EDsassination #8: Taking an ED Trip
(Class 3-E)
Class ended as E-Class were either packing up, hanging around the classroom, or planning to assassinate Koro Sensei. But that wasn't the case this time, they're assigning groups for the upcoming school trip to Kyoto.
"Hey, Nagisa." Kataoka walked up to Nagisa's desk, while he was packing his bag. "You figure out who all's in your group?"
"My what?" Nagisa asked, looking confused.
"It's mine, Isogai, and Double D's job to keep track of who's with who, so let one of us know." Kataoka left with a wave. But Nagisa just continued to look confused.
"You looked confused. She's talking about next week's trip." Kayano chippered when she walked over to him, holding up a guide book. The Eds were talking to each other near Eric's desk when Kataoka approached them.
"So, you boys going together?" She asked, though the answer was probably yes.
"Of all the-! Who in their right mind schedules a class trip this early in the year!? Unbelievable!" Koro Sensei exclaimed in an unhappy voice as he entered the room before any of the Eds could answer the girl. Koro Sensei was now dressed up as a geisha girl and had brought in a large, overstuffed bag with what looked like everything a person could own. "I cannot say that I approve.~"
"FOR A SCHOOL TRIP, YOUR BAG IS WAY TOO BIG!" Isogai exclaimed too.
"WHY ARE YOU DRESSED LIKE THAT!?" Maehara exclaimed.
"GEISHA? REALLY?" Mimura shouted.
"I'M STARTING TO QUESTION YOU SEXUALITY!" Kataoka shouted also.
"IT'S ACTUALLY KINDA HOT!" Okajima adds.
"OH GOODY, THE CIRCUS IS IN TOWN!" Ed joins in.
"SHUT UP/URUSAI! ED!" Eddy and Edric retorted at Ed.
After some of the students voiced their opinions, Koro Sensei quickly got out of the outfit and got back into his casual clothes.
"Guilty as charged. Yes, alright, I'll admit it. I'm as excited about this excursion as you." He said, with two blushing circles and scratching his head.
Edric deadpanned as he picked his nose while Nagisa and Kayano laughed nervously.
'First midterms and now this trip? For EDsassins, our schedules are packed this season.' Edric thought as he looked at the readers.
(Cue Tougenkyou Alien by serial TV Drama)
(Instrumental)
(Then scene pans at the city of Tokyo, Japan. Edric walked in facing backwards as he turned around and gave a biggest goofiest smile. The scene changed to Kunugigaoka Junior High as pans away. Eddy and Ed came next as the two did the same thing as Edric. Then changed to the E-Class building in the mountain as it zooms closer. Double D came last as he gave his smile. The scene zooms to the classroom, in which no one was there except Koro Sensei with his arms wiggling about and giving his signature smile as the title appeared.)
Ed Edd Eddy n Edric: The EDsassination Classroom

(Edric was walking towards the halls of his dorm room, making his way to the bathroom, yawning. He picked his nose as his 13 year old self appeared behind him as did his 7 year old self. The scene changed to him sitting at the table with the other Eds as he drank his cola before throwing it away, hitting Eddy on the head, and ate his red bean paste on rice. Then Edrice was standing on top of the mountain, viewing Kunugigaoka Junior High and Tokyo from afar. The screen panned to the E class building as it gradually moved to the classroom, where Nagisa and Kayano by their desk as they looked up smiling, Karma glanced up and smirked, The Eds sat by their desk while Edric leaned back before looking up and smiled.)

(Yada, Kanzaki and Nakamura talked as they walked to the building. Nakamura decided to tease them a little as Yada blushed while Kanzaki simply smiled. Transition to Koro Sensei as he wiggled around before he split into nine and posed. Changed to Takebayashi and Okajima chat about the maid cafes with the Okajima gushing about the girls there on their way home. They then turned to see the Eds coming at them in a makeshift go cart with Edric driving, freaking them out, as they passed by them.)

(Nagisa and Kayano were driving their go cart with Karma with a Anti-Sensei rocket launcher and Sugino hanging on. Terasaka and his entourage were running with Ritsu on wheels, carrying Hara, Kurahash, Hazama and Okuda joining with Takebayashi and Okajima. Yada, Kanzaki and Nakamura were on theirs while Okano used skates. Fuwa pointed forwards as she's with Maehara and Mimura in their go cart. Isogai drove his cart with a nervous laugh while Kataoka sighed. Chiba and Hayami drove theirs with guns in hand. Kimura drove with Sugaya drawn in his sketchbook. Itona drove a makeshift motorcycle. Then Karma fired his launcher as it was going towards the Eds as they screamed in panic as it exploded into them.)

(The scene changed to the forest in the mountains where Edric was running in a military uniform as he wielded his Anti-Sensei bokuto in blue paint as he slashed his opposing students with it in a battle cry. The Eds joined him as they fought off as the scene changed to Takaoka with Smog, Grip and Gastro. Then the screen panned up to see Shiro along with the Reaper as he showed his frightening smile. Karasuma was having a meeting with his superiors before turning around and walking away as the scene flashed into Irina in her casual look, then to Gakuha Asano in his office, then to Aguri Yukimura in her lab coat.)

(The Eds emerged from the smoke from earlier and drove as fast as they could while Karma kept firing at them. The mountain was seen as explosions were seen as they gradually went down. The Eds stops at the fence of the school as Edric skidded, leaving tire marks on the ground. Edrice then faces the screen with a 'da' followed by Ed Edd n Eddy then Koro Sensei appearing above the Eds.)
EDsassination #8: Taking an ED Trip
(E-Class Schoolyard)
E-Class were sitting on the ground during PE, Karasuma stood in front of the students as he was about to brief them on their next assignment.
"Everyone's aware next week is our big, overnight trip to Kyoto, yeah?" Karasuma rhetorically asked. "Well, not to damper on the fun, but you're still on the clock."
"So, are we supposed to try to kill him there?" Okano asked first, referring to killing Koro Sensei on the Kyoto trip.
"That is the idea. Kyoto is a very large city, a lot more cosmopolitan than this area. For your safety, you'll be touring in designated groups. Koro Sensei will divide his time between you." Karasuma explains the plan to the students. "There are a lot of good sniper nests in the big city. We plan to have sharpshooters posted just about everywhere. Lead your target into the crosshairs, and the reward money will be parsed out between you and the lucky marksman. So stick to the sniper-friendly routes and keep those eyes peeled."
"Yes, sir." The students replied as they went on their day.
(After school)
The assigned group were to be four groups of six for the Kyoto trip. However, with the Eds arrival, the numbers went up to seven to even the groups. So, the Eds had to be separated and join one of the four groups. So, Edric walked up to Nagisa, Kayano, and Sugino and asked if he could be in their team. They agreed happily, and the samurai boy was now a part of the group.
"So only three spots left, who else are we going to fill those?" Edric asked the three. Nagisa thought for a moment before seeing Karma and called him.
"Hey, Karma. Do you wanna be with us?" Nagisa asked as Karma turned to them and smiled.
"Count me in." Karma replied.
"Uhh, you're gonna behave yourself, right?" Sugino asked the redhead, not sure about the problem child being in their group. "No getting into fights and all that stuff?"
"Yeah, sure. Don't worry, dude." Karma then took out a photo of him smiling happily with a beaten-up boy and a nervous girl as he wore a devilish smile, with devil horns and a tail. "When I stir up trouble out of town, let's just say that I know how to keep witnesses from reporting it."
"Oh great! And now he's part of our group! Way to go!" Sugino complained angrily to Nagisa.
