio Ikuse asked his boss, the rest of his team nearby wanting to know Azazel's reasoning.

Turning to his bodyguard and best fighter of the Grigori with a Longinus Sacred Gear with a defeated look, Azazel's expression was enough to tell the slash dØg team they weren't going to like his answer "We're not focusing on beauty, rather we're evacuating all those who would be able to start having children now or in the near future" Azazel looked over the group of humans coming through, spotting more than several being dragged in by other Fallen Angels.

Azazel frowned as he notice on human in particular seemed to have an open wound on their leg that matched up with one made from a Light Spear, seeing the Fallen carrying them handing them over to one of their healers Azazel made sure to make a note to speak to that particular fallen later.

"Your going to breed them" the accusatory tone Tobio's voice was clear for all to hear.

"Yes" Azazel answered simply before turning back to his bodyguard and, on some level, friend "We will need a minimal of five thousand humans to have a sustainable population without running into the issues of genetic defects, one that can grow over time even if we never get the same size as there was a day prior"

"Their people, what your saying makes it sound like their just live stock" Tobio replied, Azazel's words bringing up some bad memories from Tobio's past. While the circumstances were different, he couldn't help but compare this to what happened to his classmates that were kidnapped by the Utsusemi Agency years ago.

"If humanity dies than we all go down too, that's the truth of the matter" Azazel ran his fingers through his hair, desperate for a drink but even he wasn't irresponsible enough to drink at a time like this "Every Faction is doing the same, gathering five thousand humans at minimal and giving them a safe haven from The Eldritch"

"And what happens to the people after? Or if The Eldritch comes for the humans taken?"

"What happens to the humans afterwards is up to the discretion of the Faction that they ended up with" Azazel answered, already picturing numerous people effectively living as their ancestors once did. Regressing in more ways than one, especially with certain gods making demands of them "And if, for whatever reason, The Eldritch comes for the remaining humans I expect many would toss them overboard if only to buy themselves another hundred years of life"

That was the grim reality of their situation, saving what they could against an enemy they had no hope of defeating. Azazel had to go all out to stop Vali from attempting to fight The Eldritch for his own good, right now the closest thing he had to a son in his life was in a medically induced coma.

'Better than him dying, or worse' Azazel thought to himself, praying to God for a miracle for these dark times.

As if responding to his unspoken prayer the Governor General of the Grigori got a report from one their intelligence agents, the Old One had reached the surface.

Within the Realm of Heaven, the Father and Mother of Mankind did their best to ease the worries of their descendants. Thankfully, their children who were already in Heaven before this disaster were able to help smooth some things over with their children with grandparents meeting grandchildren as those separated by death were reunited once more.

Over a million had been taken from Earth into Heaven to save them from what was to come, and even as more and more came in by the hundreds of thousands it would not be enough. It was all still a drop in the ocean compared to all those still on Earth.

Adam was in the middle of soothing a crying infant, the child was abandoned on the steps of an orphanage moments before this nightmare began and with none to watch over the poor thing he took it upon himself to watch over them.

"I see you have things under control here"

Adam turned around to face Archangel Gabriel, finding it strange seeing the Archangel in her war armour after so long. Before she wore it all the time prepared to go out to battle during the war between the Three Factions but after it ended she rarely touched it afterwards, seeing her eyes drift to the infant in his arms he held them up to let the Archangel coo at the little one for a moment.

"Sister! Where is-" Raphael came rushing over with a worried Abel and Eve, all three paused when they spotted Adam "Your, still here"

Adam blinked, not sure what was going on "Yes, is something the matter?"

"Well, one of the messengers keeping an eye on things on Earth reported this" Abel came over to show his father a video recording, it took a moment for the picture to clear up and another for Adam to comprehend what he was seeing.

Because what was being shown was Adam himself, shirtless and shoeless with only a humble pair of partially ruined trousers protecting his modesty, fighting off the monsters under the control of the Old One with only his fists and winning.

The Adam on Earth was in USA's New England, so far the only place The Eldritch had attacked.

His fist make contact with the abominations from the depths cause it to explode on contact with the creatures behind it being flung back with the controlled shock-wave from the punch, whatever creatures that still stood (?) looked to Adam even as they backed away from him.

"Return to the depths from whence you came, whether they be the depths of the ocean or the void of space" Adam said, his back to a group of people that moments were fleeing for their lives but now stood as a seeming super hero had came to them in their darkest hour "You will not lay a hand on the people of this world, as Humanity's Father I shall not allow you to end my children's tale prematurely"

A horrible screech cut through the air as something flew through the sky above them, before they could get close several beams of light cut through them all and left them hurling to the ground before being slashed to pieces in a single moment.

"I have to say, your getting a better handle on your weapon everyday Abel" the Adam on Earth said to another version of his second son appeared.

"Wait, there's another me too!?" The Abel in Heaven exclaimed, forgetting where he was for a moment and not realizing a crowd had gathered to watch what was happening.

The Abel on Earth shrugged with a smile "It wasn't that impressive, Cain shot them out of the air and I was left with the easy part"

""Wait, Cain!?"" Adam and Eve called out at the same time, before they could do anything else the recording shifted to show Cain on a rooftop with a glowing sniper rifle with another Eve alongside someone many knew but few could recognize.

"Lilith" Gabriel tensed as she spoke that name, the first human to fall from Grace and the Mother of all Demons and Devils. They never got confirmation that she was either alive or dead after the Great War ended and a part of Gabriel wanted to have a few words with the woman partially responsible for the deaths of many.

Eve turned to the Archangel shocked "Wait, that's Lilith?" She turned back the display hearing her husband muttering that was indeed his first wife "Huh, barely recognized her without the pregnant belly"

Archangel Gabriel threw on her helmet and flew off to join the battle for Earth, she didn't know what was happening but if Lilith was making a return to the battlefield than she was even more needed. She was the Strength of God and she will protect those under her care.

