Chapter 388.
(Ketcham Park.)
At the park, everyone is looking at the vehicles parked nearby. They seem like from the Allied base and are there for something, some think it could be someone causing trouble, but there haven't been any reports of someone who escaped, except for Chandler who escaped last month and has yet to make a move.
The troops keep the news reporters away from the place, even Katherine Mulligan and her niece Jenny.
In the park are Lincoln, Jordan, Luna, Sam, Lana, Lisa, Leni, Lucy, Simon, Stella, Liam, Tabby and Gretchen are all there and waiting for their allies to arrive to the park and sort this newly discovered issue out. "So, how long do we wait here?" asked Tabby.
Jordan looks to the lake and she can see something is in there and is not a normal animal. "We have to be patient, they'll be here and then we can sort this out."
"Yeah, like this little guy!" Lana has the Caterpie on her head, the little guy crawls around her making her laugh and then hides underneath her hat next to Hops. Even though this is a bug, Hops doesn't have the heart or the courage to eat something way bigger than him.
Lincoln sees the eagles are in the sky and patrolling, Harrier shakes his head to Lincoln. "They haven't seen anything else in the park, that or whatever else is here is really stealthy."
Stella looks to Gretchen. "You feeling okay?"
"Yeah, I mean there are some weird animals now here in town and to the fact I am about to meet the other versions of yourselves. So, I guess I am freaked out" replied Gretchen. They all hear a roar sound. "What the heck was that?"
"That would be the sound of a genetically engineered prehistoric creature that was said to be a weapon but is not and that creature is from a parallel world not from ours and has been rescued to be an associate to the heroine known as Jurr-Arctic Aurora" replied Lisa.
They all look to her confused, but Jordan replies. "It means they're inbound."
Then someone lands down, a teenager who look 16 with orange hair and a greed dress and green eyes. "Salutations other world friends! My name is Penny Polendina and I am an associate to FutureTech and yes I am an android and a good friend to your hero versions."
They're all speechless and Lisa is awestruck. "Okay, nice to meet you Penny and I totes love the outfit. It's so you!" replied Leni. "Are the heroes coming?"
"Thanks you for the compliment Ms. Loud and the heroes are already here!" said Penny. "So, heads up! The Commander and Major are here!"
The Vulture Bike arrives with Hero Lincoln/Commander Freezer Burn and an Indoraptor arrives and riding it is Hero Jordan/Jurr-Arctic Aurora. They both have their hero masks on so it won't make everyone confused, they're Pokémon are with them, and they see news crews as well.
"Someone has to get them to back off, we can't do our work with them around" said Hero Linc.
"On it." Hero Jordan uses a sonic disrupter and this jams the cameras and tech the news crews have. "Now the rest of our forces will have to push them out of the area." She gives word to the troops to make the people move back and Peter Harris tells them that they need to work or they won't sort this out.
Katherine Mulligan and her crew leave the area and soon everyone else.
Hero Lincoln then looks to Lincoln Loud and they shake hands and fist bump. "Good to see you Linc, and sorry we couldn't be able to hang out during October, we had some stuff to do and a whole lot of conflicts to take care of."
"No worries and we understand. We also have someone who wants to meet you." Lincoln and Jordan step aside. "Guys, this is Gretchen Warwick, formerly the member of the Rich Society club and now friends with us."
Hero Lincoln and Hero Jordan go to her and Gretchen is shocked at the two hero counterparts of her friends. "Wow. You guys are here. You guys are actually here, the hero versions of Lincoln and Jordan. Wow! You guys look pretty legit and awesome."
"Thank you and we also got some messages from Lincoln and Jordan that you're changed and we're happy for that. Making the right choice and straying away from the rich and mean lifestyle" replied Hero Jordan. "Best to be a good hearted girl than being some rich spoiled brat."
"Thanks, this is all thanks to Ryan Miller. Wherever he is" replied Gretchen as she looks down in sadness and the two heroes can understand.
"We know he's still out there and perhaps he will come back and we can find some way to sort out the mess and make sure he's not the one in trouble" replied Hero Linc.
Gretchen smiles. "Thanks."
"Now that we have all that sorted out, my scanners have picked up more than 25 Pokémon species are lingering here" replied Penny.
This shocks them all. "What?!"
They all look around and Hero Linc uses his mask to scan the area. "I got Seedots, Wurmples and Nincadas in the trees."
Hero Jordan uses her mask to scan the area. "The flower gardens have a Rowlet, a Grookey, some Oddish and Sunkern."
"So, there are actual Pokémon here in the park?! In our world?! Are you for reals?!" asked Simon.
Penny removes Lana's hat and the Caterpie goes to her and rests on her head. "Well, this sure proves it. Caterpie, the Worm Pokémon which can evolve into a Metapod and then a Butterfree. A bug-type and normal-type and can use string shot to take down foes."
