Chapter 342

(Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Camping grounds.) – Wow that is one big and long name!
The bus from the Royal Woods Middle School drives through the woods on the pathway to the campgrounds, followed by a purple Ferrari and sic eagles high above.
The two vehicles make their way and they pass by the welcoming sign and soon they arrive to the camping grounds, it was Luna's Ferrari that leads the path and the doors open for Luna and Jordan to come out, Luna then opens the door and helps her brother get out and Jordan hands him his crutches, since he still has a cast on his right leg.
Soon, they look around the place and sees the lake in front of the campgrounds. "Wow! It's so beautiful and so peaceful and less messy than the last camping trip we went to in the 4th grade" asked Lincoln.
Jordan also takes a look around the lake. "Whoa! This may not be as big as Lake Eddy, but it sure is awesome enough to match it. You ever been here before Lunes?"
Luna looks around and tries to figure things out. "Well, not sure, I think I did go to someplace for a camping trip back in grade school, but I don't remember the name of the camping grounds."
Then Coach Keck comes out of the bus. "I believe the place was Scratchy Bottom Camp Grounds, and you attended it during your middle school days, not the grade school ones. Also, thanks for coming along to help bring your little brother here, I could only assume you'll be back to pick him up when this is all over."
Luna chuckles. "Oh it's true, it's dang true coach." She then grabs Lincoln and Jordan's bags. "So, let's see where you guys get bunked to."
"Lunes, you don't have to do this, let us carry them" replied Jordan, then she recalls. "Oh right, Linc can't carry them. Sorry about that."
"It's alright, but before we get settled, we need to make sure we know where and who we're bunking with" replied Lincoln.
Then they see Leslie and her friends come out of the bus, they couldn't take the limo since they're parents said so, so they had to ride the bus like everyone else, only the others didn't want them near where they sit.
Gretchen looks to their surroundings and sighs. "A forest, the one place I don't like to go to."
"Man, this place sucks!" said Regina. "Why couldn't we have gone somewhere that's not all dirt and junk? I really, really, really hate camping. It's gross."
"Sure wish we were on some awesome and less smelly place, where the servants and lesser people would do our biding and let us have all the fun we want" said Karen.
"Would be better if there was some sub, sand, surf, awesome boys and people admiring who we are, kinda reminds me of the place we all went to last summer vacation" said Chastity.
Hope removes her shades. "Like a beach in Miami, or somewhere where we can have a decent mall and place to stay. What the hell are we even doing here?" She then sees the cabins. "Oh heck no."
Leslie is the last one to come out and she sees the place and sighs in misery. 'Why couldn't I just stay home?' She then sees Lincoln watching as Jordan and Luna get the things out the car. 'Right, that's why I can't stay home and do something else, sure would love class right now.' She then realize what she thought. 'Why was thinking about that?!'
Before she could go to her friends, a massive mob of kids come out of the bus and Leslie Silver gets run over by all of them. Her friends see this and gasp in shock, the crowd of kids soon leave the bus and look around the place.
Leslie slowly gets up. "Ow!" Her friends go over and help her. "Wow. Nice going in just complaining instead of noticing that I was the last one to come out!"
"Jeez! Calm down Leslie, we were just upset about this place" said Karen. "Dang. You need to get cleaned up. Where the heck is the nearest dressing room with decent Air-conditioning around here?"
Lincoln and Jordan see this and sighs. "Wow. They are never gonna be accepting when it comes to other things that aren't what they want" said Lincoln.
"They're like that and that's one thing that'll be way too long to change, or they won't change at all" replied Jordan. "So glad we have two adults with us. By the way, who is the second adult with us?"
"That would be him." Coach Keck points to the Black Pick-Up Truck that arrives and all the students go to the truck and they trample over Leslie and her friends, while Lincoln, Jordan, Luna and Coach Keck walk around them.
Leslie and her friends groan in pain from this. "Ow!"
They all see who comes out of the truck, it was none other than the man who could stand toe-to-toe with hard core survival and stand against the odds with his eye brow raised. It's Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson! "Hello everyone." He then looks to the reader. "Oh yeah." (Cute them song!)
Everyone cheers but then The Rock blows his whistle. "Stop your squabbling and get to listening all of you!" They all stop and stand tall.
"Listen up, this is camping grounds and we are going to learn some things when it comes to survival, while at the same time we are going to have some fun. There are dozens of activities that will be available, and we will be given a chance to do this when we are given, the papers for these activities will be on the bulletin board, but since we have trouble in our midst, it shall be me or Coach Keck who will be the ones to show you what activities are one and which one you wanna go to, are we clear? Do you feel me?"
"Yes sir, Mr. Great one sir!" they all respond with discipline and yet a few chuckling, heck even The Rock found this funny.
"Well then, Dismissed and remember….. Greatness awaits to those, who have fun and I mean, we have some fun!" replied The Rock.
They all cheer and they go over to Coach Keck who then gets the notes of whose bunking with who. "Nice one Dwayne, always the one to stand tall like an army man."
"All in a days' worth Catherine Keck, all in a days' worth." He then puts on his shades and his theme song is heard again.
