Chapter 352.
(The Loud House.)
Luna strums onto her guitar and she thinks about something, something that's been on her mind for a long while. 'Okay, so Lincoln and Jordan got you a gift that you will never ever forget, but what can I get them in return to show how much they mean to me? I mean, I know they don't want me to push myself into getting them something special, but I wanna do this.'
Luna then gets down from her top bunk and she walks out of her shared room with her brother, she knows he's not home because he's headed to Jordan's to get an early access to see the new renovations to her home.
Luna then thinks about what to get for the two kids who made her feel like her life truly has much more meaning that just the music she knows, rocks to and loves. Luna then sees Leni making a photo album, she peeks and sees it had some pictures of when Lincoln was very little and it seemed to look like some kind of pop-up book.
'Huh, so that's what Leni's getting Lincoln. That's kinda cute, but what can I give to him on his birthday next week?'
Luna then sees Lynn and Lucy wrapping up the gift boxes they have for Lincoln and they're chatting about how he'll love what they have for him. Luna then hears some chatter from the twins and they too have wrapped up some action figures they have for Lincoln, and then she sees into the room across from there's that Luan is helping Lisa and Lily wrap they're gifts as well.
Luna then walks away and sighs. Meanwhile Lisa is wrapping her gift and Luan asks her. "How the heck did Lily get her hands on this for Lincoln?" Luan finishes wrapping up the gift that Lily wants to give to Lincoln and the toddler places a bow on top and claps.
Lisa straitens her glasses. "From what I only know, she went to my laptop and she went online to order something on her own. I do believe Lily is smarter than any of us. Well, sort of."
They both look to Lily who then picks up her teddy bear and plush giraffe and makes them play together. "Still how the heck did she get the cash to pay for this?" asked Luan.
"Another thing I found out, she found the Grant money I kept hidden in this room, she must've been observing me and the password I put into the safe" replied Lisa. "Now normally I would be very much upset with what Lily did, but I am also proud of what she attempted and she might be looking into a future of mischief."
"Then we better keep our eyes peeled, otherwise we'd be robbed blind!" chuckled Luan. Lisa and Lily had no clue if that was even funny.
Luna heads downstairs and she sees Michelle Lewis picking up three large gifts and is ready to head out. "Oh, hi there Luna. I was about to hide these at my place. These two are from your parents and this one is from me and they're for Lincoln."
Luna goes towards her. "Need some help? They seem pretty big."
"Yeah, sure. Thanks." Michelle let's her take one large gift and they walk out of the Loud House and head for her place next door. "So, I could only assume from you're miserable looks that you haven't figured out what to get your brother on his birthday huh?"
Luna sighs. "Looks like being around us has taught you something huh Miss Lewis?"
Michelle chuckles. "Yeah, you have trouble and I can understand. Heck, I had this issue when September was close to ending and then I thought of something and now I have it in that large box for him next week." They then enter her house and they bring the gifts into her guest room and they keep it there.
Luna then walks out. "I should try and figure out what to do, Linc's B-Day is next week and I have to think what to get him. Something that can be useful and also have meaning and the same goes for Jordan."
Michelle then stops her. "Luna wait." The rocker turns around and looks to her friend. "How about you go to the mall? You might be able to find something there, most of your sibs also went there and others went online."
Luna thinks about this. "Yeah, yeah. Thanks for the advice Michelle, I'll get to it." She then heads off to find something at the mall, she then hops into her car and she drives off.
Michelle smiles. 'You did it again Michelle. Helped Luna once more, now that everyone else is done with the things they need, I have all the time I need to figure out what to wear tomorrow! Oh god! Peter Harris is gonna take me to freaking Paris France!' She then heads back into her home to look for something.
(Royal Woods Mall.)
Luna's Ferrari makes it and she parks it where her name is reserved for some reason and she heads into the mall. She does pass by Sully and Mazzy who just left the mall and also Jackie and Mandee.
Luna then looks around the place. 'Alright Luna, time to get Lincoln and Jordan the best dang gifts they deserve. They gave you something unbelievable and awesome, so time to do the same. Give it purpose and make it meaningful and straight from the heart, but what?'
Luna looks around and spots the music store, the book store, the sports store that has some WWE stuff, the video game store, the electronics store, the Arcade that may have some awesome prizes they might like and lastly she sees a toy store.