As she made her way there Gabriel felt something she hadn't felt in a long time, halting her in her tracks as a tear ran down her check.

Tyler Herbert was many things, lanky, bookworm, unpopular and current terrified out of his mind as the school bully that had been harassing him all year had mutated into a humanoid chimera monster.

The fact Lovecraftian Monsters rose from the sea, if he heard the screaming of his dad fleeing from the creature properly. He had planned to meet with him at the house but than the now monster form of his school bully got there first.

"Heh heh, so little bookworm. Any 'Sassy' remarks you want to make?" The monster bully said, his once human eyes had turned monstrous with the pupil dividing to create several smaller ones.

Looking at the tentacles that had replaced one of his arms, which would have left the American Football coach in tears as the monster bully WAS the school's star quarterback, and the other fishy appendages that grew from his back "I'm guessing the girls and guy you've been ten timing are all into the same thing, have you got them all to agree to-" Tyler threw himself to the side barely dodging a tentacle that slammed into the house and brought down the wall.

A noise rang out that seemed to engulf everything, one that Tyler didn't recognize as he felt something large towering over him. Looking over to the skyline he saw an impossibly large creature amongst the buildings, he found himself unable to describe the creatures as his own sanity slipped away the longer he looked at the thing.

"At last, our dark god has awakened" the monster bully turned to Tyler with a shark like grin "Tell me, meat. Where is your God now?"

"My God, My God" Tyler muttered to himself, doing what he could to hold onto what little sense of self he had left even as he could feel it slipping before break-.

And than, he felt something else. Some warm and gentle, comforting and encouraging. The dark presence that threatened to engulf them all was pushed back as he felt that what was lost returned.

In the skies above them came a figure seemingly made of light, shinning but not blinding, that halted the dark god that had emerged from the sea. "My God?" Tyler asked, whether if it was to himself or someone else he didn't know.

"My God?" The monster bully said, confused at what his dark master wasn't swatting away the glowing bug before them.

The dark god raised it's hand to the shining figure before recoiling back as if it had been burn, it's pain clear to all. Moments later, the figure of light charged forth and attack the dark god. Pushing it back and even throwing it into the air before tossing it out of the city and into the peer.

"My God!" The monster bully screamed out loud, seeing his dark master to whom his family has pledged their souls to for generations getting their ass kicked was not something he wanted to see.

As his mind cleared Tyler felt his strength returned to him and than some, strength he didn't realize he had. He didn't know if this strength was truly his or something that being of light gave him, but he intended to make full use of it.

"My God…" Tyler said with a smile, the seafood monster that his old bully became looking more ridiculous than scary "Is kicking you god's ass"

Not a moment later, it seemed the dark god from the depths did in fact get a kick up the arse going by it's posture as it flew through the sky and out of the city into the port.

The sight seemed to empower him as he felt something waking up within him, clenching his left fist a metallic gauntlet appeared around his left forearm for a moment before it shined with power at it shrunk into a glove with a digital display on the back.

Looking at the display the head of some creature appeared looking side to side before seemingly looking directly at Tyler with a happy chirp.

"Well, that's cute" he said before throwing himself to the side to avoid an enraged bully frothing at the mouth, considering the longer reach of the bully who was faster than him made a straightforward escape difficult Tyler ran into the garage and slammed the door down and locked it in place.

With the door closed his now gloved hand glowed for a moment with the numbers 017 with the a childish voice calling out the numbers "Level up 17!"

"Level up?" Tyler asked before a wave of energy spread out from his gloves hand and turned what was a normal garage door into a massive vault door with glowing symbols on it.

A loud banging noise could be heard from outside "What the-? GET OUT HERE MEAT!" the banging intensified with no progress visible from where Tyler was standing.

Looking over the old power tools and barbecue equipment his dad kept when they moved here from Texas Tyler got an idea, all the while unaware of the little astral dragon floating over his shoulder.

When he came out of the garage Tyler had the joy of seeing a worried look on the closest thing to a face the monster outside had, to be fair the sight of a revving burning chainsaw sword and plasma nail gun would do that.

[2] Tyler still wasn't sure what this new power was, other than it letting him upgrade items and fuse them together. What he had now was made from a broken chainsaw, propane stuff, a nail gun and two spare car batteries. He even managed to get himself a dragon style war helmet out of an old bike helmet.

"I'm feeling hungry for sea food at the minute" Tyler said before the chain sword spun with burning glory.

Seeing his old bully waddling away warmed his heart, and it was the reason he gave the monster a thirty second head start before chasing after it with rocket power skates as the cheering of a baby dragon could be heard in the back of his head.

Cthulhu looked up at the being that was stopping them from destroying humanity, while their servants have been pushed back those lost will reform in time as all these annoying pests had done is delay things.

"Annoying" Cthulhu called up more forces to focus on the annoying light before them.

"So, you can speak"

Cthulhu was momentarily shocked at hearing the unknown light speaking the same tongue as they, but that shock was pushed aside before charging at the pest.

In response, Messiah lifted up high his sword before bringing it down to point to Cthulhu and it's forces. The action a signal as more and more Personas charged forth to end this battle as Heroes, Angels and gods stood shoulder to shoulder to end this nightmare.

It wasn't much longer before Cthulhu was weakened enough to be sealed away, they weren't entirely sure if it was possible to kill the Old One at the minute and even so it could resurrect who knows where through it's daughter. And that would leave them to a vengeful Old One, it's followers and any number of unspeakable horrors out for reprisal.

