Chapter 372.
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
The last bell of the day rings and everyone comes out and they all get ready for tomorrow there will be no classes. The whole school will be busy tomorrow in setting up for the upcoming Middle School Halloween Party on the 31st of October.
Lincoln and his friends are all getting ready for the next two days of no school, until it's time for them to go to school on October 31st and then get ready for the whole party at the night of Halloween.
"So, are we headed to Gryphon's shopping again?" asked Lincoln.
"The heck we are" replied Gretchen. "You guys wanna tag along?"
"I think we had our fair share of very expensive stuff, we're gonna be headed off home to relax and calm down from a day of school" replied Rusty.
"Dude, did you forget we have homework for History class?" asked Zach.
Rusty recalls this and sighs in annoyance. "Well, it was fun while it lasted." He then sees his dad's car. "Well, I should get going now. See you guys tomorrow." They all wave as Rusty goes into his dad's car and drives off and soon everyone else takes to their family vehicles and head on home, though Liam and Tabby take the Moose to go back home.
"Well, looks like it's gonna be just Linc, me and Gretchen" replied Jordan. "Also, congrats on now being part of the Gamer's Club Gretchen."
"Thanks, I guess I still have some skills on video games, and I didn't know I was good at MOBA style games and I don't just mean that because there's a game with my last name on it" replied Gretchen.
Lincoln and Jordan chuckle. "Well, you did play League quite well and plus it was your idea and choice when you saw the character, Warwick the Uncaged Wrath of Zaun" replied Lincoln.
Gretchen smirks. "I swear, it thought he was gonna be cool, not darn right scary. But still, very effective and possible my champion? I don't know anymore, he does have my family last name."
They then spot a familiar Purple Ferrari with a Teal Porsche and they know who it is. "Well, looks like we got some company" replied Jordan. "What the heck are they doing here?"
Lincoln smirks. "Well, I thought it would be nice for them to join us, and so here they are. Surprised?"
Jordan and Gretchen chuckle. "The heck we are" replied Jordan. "Now we can hang out with the rest of the louds at the mall. You cool with this Gretchen?"
Gretchen takes a deep breathe. "Yeah, I think I can do this. I mean I know they might be a bit against me after all that I have done when I was part of Silver and her posse, but I'll try to earn they're trust. Just as Simon did the same many months ago."
"That's the spirit, though try to be careful when around Luan. You never knew when she's gonna do something prank relayed, well lightly prank related" replied Lincoln.
"Lisa and the twins can be a bit hard to get by. Lisa is smart and will be very observant over you. The twins Lola and Lana can be a bit hard to manage as well, Lana is a dirty kid and I don't know how you can gain trust from her, but you might have luck with Lola, she seems to be far more into the whole wanting attention and popularity as you once did and she like sparkly things."
"Then there's Lynn, she's the sporty one and she will try and see what sport you're good at, Lucy on the other hand is dark and gloomy and she'll just be as poetic as she could try and beware for when she starts coming out of nowhere, it could startle you and then Leni of course is not the same ditzy sister we knew once before and is becoming responsible with Lori not being here anymore, but she still retains the whole fashion lover talent and she might have the same eye-to-eye level with you and fashion advice."
"I already know Leni, because I met her two days ago at the mall with Jordan's friends and she sure is such a nice person, alongside her friends Fiona and Miguel and Jackie and Mandee. She even gave me advice on some outfits I could try on and I also promised that one day I would invite her friends to the Gryphon's shopping as well" replied Gretchen.
"I don't know how to show Lucy, Lisa and Lana I can be trusted, but Lola seems like a nice person, I think. I'll make sure I don't blurt out any secrets, unless it's a secret about Leslie and her friends. I have heard about Luan and might have some slight fear from her and as for Lynn, there is a sport I am good at and that sport is Tennis, and also golf."
Gretchen then has a worried look. "It's Luna I am worried about, I know she's the one sister you trust and I don't wanna make things awkward, I mean sure I think she did interact with me but I have this feeling she might not like me."
Jordan places a hand on her shoulder. "Take it easy Gretch, Luna will trust you. We know it and she knows you're changing, like when Simon did."
