Chapter 348.
(The Loud House.)
The house is looking lively as everyone enjoys this Sunday of fun with their normal things. Lincoln and Luna exit from the house and head for her car. "So, we're gonna meet with Jordan and Sam and then hang out with them, what else is on the agenda little brother?" asked Luna.
"Well, we can tune in some jams with our acoustics in the park and then head for Gus' Games n' Grub and then we can make our way to the mall and enjoy whatever there is there" replied Lincoln.
Luna chuckles. "The man with the plan at his works, as always. Well, let's get going and let's hope there won't be any annoying trouble when we get there."
"Yeah, I really didn't like what Silver tried to do to us at camp." replied Lincoln. They then drive off to the park in Luna's car.
Leni comes out of the house soon after and she heads for the garage with Luan and Lucy following. They open the garage and look through some boxes for something important.
"Okay, so we find those Halloween decorations and then we keep them safe elsewhere and then we set them up way before the day of Halloween" replied Leni.
"Which the day before Halloween is my birthday and nothing would make me happier than to decorate the house into the spooky festive we know and love, well not all of us" replied Lucy.
"Come on guys, give dad a break. He's at least trying to get over his fear of Halloween and we have to do what we can to make sure he can be brave" replied Luan. "Don't wanna be spookily scared of what's gonna happen next."
"That made no sense to me" replied Lucy, they then head into the house, but then they see Michelle Lewis come back in Peter Harris' truck.
"Thanks for the ride home" replied Michelle.
Peter chuckles. "No worries, and I hope we can hang out next time. Anywhere you want next time and of course I'll handle everything else…. for someone like you."
Michelle giggles at how nervous he sounds. "Okay, see you again Mr. Harris."
Peter blushes. "And to you as well Mrs. Harris…. I mean Mrs. Lewis Harris… I mean Michelle Lewis!" The whole atmosphere is now awkward. "Sorry, I was just so caught up with the moment we had today and…. I had fun, I umm… Really did had fun, well not the kind of fun that isn't for little kids, yet."
Michelle also blushes. "I had fun too, and I do hope we can have more fun next time. But not the fun that is way beyond the whole thing we…. We might wanna start."
Peter couldn't help but chuckle at how Michelle was blushing. "Yeah, same here. Well, I should go now, see you around, or I can call you."
Michelle smiles. "I look forward to your call soon, till we meet again." She then waves and watches as the man drives off into his pickup truck and is no longer in view.
Michelle sighs and she turns around and sees Leni, Luan and Lucy smiling at her. "How much of that did you hear?" Michelle is bright red from their presence.
"All of it" replied Luan. "Looks like someone enjoyed her date with the Rosato godfather today, and sure as heck it was fun for all kinds, well fun for you guys."
"Everyone in the house knows Michelle and it's only a matter of time before others know about this too" replied Leni. "And it looks so cute seeing you two together after a normal morning date."
Michelle blushes. "It wasn't a date, we were just hanging out and talking about things going on with our lives and we were also sharing some things we don't know about each other and…." Michelle then realizes. "Oh good god, that was a date, and in the morning too. Way early in the morning!"
"Lincoln did say that Stella and Simon did the same thing" replied Lucy. "We can talk more about what you did today, for now we have to find some place to keep these decorations safe until the day comes."
"Oh, we can keep them at my place. I have an extra closet that doesn't have anything inside" replied Michelle. They then head to the neighboring house with all the boxes.
(Ketcham Park.)
Lincoln and Luna make their way through the park and with them are the six eagles sitting on a nearby tree and that tree is where they're lovers are. Jordan Rosato and Sam Sharp.
The two girls smile seeing Lincoln and Luna and they go to them and they share a hug and a kiss. "Good to see you guys here, so how's things back at the loud house?" asked Jordan.
"Doing well, Leni, Luan and Lucy went to get the Halloween decorations and keep them somewhere safe so we can set them up the day before Halloween begins" replied Lincoln.