"Okay, so time to check out what to get Lincoln!" Luna then heads to the nearest store. But she has no clue that someone sees her and smiles.
"Well, well. Girls, looks like we got ourselves a loud in the mall" replied Leslie.
Her five friends also see Luna headed to the book store. "Now, what would that rocker wannabee want in here and what is she looking for?" asked Regina.
"Probably something dumb and related to that retard Mick Swagger, that guy isn't even cool or anything than old fashioned and lame" replied Chastity.
The others also agree and they go back to shopping at Gryphon's Shopping.
Leslie however was thinking of talking to Luna, but later when she's done with what she's looking for.
(Now for a montage, a Luna searching for a gift montage!)
Luna goes to the bookstore and looks for something Lincoln and Jordan might like, something that would interest them in reading. She sees some Sci-Fi books, but she sees they're not good enough and she also sees some books about avian wildlife, but they might know about it already and so she leaves the place.
Luna makes it into the sports store and she sees the WWE section and she spots some merchandise that are all WWE related, from titles to clothing and action figures. But she can't seem to pick which one and to the fact she has no knowledge of WWE since Lincoln and Jordan have watched it a lot and know what's happening to the show, so she walks out.
Luna goes to the video game store and she sees some new video games that Lincoln and Jordan would love, including the RTS game Iron Harvest and the new Update of Left 4 Dead. But then she realizes, that Jordan has a game room and chances these games have been installed by FutureTech. So she decides to take her business elsewhere.
Luna is now at the electronics store and she looks for any new tech Lincoln and Jordan might like, some of the new stuff is FutureTech and she does have the cash for this. Then she stops and realizes something. Lincoln and Jordan have devices that are FutureTech based, which means she can't buy them something that's already what they have and so she walks out.
Luna goes into the arcade and she sees tons of kids, even Richie and Rusty playing and she sees the prize counter and looks for something she can win for Lincoln and Jordan, but she doesn't know what to pick. There are way too many plush toys and all of them are couple related and a bit way too much to choose from and all of them look too cute. So, with this pressure of choosing too much, she walks out.
Glad she did, because a mob of kids with tons of tickets come and want some of those plush toys. Poor guy working at the place.
Luna takes her business to the toy store and she looks around and is at a loss for words at the countless Pokémon toys all over the place. She has no clue what to even get or to the fact she has no clue what kind of Pokémon Lincoln and Jordan would love, in fact she has no knowledge about Pokémon either! So, Luna walks out with only one place to go, she just hopes she can find something.
She did not notice that Simon and Stella have bought something's for Lincoln and Jordan and have them gift wrapped, well they did they're part early and got something for Jordacoln.
(End of montage.)
Luna then walks pass the fountain and she sighs. 'Come on Luna, Linc's birthday is next week and before the pressure gets to me. I have to get him something to show how much he means to me and the same goes to Jordan.'
She then looks to a pawnshop and she sees something, a sign that says that they can now hand craft jewelry for you for any of your loved ones. She then looks to her bracelet that is made up of amethyst which was given to her by Lincoln and Jordan on her birthday.
Luna snaps her fingers and she smiles. 'Handmade! That's it! Give them something I made with my own hands to show them how much they mean to me! Luna that is brilliant!'
Luna looks to the credit card she has, which is linked to the band account and all the cash from the Louds and Rosato's and she heads for the pawn shop, but then she stops and thinks about this. 'No, no. I can't do this. I can't just give them some piece of handmade jewelry that they also gave me, it wouldn't feel right.'
Luna then backs up and sighs. "Well, back to the drawing board." Luna feels as if she has no hope to getting something for Lincoln and Jordan.
'What the heck do I even do now? Lincoln and Jordan won't get the gift they deserve for getting me something, they put their blood sweat and tears into this, and I got nothing for them.' Luna looks to her bracelet which is now glowing blue from her emotions. "What the heck do you do now Lunes?"
Luna then stops and sees the music store up ahead. "Well, might as well see what I can find in there."
Luna goes in and she does see something she did not see coming. The music store has a sign. The sign looks as if there is an angelic light on it, but in truth it's the next theme song to the mall and the light above the sign just got brighter which means it needs a new light bulb.
