Chapter 328.
In collaboration with avenger4 and Vasmasdas1.
(September 14, Royal Woods Middle School, after classes.)
The school day is over and Lincoln and Jordan are both headed out of the school and both planning to head to the loud house. "So, today is your mom's birthday and she probably knows what's gonna happen right?" asked Jordan.
"Well, probably. She has known about all the surprise party's we have when it comes to our birthdays, but most of the times she has no clue" replied Lincoln. "So, we're hoping that she doesn't know and that she has been too busy to even notice."
"Let's hope my mom can keep her occupied until the whole shindig begins" said Jordan. They then hear some caw sounds and look up to see Patriot and Valkyrie along with their three young eagles.
"That could only mean Lucy, Lana, Lola and Lisa are now home and the older sisters are also back home" replied Lincoln. "We should get going too. Leni and the others will need all the help they can get to make this birthday for mom special."
"Your mom is turning 40 and she still knows how to maintain everything from all of you, she's one tough gal to handle all 11 kids in one house" replied Jordan. They both head to their bikes. "Also, Clyde and Chloe said they were gonna be part of the birthday party as well, why the heck did they decide to stay after school though?"
Lincoln also tries to recall. "Well, from what Clyde told me when we got here, he said he'd catch up later to the house with Chloe. Whatever they have planned, must be a big one."
While they both head to their bikes, coming out of the school next are Leslie, Regina, Chastity, Karen, Hope and Gretchen and they are in no mood for anyone today.
They look around and see the students around them whispering and snickering, they all know about what they tried to do on Saturday and how horrible they're plan went and ended up humiliating herself and her friends, they're the complete laughing stock of the whole school and it has been bugging them all day.
"Ugh! This day sucks it hard!" said Karen. "We're all the laughing stock of the school through that failed plan. How the heck did we not get the Intel on what they were up to?!"
Gretchen sighs. "Whatever happened on that day, I don't think Loud and Rosato had it all planned out. I think it was made by some random people who rigged it all while we dozed off for an hour of waiting and watching."
"Lesson learned I guess" said Chastity. "When we have a plan, we do not doze off and just let out servants watch over it. But how come they didn't even notice it sooner, and why did they smell like pastries when we woke up on that day anyway?"
"Whatever happened to us that day will not be the last time, we will come up with something to take them down!" said Regina. "I know I'd say that this plan to get rid of Rosato is dumb, but now I am so all in on it!"
"Same here, if Leslie wants Lincoln then she'll get Lincoln Loud. We're all in on this" said Hope. They then look to Leslie who spots Lincoln. "And here we go."
Leslie and her friends go over to Lincoln and Jordan who are about to hop onto their bikes. "Hi Lincoln."
Lincoln and Jordan sigh. They both do not like that voice and it's always a sign of trouble when they hear. "Just one day on the weekdays can we not have that annoying voice" said Lincoln.
"I just visualize a squirrel talking and trying to find her nut" replied Jordan. This makes them both chuckle and annoys Leslie and her friends.
"Anyway, I see you're big sister isn't here to pick you up. Why not just ride with us in the limo instead of wasting your time pedaling on your bike?" said Leslie. "We can talk and get to fully know each other Lincoln."
"Yeah, hard pass. Not a fan of limo's anymore after a bad conflict between me and the worst rich guy in the town, who is now gone for good and sure wish you were out of the town for goof" replied Lincoln.
Leslie giggles. "Oh you're so funny Lincoln, but seriously join us in the limo and you ight just like hanging out with us than with those kids you call friends."
"Leave us alone Silver. He said he doesn't wanna ride in your dumb long car!" said Jordan in anger. "Why don't you and your gross gals just go and talk about hate in a pit of slime." this makes the kids around them hear it and chuckle, they all recall the video and it's still funny.
