A/N:
I LOVE YOU, TOHRU HONDA. YOU'RE MY GIRLFRIEND.
Yeah. I did this baby for Kyo and Tohru, because like, Kyo totally said the above to her. I know, because I was hiding in the bushes, yay.
Disclaimer: Own nothing…. Except the letter, gasp. I wrote it myself.
Warnings: Language and some OOC.
This story is narrated by none other than… ME! The master novelist!
Kyo threw yet another piece of paper in the rubbish bin. His hand had writer's cramp in it from the amount of times he'd tried. But how can you express a love so deep in simple, solitary words? Words can mean a lot of things, whether you mean them or you don't.
"Fuck it." Kyo grumbled, hurling his pen at the wall and watching it tumble to the ground. "I just can't do this."
Be yourself, you'll be fine. Came the voice of Kyoko Honda in the back of his mind. Wait. Kyoko?
"W.T.F." Kyo spelled, reaching for the pen again and grabbing some more paper. "Since when has Kyoko ever told me to be myself?"
So, anyway, incase you failed to see, Kyo is trying to explain his love for Tohru, to Tohru in as little fancy words and lovey dovey crap as he possibly can.
"That's for sure." Kyo muttered to the voice inside his head, which was narrating his life. He fondled his pen before scribbling down some words.
Dear Tohru Honda.
He paused and stared at the sheet of paper. Was it alright to use her full name like that? He attempted to start again but found he had no more paper left. He continued.
I think you're very cute.
"Nope. That doesn't sound right." Kyo said to his white out. "Cute… she's cute, but she's more than cute."
I just wanted to let you know,
"Know what?" He asked himself, tapping his pen madly on the edge of his desk.
I just wanted to let you know you're the prettiest girl I've met.
He admired his handy work and felt kinda proud.
"Better than that stupid, damn rat can do." He reassured himself.
Kyo continued writing and scribbling and whiting out until he ended up with his almost finished masterpiece. He sat back and read it through a few times.
Dear Tohru Honda.
I love you lots.
I just wanted to let you know you're the prettiest girl I've ever met.
And that you're nice and smell like strawberries.
Kyo stared at it. He felt as if he needed to add something else, to do himself justice. He thought for a moment, before he heard that twinkling (yet disgusting) voice outside his door. He scrawled down the last little part and sighed with relief. He was finished.
Dear Tohru Honda.
I love you lots.
I just wanted to let you know, that you're the prettiest girl I've ever met.
And that you're nice and smell like strawberries.
And that damn rat doesn't love you as much as I do.
Love,
Your secret admirer.
Well, Kyo felt a bit like an idiot, putting 'secret admirer' at the bottom. Who else called Yuki a 'damn rat' except him? He traced his fingers over the letter and read it through one more time.
"It'll do." He told himself as he placed it in a lavender scented envelope he found in the bottom of Tohru's stationary box. He felt sort of guilty for taking something that belonged to her, but when it came to something like this, lavender smelling things were the way to go.
He licked the envelope and sealed his love in it forever.
"Now…" He grinned, walking to the hallway and to Tohru's door. "To deliver it."
He slipped the scented object under her door and knocked, before sprinting down the hallway and slamming his door. He let out a sigh of relief.
Dear Tohru Honda… I love you lots.
A/N:
So, what did y'all think?
You MUST tell me.
Well... you don't have to… but I'd like it.