"We now make instruments, any instrument ranging from keyboards, guitars and drums. We can make them special for the ones you love or for any event you are planning."
Luna goes wide eyed and smiles. 'Yes! Yes! That's it, give them something they can use and is made, by me! They made me this bracelet with their own two hands, so sure as heck the guys running the joint can let me do the same.'
She then goes inside to commence her plan. But she has no clue that Leslie was spying on her. 'Now what could Luna be doing?'
(Minutes later.)
Luna comes out of the music store with a positive attitude and a smile on her face, she was happy that it worked and now she can do what she planned. 'Come tomorrow, I have to come back here after I drop off Lincoln for his sleep over tomorrow and then get to work on what I have planned for him and sure as heck I am getting Sam involved as well.'
Luna then looks to her bracelet. 'This is for you guys, the kids who made me this by their hands and is now with me, deep within my heart. Soon, they'll get something they can play with their own hands and also keep close to their hearts.'
"Hi Luna." Luna stops and she sees in front of her is the one girl she hates the most, the rich girl who wants to take her brother away from Jordan, away from his good ways and away from the family and away from her, the rich girl Leslie Silver and her friends Hope, Gretchen Karen, Chastity and Regina.
Luna was not in the mood to deal with those clowns. "Leave me alone dorks." She then walks away, but Leslie and her friends follow her.
"Come now Luna, can't we just talk?" asked Leslie.
"No, now leave me alone, now!" said Luna as she tries to walk away from them.
"Luna please. I can tell that you are the closest sibling to Lincoln, heck you two post you're moments of being brother and sister on the social media page and that you both have the affinity fir music and you also made him the music lover he is now. So, why not teach me some music?" asked Leslie.
"Fat chance kid, no way in hell am I teaching a cursed siren from hell like you, now leave me be dorks" replied Luna as she continues to walk, but they follow her still.
"Luna, Luna. We don't have to be like this, I just wanna be your friend and also you're brother's friend. We can both be friends and perhaps you can see just how much of a good person I really am and then you can see things my way for change, and perhaps show it to Lincoln as well" replied Leslie. Her friends snicker.
"Yeah, why not chill with the popular and rich girls in all of town instead of some band" said Regina.
Luna ignores them and tries not to beat them down with her bear fists.
"Wait, what the heck is on your wrist glowing?" asked Gretchen. She looks to Luna's bracelet. "Is that an amethyst and glowing?!"
Luna then ignores them. "Whoa! That is an amethyst, but why the heck is it even glowing and how is it glowing? Is that some kind of rare gem or something?" asked Regina.
"Rocker, you have to tell us where you got that!" said Hope. "You're super rich, which means you got it from some jewelry store and the glowing is the process of how rare and one of a kind it is, which store was it?"
Luna did not like them talking about the gift from Lincoln and Jordan. She's then blocked by Regina, Chastity and Karen. "Hey! We asked you where the heck did you get the freaking bracelet!" said Karen.
Luna recalls that Karen is one girl whose temper can get the best of her. "Move you're rich behinds out of the way now!"
"Not until you tell us where you got that bracelet!" said Hope.
"We're not moving till you tell us and sure as heck we're not gonna stop till you tell us!" said Chastity.
Luna then turns around and sees Leslie, Hope and Gretchen blocking her, she knows she can take them but it would be wrong for a teenager like her to just beat up some rich girls like them, plus the law has to take its course on them and not by her hands unless the situation demands it.
Luna then speaks it out. "Fine! Lincoln and Jordan got me this and they handmade it themselves to show how much I mean to them and how they see me as a big sister and a mother figure! Happy?!"
This shocks Leslie and her friends, and then they laugh. This confuses and also angers Luna. 'What in the heck?'
"Jordan? She made that? With Loud? Seriously?" chuckled Hope.
"There is now ay Rosato could even afford something that priceless!" laughed Chastity.
"Rosato is not rich enough to get that thing, or even find one that glows!" laughed Regina. "And how the heck does she even do it with her own hands? She's not even that skilled!"
"The possibilities of Rosato being handmade with things like that is impossible, she'd get dirty and have to sweat a whole lot and stink too!" laughed Gretchen. "But she already does!"