"Eh. What can I say? We've been friends for a while." Nagisa looked away sheepishly.
"I feel ya, man. I have dealt with two problematic friends for a long time." Edric nodded sagely, then he noticed Yada walking by their group.
"Yo, Yada-san. Have you joined a group yet?" Edric called out to her, Yada stopped to look at him. "We have a spot open."
"Really?" She asked, he nodded as she replied with a smile. "Sure! Sounds like a lot of fun!"
Yada was so excited that Edric invited her to his group, now she can spend more time with him during the trip. Ever since he came, she can't help but feel attracted to him, especially with him value his friends more than anything. Though they had a rough start in the beginning but it worked out in the end. She hoped that they could get close during the trip.
As Yada was having her little moment, Kayano for some reason didn't seem all too happy about it as she glared at her big boobs.
"There are 6 people per group, three girls, three boys, and one Ed." Karma said. "You think our number 7 should be a girl, too?"
"Heh-heh! No sweat, I foresaw this and took the liberty of enlisting someone very special." Sugino chuckled confidently, stretching under his nose with a grin. He then moved to Kanzaki, who had just walked up to their group and gestured to her as if he was presenting the girl. "Ladies and gentlemen, class idol, Kanzaki."
Edric looked at her and recognized her from their first day in E-Class. A very beautiful girl with long, straight black hair and light brown eyes.
'Nagisa told me a bit about her. Diligent, ladylike, and on top of that, beautiful. Kanzaki doesn't stand out, but everyone in the class is crazy about her. There must not be anyone who would dislike being in a group with her.' Edric thought, slightly blushed at her beauty.
"Oooh! I'm totally for it!" Kayano said with wide eyes. Yada nodded in agreement.
"Thank you for letting me join." Kanzaki bowed her head at Nagisa and Edric, before smiling gratefully at them. "I'm flattered."
"No problem." Edric said as he smiled. Out of the girls he'd met, Kanzaki was the nicest girl other than Yada. He could help but fantasize being with her, dating her, marrying her, having a family with her.
Yada felt a slight irritation when he saw Edric spacing out, she didn't know why but she didn't like it one bit.
"Cool. So where in Kyoto do we wanna go?" Kayano asked them.
"Good question." Sugino said.
As the students were discussing themselves in their groups, Professor Bitch watched the class while leaning against the winds.
"Oh! You're all so cute. Excited to walk the city, boys and girls? Ah, so young and naive." She scoffed in amusement, flickering her hair in the air.
" Yeah, well, you can just stay here, Professor Bitch." Maehara said as he and his group were planning their trip.
"Be sure to water the flower bed~?" Yada said.
"Yeah, and watch out for that one stupid weed." Edric grumbled in annoyance at the mentioned weed in chapter 2. "We should also think about where we're going on day 2."
"Remember, we have to think about assassination." Isogai reminded them.
"I forgot to wear underwear, guys." Ed adds, the students looked at him in disgusted sans the three Eds deadpanned.
All while they were talking, Professor Bitch was at first a little taken back by the class ignoring her. But then her feelings turned to anger before she snapped.
"OH, NO!" She yelled and wiped out her pistol and pointed it at them. "IF YOU BASTARDS THINK YOU GONNA DEAL ME OUT OF THIS TRIP, THINK AGAIN!"
"OI! WATCH WHERE YOU POINTING THAT THING!" Edric yelled, taken back by the pistol. "YOU COULD'VE SAID YOU'RE GOING TOO Y'KNOW! YOUR WORDS ARE CONFUSING!"
"OH, I'LL SHOW YOU CONFUSING, YOU DEAD-FISH EYES!" Professor Bitch yelled back.
GACHA!
The door opened as everyone looked towards it. Imagine their surprise when they saw Koro Sensei walking in with several of his tentacles holding up a stack of red books. However, their surprise came from the books. Each of them was the size of cinder blocks, with well over a thousand pages.
"One for each of you!" The teacher said to his class.
"What are those?" Ed asked.
"They're school Field Trip Guidebooks." Koro Sensei answered before super-sped up and put a book in every one of the students' hands.
It was so sudden, and the books were so heavy, that they nearly dropped them. Ed didn't have any trouble, Double D's weak body was sent crashing to the ground from the weight, Eddy had to lift him up onto his shoulder, and Edric's were stretched all the way down and when the book landed, his fingers were crushed under the book.
"YEOWCH!" He yelled in pain, before pulling his hands out from under the book. He looked at his fingers, as they were pink, bruised, and flattened like a pancake. He turned angrily at Koro Sensei. "Oi! What are these things made of, bricks?!"
"Just a little something I threw together last night! Included are: illustrations of every major tourist attraction, the top 100 local souvenirs, and where to find them, travel self-defense techniques from basic to advanced." Koro Sensei explained, flipping through the pages of one of the copies. before holding a miniature Japanese palace. "Oh, best of all: the first edition comes with a model of Kinkaku-Ji!"
"You are way too excited for this trip!" Eddy yelled. The rest of the day was sent with each group planning out their route in the city.
(4th Wallbreak)
"As you could already guess, Koro Sensei likes to keep us prepared. And if all of the things that have been going on lately are any indications, this is going to be an educational trip." Edric said to the reader, putting the guide book away. "Can't believe I'm saying this, but I was actually excited. More exciting than the trip to the jawbreaker factory, if it weren't for Ed's brat of a sister getting in the way that time. This makes up for it."
(Tokyo - Local Arcade)
After planning out their days and routes for the EDsassination for tomorrow, the Eds make their way to the arcade for some down time before the trip. Luckily, Edric had some spare yen to play some games while they're in Japan. Eddy and Double D were reluctant on going until the mention of monsters or zombies convinced Ed to snag them to the joint.
"I don't understand why we're going to such a place, when we can spend this time going over our homework." Double D complained, being carried under Ed's arms along with Eddy.
"Me either, we could use that money to get us some Japan flavored jawbreakers!" Eddy exclaimed.
"You two don't understand, we're in the birthplace that led to create the most awesome games throughout the world." Edric tells them.
"Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! You uncultured swines." Ed said.
"Now where did you learn that word, Ed?" Double D asked. "I don't recall Koro Sensei teached you that."
"It'll be fun guys, I've heard that they have the Tekken game there." Edric said as he now sees the arcade in sight. He closed his eyes and smiled as he gestured his hands like using the game controls. "You'll guys love it, especially the-"
BOING!
He stopped when he felt something along with the three Eds. It was soft but firm enough that he could cup it in his hands. Edric opened his eyes to see what's in front of him and widened them in shock, Ed Edd n Eddy widened their eyes too upon what they and Edric saw.
In front of the Eds was none other than E-Class idol, Kanzaki, who was in front of the arcade for some reason. But she wore a purple sleeveless t-shirt, pink shorts and her hair was curled with the tips dyed brown. The Eds sans Ed didn't recognize her at first before they got a good look at her. She was still processing what's going on before she looked down to see Edric accidently groping her chest. It sank into her head as her face became red and her eyes swirled. Edric was so shocked that he couldn't help but finish his sentence.
"...One-kill combo?"
"KYAAAA!" Kanzaki screamed.
SLAM!
"MAVIS!" Edric shouted.
Kanzaki reacted by hitting Edric in the head as he face-planted onto the ground and screamed. The Eds couldn't believe that the sweet and refined Kanzaki, who is the popular girl to the boys in E-Class, dressed like some party girl. Not to mention Edric was the one who groped her in the chest. Kanzaki then gasped upon hitting Edric, which was out of character for her, and the fact that she hit one of her classmates. It all happened so fast she didn't think straight and panicked.