Leslie and her friends are annoyed by Jordan. "Well, I wasn't talking to you Rosato, I was talking to Lincoln." She then turns her gaze to Lincoln. "So, come on with us and we can have fun and leave behind the past that literally is just a drag, we're the future and we can start a better one in this town."
Lincoln groans. "I am in no mood for this dumb anarchy you even put me through. No means no, Silver. Leave me and everyone in my life alone! I'm with Jordan and my family is not gonna partake in your stupid rich life with your parents who aren't even around! Leave us be!"
Everyone goes "Oh!" at what he just said to her, and this shocks Leslie and her friends that he would use those words on her.
Lincoln then looks away with Jordan on their bikes and they put their helmets back on. "You try and mess with my family, and I'll mess with yours, even if it means bringing in some harsh things just to get you to shut it." They then leave the school and everyone else goes back to leaving the school grounds and heading home, and many of them recorded all of this and it's posted again.
Regina notices all of this. "Great, now we're still gonna be trending for the whole week! How the heck is Loud even good at talking back to us anyway?"
"Because he's been through so much conflicts throughout his lifetime, so he knows how to handle others" replied Gretchen.
Leslie smiles. 'Well played Loud, well played. But sooner or later, you will love me and see things my way.' Leslie and her friends all head into the limo, but as Karen closes the limo door, the insides explode and they scream and panic.
All six of them come out in panic and covered in slime and mud. "What the heck was that?!" yelled Hope. "Not this again!"
"Who the heck did that?!" asked Karen.
The students then take pics of this and post them and then laugh, this makes Leslie furious. "This is so not over!" But what they don't know, is that Zach and Giggles were hiding in the bushes and they ride off on their unicycles back home, prank success.
(The Loud House.)
All the louds are busy for today, the decorations are being setup in the back of the house, and they have to make sure al is setup properly. Leni is looking through the clipboard she has and she checks all the violet decorations. "Okay, so mom's favorite color is on and looks good, and even on the tree house it's nice."
"We got the table's setup for when Pops comes back with the food from the restaurant" replied Luna.
"We also made sure the house is all cleaned up of anything dusty or gross" said Luan. "And it sure was as dirty and as hard as it looks!" Luan chuckles.
Lynn Jr comes out with her hands washed. "Man, I loved vacuuming for once. Got to lift so many things and get the vacuum to spots I couldn't reach, now that was a challenge, but I prefer a better one."
"The toilet has been check on and the sinks have also been fixed" replied Lana. "Also, I was able to clean up whatever we left in the couch, even though she was new months ago."
Lola then comes to them on Lulu. "Everyone, the guests are here!"
"Yes, Albert and Myrtle, Ruth, the Sharps, Stella, Some of Rita's friends from high school and Lori have arrived. They are now ready to celebrate the 40th birthday of Rita Loud." replied Lulu.
Lisa then comes out of the space lab capsule. "Everyone, our mother is still at the spa with Jesse Rosato and they will be there for when we give them the signal. Chances they must be at the hot tubs enjoying the warm and rejuvenating waters, so they could be close to ending it and we have not yet gotten a single response from father on when he's coming back, also Lincoln and Jordan with our eagle friends are inbound here."
Luna looks to Bullet. "Go and make sure Linc and Jordan get here bud." Bullet nods and he takes off to the skies to get to where Lincoln and Jordan are.
Then they see the guests coming to the backyard. "Pop-pop! Gran-gran!" they all go over and hug they're grandfather and Gran-Gran.
"We're glad to see you guys too and it's also nice of Lori to come by as well" said Albert.
"Well, I had some free time for the whole day and I did not come here with my car" replied Lori.
They then see Peter Harris also walk into the backyard. "I had to pick her up using the Twinblade gunship, none of the dropships were available for use."
Leni goes over and hugs her big sister. "So glad you're here Lori, it won't be much of a birthday party without all of us here for mom."
Lori also hugs her back. "I know Leni." they then break the hug and Lori looks around. "Wow Leni. You really outdid yourself once again, good touch with the décor and everything else, but the question is where the heck is the food?"
