Chapter 362.
(Shining Spring Hotel and Resort.)
The sun is up and everyone staying there are all looking forward to the day ahead of them. Tourists and guests are going back and forth and checking in and out, and the elevator opens and shows Lincoln, Luna and Jordan who're looking forward to one day where they can go do something together.
"Okay, so we had an awesome time going all out at the pool yesterday, so today we're gonna do some awesome hiking time at the Shining Springs forest" replied Luna.
"This is going to be quite the hike, I heard that there are some animals that don't belong to this land, they were said to have been brought here for the zoo, but they escaped and they're population has been thriving" replied Jordan.
"Any clue what this species is?" asked Lincoln.
"That is something you kids have to figure out" replied Hotel manager Brenda J. Davis. "The species here is kept a secret and only few have seen them, and they might not be the only species living around the forest and yes the rumors are true, they were once animals for the zoo, but got loose and are now living here and under the animal wildlife act, we are not to remove them from this place."
"Wow! Can't wait to see them" said Lincoln. All three of them head to the back of the hotel and they see the spot for hiking is available and so they sign up and are given some devices to keep track of their location.
They then make their way to the forest with the eagles flying high.
Meanwhile, Leslie and her friends now see them from the distance with binoculars. "We got eyes on them and they are moving as we speak!" said Hope.
The other girls are all eating sandwiches. "This is the worst kind of breakfast in bed we have ever gotten and they didn't even serve it to us on a silver platter or dish!" said Regina.
"Be lucky it's still good and edible otherwise we'd have to go through the whole day hungry" said Gretchen. "We should get moving now, before we lose them."
"We also have to make sure those eagles don't see us, or we are so dead in the hands of those things" said Karen.
"They don't have hands Karen, they have talons" replied Chastity.
"Enough!" They all look to Leslie. "We have all the stuff we need and now all we have to do is ruin this hike of theirs. Make sure Jordan gets into trouble and have that wannabee rockstar be part of it as well! Two birds with one stone and the third one is all mine for the taking!"
Gretchen and Regina have the bags. "Everything is set, ready and nothing can go wrong. We're not at some dumb camping trip and surely there are no tech stuff or friends or even the rest of those sisters for them to have backup. It's just them!" said Regina.
Leslie smirks and they all get moving. "Can we at least have some kind of ride when we get there?" asked Karen.
(Shining Springs Forest.)
They make their way through the path and they look around the forest and are now by the flower patch pathway and they see tons of amazing flora in the woods.
"Wow! This place is so beautiful, all these flowers are so lovely, and I see some as my favorite too" said Jordan as she sees tons of roses. Red and white ones.
Lincoln then sees something and he stops. "Guys, look." They all stop and are shocked to see what looks like a Panda in the area, the flower patch is nearing a bamboo forest and there's a freaking panda there?!
They all are amazed by the panda, but the panda is not alone and they see the panda cub with her. "Aww! This must be one of the animals that escaped and took refuge here, a freaking panda! This is awesome!" Luna then takes a picture.
"Yeah, those two are not the only one" giggled Jordan. "Lincoln, you have a friend with you."
"Huh, what?" Lincoln then sees a panda cub looking at him on the ground and then climbs onto his body. "Hey, what the heck are you doing little buddy?" The baby panda then gets a ride onto his shoulders. "Huh, I guess I can take the weight of a panda cub."
Luna smirks and takes a picture of this. "Well, you have been having bald eagles on your shoulders for some time, so I guess you toughened up to heavy weight."
Lincoln chuckles and he sees the mother panda go to him, and so he places the baby onto the mother's back and pets both of them. "These guys are pretty friendly too." They then take a few pics with the pandas.
Leslie and her friends see them and are ready for the plan. "Okay, let's do this! The itchy powder dust, now!"
Gretchen then gets the pea shooter, but then she sees a panda cub looking at what she has. "Go away little bear, you may be cute but I'm busy!" The baby panda then grabs the pea shooter and nibbles on it. "Hey give that back!"
"I got this." Regina takes it from the baby and the little panda starts to whimper. "Aww, he's cute. I want him!" But then the little guy cries. They then hear some heavy breathing behind them.
"Girls, we're not alone are we?" asked Hope. They turn around and see one angry mama panda bear and she is big! They all look in shock. "Give. The baby. The pea shooter. Now."
Regina gives it back to the baby, but when the baby gets the pea shooter, it snaps and it cries. The girls then look to the mother and she picks them all up, digs a hole for each and puts them in it with their heads sticking out.
"Get us out of here you black and white freaks!" said Karen.
But then some baby pandas go to them and they start poking they're faces and even sit on them. "Come on! Get off of us now!" said Karen. "Girls, we have to….. Hope are you okay?"
They all look to Hope who is giggling and enjoying the baby pandas playing with her face. "They are so cute! I have to take a pic of this, if my hands were free and i….. Hey! That's my phone!"