"I'm sorry, Edric!" Kanzaki kneed down to him. "Are you okay?"
"Ugh…" Edric groaned.
It took a few moments for Edric to recover as they went inside the arcade and sat by the snack bar. Kanzaki ordered some sodas for each of them to make up for hitting Edric in the head, which they accepted.
"Man, this is a surprise. Who would've thought that we've run into you, Kanzaki-san?" Edric said, holding an ice pack provided by Double D.
"I would say the same." Kanzaki said, taking a sip from her soda.
"If I may ask, Ms. Kanzaki." Double D said, getting her attention. "What brings you here at the arcade?"
"And dressing like that?" Eddy adds, gesturing to her current look. "You look like a party girl."
"Are you going to a party?" Ed asked, a simpleton he is.
"No, Ed. I'm not going to a party." Kanzaki answered, lowering her head. "I put on this look whenever I want to get out of the house."
"So, family problems, huh?" Edric asked as she nodded. "I see, so like the typical princess stories. Oppressed by her noble family and wanting freedom she yearns for a long time. Then her wish was granted by the hero, who came to rescue her from her family's clutches and live a happy life together. Yes, this is the tale of the E Class princess, Yukiko Kanzaki!"
"How come you come to that conclusion!?" Double D exclaimed.
"The hell did you make this up on the fly?" Eddy rhetorically asked.
"I like that story, Edric." Edd commented.
Kazaki awkwardly laughs, she knew that the Eds were a bit off when they first came here and was getting used to their antics and shenanigans. She was worried about them knowing her secret but it seems that she worried for nothing.
"So, can you guys keep this a secret?" Kanzaki asked, clapping her hands as she got their attention. "It's something I don't share with anyone."
"Don't worry, Ms. Kanzaki. We know how to keep a secret, right Eddy?" Double D glared at Eddy specifically, knowing that he has a big mouth.
"Okay, okay, sheesh. Get off my back." Eddy grumbled.
"Right, now that's outta way, let's not forget why we came here." Edric said as he gestures to the arcade games. "To play these Japanese arcade games! Let's have some fun before our trip to Kyoto!"
"Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! I forget what we're doing!" Ed cheerfully said.
Edric and Ed quickly grab Double and Eddy as they make their way to the games. Kanzaki saw them off while finishing off her soda and was about to go home. Then suddenly, Edric stretched and grabbed Kanzaki's arm, much to her surprise.
"We need someone to guide us about the games here!" Edric said and dragged her with them.
(Next Day - Train Station)
All of the students from A to E-Class were at the train station and now boarding the train that was heading for Kyoto. Each of the Eds was in their designated groups while Edric and his group were Group 4.
Double D joined Group 1: with Isogai, Kimura, Maehara, Okano, Okuda, Kataoka, and Kurahashi.
Eddy joined Group 2: with Mimura, Okajima, Chiba, Sugaya, Rinka, Fuwa, and Nakamura.
Ed joined Group 3: with Terasaka, Yoshida, Muramatsu, Takebayashi, Hazama, and Hara.
But even on the trip, E-Class was subjugated to the second-class cars. Waiting to be allowed on, they watched as the other classes were boarding the first-class cars.
"Whoa. Man, look at those lucky jerks getting to ride first class." Sugaya groaned.
"And just like always, we're stuck in coach. Yay for us, right, guys?" Nakamura said.
Kensaku Ōno, the douchebag-looking homeroom teacher of Class 3-D, stopped and sneered at E-Class.
"Now, now, boys and girls. Try not to look so sour. Rules are rules, you know how this works." He stated, Edric really wanted to break his face with Lake Kiryu. And just as if they were his little minions, Fatty and Four-Eyes popped out of the train's doorway to sneer at them.
"The student handbooks state those of us with the highest grade-point average get dibs on school funds." Four-Eyes said, wearing aviators.
"Oh-ho! Is that the putrid stench of abject poverty filling my nostrils?" Fatty mocked, while eating a chocolate cigarette.
"Oh, keep saying that big nose, and you'll be smelling the fishes." Edric growled, gripping his wooden bokuto.
"Pardon me, boys."
They all looked and saw Professor Bitch walking towards E-Class, wearing fancy and expensive-looking clothing. The assholes went nuts for her looks. Edric stopped being mad upon seeing Professor Botch in that particular outfit, no surprise from her except what he saw yesterday.
"Everyone having a glamorous day so far?" She asked.
"Uh, Professor Bitch? Why are you dressed like the paparazzi should care who you are?" Kimura asked as she approached them. Professor Bitch giggled amusingly for a moment, before pulling down her glasses to look at them with her eyes.
"When it comes to womanly wiles, a femme fatale pulls out the stops." she explained. Edric raised an eyebrow as he looked at Yada and saw that she was focused on Professor Bitch as if she was soaking up all the information she was giving them."Besides, travel is no excuse not to look devastatingly fashionable."
"You stick out like a sore thumb." Karasuma then walked up from behind, stopping a few feet away. "Go change. You're a chaperone, not a runway model."
"Oh, come on! Lighten up!" Professor Bitch said, turning to him with a smirk and her hands under her chin like a rich lady. "What's wrong with a little style? These kids are going to the city."
Karasuma's face then turned into one of rage, as he glared daggers at Irina with throbbing veins on his forehead.
"Shut up. Get change. Now!" Karasuma demanded.
Professor Bitch gulped as she sweated nervously along with the other kids in E-Class.
(Later in the train)
It turns out that she didn't pack anything else to wear that doesn't fit Karasuma's demands and was forced to wear her sleepwear. A purple sweater with black sweatpants. The students looked at her as she sobbed, while Karasuma was sitting casually in front of her, reading his tablet.
"What a poor excuse for an adult." Edric deadpanned.
"Since she's rich and just came to our school to kill, I'm guessing she's out of touch with how the masses think." Double D gave his hypothesis.
The train began to move as they traveled their way to Kyoto, the students just hung out and talked while they waited for their designation. Edric pulled out his Nintendo Switch and played it for a bit.
Ever since yesterday, he challenged Kanzaki to a fighting game and lost greatly and came close to beating her and wanted a rematch. So he's amping up his gaming skills when the time comes. Kanzaki noticed this and giggled silently as she knew that he was bitter at his loss yesterday, while Yada and Kayano were a bit confused when she giggled. Sugino looked around as he noticed that they were missing someone.
"Huh? Has anyone seen Koro Sensei?" He asked as he and his group looked around the train. "Was he even at the train station?"
Edric and Nagisa looked around until they looked out the window. Almost everyone in Group 4 screamed when they saw Koro Sensei on the other side of the window. Sticking to it from outside with a large backpack on. Edric quickly pulled out his iphone to call the teacher then he answered it.
"Oi! Why are you sticking to the window, Barnacle Sensei!?" Edric shouted at him via the phone.
"Uh…I was stocking up on munchies at the terminal and lost track of time. It's okay, I'll just stay until we reach the next stop. Cloaking Engaged!" Koro Sensei said, then turned invisible, but not completely. Only his skin was invisible. His clothes and oversized backpack were still to be seen. "Nothing to see here. Just some random clothes and luggage hanging from the side of a train."
"Get in here! You bad excuse of a chameleon!" Edric retorted with white eyes.
About a few minutes later, Koro Sensei was sitting in one of the chairs with his bag next to him in his human disguise. He panted exhaustively and wiped his forehead with a rag.
"Whew, who knew traveling incognito would be so exhausting? Goodness me." He panted.
"Might have been a little easier if you didn't bring such a big suitcase." Okajima said.
"No offense, but you weird people out as it is." Kurahashi commented.