Lisa is amazed. "I haven't been into the whole thing that Simon and Lincoln are interested in, but seeing as how real they are now is making me interested and I wish to know more about the Pokémon and they're normal lifestyle and it seems they have come to our world and possibly from yours."
"You cannot experiment on them Lisa, there are living creatures and you'd be under arrest for experimenting on them and would make some very powerful legendary Pokémon very angry" replied Hero Lincoln. "I'd hate to see Arceus come here and send an asteroid to wipe out all life."
They remain silent from hearing that, then Simon speaks. "He's not wrong, the god of all Pokémon will do that, and he could do so much worse to anyone who harms Pokémon."
"So, what do we do now?" asked Luna. She then sees something digging in the ground and it pops out and they awe at how cute it was. It was a Diglet.
"We identify as much Pokémon as we can, and keep track on how many numbers are here from each species" replied Hero Jordan. "And all of you are gonna help us out."
Penny hands them all tablets. "Track down from the list of Pokémon on which ones you have found and then check them, we then report back to the park picnic benches so we can see what we have all found."
They all nod. "So, let's split up and see them all! Not catch them" replied Lincoln. They all go around the park and look to each of the Pokémon lingering there.
(Montage.)
Simon, Stella and Gretchen are at the flower garden and they spot a sleeping Rowlet, 8 Oddish, 9 Sunkern, 16 Bellsprout and a Grookey. Simon has never seen this grass-type starter Pokémon before.
Liam, Tabby and Lucy look to the trees and climb them they encounter 10 Seedots, 3 Wurmple, 2 Nincada, a Sewaddle and a Spinarak.
Lana, Lisa and Leni are by the lake and Lana surfaces and she said she spotted a Squirtle, 2 Oshawott, 16 Barboach and a Polywag and 3 Tympole.
Penny, Luna and Sam go around the rest of the park and they spot Diglet, a sleeping Hoot-Hoot, 2 Dedene, a couple of Zigzagoon and three of their Galarian forms and a dozen Tailow.
Lincoln, Jordan and they're hero versions with their Pokémon Absol and Lopunny and the eagles they go throughout the whole park and are amazed to see some very familiar Pokémon: Lotad are headed to the lake, Starly at the bird baths and interacting with the other birds, Caterpie hiding in the trees, Buneary hopping at the flower gardens and a Pokémon they thought they'd never see, a Scorbunny roaming around the park and playing with a lost soccer ball.
They have found all 25 different Pokémon species and they all report back to the others.
(End Montage.)
They're all by the park benches and are going through their findings. "Yup, this is all 25 species of Pokémon and some of them are from the infamous and brand new Galar Region" replied penny.
They all have never seen such creatures. "Linc and I don't know the Galar Region update" said Simon. "Is it cool?"
"They have new Pokémon and tons of other new stuff, but we don't know all of it" replied Hero Lincoln. "There's still so much we don't know about the new region and most of their kind are here in this world as to ours as well."
"Though, there are tons of new Pokémon in our world from across the regions" replied Hero Jordan.
"So, what do we do with them now?" asked Lucy. "Do we have them go back to your world?"
"No" replied Hero Lincoln. They all look to him confused. "We can't force them to go back to our world, these guys stowed away here during the park renovations and now they see this world as their home as well and we cannot force them back to where they originally came from, that would be wrong and also rude."
"He's right, they're better off to stay here, but under proper protection and surveillance" replied Hero Jordan. "FutureTech will need to keep a close eye on all of the Pokémon, and Martin McKenzie has to make an announcement about this soon."
"I can contact him about the issue at large" said Penny. She then makes the call to Martin.
Lana goes to them. "Does this mean I can keep this guy?" She holds Caterpie in front of them.
"Sure, I don't see why not. Just as long as you feed the little girl properly and yes she is a girl" replied Hero Jordan. "We'll make some calls and have some Pokémon food be delivered to you guys and do not eat the Pokémon food it's not good for people."
"She's right, and also keep it clear from the pets at your home, we don't know what will happen and Lisa Loud, do not do anything to the Pokémon staying here" said Hero Linc. "We will double all surveillance systems to make sure nothing goes wrong with the local new wildlife, this world and town is now ground zero for a new species that could be targeted by others outside of town."
Lisa nods. "Affirmative, I will instead just observe them from a distance and make sure nothing goes wrong. I will also keep an eye out if there are more than just what we have seen today."
"That's good to know" replied Hero Jordan. "The rest of you will have to inform this to some of your closets friends so they can be aware of this situation and we have to make sure the rich girls do not abuse the Pokémon or there will be hell to pay."
"We know what to do, we'll make sure nothing else goes wrong and that the Pokémon are safe and not harmed by anyone" replied Jordan.
"We'll give it our all, and hopefully we can all live together in harmony, because Lana and Caterpie sure are getting along" replied Lincoln. They all see Lana and her new friend along with Hops enjoying each other's company.
Hero Jordan then looks around the park and so does Hero Lincoln. "I honestly can't believe this park was attacked, at least the place is restored and looking better than it was before."
