Chapter 394.
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
Lincoln arrives to school thanks to the help from Leni, since Luna is still kinda sore after what they went through, but it ain't gonna stop them from going to school to check on their friends and to finish their studies.
Lincoln is all healed up, Luna still has her stitches on her left arm and left leg, so she'll have to be driven by Leni for a while.
Lincoln then greets his friends. "Hey guys, feels good to be back here with my pals. So, what did I miss yesterday? Jordan didn't tell me about what happened since she was busy handing me some books we need to cover on for the test and checking out Luna's new weapon."
"Dude, where do we even start?" asked Simon. "Leslie and Delilah had a heck of a run-in at the hallways and the whole thing almost turned into a fight, but Delilah didn't fight her and all it did was make Leslie angry."
"So Leslie tried to hit her, and Delilah kept side stepping Leslie, but then the rest of the rich girls tried to make things unfair for her" replied Zach.
"We wanted to help her, but she said she had it covered and so everyone backed off" replied Darrel. "She had a plan and the plan was to wait for the woman to show up."
"And by woman, he means Principal Ramirez and she shows up just as Leslie is about to punch Delilah, now them rich girls are gonna be suspended from school for next week. They're not here now, but they will be when the test begins tomorrow" replied Liam.
"But once the test is over, Leslie and her friends have to stay one week at home suspended and Principal Ramirez made sure the parents were called, and now those girls are in for some serious trouble, they are not gonna be around to do any trouble with being grounded" replied Clyde.
Lincoln is shocked to hear this, he looks to Harrier, Artemis and Freya who nod it was true. "Wow! Mind blown, but why did she bump into Delilah like that?"
Then Delilah walks towards him. "They were looking for you, and to look for you they were looking for Jordan. So when they kept looking for Jordan with some scheme in their thoughts, I had to intervene and stop Leslie from doing something wrong."
"She had an argument with me and made fun of me, but I didn't falter and I stood my ground. Then I escorted Jordan and the girls elsewhere, and that's what made Leslie ticked off. She hated that a member of her family, like me is hanging out with Jordan and also she hates my hairstyle. I mean, what's wrong with braided ponytails?"
Lincoln sighs in relief. "Well, at least my comeback to school today has no Leslie Silver in it. But I am kinda sorry you had to go through that with Leslie."
Delilah chuckles. "Don't be Lincoln, I'm used to that kind of stuff from her. But truth be told, her punches are kinda weak. She's not that strong, except when it comes to shopping for tons of useless clothing."
"Was your mom worried?" asked Lincoln.
"She was, but she was glad I used my skills for self-defense and my brains in learning how to evade the fight from Leslie and her posse" replied Delilah. "My dad even called and said he was proud of me for doing it."
"Good for you Delilah" replied Trent. "Also, where the heck are the girls? We haven't gotten a call from them all day."
They then see the limo of Gretchen arrive and coming out are the girls themselves and all of them are walking slowly as they walk away from the limo, with the wind making their hair flow.
Seeing this makes the boys blush red and feel like fainting, well too bad! Trent, Lance and Artie beat them to the punch and are K.O'd from the beauty of their girlfriends.
Delilah just chuckles seeing this. "Okay, so is this like some kind of normal thing with them whenever they see they're ladies walk and act like that? Because if so, then this is really funny."
Jordan goes over to Lincoln. "Hi handsome and sorry for not calling you earlier, I had to make this into a surprise to see how you guys would look when seeing us walk slowly. So, how did we do?"
Lincoln chuckles. "Like an ever growing crew from Charlie's Angels. That was impressive and I have to admit, kinda hot."
Jordan giggles. "Well, I'm glad I made you feel happy to see me, but right now we have something to handle and that's to focus on our studies and also have our last dodge ball session!"
They all nod in agreement and then Trent, Artie and Lance wake up. "Whoa. What the heck happened? What are we all cheering for?" asked Artie.
They then make their way into the school, but with no clue a drone is watching them. One of those drones people use to spy on people and its got camouflage patterns and the initials of Hope on them.
What's happening? Leslie and her friends are spying on them and are using their phones to communicate with each other and use screen share to see what Hope sees from her drone using their tablets.
"So, what should I do now?" asked Hope.
"Follow them of course! We need to know what's going on at the school and find some way to ruin their day!" said Regina.