"A lot more than the Eds." Nakamura added more fuel to the fire. Koro Sensei gasped that his fake nose fell off.
"Oh, come on. We're not that weird." Eddy defended. Edric looked up from his Switch and gave him the dead-fish eyes.
"I highly doubt that. We've been hurt countless times that should have killed us and yet we're still here, alive and breathing!" Edric exclaimed, throwing up his arms. "Remember you challenging Rolf for the Hairy Chest of Resilience Badge?"
"I'd rather not." Eddy quickly turned away, remembering that traumatizing day.
"The Hairy what?" Yada asked, as the students all looked at each of the Eds. Heck, even Koro Sensei, Professor, and Karasuma stared at them.
"Okay, now we've got to know." Mimura said. "We know that you guys caused a lot of problems back where you came from, but we don't know about your adventures-"
"EDventures?!" Ed exclaimed, jumping up and down from his seat. Then Edric threw his Jump at Ed's face as it fell, leaving an indent to his face.
"Urusai, Ed." Edric said to Mimura, making him sweatdropped. "Continue."
"Well, we know that you guys have caused a lot of problems but we've never heard about them before you guys came here. And with a name like 'EDventures', we gotta know, what did you guys do?" Mimura explained.
"Hah…Might as well gather around for those who want to hear it, because we did lots of Edventures for 2 years straight." Edric sighed as the rest of Group 4 sat around him. The other three groups sat around their samurai Ed. "Where to start, oh yeah, the beginning. It was after a whole summer with scams and shenanigans, we were ready to go back to school. But Eddy tried to trick everyone into thinking it was still summer."
"I was in charge of hamburgers!" Ed adds.
"They were just pieces of a tire, Ed." Eddy said, his turn to speak. "Well, that backfired, and we all went to their first day of school. Turned out that the school was going to put us in different rooms. We then made a deal with these girls called the Krankers to be in the same class. Should have just dealt with being separated."
"Then, there was that one Edventure where we ended up getting lost in flashbacks within flashbacks!" Edric exclaimed, getting a headache upon mentioning that. "I'm still trying to figure out how that happened!"
"I was given the task of delivering Ed, Eddy, and Edric's report cards to their parents, but they were determined to stop me, so we raced all over the Cul-De-Sac." Double D explained, simplifying things.
"There was that time that the whole neighborhood had a massive power outage, and somehow, Ed was able to convince everyone that it was the cause of 'mole mutants.'" Edric said, quoting the last word.
"And then there was that time Double D went insane because he couldn't get a shower!" Eddy laughed along with Edric.
"Then we told my baby sister and Jimmy that babies come from storks." Ed told his group.
"They still don't, Ed." Double D told Ed, before turning back to his group. "There was also that time Ed got a variety of wolf-themed gifts from his pen-pal, which triggered one of our classmates to act violently."
"I still say that Rolf has PTSD. That guy went nuts, even kidnapping us and toture us, thinking that we're with his family's enemy!" Edric exclaimed, he calmed down and continued. "After a week of boring classes, and PE, we tried to break out of school with this weird kid, Johnny 2x4. Long story short, it didn't work."
"Then I won at a Spelling Bee." Ed jumped happily in his seat. "Because I'm smart. And then, I got to take care of Rolf's lovable, huggable animals as he went to his family reunion."
"Eddy then tried to go undercover to get the person who's been writing 'Eddy is a no-neck chump' on the wall." Edric said, struggling not to laugh at Eddy's predicament .
"Then I started the whole school newspaper thing." Eddy said, smirked with arrogance.
"Which was filled with lies!" Double D scolded him from where he was seated. "And that's not the worst thing you did! Remember when you discovered that Kevin had a fear of needles, and you took advantage of his fear and told the school that it's booster shot day, making Kevin scared to death."
"It was worth it at the time." Eddy fired back.
"Really?" Edric looked over his seat, smarling at Eddy. "Like that one scam made Jimmy stop believing in fairy tales, only for it to turn out that all that time trying to make him happy was just a prank?! I was wearing nothing under that tunic, man!
"And then Eddy got the Crybaby Boo-Hoo Badge." Ed told his group.
"After he was nearly mangled, trying to complete the tests for the Hairy Chest of Resilience Badge." Edric puts out before groaning afterwards. "And don't even get me started on that time we joined the football team!"
"I'm still surprised that any of us survived that ordeal." Double D said with a shiver at the memory, especially what those Lumpers did to them.
"Me and Eddy were the mascots!" Ed exclaimed. "And we had a never-ending party with Johnny and Plank!"
"Right before I knocked Johnny out with that hunk of wood he called a friend." Edric groaned, and hated that party.
"Then there was that time we made a bet with the other students that we would go one day without doing any of our annoying habits." Eddy said, bitter that he lost though.
"We even built a city out of cardboard in the alleyway and convinced the kids that it was real. The people there were just cardboard cutouts." Edric tells them before he sighed. "And there was a time we made Ed a monster costume then he rampaged all over the Cul-De-Sac, thinking he's a real monster!"
"And let's not forget the time Kevin ruined your photo from picture day." Double D said, Eddy grumbled at that. "And we caused much more school property damage when you and Edric fought Sarah and Jimmy over the front seats of the school bus."
"Oi, oi, oi. That's what you were concerned about?!" Edric exclaimed, looking at Double D. "How about the fact that we also managed to BREAK THE SKY! I MEAN SERIOUSLY, HOW DO WE EVEN DO THAT!"
"And then Eddy found out that he had clones and founded Peach Creek." Ed said, being a simpleton. The student looked at Ed in confused looks.
"To clarify, Eddy's ancestors founded our neighborhood." Double D told the others. "He tried to exploit it until we found out that it was taken over by the ancestors of the Krankers."
"There was one time that Double D was thought to be the school's violent bully because of a series of misunderstandings and had to fight Jimmy to prove his innocence." Edric continued, then shivered after the fight. "Don't let his appearance fool you. That kid has a lot of pent up rage. Things died down after a while until we attended our first school dance."
"That was a good one." Ed said with a goofy smile.
"Unlike when Sockhead restarted that stupid safety club again." Eddy grumbles how their perfect snow day was ruined by their interference.
"Do I need to talk about that crazy Valentine's Day event?!" Edric groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose. "How did Sarah and Jimmy become those annoying pests in the first place?!"
"And during our next summer, we had our Big Picture Show! Ah, good times, goodtimes." Ed said happily.
While Koro Sensei's face looked about the same, all the students, including Karasuma and Professor Bitch, stared at the Eds with funny-looking anime faces. Blank white eyes and hanging jaws, as they stared in awe, shock, wonder, and most of all, disbelief. Looking at the four friends as if they were inhuman.
To them, they are inhuman!
"It was awful!" Edric cried, wiping his fake tears with his forearm. "Instead of a peaceful school year, we've been going through the same crap with the same idiots! SHIT!"
Kayano was the first to recover and giggled.
"Isn't it awesome." She said, getting most of the students to look at her in confusion. "How when you travel together, you see a whole unexpected side to people?"
"Make that really unexpected." Nagisa jokes. Edric started laughing, before the Eds and all the other students.
"Trust me, just ask and you shall receive. You'll probably see even more of our odd and crazy life." Edric jokes, making his group laugh.
"Hey, guys, I'm gonna make a run to the main car and get us some drinks." Kanzaki tells them. "Anyone else feel parched?"
"Oh, in that case, I'll come with you." Yada said.
"Me, too!" Kayano joins too.