"Dad said he's gonna make it and he has Stella's granny and mom and dad, Rick and Michelle Lewis and his new co-chef helping out" replied Lucy. "They're gonna be here soon, but they're not making the cake, I think they got someone else to make that one."
"Well, we should get ready then and we're not here just for the food Ruthie." Albert looks to his sister. "We have to do our part and help out in the food being brought here."
"I know Albert, I wouldn't wanna be rude on the birthday of my grandniece also, are there gonna be more guests coming?" asked Ruth.
"They should be here right now" said Leni. They then see Mr. Grouse, the boss of Rita from the Royal Woods Gazette and of course Dr. Finestein have arrived. "Looks like we have everyone, now all we gotta do is wait for dad and the food and then Lincoln and Jordan."
"Or just wait for dad to get here." Lincoln and Jordan come to the backyard with the eagles. "Glad you guys came and so nice for the Sharp's to also be here as well."
"We're all friends here, and also one big family" replied Sam.
Then they see Bullet come down and squawk to them. "I think dad is coming!" said Luna.
They all get to the front of the house and they see Lynn Sr with the food truck and then they see Clyde and Chloe with them, and of course Clyde's dads and Chloe's family are also there. "Hey guys!"
"Clyde? We thought you guys were still at the school" said Jordan.
"We were, and we finished the cake for Mrs. Loud" replied Chloe.
Leni then sees the pattern in this. "Oh, so you two are the ones dad hired to make mom's cake. It makes sense since you two were at Baking/Cooking Camp for the summer. Is it the favorite flavor I asked for?"
"It is and we made sure it looked extravagant for today's party" said Clyde. "We made it far more special than any cake we've made, but we can still make cakes that could top off any we've made in the past."
"He's not wrong, Clyde and Chloe know how to make the right pastries and food with ease and through hard work" said Harold. "Kinda like a cooking show duo or something."
"Okay everyone, let's get the food unloaded and to the backyard before Rita gets here" said Lynn Sr.
They all go to the back of the food truck and they see Rick and Michelle handing them plates with lots of food that Lynn Sr made, they're all special and made by him with the help from those who aided him through it all.
Then Rick and Michelle, along with Stella's mom pushed the large box from the very back and Peter, Luna, Lori, Albert and Lynn Sr slowly placed it onto the wheeled table and they slowly and carefully push it to the backyard. For this was the cake.
"Wow! This thing looks tall!" said Peter. "How many layers is this beast of a pastry?"
"We lost count to eleven" replied Clyde. "The hard part was getting her out of the Home-Ed room."
"We had to hand them layer by layer through the window and to your dad and into the truck where we had to make sure it was all setup as it was when we baked it" replied Chloe.
"How on earth did you guys manage to even bake more than 11 layers of cake?" asked Lynn Jr. "That would've been too long for just the two of you."
Clyde and Chloe chuckle. "Oh, we have our ways to making it happen" replied Clyde. "But that's a secret for those we can trust in the culinary arts."
"Like me?" asked Lynn Sr with excitement.
"Sorry Mr. Loud, but we can't tell you that either" replied Chloe. "We know you're a great cook, but we'd still rather pick those we can trust into telling them what we know."
"Hmm, understandable" replied Lynn Sr. They continue to wheel the large and tall boxed cake into the backyard and they place the table with the cake in between all the food on the other tables. "Wow! This place is suddenly looking like the bachelor party that was held at the restaurant, only without the mechanical bull."
Leni then checks her clipboard. "Let's see, we have the decorations set, we have the guests all here, and now the food is here and we have the gifts for mom all set and ready. All we need now is mom to be here, oh and Jesse Rosato."
"I'll send her a text to give her the go" said Rick as he pulls out his phone to text his wife: Jesse, the party is set and ready and we're gonna need the mother rabbit back here now. ASAP.
Lynn Sr and Lori see the text he sent. "Mother rabbit?" asked Lori.