"Edison Carson is the one who made it happen, he's the one who ruined everything" said Jordan in anger.
"Which is why he is not gonna get out again" replied Penny. "I finished the call and Martin will come to this world and make the announcement tomorrow after they have pushed back the North Korean forces in our world, the battle rages on at the NK front."
The others are shocked, then Sam asks. "What?"
"So, what's the thing about Edison Carson?" asked Liam.
"Edison Carson has been transferred to a far off prison somewhere on an island far off the New York coast, after what he and his goons did, he is in maximum lockdown and in for some major rehabilitation through Shock Therapy" replied Penny. "No one can break him out and he can't even escape, though his last name is not Carson anymore."
"That is true" replied Leni. "We can recall that the Carson parents and Jessica have disowned him, so now he has no family and probably no one left, but they're deranged uncle."
"Who is still on the run, and he is now on the FBI's and FutureTech forces Blacklist and we're planning on putting a bounty on his head" replied Hero Jordan.
"Hey guys! Look who I found!" Gretchen goes towards them and they see what she has in her arms. A Corgi, a Corgi that is yellow, brown and white and it looks happy and adorable. The girls go over and look to the little guy who is cute and barks at them. "I don't know whose dog this is."
"That is no dog." Hero Linc, Hero Jordan and Penny go to them. "That is a Pokémon named Yamper" replied Hero Jordan. "And we've seen what they can do."
"True, when a Yamper is really happy, they will give off a powerful electric discharge" replied Penny.
Hearing that shocks Gretchen, she might get electrocuted by this little guy. "But…. Is it dangerous when shocked?"
"Not much, a mild shock that just hurts a lot, but not lethal" replied Hero Jordan. "Kinda like an aftermath of dodge ball." Everything she just said was now making them scared. "What? What did I say?"
"So, we might not get hurt very bad, but instead get an aftermath of dodge ball pain?" asked Sam.
"Pretty much" replied Hero Linc. "He only does so when he's really happy, or excited. Our uncle Leon has one and he gets shocked constantly, and we have yet to know if this guy can evolve or not. But if he does, then that is something we have to look into."
Gretchen makes the Yamper look to her and he barks and licks her nose, this makes Gretchen giggle. "He is so cute! But he doesn't seem to be shocking me. How come?"
Lisa then thinks. "Perhaps the shock is random and doesn't occur often, or it might use the shock for other purpose should he be happy. Also, he seems to be male, and I can tell as well."
Yamper barks happily and he begins to spark, and the spark starts to intensify, oh hell no! They're all wide eyed from this. "Shock in the hole!" said Luna.
The eagles scatter and hide in the trees and all the Pokémon go into hiding.
They all get down and Gretchen closes her eyes while holding the Yamper higher and a bolt of lightning is made and it passes by multiple Guardian tanks restoring some lost power and the bolt bounces off a street sign and hits an open window to a limo and they hear some screams.
They all open their eyes and come out of hiding and see the Yamper is calm and looking around with happiness on his face and it barks happily.
Gretchen puts him down and the Yamper runs around her and he rolls around. Gretchen smiles and she pets his head. "Looks like you wanna stay with me huh little buddy?" The Yamper barks and tries to go onto his hind legs and nearly falls over, but Gretchen catches him and she giggles. "I guess that's a yes."
"Well, that's dealt with. But where the heck did that shock go to?" asked Lincoln.
"No clue, but let's hope no one got harmed" said Stella.
They watch as Gretchen and Yamper play around and so does Lana. "Well, looks like Gretchen Warwick has her companion, though she is not the first one in Royal Woods to have on" replied Hero Linc.
"We'll keep an eye on her, you can count on us" replied Jordan.
Hero Lincoln and Hero Jordan nod. "We know we can count on you guys, we also have lots of stuff to catch up on now that we're here" replied Hero Jordan.
Simon then asks. "Like what?"
Hero Lincoln looks to him. "Our Simon is back from the grave."
They all stop and look to them wide eyed, Simon is lost for words. "W-What?"
(Leslie's limo.)
The door opens and smoke comes out. Leslie and her friends all get out and are black all over and smoking from their hair.
Chastity is the first to speak. "What? What? What? What? What? What? What?" Regina slaps her. "What happened?"
"Did anyone catch the license plate on that lightning bolt?" asked Karen who then faints.
Hope leans onto the side of the limo. "Girls, I think we have bad luck on our side."
Regina also leans next to her. "There's no such thing as luck, but I do wanna know what the heck was that and what the heck is going on?!"
Leslie's hair then starts to spark and it turns into an afro. They're all wide eyed seeing this. "Did not know her hair could do that" replied Chastity.
Leslie looks to her friends who are wide eyed. "What? What is it? What's wrong?"

A/N: Now they have Pokémon in their world, and they'll make sure they're safe and unharmed by anyone who goes near them, let's hope they don't go aggressive and we'll see how everyone is with their presence.