Edric smiled, seeing them having fun despite being the lowest class in the school. Then he noticed that they bumped into some guys in another school. From the way they looked, they were a bunch of delinquents and probably up to no good. He saw one of them had a hold of Kanzaki's notepad, seeing that she's now on their hit list, he needs to do something before it goes south.
"Be right back, guys. Gotta use the can." Edric told his group.
He walked down the aisle as he went through the corridor and passed the thugs. Then his ability kicked in as time slowed down as he grabbed Kanzaki's book before the leader even notices. Good thing he's been practicing with his unusual ability or else he'll be in trouble and outnumbered.
"Too easy." Edric muttered with a smug before frowning when he saw some smudges on them. "He must've skimmed through it."
(Kyoto - Traditional Inn)
Turned out that the Eds telling their story was long enough that about a half an hour later, they were in Kyoto. The A to D-Class were staying at luxury hotels, E-Class were sent to stay at a small, traditional inn. It was fine to the Eds, sure a luxury hotel was nice but it was their first time being in a Japanese hotel. Edric heard about them from his mom but to be in one was like a dream to him. He looked to see Koro Sensei lying back on a sofa, with his head looking like it was deflating. He groaned groggily and didn't look too well.
"For a super mutant octopus that can break the sound barrier ten times over, he sure gets sick easily." Edric deadpanned upon seeing his teacher's sorry state, as Nagisa wrote Koro Sensei's new weakness in his notebook.
Koro Sensei's Weak Point #8: Prone to motion sickness
"You'll probably feel better if you lay down in our room for a while." Okano told Koro Sensei, as she stood behind the sofa with Kataoka and Isogai. Then three of them then started to try and stab him with their knives, but the teacher dodged all of the repeated attacks with ease.
"Perhaps later…" Koro Sensei groaned. "I need to pop back over to Tokyo for a moment first. Koro Sensei forgot his favorite pillow."
"You packed everything you could think of, and yet you couldn't remember a stupid pillow?!" Eddy glared at Koro Sensei, then pointed at the giant bag. Nagisa wrote that one down too.
Korosensei's Weak Point #9: Can't sleep without his own pillow
Edric sighed before turning around and looked down at the girls in his group. They were all searching in Kanzaki's bag.
"Any luck?" Kayano asked. "It's gotta be in there, you worked so hard on it, too."
"Mm-mm…" Kanzaki shook her head.
"I admire you going through the trouble of putting together an itinerary, Kanzaki. But if you can't locate it, don't fret. I have just the solution." Koro Sensei said, who is still dodging the three students' attacks and held up one of his guidebooks. "These handy dandy guide books contain everything you could possibly need."
"Yes, but each group put our own groups' organized and detailed itineraries to save us the trouble of having to carry those books around, sir." Double D said, pulling out his group's itinerary from his bag.
The mention of the itinerary reminded him and walked to Kanzaki as he pulled it out from his pocket.
"I distinctly remember putting it in my handbag…" Kanzaki stared down with a troubled look. "…I wonder if I dropped it somewhere."
"Well, it's a good thing that I picked it up." Edric handed it in front of her, she gasped upon seeing it and took it out of his hands.
"Thanks, Edric." Kanzaki looked up and smiled at him. "I'm glad that you found it."
"No prob. Helping out is what the Yorozuya Eds do." He gave a smug smile, showing off his coolness.
Almost every boy in E-Class was either glaring at him or sighing for getting on Kanzakis' good side. The girls deadpanned, seeing a typical boy going after the pretty girl. Yada, however, stared down at Edric with such a glare that it could burn into him.
(Next day - Gion District)
Edric's group started off early in the morning, going around and sightseeing all the tourist spots around Kyoto. While the rest of the group were mostly calm, Edric was staring at almost every building in sight with astonishment. Seeing the city, the ancient buildings, and palaces in person was like he's on a whole different side of it. So much that he almost forget all about assassinations if it weren't part of his assignment given by Karasuma.
But it turned out that Kyoto had its far shared history of assassinations according to Nagisa. He started explaining some of the assassinations that took place in the city, some of which would go on to change Japan's history forever. It was like hotspot for assassination back then and will be now. They're here with Koro Sensei, their target, whose death would mean the safety of the Earth and the city is a perfect spot to do it and be embedded into history as the EDsassination to save the Earth.
All they had to do was lead Koro Sensei into the sniper's crosshairs.
As the group walked to the next stop, Edric caught the sight of those school thugs from yesterday. It seems that they're following them now, it was getting annoying seeing their ugly mugs where it was supposed to be a fun school trip. They were heading down an alleyway that wasn't really on the path.
"Talk about off the beaten path. Gion is a ghost town this far in." Kayano commented. She wasn't that far off, even the sunlight was barely shining in the alley, giving it a dull gray around them.
"Yeah, places like this put a cap on the number of visitors they allow, so you catch many people just wandering around." Kanzaki explained. "Secluded and lots of good hiding places."
"So that's why you placed this route down on your itinerary." Yada said in realization.
"Yup, it's just the right place for an assassination." Kanzaki said.
"Yeah, it's a ideal place for assassination." Edric said with a grin. He then stopped and held out his arms to stop the others when three teenagers came out from cover and the shadows in front of them. "But also a bad place for an ambush."
Then they heard footsteps from behind and looked. 8 more teenagers were approaching, blocking the back way out. Edric grunted and put his hands on his bokutos, figuring that these types would not let them go and beat them up and take the their escape path was blocked, they had no other choice but to fight back.
"I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but something tells me you gentlemen aren't tourists." Karma said, not frightened by this at all.
"Don't try to be a hero, carrot top. Hand over your lady friends here and wa-" The high schooler was then pushed right in the face by Karma down to the ground.
"Y'see that? What did I tell you?" He boasted to his friends. "To hell with them. Without any witnesses, it's basically a free-for-all, so go nuts!"
"Hey!" Nagisa pointed at one of the thugs taking out his pocket knife.
"I'm gonna gut you like a pig!"
Karma then grabs a sheet from a nearby bike and throws it over the thugs head before he pushes them in the head.
"Strong words for a guy kissing the sidewalk." Karma insulted.
"Let go of me!" Kayano cried out.
"No! Stop!" Kanzaki cried too.
Kayano was the first to be grabbed from behind, then Kanzaki, and finally Yada. The busty student tried to scream, but her mouth was covered by the teenager's hand before she or the other girls could make a noise.
"What did we tell you?!" Karma was hit in the head by the leader with a pipe. He fell to the ground and was knocked unconscious. Then three other thugs then kicked him relentlessly.
"Leave him alone!" Nagisa shouted.
Sugino tried to help but he was kicked down and crashed into Nagisa as the leader snickered, but he was suddenly hit in the face by Edric's Laku Kiryu.
BLAM!
The full swing of his sword caused it to feel like he was breaking the kidnapper's face. Sending them to where his friends were kicking Karma and knocking them away from him. The leader grunted as he got up before he saw Edric coming in so fast for the human eye to see. His two minions got up and went in front of their leader to stop him but not before Edric took out his Anti-Sensei bokuto and swung them above their heads, knocking them out and probably giving them a concussion.
"Hurry and bring the car around." Edric looked up and saw the 6 high schoolers taking the girls away. The leader, who looked back at Edric with a sneer. "Yeah, that's right. Don't mess with us…"
WHAM!
Edric quickly leaped in and kicked the leader in the face before turning to the others.
"I'll go after the girls! Call Koro Sensei!" Edric shouted as he ran after them.
"Wait Edric!" Nagisa shouted but he ignored him.
Edric ran around the corner just in time as he saw the 6 thugs pushing the girls in giving such dirty perverted looks that make Okajima a good guy.