"We got for Delilah first, then we gun for Gretchen and then Rosato" said Karen. "Those are the three girls we hate the most, next to the loud sisters and those dorky friends."
"Okay, but you girls do know this drone will get caught by someone in the school and we're gonna be in so much trouble" replied Hope.
"Just do it already!" yelled Leslie. The drone flies into the school and stays above the ceiling, amazingly no one else notices it, but some of the school cameras do spot the drone and are following it.
The drone follows Lincoln, Jordan and the others and listens into their conversation.
"So, today we have to see if we have aced what we studied for tomorrow, then we get some of our dodge ball game faces on and do one last dodge ball session before the big tournament even begins on Saturday" replied Lincoln.
"We got this guys, we can ace the test and also win at dodge ball" said Simon. "We've faced the odds and some of us are healing up after what happened, we can ace what comes our way guys."
"Also, I wanna know why you gals all rode with Gretchen in her limo" said Liam.
"Well, it was Jordan's idea, she sent us texts to make it look like one awesome surprise. A bunch of girls in one limo and even though some of us aren't rich. We're still the best and coolest crew around" replied Sadie.
"And we wanna see the looks on your faces when you all saw us walking slowly and with some wind in the air" replied Stella. "And good call on knowing the weather too Joy."
"Thanks, we have to time our arrival on time just as the wind shifted" replied Joy.
Jordan smirks. "It was a team effort and we made it look wicked cool! Heck, I bet Lola would've wanted the same thing too."
Lincoln chuckles. "Always good at making the day more interesting for me and now for the rest of us, and even if Lola did wanna do what you girls did, she can't do it since she doesn't own the limo."
"Actually, I wouldn't mind escorting your little sister to one of her pageants, would make her feel special and motivated that she could win, without the mean remarks and blackmail" replied Gretchen.
Lincoln is shocked to hear this. "Wow. Really? Are you sure?"
Gretchen nods. "Of course, I know your little sister is mean and bratty and spoiled and always on edge when it comes to enemies and also can be ruthless and deceiving and…. Am I going too far?"
They all make it to the lockers and Delilah's locker is also close to their lockers. "No not really" replied Jordan. "There are tons of stuff we can all call Lola."
"Well, I know your sister Lola can change and she still is. Straying away from the past self who was mean and rude and always demanding. She may have some traits of being aggressive, but it seems rare to notice. Also, she's changed since her pageant coach is Michelle Lewis" replied Gretchen. "Also, if Michelle is not available, I could coach her."
"You know pageantry stuff?" asked Darrel.
Gretchen nods. "I did have front row seats when it was the Victoria Secret's alongside my mom and I also learned so much on beauty pageants when I was at Miss Universe three times as well."
They all remain shocked and Rusty faints from this. "Why did he faint?" asked Allison.
Lincoln thinks about this. "I'll talk about this with Lola and Michelle and also with mom and dad and we'll see what we can do. Thanks for the info as well, I'm sure Lola will appreciate this kind of help."
"No problem." Gretchen then sees Delilah looking uncomfortable. "What's wrong Delilah?"
Delilah looks around and feels cautious. "Why do I get the feeling that we're being watched?"
They all get the same feeling too, then Rusty opens his eyes and sees something at the ceiling. "Guys, is it legal to have a drone in the school?"
"What?" Clyde looks up and sees it. "Guys, that's what's making us feel weirded out." They all look up and see the drone.
Gretchen looks closely. "That's from Hope. I know that drone anywhere, we used it to spy on some body builders once!" They all slowly look to Gretchen confused. "That was the old me guys, I don't do that anymore. Also, I don't wanna get into trouble, because Regina did when she used the drone."
Lincoln looks to the drone. "Definitely sure Leslie is stalking us, and not just me."
Delilah sighs. "Yup, she's after me. I got this." She leaps up and grabs the drone and she struggles holding it down. Then Stella goes over and has her screw driver and she shuts down its ability to fly. "Whew. There, no harm."
They all look to the drone and they see the camera looking at them. "Well, well. Look who can't keep her filthy rich stupidity out of anyone's business" said Jordan. The camera looks to all of them in panic.
"So, should we bash this thing to bits?!" said Polly who has a cricket bat. Wait, when did she get a cricket bat? Also, was that I her locker the whole time?!
