Prologue
Shirou Emiya woke up groaning. What was he doing a minute ago? Oh yeah. He and Saber had just destroyed the holy grail, and Saber had just declared her love for him. But before she could fade away, there was a flash of light, and now he was here in, a movie theatre? He looked around, taking in his surroundings. Saber was waking up on his right, Illya in front of him, Sakura next to Illya, and Rin on his left. "Is everyone okay?" He asked. Saber started to speak, closed her mouth, and then answered. "I am, although I no longer seem to be a servant." Wait, you're alive again?" "It seems that way." Shirou looked to Rin, last he saw her, she had been nearly murdered and left to die by Kotomine. However, she seemed completely fine. Sakura was well, and Illya looked better than she had in a while. Shirou looked relieved, everyone was okay, and Sab-, no, Arturia was still here. Rin groaned, "Is he dead?" "Yes, they're both dead. But the grail was corrupted an I ordered Saber to destroy it." Rin's eye twitched in annoyance. Illya was angry that she had suffered for nothing, and Sakura; "wait senpai, you're a magus?" Shirou was surprised she knew what was going on, but in retrospect, it made sense. Shinji had said the Moutos were a magus family, and Shinji clearly hadn't summoned Rider himself. "Not exactly. I do practice mage craft, but I'm not interested in the root. I was planning on becoming a hero." Sakura nodded. "That makes a lot more sense." Rin rolled her eyes at the idea of a hero making more sense. It was at that moment their host/kidnapper cleared his throat, gaining everyone's attention. "Greetings." Everyone looked at their host. He was silver armor over a form fitting, navy blue, body suit. His helmet hid his face, and a long blue cape roled down to his calves. Artoria tried to summon Excalibur, and then remembered she had it returned to the Lady of the Lake. Shirou, Rin, and Illya on the other hand, found they couldn't use their magic. "What's happening?" Rin Muttered in disbelief. Shirou and Arturia moved to the front of the group. "Relax everyone. I mean you no harm and I will send you home when I am done, better off then when I took you even." Arturia studied him for a minute before relaxing. "He's telling the truth." Shirou relaxed, followed by Rin and then Illya. Sakura, the only one who couldn't protect herself, had stayed still the entire time. "Thank you everyone. I'm Crusader, and I thought it would be fun to show you another universe." Everyone was surprised at this, "Wait, you can access the second magic?" Rin asked. Crusader nodded. "This section of the omniverse is the only one where the world fights people's ability to use magic. While still rare where I'm from, magic is still easier to use, and with the right training and effort, anyone could do this." Rin and Illya looked disbelieving. Shirou was interested, and Sakura didn't care. "Anyways, if you say no, I'll send you back, everything returns to normal, and King Arthur gets sent to Avalon." He said, pointing at Arturia for the last bit. Said king was annoyed that her identity was revealed, even if Shirou trusted everyone there. Rin was about to comment but was interrupted. "However, if you agree, I get some entertainment, this place will improve your circuits, as well as some other positive effects," he said looking at Sakura, "Arthur gets to live the life she should have gotten, and time will be frozen outside and no one will know you were missing. This will also be sealed via geass." What do you say?" Everyone Looked at each other and nodded. "We're in."