"Everyone else is just doing their own thing for the day" replied Luna. "Lola is with Lana and both of them are playing in their rooms and let's hope they don't end up fighting again, LJ said she's gonna be practicing in being the Hall monitor for the High School, some part of me thinks Principal Rivers may have made a mistake, Lisa is helping Lily with her homework, even though her homework is just some normal toddler stuff from daycare."
"And what about the rents?" asked Sam.
"Mom is hanging out with her book club and dad is at the restaurant doing a check on inventory" replied Lincoln.
"It sure is a normal day for everyone around town" replied Jordan. "So, let's get to tuning and enjoy this moment." They all head to the nearby tree and enjoy they're strumming tunes and the peace and quiet around the park.
They enjoy seeing some familiar folks going around the place and enjoying the company of others. "So, where the heck is Simon?" asked Lincoln.
"Little bro said he was gonna be hanging out with Stella at her place, which means they must be watching a movie and it must be a horror" replied Sam.
Luna chuckles. "Can't blame the little dude into liking what Stella likes. This could be something they can do in the future."
"You mean making scary movies?" asked Jordan. Lincoln and Luna nod. "Oh god. Heaven saves us if they find some way to make Paranormal Activity better. Also, are we planning on some big date time together?"
"We are, well for next time. There are gonna be some scar movies being shown for the whole month" replied Lincoln. "But I don't wanna watch any of them, the last thing I want is to recall the Harvester, again."
Luna does recall that incident and sure as heck she isn't gonna have another repeat, otherwise he'd be as scared as Lynn Sr, from the holiday inbound for the month. "How about we change the subject, we can discuss more about our incoming date when the time is right, how about we talk about the birthday of your best pal?"
"Oh yeah, Liam's Birthday is on the 11th of the month and sure as heck we're all invited to have some good old fashioned farm fun" replied Lincoln.
"I could only guess Tabby is excited and also trying to find the right gift for her special farm boy" replied Sam. "I haven't gotten a word from her since yesterday, where is she anyway?"
"She said she's at the mall and I think you might be right, chances she's looking for the right gift to give to Liam" replied Jordan. "Could you guys imagine the look on her face when she goes around the mall and ends up getting something that might change her mind?"
"Well, when it comes to Liam, she has to know the several things about him. Liam is a country boy, so he doesn't seem to care much about city stuff and he doesn't really care what he gets, he knows its' made from the heart and that love was made with it" replied Lincoln.
"Whoa bro, Looks like hanging out with Liam at his place has made you into some kind of good guessing country boy" replied Luna. "I'm dang proud of you little dude."
"Thanks, and we still have so much more to do for the rest of the week, way before we head to the farm and enjoy some nice country time with our good pal, Liam bumpkin" replied Lincoln. "Chances his cousin Hattie is gonna be there and she might end up spoiling something to me, I do not wanna go and meet her again."
"There's gonna be tons of other kids and preteens there, there is no way she can see you and plus she might be occupied with the farm animals there" replied Jordan. "But we have to bring the eagles with us, just in case."
"Yeah, the one thing we know about the Bumpkin farm, is that sometimes there are always vermin's running around" replied Lincoln. "From foxes, raccoons, weasels, crows and moles, and at times wolves and Cougars."
Hearing this was not making Luna feel comfortable, she does not want Lincoln or Jordan to get hurt from an animal that is wild and dangerous. "When it the day of his party again?"
"On the 11th, that's next Sunday" replied Lincoln. "No school and an all-day at th Bumpkin farm."
"A farm? Lame!" they all see the six girls they did not wanna see for the day. "Farm are gross and dirty and they should be shunned out of the town and placed where all common folk peasants are, wherever they go which I don't really care" replied Chastity.
Lincoln, Luna, Jordan and Sam sigh in annoyance. "The one thing we were hoping would not come to, you girls being here and ruining everything fun" replied Sam.