So in the end, Cthulhu was bound in chains and forced once more into the depths of the sunken city R'lyeh to return to it's imprisonment.

Sensing no other incursions from Lovecraftian horrors Messiah turned his attention to the city below and to the wider world, a world that came close to ending and would likely be forced to carry the scars brought about by what just happened.

However, they will grow stronger from surviving this. And with that thought Messiah called forth a violin to play a song for the world and it's people, to help them recover from what had just happened. A melody to help them overcome the nightmare.

-=-][-=-

Minato groaned as he rubbed his eyes, summoning Messiah taking more out of him than he expected. Opening his eyes he was greeted with the sight of his bedroom ceiling, he had hoped he was pass the being knocked unconscious days at a time when using his powers.

"Your awake" Ophis said, relief in her voice. Looking Minato saw Ophis at his bedside with a bowl with a damp cloth in it, memories started coming to him after the battle against the Old One. He felt himself starting to lose consciousness and Ophis was there with a worried expression.

"How long was I out?" Minato asked, a habit he picked up due to the amount of times he was bed ridden. Hopefully it wasn't too long this time.

"A day and a half" Ophis answered, looking over to the clock on the night stand, furrowing her brows with a look Minato couldn't place "You fell limp in my arms and nothing I did seemed to help you, your Personas were gone so I couldn't turn to them for aid"

Minato winced at Ophis's words and what he put her through, time was of the essence and he didn't have time to go to her to let her know what he was doing or to ask for help. Learning your friend went off to literally the most dangerous place on Earth and the next time you saw them they went unconscious, Minato reached out his hand to rub Ophis's head.

"Sorry"

"Sorry, isn't good enough" Ophis answered, quickly pushing Minato's hand back onto her head when she felt him starting to take it off. Getting the message he kept rubbing the Dragon God's head "Why did you fall unconscious?" she asked, wanting to know if battling the Old One was that strenuous of a battle for him.

Minato took a moment to consider how to word his answer "I think it was due to me drawing on as much as Messiah's power as I did, the amount of their power I took was a shock due to how long it's been since I've last needed that power. It won't happen again, at least not in this way, it was just the shock on drawing on that much power at once"

Ophis frowned for a moment before nodding "Okay, but be careful. Please" Ophis placed her hand on top of Minato's own, the words 'I need you' on her lips but kept silent. Not knowing if those words meant her need for him to help defeat Great Red or something else.

The two sat down for a late breakfast, the TV turned on to the news to help get an idea of what the aftermath of a Lovecraftian creature rising from the waves.

The sight of the Persona version of [3] Nicola Tesla piloting a lightning powered mech with his armoured left arm held high to call down lightning like Zeus or Odin and a picture of three of humanity's fathers [Adam, Abrahamic father of humanity. Ask, Norse father of humanity. And Mashya, Zoroastrianism father of humanity] posing together in their underwear before a horde of defeated foes and one picture of some random person with a chainsaw sword and a dragon head for a left arm eating the alien creatures.

"Who is that?" Minato muttered.

Looking at the grinning young man with flames and lightning dancing around him on the TV Ophis tilted her head "A Sacred Gear user?" she suggested, confident in her answer but not absolute in it.

As they watched the news Minato noticed something troubling, this was the mundane news and not one aware of the supernatural. Once it noticed that he knew it meant one thing, the rest of the world knew about the supernatural and for whatever reason the supernatural hadn't covered it up.

-=-][-=-

"Well, it seems you've found yourself in a peculiar situation. Little sister"

In the ocean's depths, in the dead city two figures stood before the open door that led to the chamber that imprisoned the Old One Cthulhu. Their eyes glowed in the darkness of the depth, one green and the other yellow, both looking to the same thing.

What appeared to be a girl with long blue hair and blue eyes wearing a strapless black dress that end in several tentacles with large detached sleeves, on her head was a black crown with one large gem in the centre with two smaller ones on the sides and two large gems that looked like eyes with narrow slits in them.

That 'girl' was currently clawing at a choker that was around her neck.

"Annoying. Annoying" She, Cthulhu, said as she continued to try and remove the choker with all her efforts failing. Turning to the two that came to her she pointed at the choker "Sisters, help"

One of the two stepped forward with one finger tracing along the choker on the smallest amongst them, her yellow eyes taking in every detail of the choker with her walking around to get a look at it all "Hmm, he really put that on tight, I don't see an opening to exploit" she stood up from her small bow, she needed to be at more eye level with her little sister's new choker "Looks like your stuck with it for now"

Cthulhu attempted to pulled the choker off with no progress being made, her frustration building more and more.

"Tell me, Cthulhu. How do you feel?" The other looked down at her sister, her green eyes shining in the darkness like the others.

"Fine. If it wasn't for this" Cthulhu stopped pulling at the choker and instead pointed at it, it's restraining my power. I won't get hurt by anything I wouldn't have before, but my influence and affect on all around me has diminished"

Yellow and Green eyes met together, united in goal they turn to meet eyes of blue with smiles "If that is how it is, you can come live with us for the time being. This world has changed much since you've been sleeping, Cthulhu"

Cthulhu blinked "Changed in what way, Hastur?" taking the hand of The Queen in Yellow the Old One is led out of her prison by fellow Old One.

"A great many things, isn't that right Nyarlathotep?" Hastur asked as she turned to Nyarlathotep the sound muffled sound of a persistent beeping could be heard, Nyarlathotep reached into her pocket and pulled out a black berry "You have signal down here?" Hastur asked, surprise clear in her voice.

"Must be an emergency call if their using this number" Nyarlathotep said with a frown before plastering on a smile for her sisters "I'll catch up with you both later, stay out of trouble you two"

The three parted ways, Cthulhu and Hastur didn't get far before the distant yell of frustration from their Outer God sister reached their ears.