"Teme! Let them go!" Edric yelled as he rushed at the thugs.
The 3 of the 6 held their weapons: a pipe, a brass knuckle and bat as they ran at Edric. The first thug swung his pipe high but Edric parried with his Anti-Sensei bokuto and swung Lake Kiryu towards the thug's stomach as he kneed down, clutching his stomach. Edric then kicks him in the face, sending him flying before he catches two thugs above him and blocks them with his swords. He pushed them away and ran to rescue the girls but he tripped as he noticed one of them grabbed his ankle. He struggles to get the thug off him before noticing the other two were getting up along with the leader and the rest of them catching up.
"Shit!" Edric then kicked the thug's hand off his ankle and got up to see that the car was coming towards him. "Son of a-!"
KA-BLAM!
(Unknown Warehouse)
"Grk!"
Edric groaned as he opened his eyes to see he was in some kind of warehouse that is long since abandoned with the lights off except the one above him. Then he noticed that he was tied up in ropes with a chair and felt pain in his face. Surrounding him were the highschool thugs from earlier and the girls were being held by the sofa next to him.
"Well, well, well. Look who finally woke up." The leader mocked as the rest laughed.
"And look who had the guts to kidnap some junior high kids, you damn lolicons." Edric spat back.
BAM!
The leader punched him in the face and grabbed him by the collar. Yada begged them to stop as she, Kayano and Kanzaki tried to get up from the captor's hold.
"Shut your mouth! I had it with you elite asses thinking you guys are superior than us!" The leader sneered as Edric chuckled, much to their confusion.
"Elites. Superiors. I see, so that's all about." Edric looked at the leader with his dead-fish eyes, creeping him and the rest a bit. "Trying to stoop us to your level and all that. You have to do better than that. We dealt with that everyday."
"Oh, I will." The leader punched him again and kicked him in the gut as he went back to the wall.
"Stop it!" Yada cried, begging as tears came out of her eyes.
"Relax, I'm not going to kill him." The leader then turned to the girls, much to Edric's irritation and tried to break free. "He's gonna have a front row seat along with a big audience coming. I called some buddies of ours, and we're going to have ourselves a li'l commemorative photo shoot with you gals. Feel free to scream. No one'll hear you 'cept for us."
The girls only glared at him, trying to be brave against their kidnapper.
"You. I've seen you somewhere before, right?" The leader pointed to Kanzaki. "Yeah, sure I have, last summer in Tokyo."
"Oi. What are you talking about?" Edric demanded.
"You really don't know? She was really popular in the arcade." The leader pulled out his phone and went to images. He then turned around and showed it to Edric. To Edric's surprise, it was a picture of Kanzaki in her party girl outfit yesterday.
"Yeah, don't deny it." The leader, Edric nicknamed him Scarface, then showed the picture to the girls. Even they were surprised to see it. Kanzaki was, of course, most of all. "My boys spotted you first, told me to be on the lookout for a party girl. We were gonna kidnap you then, but I guess you lucked out and gave us the slip. Who'd thought that you gotta go to that school for geniuses? No judgment, though. I get it, the higher you are on the ladder, the more you wanna take a swan dive."
Scarface then brought his face close to Kanzaki, with his teeth dripping out saliva. Edric was getting angry but kept his cool and tried to get out of the ropes.
"Don't worry about a thing. Professor Ruin's gonna take all night teaching you to dive like a pro." Scarface said to Kanzaki, who stared with wide, scared eyes. He then turned to Edric "And you, after this, you're not gonna see tomorrow anything soon."
Edric only gave him the dead-fish glare, which Scarface shrugged off and laughed along with his buddies.
(Meanwhile with Nagisa and the others)
Nagisa, Sugino and Karma were knocked out by the thugs earlier but managed to regain consciousness moments later. Nagisa looked for Edric but only found his bokutos. Karma was pissed that the thugs got the upper hand on the fight and made it personal for him. Sugino was a bit down that he couldn't save the girls and helped Edric, now he's in the thug's clutches. They don't know what to do now or how to find them, then Nagisa recalls that Edric told him to call Koro Sensei and that's what he did. Then he took out Koro Sensei's guidebook and skimmed through and found a page about the case of kidnapping.
"'When a Group Member has been Abducted?'" Sugino read aloud from the guidebook, looking over Nagisa's shoulder. "I'll say it, what kind of 'guidebook' covers this stuff?"
"The sort of guidebook an insanely thorough teacher writes, apparently." Nagisa said as he flipped through the pages. "There's even a section on how to deal with seeing overpriced kyoto souvenirs for cheap in boutique shops back home."
"It's like walking through every possible scenario." Sugino sweatdropped.
"'Cheering Up Your Lonely Self After Seeing a Lovey-Dovey Couple. Specifically 'On the Banks of Kamo River.'' Nagisa read more of the pages.
"But that's not even a thing!" Sugino retorted.
"Well, at least reading this calmed us down." Nagisa said, much to Sugino's confusion. "I for one feel pretty confident about what to do."
"Alright then, let's rescue Edric and the girls." Karma said, standing up with Edric bokutos in hand. "We don't want to keep them waiting."
"Right!" Nagisa and Sugino said.
(Back with Edric)
Scarface and his posse were at the bar, laughing up a storm while waiting for their buddies to arrive. Meanwhile, Edric was loosening the rope so he can escape and get the girls out. Being in Ed's strong hugs for a long time gave him some idea how to slip out. Yada looked at Edric with a worried look on her face and her eyes were red from the crying earlier.
"Edric." Yada quietly whispers to him, trying not to get their attention. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, don't worry. I'll get us out of this." Edric said quietly, feeling the ropes starting to loose.
"So that picture." Kayano said to Kanzaki as she and the two looked at her. "Not gonna lie, it's kinda comforting to know even you went through a phrase. Never would've imagined."
"Yeah, what happened?" Yada asked. Kanzaki looked down in shame and guilt.
"My dad was crazy strict. Always on me about doing well in school and building up my resume. It was so suffocating, you know?" Kanzaki explains her tale, Edric knew about it but he didn't think it was so spot on. "I just couldn't deal. So I'd ditch the uniform, glam myself out, and hang where no one knew who I was. Felt like therapy. So stupid. Where did I expect to end up, right? It's E-Class for me. But now, I don't know where I belong anymore."
Edric stood silently, even a beauty like her has her own problems to deal with. Probably everyone in E-Class does, even himself and the Eds are no exception. He saw Scarface walking towards the girls as he squatted down to their eye level.
"Sounds to me like you'd be right at home with us." He said with the same sneer, surprising the girls. "Grades and all that pointless bullshit don't mean jack here. We aeat elitist scum for breakfast. Nothin' sweeter 'n knockin' stuffed shirts down a peg or two. The only thing that matters is having a little fun, right?"
"You're pigs." Yada snapped. Scarface's sinister smile drops and grabs Yada by the collar and holds her up.
"I see how it is! You really think you're better than me!" Scarface snapped.
Edric's anger was starting to boil up inside, he managed to loosen the ropes and picked up the chair.
"This is exactly what I'm talking about, you uppity bitch!" Scarface threatened Yada, who was gasping for air before he threw her at the sofa. "When we're done here, you go back to whatever fancy hotel you're in and tell whoever asked that you were out singing karaoke and lost track of time. Stick to that story, and no one gets hurt. Once we're back home in Tokyo, we can all hang out together. Maybe we'll scrapbook, do something artsy with the 'vacation photos' we're about to take."
WHAM!
Then the chair slammed down to his side, breaking it into pieces, as Scarface knocked back to the wall before sliding to the floor.
