Chapter 334
(September 20, the Loud House.)
All the loud kids are looking forward to what today brings, and today is the annual September sale at the Royal Woods mall, and throughout other businesses as well.
Lynn Sr, Rita and Michelle Lewis are waiting outside of the house with Lily. They all talk about what they plan to do, while waiting for the others to come out.
Soon enough they do come out and all of them look prepared for what the day has for them. "Okay, we're all here and we have the cash we've been saving on for our day at the mall" said Leni.
"Kinda confused as to why Reiningers is closed for the day" said Michelle Lewis.
"Mrs. Carmichael is visiting her mom's with her kid, she'll have Reiningers open again by tomorrow when they come back. In the meantime, we should all enjoy this first day of sale this September" replied Leni. "I hope Fiona and Miguel are enjoying themselves with this day."
"I'm sure they are dude" replied Luna. "We should head off now, we got so many things to look for and other places to check on. We are meeting the Rosato's there right?"
"We are" replied Rita. "Rick, Jesse and Jordan are also gonna be part of this big family sale get together, chances we're gonna be using some cash that we have all been saving, so you guys don't need to use the cash you guys got. We have lots in the savings remember?"
"That does sound good, but we wanna put the money we saved up to good use" replied Lola. "Also, we just don't wanna go overboard when there's so much cash involved and we might end up going a bit too far with what we see and wanna buy."
They all look to Lola, shocked at what she just said. "What? Lincoln's words with Jordan's works and lingers, so I guess you can say I'm trying to be generous. Sorta, but I'm still the same competitive pageant queen. When the competition doesn't show respect."
They look to Lincoln and Michelle Lewis who chuckle and fist bump each other. Lincoln and Jordan's new perspective to change their lives works and Michelle's new style of coaching is also bearing fruit, making Lola less of a meanie and more of a changing little loud girl.
"Well, now that that's done. Let's get going, we gotta meet up with the gal of Lincoln's forever after!" chuckled Luan. The others also chuckle and they all head into the rides of the family.
"Okay fam, to the mall!" said Lynn Sr. They all drive off towards the mall, with the eagles flying high above. But they didn't notice the limo hiding in the distance and then follows them.
(Royal Woods Mall.)
The vehicles of the louds arrive and they park they're rides and look to the mall and see the big sign. "September Sale Today! Hurry!"
"Who the heck made that sign anyway?" asked Lucy. "This is just gonna get everyone panic."
"Then I suggest we make our movement fast and get to it, before we have to fall in line" replied Lisa.
They then spot the Rosato family waving at them. They go over and greet them, Jordan goes over and she hugs Lincoln and they share a quick kiss. "Glad you guys came, for a minute there we thought we were gonna do the shopping alone" replied Jordan.
"We didn't plan on letting you guys wait, it would rude and also be mean and I ain't gonna let my gal just wait for her knight in shining orange and white armor" chuckled Lincoln. The others also chuckle hearing this.
'Well, now that the romance stuff is done, let's get in there and make our shopping and fast" said Lynn Jr. She then waves to her roller derby friends in High School who are with their dates.
They all walk to the mall's door. "So, is there a roller derby team at the High School?" asked Jordan.
"Well, there is now" replied Lynn Jr. "Thanks to my words and with my gal pals and Margo and Paula, we were able to get Principal Rivers' to have the first ever High School Roller Derby team, and heck we are so locked and loaded for next week's game against Hazeltucky!"
Lincoln then recalls. "Yeah, I don't think we can be able to make it since Jordan and I will be at Sleeping Bear Dunes Campgrounds." This makes them all realize as well.
"Wow. How the heck did we forget that one?" asked Leni. "Wait, I thought it was supposed to be for the grade school."
"Well, from what I heard from Jenny, the grade school are gonna do it this week, for next week is the Middle School and then there's something for the High School, I think" replied Jordan.
Luan then recalls. "Oh yeah, we're all going to have a one week stay some place. No clue where it is, but we'll get the news about where we're gonna have our own camping trip, soon. Chances it's gonna be the same place as well."