-=-][-=-

"This is Bridget, she's a chimera Hellhound made up of several different supernatural canines. She's also a rescue" Minato said as he introduced the group of people to his first Charge "You can pet her if you like, just don't pet hard or pull her fur"

Bridget's left head, Dealla barked several times as she turned to Minato who nodded before turning back to address the people "She remained me to tell you to clean your hands before petting her, no sticky fingers or dirt"

Once everything was said and done Minato stepped to the side to the people get a closer look at the supernatural creature before them, for many it was going to be their first time seeing one in person.

It had only been a few days since the Old One emerged from the ocean's depths to attack humanity and the supernatural became public knowledge, for one reason or another the various Supernatural Factions couldn't cover up what happened. Likely due to the scarring an Old One could have on the mind.

Whatever the case was the Tamers from around the world and Magicians were coming forward to explain things since they couldn't cover up what happened, the non-human elements of the supernatural were hanging back at the minute so as to not spook anyone too much too soon.

And that was what he was doing now, showing off Bridget to the people of Kuoh Town while he worked his shift at Gentle Etiquette gave him the chance to complete two jobs at once. Kiyome was worried about how it could affect the Nakajima's business but once they gave the go ahead Kiyome backed the idea, and aside from some of the other staff giving the chimera hellhound belly rubs while they should have been working nothing went wrong.

Although, Satou kept a closer eye on Minato throughout the day.

When work was over he walked through the streets of Kuoh Town with Bridget and Satou, he had done this before but not with Bridget having all three heads out on display. All three heads looking around independent of each other, with at least one keeping Satou in their periphery at all times.

"Senpai" Satou whispered to Minato, stepping a bit closer to him as she did so "How long, have you known about… this?" she said, uncertain on how to phrase her question, her eyes moving to Bridget as the chimera hellhound came to a stop and sat down when she asked her question.

"A couple of months now" Minato answered as he looked away for a moment, he never really had to fill people in on the supernatural goings before and he had no idea where to begin.

Satou nodded "And the gun?"

"It's not a real gun, and it can't fire anything" Minato answered honestly, turning to Satou he saw the uncertainty in her eyes "It's more of a keepsake, and it helps when things get really bad"

"And thus, the wave of madness broke against the bulwark of the Messiah and his forces as the creatures of the depths were cast down once more into the darkness"

"We know! We all saw the news reports and videos!"

The conversation of the two were cut off as they looked over to see a man standing on a crate with blown up pictures of Messiah fighting the Old One with a crowd gathered around him, Minato frowned at the sight before looking away.

After what happened people were suddenly a lot more religious than they were before, and there were those who saw opportunity for power. Fortunately, though he wasn't sure how it was possible himself, Minato could feel when someone was speaking of Messiah and by extension him as well as why they were speaking about him.

Anyone who tried to lie through their teeth regarding 'the Messiah' for their own personal reasons, clout for themselves or their group, personal gains or anything else of the sort quickly experienced supernatural happenings. Most got the hint after a lightning strike or two but some needed a more blatant message like having the words curved into their flesh seemingly for no reason as their in the middle of a speech or suddenly losing all ability to lie.

Thankfully most got the hint soon after and the man on the crate held no ill will from what he could tell, listening to him talk a bit more it seemed he was more interested in chronicling what happened in his own way.

Satou turned away from the man and looked back to Minato, a question that has been stuck in her mind for a while now "Senpai, is Phis also… involved with the supernatural?"

"Can't say, you'll need to ask her yourself" Minato answered, feeling it would be better for Ophis to decide if she want to come forward with her role in the supernatural whether it be a dragon descendant Phis or as the Infinite Dragon God Ophis.

Ophis had to take care of something due to what happened and hadn't be back for a day, Minato waited for a moment hoping that she was well and not being too stressed over what she was going through.

As he was thinking this he couldn't help himself and yawned into his hand "Sorry, I haven't been getting much sleep lately due to… Well, everything"

Satou took hold of Minato's hand and led up on "Come on, I know a little coffee place that's close-by" she looked down to see the three heads of the chimera hellhound looking at her with narrowed eyes "They let animals in, so long as their on leashes"

Bridget let out several barks at Satou's words, Minato frowned and turned to his charge "You are not drinking coffee" the hellhound whimpered and laid flat on the ground "Don't give me the puppy dog eyes, you'll be up all night with fire coming out of four ends"

At his words Bridget's body grew misty before revealing it had shrunk to the size of a puppy, all six eyes still firmly locked onto Minato's own.

"...You stay in that small form and you get one cup of weak coffee between you all, you may have three mouths but you still share the same stomach" jumping to her paws Bridget jumped up into Minato's waiting palm, ignoring the looks he was getting from everyone around him he turned back to Satou to lead them to the coffee place.

As they walked Minato noticed several small things, flowers grew larger, fruit and vegetables became fresher and the box of dead insects came back to life and made a beeline to freedom as the man trying to sell them let out a panicled yell. Looking down to his hands that carried the currently puppy sized Bridget Minato noticed a faint aura around him, one that he had to actively keep suppressed since he drew on his Ultimate Persona's power.

-=-][-=-

"Your power, is leaking out" Ophis repeated what Minato just said to make sure she wasn't mishearing him, hoping she did just mishear him.

To her dismay, he nodded "Yeah, I've been keeping it suppressed but no matter how hard I try to keep it locked down some of it still slips out" Minato lifted up his hand to see the aura of power emanating from it.

Ophis frowned as she took hold of Minato's hand to get a better look for herself, it wouldn't be much longer before others begin connecting Minato with the defeat of the fish thing so she needed to prepare a declaration that Minato was already with her.

The question was, how to go about it?