"That is so priceless! Loud and Rosato? Meaningful gift?! What a joke!" laughed Karen.
Luna did not like how these girls were laughing at what was true and deep down she was not going to let them insult what Lincoln and Jordan made, with their own two hands.
Leslie then wipes a tear and chuckles. "Oh wow. Rosato, making something meaningful? She can't even make a diamond into a ring or even show off the glamorous of all outfits to anyone!" She then looks to Luna and calms down. "Seriously though, where did you get that amazing accessory that truly deserves to be in the hands of someone with style and sophistication?"
"Yeah, because if it was from Lincoln and would be meaningful, then it should go to Leslie" replied Hope. "Because sure as heck she deserves all the love from Loud."
Luna was now in deep anger and something deep inside her is waking up, and is recalling the words from Luna Frost, the words she whispered and Luna's eyes and starting to glow blue and her breath was getting cold.
"Seriously, let me see the serial number and then we can figure out where Lincoln got this." Gretchen is about to go for the bracelet, but then Luna grabs her without even looking to her. "Hey! What the heck?! Let me go!"
"Hey! Let her go!" Regina goes after Luna, but Luna steps to the side and Regina accidently collides with Hope.
Luna sighs and she recalls the words from her hero-self, the words whispered after Luna Frost kissed her. The words from a guardian. "By shadow and light we are bound by vision, through ice and fire we are bonded into obligation."
Karen and Chastity try to take down Luna, but they can't move and they feel cold and they see they're feet have been frozen by ice. "What the heck is this?!"
Luna takes a sigh and the temperature all over the mall drops like a freezer instantly and everyone can feel this chill and looks around, it's so cold that it even freezes electronics, but the FutureTech stuff are untouched and their Burst drone cameras are still recording.
Leslie and her friends look around and feel cold. "What? What the heck is going in? Who turned down the AC?!" Leslie then sees Luna walking towards her and her boots are making the floor crack and break like ice.
Luna has her head down and is dragging a now frozen solid Gretchen, she then shoves the frozen rich girl who then hits the fountain and hits the water and is frozen again.
Luna is now in front of Leslie and Leslie can see the ice cold blue stare from Luna's eyes and her bracelet was now shifting from an amethyst, to pure ice and has turned her right hand into a frozen gauntlet.
"Take back what you're friends said, now!" Luna's voice sounds ethereal and almost echo-like.
Leslie is now filled with fear and backs up. "I… I… What?"
Luna then grabs Leslie by her throat and the ice gauntlet is now a large frozen demon claw with shadows and it seems everyone around them is as still as time is frozen.
"I said. Take. It. Back. Now!"
Leslie sheds tears and tries to break free. "Okay, okay. I'm sorry I insulted the bracelet and Lincoln and Jordan, I'm sorry my friends made fun of your words and I'm sorry we laughed at you for telling the truth! Just please, let me go!"
Luna then brings Leslie close to her and whispers. "The next time you make fun of my little brother and Jordan and what they do for me and everyone to be happy, I'll sneak into you're wretched mansion, chain you up to your own bed naked and burn the place to the ground. All on live stream, got it?"
Leslie nods with tears. "G-Got it, please let me go!"
Luna then sighs and he was now back to normal and everything was back in time motion and no longer frozen, and the people feel like something happened, but they can't remember.
Gretchen comes out of the fountain and spits out water, Hope and Regina get up and Chastity and Karen fall to the ground now that they're not frozen anymore, but they did see what Luna Loud did. Luna then drops Leslie.
The rich girl looks up to the angry rocker teen and her eyes are still glowing blue. "Get the hell out of my sight."
Leslie and her friends get up and they make a run for it out of the mall with the things they bought, which may have been damaged permanently by Luna and what she did.
Luna then looks to her hands. 'Looks like Luna A. Spellman did give me something, or better yet shared me something. Shared me the gift and strength of a guardian who wants to keep her loved ones and family safe, better use this for when things get serious.'
Luna then walks out of the mall and her eyes are now back to normal, but her amethyst bracelet still glows some slight blue with a hint of black. Luna then smirks. 'Looks like all of our enemies better beware, because this loud just got a demonically cold new trait.'
The FutureTech Burst Drone sees this and zooms in on her. "Interesting." That was the voice of Martin McKenzie.