"I had the same thing long ago back when I was in grade school and I was with my bunkmate, I think her name was Charity, or Cherri, I don't know. I can't remember who she was, but we had an awesome time at the place" said Lynn Jr. "Good time's bench pressing her and also jogging and running from bears,"
This shocks Lynn Sr and Rita. "Wait what?!"
Lynn Jr chuckles nervously. "Did I say that? I mean to say, we were chasing a raccoon away from the camp?" They all look to her in suspicion, but decide to let it be. They'll talk to her about this next time.
The eagles stay outside and keep watch from the skies, but they did not see the limo driving in and parking nearby, the limo opens and six girls come out, obviously we know who they are.
They then enter the mall and see so many sale signs everywhere, and so many things being put as the top item on sale. "Wow! This place hasn't been this busy with sales unless it's December. Looks like we for our hands full" said Rita.
"I've seen this before, but in Wisconsin and everyone went berserk to purchase so much stuff, and all seemed pretty useless" replied Michelle.
"Okay, so everyone stick with your partners." Lynn Sr pulls out a list. "Good thing I made this last night, with the help from Rita of course."
They then read to them who they have to stick with for the shopping.
Lynn Sr and Rita are with Lily. Headed to the cooking store, book store and toddlers area.
Rick and Jesse are with Lisa. They'll be going to places where they sell the same as from the others, and also Lisa needs to look for a book on some advanced physics, a new one.
Michelle Lewis keeps track with the twins. She has to make sure they stay patient when they go to each other's places to go to.
Luan will be with Lucy. To the comedy and party store and the Goth's shop.
Leni with Lynn Jr. Leni has to check on shoes, and luckily the shoes store also sells sport shoes, which is the only thing both are looking for. Lynn also has a track race to be ready for on October.
And finally and obviously Luna will be with Lincoln and Jordan. To wherever they need to go.
They all must meet up back at the food court and avoid fighting and any form of trouble.
Lincoln, Luna and Jordan are at the music store and going through some things. Luna looks through some albums about Mick Swagger, all while listening to the song being played in the store.
Lincoln goes through some other albums and then he checks on the key chains and other merchandise, and this catches Jordan's attention. "You okay there handsome? You seem kinda stressed."
Lincoln stops searching. "You know what's wrong, and I don't need to say it to you."
Jordan understands. "Luna's birthday is coming up and you wanna give her something to show how much she means to you, well I'm in the same boat as well. Luna has been doing her best and finest job at being a good guardian, but she's been doing more for you and also being a mother figure as well."
Lincoln then looks to the albums from KISS and SMOOCH. "There has to be something I can do to show how much I appreciate how far she's come, she's gonna be 17 soon and I wanna make her feel like she's been a very important thing into my life, ever since I first came to the house."
"Same." Jordan sees some albums from Metallica and Motorhead. "She's been a great part of my life since we first met and started this relationship of ours. There is next to no one who truly stands with us and supports what we have, she is the best dang big sister figure I have ever had. What the heck do we do?" The two of them sit onto the bench in the store.
Then someone sits in between them. "Don't' try to hard dudes." It's Luna. She pulls them close to her. "Look, I am honored by the fact you guys wanna show how much I mean to the two of you, but I don't want anything special. You're both awesome for being there in my life from before and the life now and for the future. I was lost and thought that music is my focus, but ever since you both met, I have understood things and have done things I never thought I could do."
"There's no other gift for me to ever have than to be the one to always keep an eye on the two of you and help with whatever problem you guys have, and that is what I will always treasure. It's a gift that will last for as long as we all live, always." Luna then kisses their foreheads and this makes them turn red and hug her.
"We love you Luna."
Luna hugs them back. "I love you too little dudes." They soon break from the hug. "Now, since none of us have found what we want here, how about we go elsewhere?"