Lincoln chuckles. "Good to see you again sir." He high fives with the Rock and so does Jordan and Luna.
"Well, if it isn't the front line, white haired, man with the plan, and best at the best with the talent he can do, Lincoln Loud!"
"And the brown braided, cheerful mannered, tough skinned, gal with the high and mighty morale, and dodge ball queen of the gym, Jordan Rosato!"
"And the pixie-haired, tough as hard rock, caring as an acoustic and soothing as a harp, Guardian to the brother, Luna Loud!"
They all chuckle at what he just said. "Thanks for the intro of words Mr. Johnson, and it's kinda awesome to have you here be the second grown up to keep an eye on the dudes as they have fun" replied Luna.
"Well, I got the call from Peter Harris about what's been happening and what the problem was gonna be, so I took the privilege of coming here and also help keep an eye on things, plus Keck and I go way back in High School, our senior years" replied The Rock.
Jordan chuckles. "What? You guys were once prom king and queen?" They see the serious look on the rock. "Wait, you guys were?!"
The Rock chuckles. "No, not really, but we were both on the same side at debate club and also math and spelling bee. We may have hit the sports thing for our future, but we were aces in the brains back then."
"The heck we are!" chuckled Coach Keck. "You should see this guy spell inadequate in less than 2 seconds. Also, he was good at math and still is." She then goes to Lincoln and Jordan. "Here you go kids, these are your bunk mates."
Lincoln smiles. "Well, looks like it's just me and Simon then. What about you my love?"
Jordan is confused. "Coach Keck? Why the heck am I bunking with you?"
The Coach grabs her things and then Jordan's things from Lincoln. "Well, the other girls are all bunked up together in pairs and you don't seem to have a partner with you, so I took the privilege of letting you bunk with me. The Rock here is gonna bunk with someone else for the whole week and we're gonna be enjoying each other's company, from coach to student."
Jordan smirks. "Well, looks like I'll be busy getting some early coaching lessons from the pro." She high fives with Coach Keck.
Leslie and her friends get up and dust themselves after getting trampled, again and they are shocked to see the great one there. "The Rock?!" They all go to him. "Oh-M-Gosh! The Great one is here!" said Chastity.
Even Karen is shocked and excited. "I can't believe… Wait! You guys met him before?!"
"We did, a couple of times, but the first one was at the Aloha Beach Resort from last summer and we've been in touch ever since" replied Jordan. "And we have also met some other WWE Superstars, old and new."
This shocks the six girls and Leslie, they have never thought Jordan would know them, then The Rock looks to the six rich girls. "So, this is the trouble I was told, well I should be on my guard and make sure nothing goes wrong. I will do my part and so will Toby."
Gretchen is confused. "Toby? What the heck is a Toby?"
Then something breathes from behind the girls and they turn around and see this large and old Grizzly Bear, they all scream at the bear, but he ignores them and goes to The Rock and he pets the big guy. "What's wrong girls, never seen the camping grounds mascot before?"
Leslie and her friends cower away from this. "That thing is the mascot?! Why?!" asked Leslie.
"That thing has a name, and his name is Toby and he's been around ever since he was a cub and he tends to sleep, almost a lot, which gives the place the name" replied Coach Keck. "Oh, and you girls are bunking together in one cabin." She hands them the number to their cabin.
Hope and the others see this. "You're kidding right? No house? No mansion or state? Not even a Condo?"
Lincoln scoffs. "This is a camping ground, not a resort and sure as heck we hate you girls being here for being mean and rude all the time."
Karen feels annoyed by him, but she calms down since she doesn't wanna get in trouble with Coach Keck, The Rock and from Leslie Silver. "Come on girls, let's get to that stupid cabin already."
Leslie sighs and she follows them, she feels angered about Jordan being with Lincoln and everyone keeping her away from him and yet saddened still after what her limo did to Lincoln. 'This is gonna be the worst week for all of us! Dang it!'
"Well, Coach and I are gonna get our things into our cabin, see you later handsome." Jordan kisses his cheek, Lincoln does the same and she heads to the cabin along with Coach Keck.
While Lincoln goes to his cabin which he shares with Simon and Luna follows with his stuff.
The Rock smiles and he looks to the lake. "Well Toby, this day is the start of an awesome and soon to be amazing week here at camp, Toby?" He sees the bear is fast asleep and he chuckles. "Classic Toby."
Lincoln and Luna reach the cabin and they see Simon already placing his bag underneath his bed and some of his things around the shelves. "Hey Linc, guess we're roommates, kinda like how Luna and Sam will be back in the loud house for the rest of the week."
Lincoln and Luna chuckles. "Sam's in good hands dude, also try and keep an eye on Lincoln. He needs help still."
"I know, the same goes with me telling the others. We got Linc's back and we'll make sure Silver and her friends don't do anything stupid while we're all trying to have some fun here at camp, you have our word and mines" replied Simon.
Lincoln chuckles. "And to think, I would've thought I'd be spending one whole week of being pampered and kept safe by my sisters, instead I'm gonna get it from my pals and gals."