The baby panda then plays with their phones and then takes a pic of them, and then posts it! The girl are shocked from this. "That is one smart bear" said Gretchen.
Leslie then sees the adults going through their bag. "Hey! That's ours!" They then break everything in the bag and toss some of the stuff they're supposed to use for traps away.
The sleeping and itching darts are tossed and they hit the nearby tree, the jars of honey are now being eaten by the baby pandas, the nets are being torn apart and played by the babies and they use it to help catch fruit from some nearby trees and the jar of clothes eating moths has been released and they get intercepted by some birds and eaten.
Leslie and her friends then realize, all of their traps are gone. "No! Our traps! The plan! No!" Leslie tries to break free, but then a baby panda sits on her head and farts. She then sees the panda recording this. "Don't you dare post that!"
The baby panda the clicks post and it's trending. The girls are stuck, and they can do nothing as they're surrounded by too many pandas.
(Back with the others.)
Lincoln, Jordan and Luna then make their way away from the flower and panda path and they are now at an open field and looking around. "You know what's weird?" asked Jordan.
"The fact I have two pandas following me?" asked Lincoln. They turn around and see the same mother and baby panda following him and the eagles also sit on the back of the bear.
"Well no not that" replied Jordan. "I feel like something's watching us." They then stop when they hear something breathing next to them, they turn to the left and are shocked to see an animal that is endangered in Africa, the African Black Rhinoceros.
The beast snorts and looks at them and then eats the berry bush near them. "That is one big rhino" said Lincoln.
Luna makes sure Lincoln and Jordan are behind her. But then they see tons of rhinos everywhere. "Whoa! These guys live here? Is this even safe?"
The rhinos look at them and they ignore them entirely and stick to going around they're business and eating the tall grass. "Huh, I think it's safe" said Lincoln. He then notices something. "Jordan? Jordan?"
Even Luna looks for her, then she stops and she gets Lincoln to turn around and they're both shocked to see Jordan Rosato on the back of a black rhino. "These guys are friendly, hop on!"
Lincoln and Luna look to each other and smile, they then hop onto the back of this beast of an animal and the rhino gets moving. "Dude, this is so cool!" Luna has her phone and they take a selfie on the rhino and post it.
Lincoln then notices the path of the rhino. "I think he's gonna take us onto the path of the tour."
"Awesome! We got a ride and I don't mind him being slow, it's nice to take the scenic route" replied Jordan. "And the pandas are still following us." They see the mother and baby panda following them and the eagles still riding the panda mother, they then sit with Lincoln, Jordan and Luna on the rhino and continue trekking.
"How do you think you're parents are doing not tagging along?" asked Lincoln.
"They said they wanted some alone time, and so we should let them. I wonder what they're doing now" said Jordan.
Luna then sees something has been posted and she goes wide eyed. "Dudes, look at this."
They go to Luna and see Rick and Jesse Rosato having a party at the back of the hotel and it looks like someone's wedding or something, and theme of the wedding is DJ style. "Huh, well at least they have they're fun and we can have ours."
They continue with their hike.
(Back with Leslie.)
The girls are still stuck in the ground, and they can't do a thing about it. "So, now what?" asked Regina.
Then Karen sees her phone is not too far from her. "I can reach my phone and then we can get the driver to come and get us!" She tries to move her chin closer to the phone, so she then uses her tongue, but a baby panda takes the phone and looks to the girl.
Karen calms down. "Give me the phone little bear, give it to me please."
The baby panda goes to her. "That's it, that's right give me the phone."
As the baby panda is now in point blank range, the little guy hits her in the head with the phone and laughs and then he does it again and again and again and again.
Karen is wide eyed and angry, she even sees the adult Panda using Regina's phone to record this and it's live stream! "That is it! Give me back my phone you little stupid bear!"
The baby panda stops and looks to her in anger, this one doesn't cry and he uses his paw to slap her in the face. "Did you just slap me?" She then gets slapped again. "Oh you did not!"
The baby panda smiles and keeps lapping her. The others are shocked and look to each other.
"You know I've never seen anything so cute act like this, and it's still live streaming" said Chastity.
Leslie then has an idea. "Wait, that phone is live streaming! We can call for help!" Leslie then starts asking for help with their being recorded, but the others look to her confused.
"Does she know that everyone hates us and no one would come to our aid, unless it's our parents?" asked Hope.
"It'd be a miracle if our parents see this, they're way too busy to even help us like this" replied Regina.
"We're gonna be here for a while" replied Gretchen.
Leslie continues to ask for help but she just gets more likes from being humiliated by pandas and Karen is constantly getting slapped by the baby panda, and is getting angry. She then gets slapped by two more baby pandas. "Make this stop!"
(Back with Lincoln and the others.)
Lincoln, Jordan and Luna continue to enjoy this nice hiking moment and they have seen so much as they continue hiking, and they're still riding the black rhinoceros and the pandas still following them.
They travelled through the deepest parts of the forest and they encounter more and more wildlife they have never thought to have lived there.