They all leave the place and make their way to the video game store. There they look around for any new games, the only new games that Lincoln and Jordan see is this game called "Fall Guys" and "Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League" they leave those games alone and go through some other things.
They then go and look for Luna, and they do see her, but it seems she bought something and it's now gift wrapped and placed into the brown bag. This confuses Lincoln and Jordan and they both go towards her. "Luna, what the heck did you buy?"
Luna sees them and she's given the bag. "What? Oh, this is just for something else. Nothing big, did you two find something interesting to get?"
They both shook they're head in response. "No, nothing good for the both of us" replied Jordan. "There are some new games, but we're both not in the gaming mood as of lately."
"Well, should we head for the food court?" asked Luna.
"Yeah, I think we should" replied Lincoln. All three of them head out of the gaming store and make their way to the food court.
Along the way, Luna notices Lincoln looking around some stores and searching for something interesting, but this also gets Jordan's attention. "Bro, I can tell you're still trying to get me something wicked awesome for my birthday. But don't worry about it, I don't want you pushing yourself too hard into getting something for me."
Lincoln looks down and sighs. "Yeah, sorry. I'm just going through some things that are hard. I mean we're going to be part of the talent show, we're gonna be gone for five days at the camping ground and your birthday is inbound and three days away. There's just so much to do."
Luna then brings the two of them to the fountain and they sit near it. "Lincoln, like I said. I don't want anything special, you are the most special thing to me since we first met and so is Jordan. You two are two sparks who gave me a new reason to live and fight for."
"When you guys get into trouble, heck I'll be there to help out, when you guys are facing danger, then I'll be there to fight by yours ide and if you both aren't feeling like things are going in a positive way, then I'll be there to comfort both of you."
"But if you wanna show me how much I mean to you both, then I guess I won't stop you guys from trying, but just so you know that I don't care about whatever you guys have planned, just as long as I got the best little sib and awesome other little sis there at my big B-Day, then it'll be all good vibes from there,."
Lincoln and Jordan smile hearing this and they hug her once again. "Thanks Lunes, you always seem to know what to say and how to keep us comforted" replied Jordan.
Luna smiles. "My pleasure little dude, it's what I'm here for the both of you. To keep safe."
"And what about me?" They all stop and see who it is, Leslie Silver and her five friends. "Hi Lincoln, oh and other girl and Luna. Wow! You are so sweet! You are the most loyal and devoted person I have ever met and I can't wait to hang out with you more."
Luna scoffs and she breaks from the hug with Lincoln and Jordan and looks to the rich girl in anger. "Like hell. I ain't gonna hang out with some rich bully. You're nothing more than a stain in our town and I ain't getting my hands in the filthy rich life you and your dork squad have."
Leslie is unmoved by this, but her friends are annoyed. "Now, now Luna. Let's not get to that and just be friends. We're both the same you and I, you just don't see it."
"In what way you sick rich freak?" said Luna in annoyance.
"Well, I have a dream to see for my future, we're both rich and we both wanna be there for Lincoln" replied Leslie. "Almost makes us sister's as well, don't you think."
Luna was about to speak. "No!" Lincoln gets involved and he looks pissed. "You and Luna have nothing in common and you're just trying to get to me once again, by using the people I love! I told you to never talk or even get my family involved with you dumbass plans! Because it will get personal and trying to get to my sister is making it all too personal!"
Everyone in the mall sees this and start taking videos.
"I have to deal with you at school, at the park and almost everywhere even here in the mall, but when you invoke me with my family and they're name then it becomes something more than just dealing with you and your stupid, sick, twisted and ugly obsession over me!"
"I told you to leave my family out of this! But you never, ever listen! All you care about is me and whatever it takes, your too blinded and nothing more than every other dirt bag and vile hooligan I have ever met, they always get involved and ruin my life and my family!"
This shocks everyone, and puts fear into the hearts of the five rich girls and Leslie can see how far she's has gone in following them. Lincoln starts to shed tears.
