Chapter 330.
(The Loud House.)
All of the loud kids and their parents come out of the house and are all looking forward to the day they have ahead of them. Luna sees her brother comes out of the house with his guitar in hand. "You ready for today baby bro?"
Lincoln could see all of them looking happy for him. "You know I am, and I know Jordan, Liam and Tabby are also stoked for this day, we're gonna try and make the cut to the talent show and then we'll see if we win."
"If you guys do make the cut, then we know you guys are gonna win" said Lynn Jr. "You guys are talented and the band is definitely gonna ace it."
"Just as long as you have fun with it" replied Luan. "Heck. Luna and I have had our own fair share of the talent show back when we were in Middle School and sure as heck we were Middle-d to be talented!"
"She's not wrong, we were all there, and it also turned into a small rivalry against each other and we had to try and calm them down" said Leni. She with their parents recall. "Those were not good times for us."
Luna and Luan chuckle nervously. "Yeah, we really were against each other, but when it was all over we showed some respect and it all faded when I headed off to my first time in High School."
Lincoln then recalls. "Yeah, I think I do recall that one. You two didn't even speak to each other even when you guys were at home, but things went back to the way they were when the talent show passed."
"Sure wish we remembered that one, I wanna know how much of an issue Luna and Luan had" said Lola.
"Can't be as bad as what Lola goes through, well used to go through" replied Lana.
"So glad she's not the same old over the top competition, mean, ruthless and demanding person you all knew before" replied Michelle Lewis. "Also, you guys should head off to school now."
"She's right." Rita then hands Michelle Lily. "I'll take the younger ones to their schools, Luna you drop off Lincoln and also Jordan, your father has to get to the restaurant and Leni will have to take Luan and Lynn."
"Speaking of which, we are planning on having Lily go to pre-school school, well soon. When the time comes" replied Lynn Sr. They all look to their baby sister being held by Michelle wave at them and giggle. "Yup, she's going to be such a good little girl when she makes friends in pre-school." Lynn Sr wipes a tear just thinking about it.
Rita goes over to calm him down. "Yeah, Lily is now the last loud to go to pre-school, and we have been there to watch the rest of you guys go there as well and as usual it was kinda emotional for your father to go through."
Leni chuckles. "We know mom, some of us recall seeing dad break down and crying about how his baby birds grow up."
"And most of the times they can be very embarrassing seeing our father just cry, almost looked like he saw us going to college" replied Lisa. "I didn't have much of an interest when I first started, but that was the old me after all."
"We should get going guys, some of us have important things to do with our friends" said Lucy. "Sigh, we really have to deal with the late sound timings from Boris."
They all head to their respective rides and then drive off, and of course the eagles take to the skies and follow them.
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
Luna's car arrives and they look out and see some of the students around the place are looking like they're all setting up and talking about their talent for the auditions. "Wow. Looks like a lot of the guys and gals here are just as nervous as I was when I went to my first gig" replied Luna.
"We're all nervous, but once we head on stage to do the auditions, then we're filled with enough pride and motivation to advance and do our best" said Lincoln.
Jordan then looks around. "There's Liam and Tabby, we should get going." they head out of the car and Luna watches them head to their friends, but Lincoln goes back and hugs his big sister.
Luna chuckles and hugs him back. "Have fun, do your best and don't let bad vibes get to ya."
"Thanks sis, you really are an awesome inspiration to me and Jordan. We'll do our best and stand tall when there's trouble and we'll also make sure we have fun" replied Lincoln, they then break from the hug and Lincoln heads to Jordan, Liam and Tabby.
Luna then drives off, but as she drives off Leslie and her friends get out of the limo and see Lincoln. "Ah. He's always the light to my day here in this dumb place" said Leslie in a love daze. But she becomes unhappy seeing Jordan. 'How dare she be with Lincoln?!'
Regina looks around. "Is everyone here too busy focusing on that dumb talent show? Jeez!"
"So glad we're not part of this. We're already talented" said Karen. "And I think they should just get rid of this ridiculous event and just make something about us. This is just wrong with all of them ignoring us."
"Sure wish we were all back in Tuscola" said Gretchen. "Our lives were better off there than being here."
"Let's get this over with girls" said Hope. She then looks to Leslie. "Leslie, we should get into the school, now!" Hope drags her friend/leader as Leslie continues to look towards Lincoln.
Chastity sighs. "Okay, so it looks like we're gonna need to have another meeting to come up with some plan to get loud to like Leslie, again. Let's make sure it doesn't go wrong, again."
Lincoln and Jordan talk to Liam and Tabby, and they're all excited for the audition for when The 4 Feathered Winged Friends to show what they can do and if this works then they'll make their mark when they head for the Talent Show.
"You know, besides the whole talent show, I do recall we have a big test this Friday" said Tabby.
"Yeah, on History" replied Liam. "If we do make them cut for the talent show, we're gonna need to balance between rehearsals and studying, we don't wanna make our grades look bad after all."