"Luna can be hard to come by, she can be tough and very protective when it comes to the safety of Jordan and myself. But in time, she could trust you and chances she already trusts you" replied Lincoln.
Leslie smiles hearing this. "Thanks, I needed this." They then see that both vehicles are now in front of them and the windows lower and they see all the sisters are looking at them. To Gretchen. 'This is it, time to earn the trust of the louds.'
All the louds see Gretchen and some of them greet her. Though most don't mind her and are being wary of her presence as they are headed to the mall.
The door opens to Luna's Ferrari and Luna sees them. "Get in dudes, also Michelle is with us. Mom is keeping an eye on Lily at home and said to let Michelle tag along."
"Cool, and It looks like we're all locked and loaded to go to the mall and to Gryphon's Shopping" replied Lincoln. They then get in.
Lincoln and Jordan ride at the passengers' seat, while Gretchen Warwick rides in the backseat alongside Lucy and Michelle Lewis. "Hi Gretchen, pleasure to meet you" said Michelle. "You feeling alright kid?"
"Yeah, yeah. Just gonna have to try and get used to all of this" replied Gretchen.
Luna sees this and she knows that the former mean rich girl is uncomfortable with the whole issue of gaining they're trust. She then starts her engine and they drive off with Leni following behind, she's has the rest of the louds in her car. The eagles are high above and follow them to the mall.
Leslie and her friends see this and are not amused. "The nerve of her to let those louds go to the mall and to our shopping place!" said Chastity.
"What I would do to show them to never go to where we shop!" said Karen.
"I'd like to be part of that one" said Regina. "No one and I mean no one shops where we shop. Gryphon's shopping are for the rich and important and they are not important, rich sure, but those louds are not important!"
Hope sighs. "Girls, we cannot mess with them. We were given a warning and we do not wanna get kicked out of the place, we have to shop when they're not around."
Karen, Regina and Chastity grumble at this, Hope sighs and she looks to her best friend. "Leslie, you okay?"
Leslie just looks to the two cars driving off and she is angry. "Come on girls, we can go to the mall and wait for them to leave and then we can do our own shopping."
They all follow Leslie into her limo and they drive off. They are all unamused by the change to the mall, to the one place they shop within the Royal Woods Mall.
(Royal Woods Mall.)
They arrive to the mall and park their rides, they all go into the mall and ignore the other things around the place. Because they got their sights set on someplace that they have never been. Lincoln, Jodan and Luna have Patriot, Valkyrie, Harrier, Nora and Bullet are sitting on their shoulders.
Gretchen is shocked that Artemis and Freya are on her shoulders and she's shocked she can maintain their weight. Gretchen then knows that the eagles trust him, this is something the others have noticed as well and this is a good start for Gretchen, the eagles trust her, which means soon the others in town will as well.
Gretchen then looks to Leni. "So, why aren't you're friends here to tag along with us?"
"They said they had plans today, since the big Halloween party is inbound for High School and I wanna be part of it, they did say they'll tell us when they can hang out with us and go to Gryphon's shopping and I hope it's when Lori comes to visit" replied Leni.
"I'm okay with Leni going to the party for Halloween. This is her last school year in High School and she should be enjoying it with her friends, and I'm letting Lynn go to the party since it's her first party in High School" replied Lucy. "Besides, Luan is still gonna be part of the Halloween haunted maze."
"And Benny is coming along as well and let's not forget the big surprise we're gonna get from our other worldly allies" replied Luan.
What Luan said was confusing to Gretchen, she didn't know what she meant by other worldly allies. But she knows not to ask and just wait till they can show her.
They then spot the place of shopping, Gryphon's shopping and someone is waiting outside, Peter Harris. "Hey guys, I've been waiting here for a while and looks like we're all locked and loaded and ready to rock and shop."
He then sees Michelle, he lowers his hat and he kisses her hand. "Well howdy there to you ma'am, and might I say you look quite divine today."
Michelle blushes and giggles. "Oh stop it." The others find this sweet and are happy Michelle found someone, though they are kinda speechless that the person she likes is the man who is Jordan's Godfather.