Giving him one of her snakes was an option but it may be not enough for some, some could even begin to think she was holding him against his will with one of her snakes. No, she needed some a bit different that left little room for misunderstanding. She would need to come up with something soon, they were already searching for him.

"Is everything alright, Ophis?" Minato asked bringing the Dragon God out of her thoughts "You've been staring at my hand for a while now"

"Sorry, I was thinking" letting go of his hand slowly she met Minato's gaze "The various Factions are already looking for you, and with that it'll only be a matter of time before they find you"

"Yeah, I sort of figured they would" Minato nodded, not certain how things will proceed from here with all he could do is take things as they come "Any advice to share?"

Ophis tilted her head (?) "Nothing that comes to mind, but I will be by your side. No mater what"

Minato smiled at her words, he gave the Dragon God a thankful nod, knowing he had someone beside him regardless of what came was a massive relief to him.

Later that night, Ophis came across something to help firmly declare to the world Minato was hers. But first she needed to test it, as Minato was sketching something for an upcoming Light Novel she went up to him.

"Hmm?" before Minato could react he felt something grab onto his earlobe, Ophis began nibbling on his ear "AH!"

Ophis pulled back and looked to Minato worried, seeing him holding a hand to his ear caused her concern to grow "Are you, hurt?" she asked, feeling a knot forming in her stomach at the thought of hurting him.

Minato shook his head and lowered his hand to reveal it was fine, no sign of healing magic were present that Ophis could see "No, it's just my ears are a bit...sensitive" he said, the faint beginnings of a blush showing on his cheeks as he looked away "It wasn't bad, quite the opposite in fact. It was more of the sudden surprise, really"

Looking at the blush on Minato's face a strange feeling came over the Dragon God, she wanted to see more of that expression on Minato. With the same swiftness as before Ophis renewed her nibbling assault, she had found the way to tell the world Minato was already hers.

The ear nibbling only came to an end when Minato had to answer a call from the Nakajimas, they needed to know if Minato knew anyone who could play the accordion.

Xenovia Quarta took a calming breath as she walked down the streets of a town whose people were unaware of the unholy creatures that had decided to use as a foothold into the human world, glancing down alleyways she passed by in case of an ambush as her training in scouting out urban centres were put to the test.

'Why would the messiah be here and not in one of holy sites?' Xenovia asked herself for a moment, while he had defeated the beast that emerged from the oceans she thought he would have made himself known by now.

Was he turning his attention to the Devils next, beginning the final battle for all souls?

"You look troubled, my child"

Hearing a kind motherly voice beside her Xenovia turned to look at the mother figure she has in her life, Sister Griselda Quarta looked to her ward with a concerned look.

Xenovia shook her head "It's nothing, just lost in thought. It can wait till we're finished"

"A troubled mind could lead to trouble in the future, I won't force you but I'm here for anything if you need me" Griselda said, hoping her young ward would open up to what's ailing her. There were only a few of them here to scout the area, with specially made crosses they went sent to search for trace amount of the messiah's power to find him. They were able to track him down to Kuoh Town in Japan but weren't able to narrow the search much further, for now all they could do was comb the area and-

Sister Griselda stopped as she heard something, a song played on an instrument she never thought she would hear in an Eastern country like Japan. Coming across a cute little cafe they see a young man playing Traditionell Musette on an accordion as he wore a simple waiter uniform wearing a French beret, looking at the little cafe brought back memories Griselda's time in Paris helping train several nuns while she was also went undercover as a model.

She made a mental note to stop by the little cafe later, her eyes lingering on the half lidded eyes of the man who played French much in front of the store.

As the two walked passed Gentle Etiquette Minato kept the figures of the woman with grey hair and a younger girl he could feel had the sword Durandal with her, in the back of his mind he knew the supernatural Factions were already close to finding him but he wasn't sure how he wanted to present himself.

Considering he was technically an alien due to being from another world and the world almost ended due to an alien god, he would need to proceed carefully.

'Oh, you have got to be kidding me' Minato groaned internally as he felt a very familiar and very unwelcome presence getting closer to him.

"Eh, Minato?"

Blinking in surprise Minato turned to see Issei and Koneko in the crowd having spotted him, Issei was looking him up and down with his eyes focusing on the accordion in his hands for a moment before looking up "What are you doing?"

"Working" Minato answered simply, noting how Koneko's nose twitched as she likely smelt the food inside if her hungry eyes were any indication.

The current host of Y Ddraig Goch looked to his senior and temporary trainer confused "But, aren't you already working as a Tamer? You have two jobs?"

Minato shrugged "Three, actually" he answered nonchalantly, going by the wide eyed looks both his juniors gave him both were surprised at his answer "Do you have any jobs at the minute?"

"Eh, well. Do contracts count as a job?" Issei asked.

Koneko shook her head "Not really, it would after we leave school but right now I'm pretty sure it falls more under club activities"

Raising an eyebrow Minato looked to Issei with a curious look "If you don't work, than what do you do in terms of money?"

'I see, you know where I am' Minato thought to himself as the presence he felt was slowly making it's way towards him, he held back a grimace as he looked into the store. He didn't want to but he'll need to slip away again. He looked back to Issei to see he was talking, the approaching enemy distracting Minato from whatever the reincarnated Devil was saying with him only picking out mentions of Rias and his parents "Dotting parents and Rias being your Devil sugar mama, right got it"

Minato put down his accordion and excused himself, slipping away from the others as he went to meet the approaching enemy. In the park Minato could feel it near him, while smaller and weaker it was definitely the Old One he fought several days ago.

From the treeline a small figure raced towards him with tentacles outstretched prepared to skewer him and crushing the life from him.