"No, this thing is not from Leslie. Gretchen said this belongs to Hope and sure as heck I do not wanna break whatever is owned by someone who can be given a chance as well." The camera looks to Lincoln, Hope is hearing this.
Lincoln then looks around the drone and he removes the battery. "There, that's done." The camera is now offline and so is the rest of the drone. "Stella, fix its flight capabilities."
Stella nods and she fixes the systems, the drone can fly again unless it has power. "So, what do we do with this thing?"
Lincoln takes the drone to the nearby window and he whistles. Harrier arrives and sees the odd robot. "Harrier, make sure this goes to the home of one of the rich girls, Hope. This belongs to her, and don't drop it."
Harrier nods, he then grabs the drone and takes off with it. Lincoln then closes the window and his friends clap at what he did. "Nice one man, instead of breaking it, just let it go back to sender" replied Zach.
Jordan smiles and kisses Lincoln's cheek. "Always caring and trying not to make wrong things, well trying."
Lincoln chuckles. "Thanks, and I think Hope can change too. I mean, Gretchen changed for the better and now she's our friend and is straying away from the mean side of life. So why not Hope as well?"
"That's still not an easy task to go through Lincoln" replied Gretchen. "Hope and Leslie are best friends, trying to get Hope to change is not gonna be easy to make happen."
"Gretchen's got a point" replied Delilah. "Hope may have been a nice kind of gal, but when she made friends with Leslie then she became way too loyal and refused to betray her. Hope doesn't wanna lose the first person who talked to her in kindergarten."
"But, there could be a chance she can be changed" replied Chloe. "Don't give up on that guys, Hope could change like Leslie. All she needs to do is see that what she's doing is wrong, and see that what Leslie does is wrong as well."
Gretchen sighs. 'If only that were easy for her to see. I think Hope knows what she's doing, but doesn't have a choice.' They then hear the bell ring, which meant it was time for their class.

Luna and Sam have free time form first period and are spending their time outside by the school benches and reading their books for the test tomorrow.
Then someone walks up from behind her. "Excuse me, are you Luna Loud?" Luna and Sam turn around to face this woman.
A woman with tan skin. Wearing yellow earrings, white shirt, and blue coat, black shorts with buttons, stockings and gray boots.
Luna and Sam know who she is. "You're Katie Crest, the biggest manager in all of the music business!" said Luna.
"Yup, that's me and it's a pleasure to meet the teenager who rode with Mick Swagger on his tour and also went against the odds as well" replied Katie Crest.
"So, what brings you into town Miss Crest?" asked Sam.
"Well, even though the season has ended, I thought I'd come here and announce that I am hosting a big summer tour soon, and I could use someone with such talented singing voice such as yours Luna. You see our lead singer quit because her cat became famous for some reason."
Luna can see where this is going. "Okay, so you want me to be part of the whole summer tour? Hmm, let me talk about this with my family and the rest of my band. But not now."
Katie is confused. "What? Why not?"
"Dude, we have a test tomorrow and we have to ace it, plus her little bro is gonna be part of the dodge ball tournament on Saturday" replied Sam.
Katie feels kinda irritated by this delay. "Well, I guess I can wait." She then hands Luna her card. "Call me if you made up your mind and I'll be right over to pick you up. The band performing for the tour is here in town and will be staying till the summer begins. Well, goodbye for now."
Luna and Sam watch as the lady walks away. "You getting that "Something is wrong about this" kinda vibe?" asked Sam.
Luna looks to the woman sternly and Bullet lands on her shoulder. "Yeah, I am. Something isn't right about this, we did tour with Mick during summer, but to tour again sounds like something we all need to talk about. Because this isn't just my choice, I don't wanna leave my bro alone and did she just ask for me to be part of the tour and not the rest of the Luna-Tics?"
Sam also knows where this is going. "Yeah, feeling the vibe and I do not like it a tall."
Meanwhile Katie Crest goes back to her car and she sighs. "Dang it. I thought she'd join right away! I need her to be part of this tour so we can get started and see where it leads to before the big summer musical tour. That girl has talent, and if what my old pal Doug said, then chances she could be a big ticket to fame and fortune."
She then drives off. 'If she doesn't join soon, then I'll have to take actions into my own hands.'

A/N: The next chapter will be all of them busy with the big test, but it might not be just them. We also have to check on what Luna, Sam and the band are planning as well for the big test and when that's all done, then we got a dodge ball tournament to go through!