"Well, now that we're all here. Let's get going" replied Jordan.
They all go into the place and they are greeted by the manager, Jacque A. Deboir. "Ah, good to see you once again Gretchen, and I must thank you for the many customers and giving the advice on not to make everything too expensive."
They see some other teens are there and among them are Jackie and Mandee who go over. "Surprise!"
"We didn't tell you so we could all meet here and shop, and we can finally afford the stuff there" said Jackie.
"We are so happy we can finally buy the things we've had our eyes on" replied Mandee. "This is so awesome!"
Leni goes over and hugs them, then they go over and hug Gretchen and Gretchen smiles and hugs them too. "I had to make that choice for this place, they have way too many stuff and they make things way too expensive and all it took was to call the lady who maintains all the Gryphon's shopping places around the world."
Jacque chuckles. "The best choice so that other customers can also purchase the things in here and also bring in tons of customers we have never had. Thank you again Miss Warwick."
"All in a good days work Jacque, now let's get to shopping" said Gretchen.
They all go around and they check out what the place has to offer, thankfully they have they're gold cards with them to pay for what the louds buy.
Leni along with Jackie and Mandee check out the clothing there and then they see the Lingerie they have and they are impressed and Jackie and Mandee are planning to buy what Victoria Secret's has to offer. Leni doesn't know if she should even buy some of this, but she does see some fabrics that are on sale and they seem quite divine and some of them are silk.
Luan sees some clothes that would make her look like her day is even sunnier and makes her smile and possibly impress Benny. She could work with this and she's shocked to see an affordable suit for Mr. Coconuts and Mr. Coconuts sees a dress that Mrs. Appleblossom would love. Why do they have clothes for puppets there?
Lana sees some books on animals she's never heard of. Normally she would go online and learn more things, but having this book could be useful and she even sees a book on the new dinosaurs discovered and a book on maintaining care to sea life, which could be good for the pet fish they have.
Lola is interacting with Gretchen and she shows Lola some stylish shoes that would make her stand out and she even shows her some tiaras she could also get and each one is so divine and beautiful, that Lola faints and Gretchen and one of the staff try to wake her up.
Lucy goes mouth agape when she sees a black dress she could use, she could modify this and make it look like a horror outfit. Lucy smiles and thinks. 'Perhaps I should dress as a foreign creature for the Halloween Haunted Maze at the Farm. This is gonna be wicked!'
Lisa looks around and just observes all the clothing and merchandise they have. She even sees the prices and how they can be able to make other things affordable and is happy to know FutureTech helps keep an eye on this place, she knows this security will keep an eye and see if there is any evidence they can use against Leslie Silver and her friends.
Lynn tries on all the sports shoes they have and the staff bring forth more and more of them and this just makes Lynn really excited, she needs to find the right shoes that could work for her and then she asks if they have any good socks and she sees way too any to try, but she has all the time she needs!
Though Lynn does ask. "What the heck is with that bedazzled Foot Ball?"
Luna is amazed by the instruments they have, but she doesn't find anything that she wants since she has a lot of axes and other instruments. But she does go for the clothing, from leather jackets, boots and gloves and she even is interested in the music themed lingerie and feels like this would impress Sam.
Lincoln and Jordan try on and judge each other with the clothes they pick out, the other day they didn't get any clothes and checked out the things that the loud sisters would love and now that all of the louds (sort of) are here, they can now see what they can try and then buy.
Peter Harris and Michelle Lewis also try out and judge each other which each clothing they pick and each one makes them attracted to each other more and more, but then it got hot when Michelle Lewis tries this cowgirl style lingerie and this makes Peter Harris pass out from the sight of her in this kind of clothing.
They try their best not to let Lincoln or any of the younger sisters go and see what the grownups and teens are doing with their shopping, they are not ready for this kind of purchase and they do not want Lincoln to pass out from this again and have Jordan get pissed off.
They all enjoy the shopping center and soon more and more teens and people show up to see the place. From Pop-pop, Myrtle and the rest of the seniors, Ruby and Spencer and for some reason Agnes Johnson is there and so are Principal Rivers and Principal Ramirez.