"I warned you! I literally warned you, and now I'm gonna make this personal too!" They all gasp hearing this. Everyone who's been recording have set their phones for live stream on their accounts, even jenny is there, with her Auntie Katherine Mulligan who is doing a report on the mall and the sale.
The louds arrive and see and hear this, and they have seen Lincoln angry before, well on so many times and they have come to know not to provoke him. Lynn Jr knows, from experience months ago.
Leslie then backs up and tries to speak reason. "Lincoln, I…. I didn't mean it… i…"
"No! Enough from you!" yelled Lincoln, he wipes away his tears. "Your life is just about to get even worse for trying to ruin my life with Jordan, mocking my friends and now trying to talk to my sister! And it hasn't even been pas a month!"
Leslie feels like crying from this, but then Karen grabs her. "Leslie, we have to get out of here. Now!"
"Ya darn right." they see Peter Harris and with Mayor Davis, they were both shopping and talking about some things about the "Royal Dawn Country" residential area. "Looks like you caused some trouble."
Mayor Davis sighs. "You know what to do Mr. Harris."
"With pleasure." He then makes the call, and everyone in the mall sees some energy manifesting onto the mal ground floor and appearing right there in front of them are two heavily armored troops, Terran Marines. Everyone recalls what Mayor Davis announced about the Royal Woods Battlecruiser Gladius above their town and now they see these two troops who just warp right there.
The two troopers go to Leslie and they're friends. "You girls are going to leave, now!" Peacekeepers also join in and form a wall.
Leslie and her friends have no choice, they have to leave. But seeing the news reporter talking about this could only mean they're parents will hear about this and will wanna know what the hell is going on. They're in so much trouble.
Leslie looks back and sees Lincoln wipe his tears and is still seething in anger, Luna and Jordan go over to comfort him. Leslie then thinks to herself. 'What in the hell was I thinking?! What have I done?'
Soon, everyone goes back to their shopping and Katherine Mulligan heads back to the TV station. The louds and Rosato's then go to the food court and eat some lunch.
They all look to Lincoln with concern and they know how much this made him ticked off and almost exhausted, heck he just cursed in front of the rich girl who was supposed to be Jordan's enemy, but it seems like Leslie Silver is also Lincoln's enemy and this battle has just begun.
Then Luna puts her arm around him. "Take it easy bro and eat your food. You've used so much of that anger back there and could've taken the breath out of ya."
Lincoln sighs. "Sorry, sorry. I'm just so angry at what she did. I'm okay with her trying some plan to get between Jordan and me, but she was told not to have the family involved."
"He's right" replied Jordan. "We can take whatever plan she has up her sleeve, but when it comes to our family then it gets personal and no one talk to the one sister who has been there for the both of us as we went through with all of this."
"I texted Lori about this, and she's as angry as anyone else and chances what happened today is gonna be all over the social media and news" replied Leni.
"She provoked the whole conflict and soon she will be paying the price" said Lisa. "They're parents will see and hear of this and are bound to punish them, but chances their punishments are nothing more than just simple slaps on the wrist."
Lynn Jr growls. "Sure wish I could've done something, but I know Lincoln could do so much worse and Jordan as well. You're both tough and hard core fighters."
"At least she's gonna get what she deserves, but now you have to face her tomorrow on school" said Lucy. "Are you sure you can handle things?"
Lincoln sighs. "Yeah, yeah I can. The good thing is that none of you guys are there in the Middle School, which makes things less of an issue, but I am not going to deal with her anymore."
"It hasn't been a month and it seems Leslie's obsession over you is pushing the limit" said Michelle.
Luna knows Lincoln is gonna have issues when night falls, Jordan also has to figure out how to calm him down or they're rehearsals are gonna be chaotic and not like the song they were planning. Then Jordan sees a pawn shop not too far and she sees the sign on it.
"We now hand make special trinkets for those you care for" Jordan smiles seeing this. 'Well, this is convenient, this could work. I just need to bring Lincoln to this place, tomorrow.'