"Oi, I have something to tell you guys who are scumbags of society." Edric said as he walked towards them. "When you approach a woman, you have to go easy on her to get her used to the pleasure before you go right in."
"Teme!" Scarface gets up as he is going for a punch.
Edric smirked as his ability kicked in, Scarface's punch was getting slower and slower before he grabbed his arm and threw him at his buddies. Knocking them away from him and the girls as time resumes for him.
SUBALUWA!
"Wow. That's so cool, Edric!" Kayano exclaimed in joy, Yada and Kanzaki were amazed by his profound strength.
Scarface and his posse stood up again as the former glared at Edric, rubbing the back of his head. Edric gave him a smug smile, making the leader even madder, as he stood in front of the girls.
"That's it. I don't know how you got out of that chair, but you're dead now!" His face grew a sinister and evil grin. "Now we're going to cut you up into tiny pieces in front of your friends, and it's not going to be pretty."
"You're welcome to try but you and your posse have blown enough steam for one day. But if you guys want to fight, I'll be glad to take you all on." Edric tells them, cracking his knuckles as his hair covering his eyes and his arms spread out. "Now, who's first! Let's start the first tournament of Fight Wars!"
The girls were now getting worried about him fighting all by himself while the thugs began to laugh. Then they rushed toward Edric as he showed his demonic look and smiled viciously.
"Welcome to my EDisciplinary course!" Edric exclaimed.
BOOM!
Suddenly, the door was sent flying off its hinges as the thugs didn't have time to react before the flying door hit some in their way. The door picked them off their feet before it slammed against the wall. It then opened as any other door would, and the unconscious kidnappers fell through it and onto the floor one by one.
The high schoolers and junior high kids looked at what had just happened in shock and awe. Except for Edric, who was confused as hell.
"Huh?" Edric said, his dramatic scene was interrupted by something so ridiculous and he knew who could do that.
"School Trip Guidebook, page 1043."
Kayano gasped upon a familiar voice and looked at the open doorway. Nagisa stepped out of the darkness while holding up his guidebook.
"'What To Do When a Group Member Has Been Abducted.'" Nagisa said as he came out of the darkness, two beaten young men were thrown over his head and in front of the high schoolers. The thugs gasped when they recognized their friends in front of them.
"'If there are no leads on the perpetrators, think back to any colloquialisms, accents or linguistic quirks that might indicate whether said perpetrators are local.'" Double D stepped out from the doorway to join Nagisa. He, too, had a guidebook open as he read.
"'If not, and the perpetrators were wearing school uniforms, refer to page 1334.'" Eddy stepped out of the darkness, grinning while he dragged a beaten high schooler. Surprisingly, he had a guidebook opened too. Then Ed came out with a mad face, surprising the girls.
"'If the perpetrators are in school uniforms, you might be dealing with a rival school out causing trouble.'" He read out loud, as Karma and Sugino came out with him, ready for battle.
"You found us!" Kayano shouted in relief.
"Took you guys long enough." Edric sighed, slouching. "You guys totally ruined my moment."
"It's your fault for letting yourself be kidnapped in the first place, Edric." Double D scolds him, despite the situation they're in.
"Yeah, don't hog the spotlight for yourself." Eddy smirked.
"What the hell?! How'd you even know where to look?!" Scarface exclaimed, shocked and angry.
"It's simple, really. That sort of group, being unfamiliar with the area, will not flee far after the kidnapping. They will surely look for a narrow perimeter from prying eyes. In such a case, let's turn to appendix 134." Double D explained. He, Eddy, Ed, and Nagisa all turned the pages of the large book to the right one. Double D then shows the kidnappers with a flashlight shining on a map of Kyoto. "This map that our teacher created beforehand at Mach 20 will be a useful countermeasure against kidnappers in hiding."
"Heh. That sly octopus." Edric laughed a bit.
"I have to admit." Eddy said, looking at his guidebook with a smirk. "This thing's heavy, but it's incredible."
"No kidding. That guidebook is straight-up amazing!" Sugino exclaimed. "There's nothing Koro Sensei didn't think of!"
"Right? Definitely worth lugging around. We should take one with us everywhere." Karma admitted.
"YOU'RE GETTING ALL OF THIS FROM A GUIDEBOOK?!" The high school thugs shouted while Scarface glared at them. He and his goons were so worked up that they didn't even notice Edric secretly untying the girls behind their backs.
"Alright, so what's it going to be gentlemen? Fight or flight?" Karma asked, giving them all a calm smile that was radiating with danger. " We'll go easy if you back down now, but after you've put us through, you're not getting out of this unscathed. That's a promise."
After Edric untied the girls, they walked away from the high schoolers, before going around them. Scarface soon noticed them, but not before their victims rejoined their friends. Edric cracked his knuckles as Karma gave him back his swords. He then heard the sounds of stomping coming from the other door to their left.
"Actin' all badass, you Junior High brats crack me up." Scarface grinned. "Why don't you say hello to some friends of mine. See how far that attitude gets you with them?"
However, when the door opened, a familiar tentacle appeared from it. It held a bunch of unconscious high schoolers by their necks as they wore swirly glasses.
"They…AAAHHHHH!" Scarface screamed, freaked out by the tentacle holding them.
"Say hello to them if you like." Koro Sensei said as he came into the room. His eyes were glowing bright red with a veil over his face. "Be advised, though, they probably won't hear you."
"It's Koro Sensei!" Nagisa exclaimed in joy.
"Sorry I'm a little late to the festivities." Koro Sensei said, tossing away the high schoolers he knocked out. "After I brought the Eds over, I figured it'd be best to let you handle this on your own while I searched elsewhere, just to cover all the bases."
"Okay, but that doesn't explain why you are wearing a veil?" Edric asked.
"Violence is always regrettable. I'd rather not associate my face with what I've just done, or what I'm about to do." Koro Sensei explained.
"THAT'S NOT HELPING IF THEY SEE THAT YOU'RE NOT HUMAN!" Edric retorted.
Koro Sensei's Weak Point #10: Worries about keeping up appearances.
"Good work following the instructions in the guidebook, Nagisa. I'm glad I had the foresight to provide for them." Koro Sensei said, giving all of his students each their own copies of the guidebook in highspeed. "However, it appears that I wasn't quick enough to stop them from hurting you, Edric."
"No worries, this is nothing compared to back home." Edric said, putting his copy down.
"Hold on! This freakazoid's your teacher?! That's the biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard!" Scarface exclaimed, he pulled out a bottle of beer as he and his posse charged at them.
"Such language." Koro Sensei then appeared in front of his students and without warning, smacked all of the thugs in the face. "I'll thank you for not using it in front of my students."
All of them were knocked out except for Scarface, who was still conscious, as their heads were almost twisted around by the great power behind Koro Sensei's smacks. He fell to his knees, while his brain attempted to figure out what just happened. It was so fast that he couldn't see it. Then Koro Sensei turned black as he opened his mouth with steam coming out of it and his eyes glowed red again.
"And unless you can move faster than me, you'd be smart to keep your filthy hands off them, too." Koro Sensei threatens. Scarface struggled, but he managed to stand up again.
"Wow. So even the teachers they hire at that damn school are special. Prolly gets off by looking down on us like the other kids do." He angrily said, before pulling out a knife. "Well, look down on this!"
WHAM!
Edric then appeared before him and hit Scarface with Lake Kiryu, knocking him back to the wall.
"Urusei bakayaro." Edric snapped with a glare and pointed his sword at him. "Don't preach shit like that while the EDiscipline course is going on. Like I told you before we're dealt the same shit as you everyday."