"We do not ruin fun, we just have our own fun and that's what matters" replied Regina. "The fun you common folk do is lame and old and also pathetic and not fun at all."
"Well someone's not in the right head after being born" replied Luna. They all go "Oh!" at what Luna just said. "Scratch that, seems like six girls weren't born right in the head when they came out and put their moms through hell." Now that is one major low blow!
Leslie and her friends turn red hearing this and feel infuriated. "That is not nice!" said Hope.
"Says the girls who always be the mean and think they're above everyone, when in truth they're not" replied Jordan. "Everyone treats each other with equality and unity, but if you go against that, then no one will show you respect or equality."
"She's got a point, and I don't appreciate dork girls who think they can do what they want because they're rich and dumb" replied Lincoln.
This really ticks off Leslie's friends, but she manages to calm them down. "Lincoln, come now. We can just enjoy this wonderful day, together, just the two of us."
"Yeah, hard pass. I'm already with the girl of my dreams, my sister and her girlfriend. I don't intend to hang out with the darker side of life" replied Lincoln.
Leslie chuckles. "Dark side, well there is a bring side into hanging out with me for the whole day. So, do you have any plans for the rest of the afternoon?"
"Yeah, and it doesn't involve you, so get the heck out of my sight or things aren't gonna be so calm and peaceful the next time this happens" replied Lincoln.
"Jeez. Calm down loud, we just wanna hang out with you, well mostly Leslie and we can show you that there are better ways to living with the things you've got" replied Gretchen. "You're rich, you have powerful friends and everyone's attention, and we can show you how to properly use that kind of power."
Lincoln and the others scoff at that mention. "Power? Really? We don't seek power, and sure as heck we are not going to be part of some dead weight plan you girls have" replied Sam.
"Then you can butt out rocker blonde, this has nothing to do with you or the other two, this is about the top gun guy in town. So, how about it Loud?" asked Karen.
"Hard pass" replied Lincoln and Luna. "What? You said loud, and technical, I'm loud too" replied Luna. "Also, get the bloody hell away from us and leave us be with what we were doing earlier, or it's gonna get way more than just words up in this joint."
Regina chuckles. "You don't scare us."
Luna gets up with her guitar in hand. "Wanna bet?"
Then Lincoln intervene. "No Luna, they're not worth it. In fact, they never will be. The park moment just got ruined, let's go elsewhere." They all get up and bring with them their stuff and walk away, but Leslie and her friends follow them.
"Lincoln, come now. Let's not be like that, we can hang out and learn to be friends, all of us, even Rosato as well."
"Yeah, just another dark scheme to ruin my love life with Jordan, and I ain't gonna fall for that garbage. So stop following us" said Lincoln.
"Oh Lincoln, if only you could see things my way and then we can learn to understand each other and become something more and make everything in this town change for the better, for the both of us" replied Leslie. "It's not gonna hurt with just hanging out with us."
"He said no Silver, now get the heck away from us and go back to the dumpster where you swim in your own filthy cash!" said Jordan. Lincoln holds her hand to stop her from trying something physical.
The very thought of Jordan turning into a vicious angry machine was a slight reminder of what happened after they hit Lincoln with the limo and when Jordan beat the living crap out of Leslie and her friends. But they shrug it off and try not to look scared towards the Rosato girl.
They reach Luna and Sam's car and they place their things into them. "Lincoln, we can just learn so much from talking and hanging out. Give my offer a try and I promise things won't be so hard for you" replied Leslie.
"Take the offer loud, this is a one shot thing that won't close so easily" said Hope.
Lincoln closes the trunk. "Hard pass. Now leave us the heck alone, it's becoming creepy, like a stalker thing."
"A very delusional and unholy stalker thing" replied Luna. They then get into the car of Luna, and Sam follows them as they drive off. Leslie and her friends just watch with annoyed looks.