-=-][-=-

Cthulhu struggled as she hung from a tree branch, her tentacles used against her as they were used to retrain her and leaving her hanging above the ground. Only her head and feet were free as everything in between were covered by her tentacles, all she could do was glare at her enemy before her.

It stood there with what Cthulhu guessed was the 'blank expression' she heard of while staying with her sisters, she looked at the items he held in his hands with suspicion thinking that they were some form of torture instruments "What are those?"

"Snow cones, there's a stand close by and I figure I'd treat myself to one. I got you one as well, didn't really think much of it" the enemy of Cthulhu said with a bored tone, meanwhile Minato held one out for the Old One to try as he tried to parse out why it took the form it had. Than again, pretending to be a cute girl could shake off the more focused pursuers if it got rid of the tentacles.

Gazing upon the offerings her enemy was making Cthulhu devoured both of the so called snow cones, mainly to deny her enemy his 'treat' but as soon as she swallowed them she was beset with pain. It passed in time, reluctantly accepting Minato's advice to press her tongue against the roof of her mouth to help relieve it, her enemy claiming the brain freeze was her own fault.

"Why are you here?" Minato asked, he was sure the seal he placed on the Old One would have kept it sealed away for another couple eons at least. Meaning whoever freed Cthulhu was powerful, looking at the choker around what appeared to be a girl's neck, Minato was glad the first seal on the Old One's power was still in place. Seeing the expression on the creature's face, the irises of it's eyes shrunk to a considerable degree as it looked to Minato, he had a feeling what brought it here "Your here for a rematch after the disappointing one a few days ago, aren't you"

Cthulhu paused as she looked to Minato with a questioning look "D-disappointing?"

"Yeah" Minato said without hesitation as he looked to the bound Old One "You are Cthulhu, The Star Spawn, The Great Dreamer, The Sleeping God, High Priest-" Minato paused as he looked over the current form of Cthulhu for a moment "-tess of the Old Ones. When you awoke it signals the End of this World, and since I was against that I stood to fight you and" Minato scratched his cheek "I was expecting something… more"

"M-More?" Cthulhu asked, wanting to know what her enemy thought about their fight being disappointing.

"I was expecting our clash to be a titanic affair, reality itself straining as we battled one another, but looking back on it the whole thing feels more like bullying if it wasn't due to the fact you were trying to end the world"

"I had only recently arisen from my death like sleep, I wasn't performing at my best!" Cthulhu said to salvage her dignity from the slanderous words being aimed at her "Not only that, but you were relentless in your assault against me. I had trouble walking straight or sitting down after what you did" Cthulhu said as she remembered her enemy attacking her legs and wings with several attacks being aimed at her lower back with one solid kick being performed on her rear.

Minato let out a sigh "I guess I just had too high expectations forced onto you, still I wouldn't have held back"

The two glared at one another for a moment before Minato sense two others growing closer, the Persona of the Elder god Nodens prepared for battle as his enemy drew near.

Reality twisted as a barrier appeared around them as, the ground broke apart with bits stretching out in unnatural ways as seemingly bottomless void appeared beneath them, two figures drew closer with their focus set on Minato and the bound Old One.

Another Old One and an Outer God, the Unspeakable One and The Crawling Chaos.

Looking to the Unspeakable One Minato saw yellow eyes with a short blonde hair with bangs that cover her forehead with bright yellow highlights, wearing a black dress with a crown jewellery under a bright yellow jacket that reached her knees lined with yellow fur.

The Crawling Chaos current form was one with green eyes with hair that was black outward but green on the inside, the hair was long with two bangs parted to reveal a bit of it's forehead. A black suit with a gold brooch with a mini skirt with green knee high socks.

'Okay, I'm starting to see a trend here' Minato thought to himself, looking over his shoulder he saw the diminished Cthulhu had used the current less rigid form of reality to escape from the tree and was now charging at him.

However, as her tentacles were still tied up it great lowered her reach. Meaning all he needed to do was put his hand against her head to keep her comfortably at arms length, as the Great Dreamer was stuck and spinning her arms in frustration Minato looked over to see Hastur and Nyarlathotep seemed somewhat amused at what they were seeing.

That fact honestly made Minato worried, however those thoughts were put aside for a moment as he saw Cthulhu was trying to bit him "No biting, I have no idea what's been in that mouth of yours and you have no idea where I've been"

-=-][-=-

Kuoh Town had become a chaos of activity, dozens of different Factions had gathered within the area searching for the messiah and make proper contact. Some even wishing to sway him to their side or at least away from their enemies.

The forces of Heaven had found an instrument the messiah had recently played, an accordion, and some were currently treating it as a treasure. However, the appearance of an Eldritch barrier in the middle of Kuoh Town unnerved many. Even more so when the sigils of Cthulhu, Hastur and Nyarlathotep were visible on the barrier, it wasn't hard to put it all together.

The one who saved the world from Cthulhu's attack on the surface was stuck in a barrier with two of the most infamous members of the Eldritch.

Meanwhile, in the barrier.

"So, you're willing to make peace?" Nyarly asked, putting on her diplomacy face.

Minato nodded "So long as your not seeking to end or subvert humanity, I'm willing to live and let live" he turned to Cthulhu as she sat between Hastur and Nyarly on the park bench that had mostly remained intact "I would even be willing to remove the choker so long as she swears by that"

"I won't. In fact, I will be more vindictive in the destruction of this world, if only to spite you" Cthulhu answered, her choker glowing for a moment as 'truth' written in an alien language was visible on it. Cthulhu looked surprised at her choker for a moment "Wha-?"