Rick chuckles. "Sorry, I mean it kinda makes sense if you figure it out." The older louds, Lincoln and Lynn Sr and Pop-pop think about it, and they understood why and were okay with it.
They all wait patiently and help clean up some messes left around the place and Lynn Sr is impressed at how clean the lawn looks and was told about how they kept the house clean.
Lincoln, Jordan, Simon and Stella are currently chatting to each other. "So, are we stoked for the big talent show auditions on Tuesday?" asked Stella.
"Heck yeah we are" replied Jordan. "And sure as heck Liam and Tabby are stoked into the song we're gonna perform, but chances we might change it with the backup songs we got lined up, in case we change our minds. So, we're gonna be doing a lot of rehearsals when we pass the auditions."
"Also, we got word that Ronnie Anne, Sid, Nikki, Sameer, Casey and Laird are coming over to visit on Saturday" replied Lincoln. "We made the request so they can pick them up from Great Lake City and bring them here to Royal Woods so we can all hang out and talk about what they've been doing in Great Lake City and I think Ronnie Anne and Sid may have been successful into making the first ever skateboard club at their school."
"Now that is something I would like to listen into" replied Simon. "And the cyclers club would also wanna hear about it as well."
Just then they all hear the sound of humming, like a powerful engine from advanced technology. "Dude, what the heck was that?" asked Sam.
Lisa then recalls something. "That sounds like the aircraft from those Protoss, the Warp Prism." They all look up and see the Warp Prism arrive and hover above their home. "Now why on earth is that A.I controlled aircraft here?"
Jordan chuckles. "Let's just say we're putting some things from the Gladius to good use."
They then see some energy being warpped in front of them and the energy becomes Jesse Rosato and Rita Loud, yup they were warpped into the Warp Prism and transported to be warpped back at the loud house.
Rita feels a bit off balance. "Whoa! That was kinda cool, and also close to being a ride from Dairyland." then she looks around.
"SURPRISE!"
They all cheer and greet Rita a happy birthday, which makes her smile and shed some tears to see Lori back again. They all gather for one big group hug. "Oh my goodness! You're here Lori and look at this place! My favorite color and everything looks so nice!"
"Yup, but all of this was made and planned thanks to Leni, our best birthday planner in the family" said Luan.
"We made sure everything is as planned and all went well" said Leni. "We all did our part and helped make this possible, Lincoln and Jordan were the ones who helped gift wrap our gifts yesterday when they were in the tree house."
"Lucy, Lola and Lisa made sure the invites we sent and Luan, Lynn and Lana helped clean the house, Luna and myself setup all the decorations with some eagle help and of course dad made the food, but we had Clyde and Chloe make the cake and it's your favorite too!"
Rita gasps and she sees large and tall box. "German chocolate cake?!"
Clyde and Chloe fist bump. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's check out the cake then" said Luna.
The eagles take off and grab the ropes on the box and they pull it up and they reveal the cake and everyone is shocked. The cake is eleven layers and each one is a different color, the colors of each of Rita's 11 kids and with a heart made in the middle of the cake saying "Happy Birthday Mom, from your awesome eleven kids! You're the best!"
Rita covers her mouth and sheds tears of joy. "Oh wow! This is so nice!"
They all look to Clyde and Chloe. "Don't look at us, it was all her idea." They look to Lori.
Lori goes to all of them. "I knew Clyde and Chloe would be the ones to make the cake, so I told them to act like they don't know my plan and make this." Lori then looks to Rita. "Mom, for 17 year's you have done so much for us, and now it's past a year already and you have done so much more and we can never be truly be happy to call you mom and that you deserve all the love from all of us, all eleven of your kids and you're family."
Rita sheds some tears and she hugs Lori, and soon the rest of the louds join in. This was one birthday moment Rita will always treasure, her 40th birthday with her whole family, but most importantly with the best dang kids she has.