"So, that didn't work and sure as heck with his sister and that rocker, things aren't gonna be so smooth for any of us or you to make that boy change for the better, our better" replied Chastity. "What the heck do we do now Leslie?"
Leslie smirks. "We don't stop, if my plan to convince him won't work. Then we go with the plan of getting someone in his life hurt, well accidently hurt of course." They all smirk to the idea and head back to the limo.
But as they head back to the limo, a Multi-Gunner IFV drives by so fast, that the muddy water by the street hits the six girls. "What the heck?! Are you kidding me?!" yelled Karen.
"This plan cannot move fast enough in our favor" replied Gretchen.
Leslie is close to blowing up in her mind. 'This will be the first thing I want when I gain full power of this town, to get rid of that ding dang outpost and FutureTech!' Then a bird poops on her. "Seriously?!"
(Gus' Games n' Grub.)
Lincoln and Jordan are busy playing on the Dance, Dance Revolution Game and earning tons of tickets, but also there at the arcade is Paige and Renee who are scoring bank shots for tickets.
Luna and Sam watch as Lincoln and Jordan enjoy themselves, but Sam can tell that she's worried. "Let me guess, you got this bad feeling that Silver is going to do something drastic to get what she wants?"
Luna sighs. "Yeah, I mean after what Haiku and the Goth kids said to Linc and the others, I'm kinda being too cautious over the love Linc and Jordan share and I don't want it to be ruined from those six rich monsters." Luna recalls everyone being shocked after hearing what Leslie and the others tried to do at the camping grounds.
Lincoln decided not to call them out, but thanks to Haiku and her friends, they have evidence of that incident and that they can use it against them, pile up the evidence for future use as a major crime of assault and possible man slaughter, Luna did not like any of this, but on the plus side, Leslie and her friends got a beat down from their own plans.
Sam scooches closer to Luna and kisses her cheek. "Lunes, there will be some moments when things are gonna get bad or worse, but when the time comes, then you guys can put Leslie and her friends down for the count. Like Lincoln said, don't call them out yet, they got what they deserve and when they do something beyond mean, then take them down."
Luna smiles. "Yeah, but I still feel bad that Linc and Jordan have to keep their love from dying, in the hands of Silver it could spell total disaster and complete chaos in town. This isn't just about their love, but this is about everyone we know and love. I can't let Lincoln fall in line with the dark and rich, he's a kind-hearted kid and he understand how people feel, I can't let my little bro be as dark hearted as the rich six." Luna looks down in sadness and fear.
"And it won't happen Luna." They see Lincoln and Jordan in front of them. "Leslie can't get to me, I'm not so easily broken by her and if she does do something, then I know how to counter her. Have hope sis, that we can get through what she has planned."
Luna then goes over and hugs Lincoln, he hugs her back and Jordan and Sam also join in. They cannot let Lincoln fall for Silver and her friends.
Deep down Jordan is thinking. 'What if… What if Silver tries to do something to where I live? I need to do something, but what?'
(Nighttime Rosato House.)
The time is almost 8 and in the room of Jordan Rosato, the girl goes through some things online to pass the time before she sleeps.
Jordan then yawns and checks the clock. "Huh, almost 9, well time for bed. School start tomorrow and I am looking forward to…" She then sees this ad on the computer.
Jordan sees it and what it says. "Advanced House renovations, check out these upgrades you can add to your home, any kind of home can get these modifications and all thanks to the newly advanced tech company FutureTech."
Jordan knows her home is made with some extra security to deal with trespassers. But Leslie is different from all of their old enemies. Jordan looks to the ad and smiles.
'I think it's time for me to make a call to my godfather, and also talk about this with my parents. We're gonna need some heavy duty upgrades if we are to live through the fight against Silver and her posse.'
Ajax barks to this idea and Jordan pets his head, come tomorrow she has so many things to tell her parents and to Lincoln, and to the Louds.