Minato tapped at his neck "The thing has a little something extra that makes it you can say only the truth regarding certain things, one of them being things in regards to humanity and the world" the sisters of Cthulhu looked shocked at that piece of information "And since that is how you feel, I won't remove it"

"I guess we'll have to look on removing it ourselves, though I'll admit it will take a while" Hastur said as she pulled Cthulhu closer to her, a comforting act that hid the look in her eyes from her little sister.

Unlike Cthulhu both the Queen in Yellow and the Crawling Chaos didn't seem to want the destruction of the world, though that left him wondering what they actually did want.

Nyarly stood up from the park bench to stand at her full height "Well, I suppose there's not much else to say here so we'll take our leave" a window appeared off to the side that show what was happening outside the barrier, the growing crowd of nervous people "That, and it seems we have drawn some unwanted attention. But, before we go"

Nyarlathotep looked into Minato's eyes as her's lit with power, the would around them melted away for a moment to show an ocean of dying star with tentacles of galactic proportions curling around them.

"Hurt my little sister again, and I'll make you pay"

Minato sighed "She started and it was self defence" he replied, his nonchalant answer surprising Nyarly as he seemed unaffected by the display of cosmic horror. It had been a while since someone reacted like that. Minato looked around the scenes being shown to him, finding a horrific beauty to it all.

The three Eldritch Sisters left soon after with Cthulhu giving Minato the stink eye one more time before leaving, looking over the distorted reality around him he expanded his healing powers to see if that could reverse what was done and luckily it seemed to do just the trick.

As the world returned to normal from his perspective Minato turned around to see the gathered crowd of people that were behind him, all manner of supernatural creatures stood in place as they all watched him. Spotting an Angel holding something Minato couldn't help himself but take notice of what exactly they were holding "Is that the accordion I was playing barely an hour ago?"

"Ah! Yes!" the Angel in question jumped a little "We found your accordion"

Minato blinked, not sure how to respond but decided on clearing up any misunderstanding "That's not mine, it actually belongs to the place I work at"

In the distance Sirzechs and Azazel watched the scene before them, they only arrived recently when both got word of an Eldritch barrier appearing in the middle of Kuoh Town. Both considering how to proceed further until their thoughts were interrupted by a pillar of light with Michael appearing with a panicked look on his face.

When asked what was wrong Michael wasted little time in explaining, the current host of the True Longinus was nearby and getting closer. While he may be acting out of worry he rather not have the saviour of the world near that spear, Michael turned around to look to Minato and froze at what he saw.

On Minato's back was Ophis, the Infinite Dragon God had her head on Minato's shoulder as she looked over everyone with a hardened possessive look in her eyes.

"Mine" Ophis said, as if she was stating an absolute fact, before she began nibbling on Minato's ear much to the shock of the onlookers.

Minato didn't fight back beyond a few words "O-Ophis, people are staring" despite his weak protest Ophis continued nibbling on his ear, in fact she intensified the nibbling with a smile on her lips. Before any words could said both Minato and Ophis teleported away leaving the gathered ground standing shocked at what they just saw.

"I'm guessing he's already met the Ophis" Azazel said, noting how familiar Minato was when addressing the dragon god.

"THE INFINITE DRAGON GOD JUST KIDNAPPED MESSIAH!" a yell could be heard from the crowd.

-=-][-=-

Cthulhu looked through the library that her sisters had, searching for a means to get revenge on the human who sealed her powers and left her in this reduced state. However, the question became how to go about her revenge. What could she do to hurt the human most, human's were social creatures if she remembered right.

[4] With that in mind she found what she consider a perfect solution for revenge, to separate the human responsible from his kind and making him into one of them. It was an old process made to increase their numbers and while Cthulhu never gave it much thought before it certainly suited her goals now. Accessing a hidden vault Hastur kept Cthulhu found a tome detailing the process to make a human into one of them, with a toothy grin the Great Dreamer began her plot to take vengeance on her enemy

Even now, as she planned his downfall, Cthulhu knew her enemy was likely thinking of her. Congratulating himself as he had others lavish him with praise, lording over them with his lucky victory.

-=-]Meanwhile, at the Arisato Residence[-=-

"Did you really have to do that in public?" Minato asked Ophis as she sat on his lap, right now they were watching the news to keep an eye on things.

The dragon god nodded "It was make a statement, besides" Ophis looked to Minato with a smile "I know you liked it"

Minato blushed a little as he locked eyes with Ophis "Your going to make a habit of it, aren't you" he didn't wait for an answer as he could tell from her eyes Ophis was going to keep nibble on his ear, and likely in public as well.

Without warning Minato began nibbling on Ophis's ear as she had done to him twice already, the action surprising the infinite dragon god as Minato nibbled on her ear while being careful with how pointed they were.

"Ah!" Ophis let out reflex "Wha-wha-"

"Turn about is fair play" Minato whispered before resuming the nibbling, Ophis closed her eyes and leaned closer to Minato as she began to enjoy what was happening.

Seeing how she was happy with a little nibbling Minato decided to up the ante a little, gently blowing into her causing the dragon god to shiver a little with a smile on her face. She gripped onto Minato's clothes to keep herself steady and in response Minato wrapped an arm around Ophis to help keep her in place.

Having a good grip Minato decided to go a little bit further, using his tongue to trace along the curves of Ophis's ear but not entering it.

Letting a surprised gasp Ophis leaned in closer to Minato to give him free reign of her ear, realizing she never very little of what she was doing earlier with the ear nibbling and wanting to learn properly.

Minato pulled away from Ophis to see her blushing brightly from the ear kissing she just received, she let out a groan before looking at him with half lidded eyes "M-more"

"You enjoyed it that much?" Minato asked, a part of him worrying if he had over done it a little.

Before she had a chance Minato could feel Messiah resonate with something getting closer to the house, noticing his change in expression Ophis didn't fight as Minato got up and went to the door.

