Notes: I find it kind of unbelievable that Sakura never had cookies and milk before, but she never has for the purpose of this fic. Written for the 7snogs community on LiveJournal. Reviews are love and chocolate chip cookies.
"What do you mean you've never had chocolate chip cookies before?" Masumi looked at Sakura, his face showing his disbelief. He couldn't believe she'd never had them before.
"It's true," Sakura said with complete honesty on her face. "My mom believed that chocolate was bad for me, so I couldn't eat it. And after so long without, I never wanted to try it."
"Well, try them with this," Masumi said, pushing a glass of milk towards Sakura, which she eagerly took.
A smile immediately lit up her face. "This is good!" she exclaimed, drinking more of the milk with the cookies.
"I know something that's even better than milk and cookies," Masumi said with a grin on his face.
"What's that?" Sakura said, a small smile on her face. Masumi then leaned across the table and planted a kiss directly on her lips.
"Do you agree with me now that kissing's better than what you're eating?" Masumi asked with a mischievous face.
"Oh yes, I definitely agree," Sakura replied, her look mirroring his, as she leaned in to kiss him again.