Gryphon's shopping is now having more customers and it's not just rich kids anymore. The place is now open for all people.
But Leslie and her friends are seeing this from afar and are jaws dropped. "What the freaking heck is this?!" said Karen.
"This….. This is wrong! This is not right! This cannot be happening!" said Regina in anger and panic.
"Why the heck are those common folk going in there?!" asked Chastity. "That is not there place to shop!"
Hope is speechless and also ticked off, she then looks to Leslie. "Are you okay Leslie?"
Leslie is in deep rage and she knows who to blame for this. 'Gretchen is gonna regret doing this to me! To us!'
(After Shopping.)
Lincoln, Jordan, Gretchen, Luna, Leni, Jackie, Mandee, Luan, Lisa, Lana, Lola, Lucy, Lynn, Michelle Lewis and Peter Harris all come out with what they all bought and they all seem satisfied.
"We are totes gonna look so stylish at school, though we did see some of our friends there, so they're all gonna be so stylish!" said Leni. Jackie and Mandee chuckle from this, she is right.
"I am so going to wear what I got for the next pageant!" said Lola. "And I am so gonna win it!"
"I can use these books to know more about my friends in the wilds, and also show them some animals they have never heard of too" replied Lana.
"When Halloween does come, then everyone will see how fun I can be as something foreign and truly scary" said Lucy. She looks into her bag and smiles at what she got, they can all tell she is so gonna be spooky when Halloween hits, they fear for their dad at what he might see from his Gothic daughter.
"FutureTech being there is the best thing that has happened and I did purchase some shoes that would suit me for when we have an important party to attend" replied Lisa.
"Benny is certainly gonna go gaga when he sees me that he'll be going goo-goo afterwards" said Luan.
"I got me some shoes for each of for my FLIBBER and I am so gonna nail it when Basketball is back into the play next week! Oh yeah, we are so gonna win with my new Air Jordan's" said Lynn.
Lincoln looks to Luna. "What did you get sis?"
Luna turns red. "Umm, it's something for Sam and I to know and I don't think you should know about it. You might be given the chance to know when you're ready little brother."
"Are they clothing with less cover or are they fluffy cuffs?" asked Jordan.
Luna, Leni, Jackie, Mandee and Peter and Michelle are shocked she knows this. "Guys, I've seen the kind of clothing before. I may be 12, but I'm not that young to know less, plus we've been through this before."
They had no words to say and they all just head out of the mall. "You know, if there's someone we should thank for this, it should be Gretchen Warwick" replied Mandee. "She's the one who made this possible not just for us, but for everyone in the mall."
"She's right, this is all possible thanks to Gretchen" said Jackie, they all agree and look towards Gretchen.
Gretchen chuckles and blushes. "Thanks guys, but I did this to show I have changed and that I can be a better person. I know trust will be hard to earn to everyone in town, because u have done some mean things with my old friends. But I'm not the mean girl everyone knows and hates, I have changed and I wanna keep on proving it to everyone."
They all smile hearing this. "Dude, no matter what happens in the future. We'll be there to back you up, because sure as heck you've earned our trust when you allowed that place to be less expensive and open to all other folks" replied Luna.
"We know you have changed and we are truly grateful for what you have become now" said Leni.
All of them were grateful for who she is now, and who she left behind. Gretchen smiles and can only hope she can keep this trust and her new friends in this nice town for as long as she lives. They all head out of the all and back to the cars.
Then Jordan asks. "So, we all stoked for Clyde's Birthday tomorrow?"
"Heck yeah!"
Leslie and her friends all see them leave, they didn't go into Gryphons shopping knowing that the place is being shopped by other people and they just watch as Gretchen rides with the louds, Lincoln and Jordan and head back home.
They all see Gretchen as they're enemy and they all want her to pay for doing this, but Leslie's orders are not yet, but soon.
'You have made a big mistake Gretchen! You sided with them, you hung out with them and now this! Terrible mistake Warwick, very terrible mistake!'