As soon as he opened it he was greeted with a spear pointed directly at him, the wielder of the spear giving Minato a smirk as the group of people behind him looked shocked.

While the appearance was different the feeling it gave off was unmistakable, the Spear of Destiny that inflicted the fifth holy wound and that which a class of god slaying items was named after. The Lance of Longinus.

Minato met the eyes of the young man pointing a spear at him and only one response came to mind "You know, there's several levels of poor taste with this situation"

"I tried to tell him but he wouldn't back down" a mortified young woman said under her breath, Minato's eyes on her lingered for a moment as he picked up a French accent as Jeanne d'Arc rose to the surface of the sea of souls due to the familiar feeling the unknown Frenchwoman was giving off.

The unknown spearman reluctantly backed down when Ophis walked over to stand in front of Minato, putting herself between him and the spear, the group at his front door tense slightly at the sight of Ophis.

"How, and why are you here, Cao Cao?"

After a lot of tense talking Minato agreed to fight the group calling themselves the 'Hero' Faction, though they weren't expecting to fight one of his Personas.

"What, is that?" Ophis asked as she saw the Hero Faction battling a creature that felt dangerous to her, before it was even summoned Minato had used it's power to create what felt like another realm that was barely connected to anything else. The Persona appeared in that new realm welcoming the Hero Faction to battle.

"Demiurge" Minato said as he saw the current real wielder of Annihilation Maker being knocked unconscious with his creations reduced to nothing "Originally it was used to describe a public worker and various craftsmen, however it took on a new meaning in time. It became known as a creator type entity, but not THE Creator and is normally subordinate to a higher power"

"What, can it make?" Ophis asked as she processed the implications of such a creature.

"Pretty much anything, at least things regarding the physical realm. Could craft a proper Realm given time to work" Minato said, his eyes being drawn to the fight the Hero Faction was having with Demiurge. Specifically Cao Cao and the Spear of Destiny.

Seeing the way he wielded it, Minato knew instantly he was terrible steward of the Sacred Gear as he saw it only as a weapon.

He knew it wasn't a Longinus made into a weapon but rather a weapon made into a Longinus.

It's true power did not lay with it being a weapon, the question was did anyone else know about that and made sure to sabotage Cao Cao to ensure he couldn't wield it's true power. Or, could the Spear of Destiny itself be restricting it's own power due to seeing him as unworthy?

-=-][-=-

Several weeks have passed since Cthulhu rose from the oceans to destroy the world and Minato stopping it, in that time a new normal began to settle in the world. Like Minato having to call Hastur or Nyarlathotep once a week to pick up their sister who was trying, and failing, to use a ritual on Minato.

However, unlike the previous times the call ended differently much to Minato's annoyance. Turning around he saw Cthulhu in a small cage clicking a steel cup against the iron bars, she looked at him with the same anger as before if perhaps a little less intense.

"I take it your going to be leaving now, fleeing from our confrontation-"

"Their not coming" Minato said, interrupting the same speech he has heard a couple of time already.

Cthulhu pouted at the interruption before she registered the words spoken "Huh?"

Minato sighed and walked over to the cage to lean against it "Apparently they have some meetings taking place and it's going to be a while before their here"

"It's probably their stupid human servants" Cthulhu muttered under her breath as she looked to Minato, her eyes drifting around the cage she was in for a moment before returning her gaze to her enemy "What are you going to do with me than?"

Minato shrugged "Well, I have to babysit you-"

"I am not a baby!" Cthulhu quickly said, not wishing for such an insult to slide.

"-until you sisters or someone they approve of comes to collect you" Minato frowned for a moment before turning around and lowering himself to be at eye level with Cthulhu "Look, you have two options. Either we agree to a cease fire until after your sisters pick you up or you can stay in there and I can go get us some stuff to keep us entertained"

"...Your aren't going to leave me here?" Cthulhu asked, not sure what plan her enemy was hatching against her.

Minato shook his head "No, I'm not going to leave you alone" he answered, not wanting to let the alien god unsupervised for any amount of time.

The two stared at each other for a moment before the Great Old One gave a slow nod, opening up the cage she walked out. Minato waited several long moments for Cthulhu to try something, he turned around and gestured for Cthulhu to follow him.

BUMP!

Cthulhu's raised tentacles, moments away from attacking Minato, recoiled as Minato chopped the top of Cthulhu's head. The Great Old One put her hands over the struck area before finding herself in a headlock.

"What did we just agree on?"

"I'm… sorry"

Letting out a sigh Minato released the bratty Old One "Come on, we'll get some ice cream and check out the arcade. Might be something there you'll like"

Cthulhu said nothing as she followed, he tentacles going limp to give the illusion they were just a part of her dress "I will defeat you, mark my words"

"So, you want to compete on one of the games at the arcade to try and defeat me?" Minato asked, looking over he saw the eyes of the Great Old One begin to sparkle.

"I'll take that as a yes" Minato said as Cthulhu kept pace with him "Arcade first than we'll go for ice cream"

Author's Notes:

Just to be clear, One Shot Questers "I F***** Cthulhu" held no influence in this omake.

The Eldritch is the name of the Faction containing the Cthulhu Mythos.

[1] Timeline wise, the whole Cthulhu awakening and attacking New England took place around around midnight local time. Meaning it would be about 11am (13 hours ahead) for Minato and others in Japan with it being a Sunday.

[2] Tyler's evolved Twice Critical Sacred Gear is based off of the Wildcard Manga Protagonist's unique power.

[3] Tesla VS Lovecraft helped inspired this one. Though, the lightning arm is from Fate.

[4] To make things clear, Cthulhu is planning to turn Minato into an Eldritch being as revenge and have the world he sought to protect to deny, reject and despise him.