"He's right. You have the wrong impression." Koro Sensei said. Scarface stood up and rushed at them along with his posse. Then he punched two of them with his tentacles. "The school these boys and girls attended is special, yes. But they're considered outcasts."
One of the goons rushed at Edric as he readied Lake Kiryu, but Ed came over and used his head to headbutted the young man in the face. Sending him flying away into a wall.
"Their class is the target of merciless scorn."
Another high schooler rushed at Nagisa and the rest, but Double D pulled out a slingshot that he put together before the fighting. He shot a rock at the young man in the head, knocking him out to the ground.
"Even so, bleak as their situation may seem, they stay commendably positive."
A third high schooler held up a knife and rushed at Edric as he noticed and was about to fight back. But then Eddy jumped in and swung his book into the left side of the kidnapper's face as he flew before flopping to the ground.
"Never would these children dream of pulling others down to their 'level' out of spite."
Scarface lunged at Edric with his knife ready to stab into the boy. Edric parried it with Lake Kiryu and thrust his Anti-Sensei bokuto to his gut. Sending him flying into the ground for the third time today.
"They're not privileged, they simply worked hard. And there's a moral for you. As the old saying goes, in clear waters or murky, fortune favors the fish who swim upstream." Koro Sensei continued to say, as Kanzaki stared at her teacher and the Eds in amazement. "Okay, boys and girls, let's take care of business. These misguided young rascals are in desperate need of a lesson in proper field trip etiquette, wouldn't you agree?"
"Matte, Koro Sensei." Edric walked up to Koro Sensei. "I was about to instill these punks a lesson before any of you showed up. Mind if I finish this lesson?"
"Really?" Koro Sensei asked, Edric looked up and nodded. "Well then, by all means."
Scarface and his posse got up, but not before they saw Edric coming at them as he jumped high in the air with his bokutos ready.
WHA-BLAM!
Edric knocks them flying when he comes down with such massive force as they send back into the wall. They fell down as they left an imprint on the wall before hitting the ground. Scarface looked up and saw the sight of Edric holding up Lake Kiryu over his shoulder while holding Anti-Sensei Bokuto like a walking stick. His face shadowed from the light behind his head, only his dead-fish eyes are seen as they gleaned to give off a demonic look.
"And that concludes the EDiscipline course!" Edric smiled smugly.
This was insane. The teacher, the guidebooks, the four kids that defeated his goons. They were like something out of a cartoon!
They're out of their league!
'Y'know…I'm starting to think we picked the wrong kids to mess with.' Scarface last thought before losing consciousness.
(A few moments later)
After Edric dealt the last blow to the high school punks, they exited the building while Double D made him sit on the getaway car to treat his wounds with his first-aid kit he coincidently carries around.
"Ow! That stung!" Edric yelped when Double D applied some medicine.
"I know it hurts, but don't worry." Double D told him, wearing a face mask and latex gloves. He then smiled at his handy work. There was a patch taped to Edric's right cheek, tissues in his nostrils and bandages around his head. "You're all set."
"Are you sure, Edric?" Sugino asked, as he and the others gathered around him, some of them had worried expressions. Kanzaki, especially, felt guilty for what Edric had to deal with. "You look like you took quite the beating."
"If you want, I could go back in and take out the trash of a ringleader." Karma offered.
"We get it, you're a scary dude." Sugino said with half-lid eyes.
"It's fine, I told Koro Sensei I've dealt with worse back home." Edric waved him off. He then turned to the girls, he saw that Kayano and Yada were relieved but Kanzaki was a bit down, probably earlier was traumatizing for her. He then walked up to her and gave a pat on her shoulder, surprising her. "Don't look so down, just be proud and be who you are with your head up high."
Kanzaki stared at Edric that it felt like a lifetime. For a long time, she was told to be an ideal girl around everyone and fit into society. When the Eds knew her secret, they didn't shun her but they accepted her for who she is and respected her decision. She remembered back at the arcade, she was having a blast with them and laughing with them especially when Edric bitterly lost to her and claimed his revenge on her.
Edric's right, it doesn't matter who they think of her, whether it is her family or not. She'll be proud and believe in herself with her head up high.
"Well said, Edric." Koro Sensei said, getting their attention. "Most folks would've been traumatized by what you've just experienced. Yet, you shaken it off without batting an eye. In fact, I dare say the whole ordeal has empowered you."
"What do you know? I guess it has." Kanzaki smiled. "Thanks for coming to the rescue!"
"Don't mention it. Nurfufufufufu." Koro Sensei giggled. "Why don't we carry on with our field trip, boys and girls?"
They all nodded, before walking down the street towards their next destination. Edric hangs his left arm inside his blazer and hums before turning to the other Eds.
"So, I take it no luck killing him for you guys?" Edric asked his friends.
"Naw, he just keeps making a fool out of us." Eddy groaned.
"Dang it, we never got to try out our assassination plan." Sugino complained.
"Then we'll try again tomorrow," Nagisa implied with a smile.
"Nurufufufu. Best of luck to you." Koro Sensei said.
'Well, that was the problem with all of this. When your target is an outstanding teacher, you just want him to stay around forever.' Edric smiled and continued walking with his friends.
As the group were walking their way back to the inn, Yada walked with Kayano and Kanzaki while getting a peek at Edric. She watched him talking to his friends, who were still worried about him with those injuries dealt by those high school thugs. He was still waving them off like it was nothing, but she could tell he was limping despite his tough act.
She thought back when the Eds first arrived in E-Class, out of all of the people she'd met at Kunugigaoka, the Eds stood out and Edric stood out the most to her. He's strong, easygoing, silly, has a sweet tooth, and cares for his friends who accepted him for who he is as he does the same. He would always lend a helping hand and goes out of his way to comfort them in their time of need, reminding her of Koro Sensei in a way. The EDventures Edric told them back in the train, he always joined in on the fun even if it went totally wrong.
But he had a short temper when someone insults him and his friends, he'll react to every petty thing and would rush in to save his friends from harm despite putting himself in danger. She felt hurt when she saw Edric was beaten up by the high schoolers but he reassured her with a smile on his face.
She couldn't get him out of her head, not just because of his scar and those dead-fish eyes of his. To her, he'll always be true to himself and didn't care if others avoided him. After she spent her time knowing him, all these traits made him so much special.
Yada didn't know why but she felt funny whenever she's with Edric and felt angry when he looked at Kanzaki like the rest of the boys in class. It's like she's…
Jealous?!
When she figured that out, everything was becoming clear to her, if she was getting jealous then there's one thing that's making her this way.
'Can it be…' Yada placed her hand over her heart and heard it skip a beat. '...I'm having a crush on Edric?'

(The scene showed the crescent moon as it zoomed out before it glitched showing Koro Sensei's face in its place. Lake Kiryu was showed as it panned up, Anti-Sensei rifle panning to the left, Anti-Sensei gun spun across the screen, and the EDsasssination Plan Journal panned downward. Back to the moon as glitched again, revealing the E-Class building.)

Eddy wore a white millionaire suit counting his money with Nakamura in an elegant dress having a drink. The Eds in whote silhouette were walking home passing by Kunugigaoka Junior High.)

The scene split vertically as Ed appeared, then Double D, Eddy, and Edric. Ed was in his monster costume as he rampaged on a city set while Fuwa recorded it on her phone. Changes to night as the moonlight shows a daisy sprouting from the ground.)

E-Class does their regular shooting on Koro Sensei as he dodges them on Mach 20. Koro Sensei flew across the ocean before he sped up close to the screen as he gave his signature laughter.)