"We do this to help you man, and sure as heck we're not leaving you high and dry" replied Simon. He and Luna then help put his things away, heck Luna even brought a large First aid kit for when Lincoln might need it the most.
Lincoln smiles seeing this, but deep down he feels like a burden, knowing he might not have fun and end up being watched over by the kids in the camping grounds. But, he has to try and keep some positivity in mind, he can still have fun even with one leg all casted up. 'Things will be okay, I just know it.'
Soon all is set up. "There, all in its place and everything as you would want it. Well, I should take my leave now." Luna heads out of the cabin, with Lincoln following and soon Jordan also goes to them.
They are now where Luna's car is, she then turns around and looks to Lincoln and Jordan. "Well, this is it. The first day of you guys being here, and…. And without me to keep an eye on the both of ya, sure wish I could stay and keep you two safe." She kneels down to their level and hugs them both.
Lincoln and Jordan also hug her. "Luna, you know you have school for the rest of the week and we can handle this, kinda like when we have a sleepover, but only farther from home" said Jordan.
"Lunes, if things are feeling lonely between us, then we can give each other a call and ask how our day was going and chat before we feel comfy and take a break and sleep. Okay sis?" said Lincoln.
Luna breaks from the hug and she looks to the both of them and kisses they're foreheads. "I'll try and keep my cool and also get by the days without the two best kids I have known and met, and I know you two can hold your own when things go awry and you guys have friends with you who'll have your backs."
"See you around sis" replied Lincoln, he and Jordan then hug Luna once more and they feel her hug them back and kiss their foreheads again. They too get a bit upset Luna can't stay, but they know it was all meant to be and even though they have been through tough times, they can still get through it all even when the other is far away.
They then depart from the hug. "See you guys when I come to pick you dudes up, or when you guys call me about something. Also, try to keep Silver away from you dudes, okay?"
"Don't worry Luna, Coach and I are gonna be talking about some things to do tonight and it could help us out for the rest of the week" replied Jordan.
Lincoln and Luna know, that Jordan has a plan up her sleeve and whatever it is, will surely help keep Leslie Silver and her friends out of their plans for fun and also keep them away from everyone else who's having fun there. They do have The Rock helping out as well and they see him by his cabin with the bar Toby, still asleep. Classic Toby. They even have six eagles watching over them.
Luna then heads back to her car, but then Lincoln grabs her again and hugs her and she hugs him back.
"I'll miss you sis, but I know you'll always be one call away to make me feel better again."
Luna smiles and feels like crying, but she holds it in and rubs his back. "I'll miss you too my wayward son of mine, we'll talk when we both feel like it. See you on the flip side little brother."
They depart from the hug once more and Luna heads into her car and she drives off, Lincoln and Jordan wave goodbye and watch as the purple Ferrari was no longer in sight.
Lincoln sighs and Patriot and Harriet sit onto his shoulders. He pets them and smiles. "Well, looks like it's just us here at camp, along with our friends, eagles and each other."
Jordan smiles and she pets the three female bald eagles who come down. "So, you got plans for later handsome? Because I think we should enjoy some alone time as we walk along the lakeshore." But then she recalls he's on crutches. "Well, if you want to, we can just sit by the benches and watch the lake."
Lincoln smirks. "Maybe I could go for a nice stroll and then a nice rest on the lake shore could be nice too." They then walk towards the lake and begin they're nice stroll along the sandy shores.
The five bald eagles Patriot, Valkyrie, Harrier, Artemis and Freya and the Stellar's Sea Eagle Bullet take off and watch over the two pre-teens from the skies.
They're all gonna have a heck of a week to enjoy being there, but deep down Patriot and Valkyrie know this place and know that trouble might come, let it be in the wilds or from six rich girls, they're gonna have to do whatever they can to keep Lincoln and Jordan safe and together.
They notice something's wrong. 'Where the heck did Bullet fly off to?' They then spot the sea eagles coming out from the water and he has a large trout in his talons, of course he'd do this.
They continue to fly and keep an eye on Lincoln and Jordan, then Valkyrie has an idea. 'Perhaps we can also keep teaching our younglings on how to further learn survival out here, and we can start with keeping track of that little rich freak named Silver!' The eagles have plans, big winged plans.
Meanwhile, Leslie Silver watches as Jordan and Lincoln walk by the lakeshore, and even though she feels bad for what she did to Lincoln, she does not like seeing him with Jordan. 'Just you wait Rosato, for the next few days this whole place is gonna be the whole new meaning of wild and natural humiliation and Lincoln will be mine!'
Leslie then goes back into the cabin and she sees her five friends bickering once more about the cabin and their beds, and also because they had to bring and carry their own bags and unpack them themselves and have no servants with them. Leslie sighs at the sight of this. 'This is gonna be the most miserable week for us, but as long as I keep them in line and on the right mind, then we can make this camping trip all the worthwhile as we plan our next strike, on that stupid Jordacoln ship!'
She then sees Karen and Regina fighting, again. "Come on girls! Stop it!" She goes over to stop them with what they're doing.
This is gonna be one long and hard week for everyone, but it will also be fun, sorta. We can only hope.
Day 1 to the 5 day stay in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Camping grounds.