"We'll have ourselves a study date on Thursday, or when we have time before Friday begins. So we can lock and load with rehearsals and stand ready for history class, and it won't be too hard" said Jordan.
"Yeah, the history of Egypt and its great wars can't be too hard" said Lincoln. "Classes here really are different from back in grade school, but for now we should just worry about our audition for later."
They nod and head into the school, with the three young eagles staying outside to guard, but they will be summoned to come into the school and help keep an eye on things should the auditions begin.
(Middle School Auditorium.)
Everyone on stage are all talking and going through what they're gonna do for their audition in front of the woman in charge of the talent show.
Lincoln, Jordan, Tabby and Liam are going through their instruments and the beat they'll be performing in front of the drama teacher. "Alright, so we know the tunes we're playing right guys?" asked Tabby.
"We know and it's nice for Luna to let us use her song for the tune of our startup" said Jordan. "We save the best songs for when we get to the real deal show of shows in this place."
Lincoln looks around and he sees everyone all getting ready for their talent, they all know what each of them are gonna do.
Rusty and Richie are gonna do a sort of comedic routine with their piano skills, kinda like Donald and Daffy from "Who framed Roger Rabbit."
Emma, Sadie and Chloe are gonna do a trio dance performance like a pop star group. Clyde is there to motivate Chloe and tell her she and her friends can do it. Mollie is there to help Sadie as well.
Kat and Trent are both going to be performing a dance together, which could be a romantic thing.
Flat Tire is gonna be showcasing some extreme things with his bike, let's hope he doesn't hurt himself and that it doesn't go wrong.
Zach and Giggles as the usual are gonna be performing a clown/comedy routine and they found out that Haiku and the Middle School Morticians club are going to perform a poem for the event. If they pass then Lucy will wanna hear this.
Then we have the co-leaders of the Gamer's Club. Laurence and Allison, both of them will be doing some dramatic dance performance with a game theme song, so it's like a show about a video game story but in dance style. Is that a thing?
"Yup, we're all feeling nervous vibes and also filled with confidence" said Lincoln. He then looks to the top of the stage setup are the three eagles watching over things and making sure nothing is loose.
Then they see Jenny wearing a headset and looking like she's the stage manager. "Okay, so Mrs. Veers is here, so get your game faces up and let's see which one of you makes the cut."
They then see their drama teacher. Mrs. Valerie Veers sitting amongst the seats and going through the names of the kids who are taking part in this. She has tan skin, orange hair with a red streak, in her late 20's. She's wearing a violet dress, velvet jacket, black belt and black heeled shoes.
Mrs. Veers then checks the list. "Okay, so first ones to start are Kat and Trent."
Kat and Trent take a deep breath and they both get out there and begin. "You guys think some of us will make it?" asked Richie.
"Let's hope so" replied Jordan. "A dang shame that Simon and Stella decided to bail at the last minute, but it's their choice and they did say they didn't feel ready for something like this, yet."
"Chances they might be part of it for next year" replied Tabby. The band then goes back to their instruments and they begin double checking once more, and Lincoln checks on the tune they're going to perform, one of Luna's songs. "Play it Loud." They will do only the tune and beat, but not the song. They wanna save their finest moment for when they really make it to the talent show.
While all of this is happening, Darrel Sikes, the team leader of the music club is sitting with some other students to watch the newbies perform for the middle school talent show auditions.
Among the students are Leslie, Hope, Chastity, Gretchen, Regina and Karen. They came to see how pathetic the others are with what they can do, but Leslie is there to see Lincoln perform.
(Moments later.)
Soon, Richie and Rusty finish their performance and so does Giggles and Zach and now they're talking to them on how funny it was to see them rival each other's piano skills and then combo it and turn into a rigged ending with pies to the face.
Jenny then goes to Lincoln and his band. "Okay, so you guys are up."
"Thanks Jenny." They all get to the stage, Lincoln and Liam wheel out his drums and they get to the stage and plug their instruments in. They see all of the students smiling at what they can do and they see their club leader giving them a thumbs up.
Even the guys and gals in the backstage are looking forward to seeing what the band that Luna has taught can do.
Mrs. Veers smiles and looks with interest. 'Let's see how well the brother of our once ace musician and his friends can do. This might bring back some good memories of when Luna was once the talented musician around these parts.'
Lincoln then looks to Jordan, Liam and Tabby. "You guys ready for this?"
"Ready!" they nod towards him, and Liam readies his drum sticks for the beat. "Let's throw down guys!"
They then start the tune and beat to the song, a song that is all too familiar to others who heard of this from America's Next Hitmaker last year, but this one has no singing and they see just how skilled and not rigged their performance is.
They all clap and cheer at this. Darrel Sikes chuckles. 'Leave it to the loud to get this beat from the best musician known around town. Nice job there Linc.'