They have seen some orangutans and lemurs by some jungle looking trees, spotted a few Hippos by the rivers along with some tapir, they go near the river and they spotted some dugong by the deep parts of the waters and some pink dolphins.
They do stop and eat some lunch by the side of the river and enjoy the company of the dugong nearby. Lincoln sits next to the pandas and shares his vegetable burrito with them and so does Jordan, while Luna eats an apple pie and shares it with the black rhino. After lunch, they get back onto the trail.
They do smile when they see Harrier, talking to another eagle by the river side.
Sloths slowly trekking through the tree branches, for some weird reason they see some coconuts crabs by the coconuts trees near the river side and they even see some pretty large crawfish by the shallows and Lincoln could swear he saw one that was as big as a normal dog, which scared them and they avoid the shallow waters.
Ostriches run through the grassy plains they go through and they even see some giant ant eaters, Kiwi birds are hiding in the shadows underneath some trees and they even see some Pacific Finches that were said to have been extinct, which puzzles them as to how the heck did they get to this country.
They then figured it out, that the river here leads all the way to a place they know and have been, the large river and water fall leads all the way back to Lake Eddie, which explains why some of the wildlife is odd.
They soon get back on the trail, the trail back to the hotel and they spot the place. "Well, looks like this has been one awesome day and we even spotted some eagles we've never seen before" said Lincoln. "Those were so many species."
"And I think Harrier found someone special" said Luna. They all look up and see the son of Patriot and Valkyrie fly around with a female Golden Eagle and both of them seem to be having fun.
Jordan smirks. "They are native to the country and are said to be the top one on the beautiful eagles list, sorry guys." The bald eagles are okay with it and they smile seeing Harrier fly around with this young female eagle.
"So, you think she might come with us back home?" asked Luna.
Lincoln and Jordan aren't sure about that, they know that one day Harrier would have to take flight and stay with a mate and start his own future and the parents of the eagle also know this. Someday, when the time is right. They will have to say farewell to the eagles they raised.
Luna then sees everyone being quiet, so she decides to the change the subject. "So, what are we doing when we get home tomorrow?"
Lincoln and Jordan then recall something. "Tomorrow is Rusty's birthday."
Luna is also shocked. "Huh, did not see that one coming. We can find something he could like when we hit the gift shop back at the hotel." She then looks to the setting sun. "Now that is beautiful."
Lincoln and Jordan also see this and the black rhino stops walking and they all take in the sight. They all sit by the grassy field and enjoy the view of the sunset, a perfect way to end their amazing hike through the Shining Springs forest.
Luna then pulls the two kids close to her and they lean onto her and the pandas also join in on this and so do the eagles and the black rhino sits close by and eats a lime skirt covered in honey that he found?
"Huh, where did he find that thing?" asked Jordan. "Also, why does it look so familiar?"
They all then go back to looking to the sunset, they even see Harrier flying around with the female Golden Eagle. They could all tell, that a future is inbound for the son of the two eagle champs, but where does his future go off from here and will he stay with them or head off and find his own future?
Lincoln and Jordan know one day he might not stay with them, but they'll be happy with whatever choice Harrier makes, for his future.
(Nighttime.)
Leslie, Hope, Gretchen, Regina and Chastity walk back to the limo and they are a mess. Covered in dirt and smelling like fur, Karen is following behind them and is blushing red as she uses a torn piece from the duffle bag to be her new skirt, but it's not enough and doesn't even reach close to her knees.
"It is official. I hate pandas!" said Karen.
Hope looks to her phone. "And we're trending as the panda play things, and people are still commenting and liking the video. Well, we've been humiliated again!"
"This plan was a bust and also they just left" said Gretchen.
Leslie is shocked. "What?!" They then see a dropship fly by them and head off to Royal Woods. Leslie's left eye twitches. "We spend the whole time trying to ruin Jordan for nothing?! Are you joking me?!"
Chastity sighs. "Let's just get going now." They then hear some heavy breathing and they turn around and see a black rhino look at them. "What the heck?!"
The Rhino looks to their green skirts and they all have floral patterns. "What the heck are you looking at dummy?" asked Regina. They then hear a ripping sound and all their skirts have been torn off and eaten by the rhino, and it walks back to the forest.
The six girls turn red in embarrassment and Karen hands them the torn up duffle bag. "You're gonna need this girls."
They then start tearing up the bag and use some of its parts for skirts. "At least this can't get any worse" said Chastity.
Then a tour bus stops near them and the people inside take pictures. "Yeah, it got worse" said Hope. She then looks to Chastity. "You and you're stupid mouth!"
Leslie is now in full anger, but she does her best not to lash out. "Jordan is gonna pay for this and so will Luna Loud!"

A/N: Well, we're going back to Royal Woods in the next chapter and I hope this seemed as good as the last one avenger44, because I did what I could to make it more fun, especially having the enemy get humiliated by cuteness! Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