Leslie's friends are shocked at how well they are as a band with their music, though they have little interest with the genre of song they have. Leslie however just looks to Lincoln and sees the passion in his eyes doing this. 'You will be mine, and I wish you could sing for me my love.' She then sees him tag team switch guitars and lead strumming with Jordan which angers her. 'Our new plan can't fail! I will get you to love me Lincoln Loud!'
(After Auditions.)
After the rest of the talents finish with what they showed, they're now talking in the back about what they did and are also worried if they made the cut or not.
Just then Jenny comes to them. "Guys, Mrs. Veers is ready to announce who gets to make it."
They all head back on stage and they see the drama teacher standing from her seat and the kids in the audience waiting for the response and verdict.
"Okay, so after all of you did your best and showed you all, I made the decision to who gets to perform at the talent show later this month."
"The Piano rivalry duo." Rusty and Richie high five each other.
"The clowning around team." Zach and Giggles shake hands and get shocked from each other's joy buzzer. This makes Mrs. Veers chuckle. "That was funny."
"The pop-up trio." Emma, Chloe and Sadie cheer and Mollie goes to hug Sadie and Clyde hugs Chloe.
"The dance duo of love." Kat hugs Trent and kisses his cheek many times which makes him chuckle and hug her back.
"Then there's the gamer's drama." Allison and Laurence share a passionate kiss hearing this.
"And of course the Four Feathered Winged Friends band!" Lincoln, Jordan, Liam and Tabby high five, fist bump and do a rock and roll pose with their hands. Jordan kisses Lincoln cheek and Tabby does the same to Liam.
"And even though it might be kinda dangerous, he seems to know what he's doing, so Flat Tire is also in." Flat Tire sighs in relief and hugs his bike.
"Okay, so now that we have that covered. We look forward to what you all can do at the Middle School Talent Show!" everyone cheers at this, they all clap and cheer for those who are now part of the Talent Show this September next week.
Leslie smiles hearing this. 'Perhaps if the plan fails, we can come up with a new one, a plan for the talent show and humiliate Rosato there. Now that will make things better and Lincoln will have to be with me!'
They all then head onto the backstage and are happy for this, they all congratulate each other and talk about how awesome it'll be for them to head to the Talent show.
Lincoln watches as Jordan and Tabby talk to their friends and are happy to make it this far.
He then puts his axe away and he goes through the notebook with the songs he and his band have made. 'Now we have to pick which song we should perform.'
On the notebook are the following songs they made: Everything is Awesome, Found my place, Live like Giants, Warriors, September and a song they got the idea straight from a video game Lincoln and Jordan played, Far from Alive, from the game "Resident Evil 3."
This Talent show should be interesting, but which song will they perform.
(Somewhere at Beaverton.)
At the Private School for reforming bad boys. A certain chubby kid at Middle School level is underneath the shade of the tree of the private school and is going through some notes for some plan he has set. "Yes, this is so going to work and soon I'll be out of here and get my revenge!" Who is this kid? Poppa Wheelie! Also known as Wallace Herman.
"Hey man." Poppa Wheelie then sees his two pals, his two only pals in the place. Who are his new pals?
Scott Bowers: 12 year's old and above the height of Stella and has long black hair at shoulder length. He usually wears a black jacket and shirt with a skull logo, jeans and fingerless gloves and black shoes.
Personality: Mean, sadistic, a loyal brat and tough.
Likes: Being loyal to his new pal Poppa Wheelie and his leadership, Jordan Rosato, Stella Gonzales, stealing things, bikes, bullying little kids, cool cars and being tough and thinks he's cool.
Dislikes: Private school, Lincoln Loud, Simon Sharp, getting caught from his actions, seeing his good pals getting hurt, Juvie and not getting the girl he seeks.
Butch Markus: 12 year's old and at the same height as Zach Gurdle, short blonde hair with a military buzz cut. He usually wears a dark brown shirt, red pants and blue sneakers.
Personality: mean, loyal, bratty, smart and at times impatient and complains.
Likes: Being smart and showing how smart he is, Tabby, helping his friends with what they wanna steal, bikes, cool cars, bullying others, stealing electronics and mocking little kids.
Dislikes: Private School, Liam Bumpkin, Lincoln Loud, failing a plan, animals, not getting what he wants and waiting.
But as of now they're wearing the school uniform of the private school, which are velvet uniforms with white shirts, blue shots, brown shoes and white socks.
They then sit next to their pal. "So, is the plan ready dude?" asked Scott.
"Darn right it is, and we still have the backup plan from Butch" said Poppa Wheelie.
"True." butch has his notebook. "Should your plan not go according to what we want, then we can use this one and make it happen. But yours is bound to be good too man."
Poppa Wheelie smirks. He then whispers to his pals. "Good, tomorrow we're busting out of this dumb place and are headed for Royal Woods. I'm gonna get my revenge on Flat Tire for ratting me out and get my hands on Loud's robot car, Lulu and of course you guys get the girls you were looking for."
This makes Butch and Scott chuckle evilly, looks like we got incoming trouble.
