Chapter 398.

(Outside of Lynn's Table.)
The dodge ball team, along with the friends and family with them watch as the police handle with Ryan and they see that the ones who called the cops to arrest him are, Leslie Silver and her rich society club.
Peter Harris goes over and talks to Officer Schoffner about this and that there has been a misunderstanding. Seeing this, Leslie intervenes. "There is no misunderstanding. That hoodlum is a bad kid and he and his wretched family are responsible for the near destruction of all cherries."
"Yeah, what he did is downright evil and evil has to be taken away and locked up for good" replied Karen.
Peter Harris and Officer Schoffner ignore her. "Now, you said he has confessed the location and all the crimes of SUSPENSE right?"
"Yeah, I got all the recordings and like I said, this kid is not bad at all. He was just dragged into something he didn't wanna be a part of, and also he was lied to and that's why I need CPS at the station and fast" replied Peter Harris.
"We can make that happen, but we're gonna need to hear from him about everything he knows and I will be bringing in the FBI who will also handle this, the right way and we'll also make sure this whole thing is sorted out to see that Ryan is not fully guilty for his association in these actions" replied Officer Schoffner.
"Thank you officer, I guess we should get to the station now" replied Peter Harris.
"Hey! Are you two listening to me?! I want him locked up, that kid is a criminal and I also believe that Rosato is also with him as well!" said Leslie.
Jordan and the others groan in annoyance from this. "Seriously?!"
"And the same goes for everyone else on her side, except for Lincoln. He was dragged into this mess" said Leslie. "Now, I want that kid…" But before she could continue, she's hit in the face by a dodge ball.
Leslie gets up and sees blood coming from her nose. "Who the heck threw that?!" Then she's tackled to the ground by Gretchen. The girl then pulls onto Leslie's hair and then punches her in the face. She then grabs Leslie by her neck and lands her back down with a choke slam to the pavement.
Karen tries to intervene, but her fist is caught by Gretchen and she then tosses her to Regina and Chastity. Hope doesn't know what to do, but before she knows it, she too is hit by a dodge ball and is now down for the count.
Leslie tries to fight against Gretchen, but the rich girl is then picked up by the back of her blouse and then slammed onto her group of friends. Gretchen then grabs Leslie and she lands Leslie back first onto her knee and then she tosses her and she hits the side of the Peter Harris's truck.
Leslie gets back up and tries to figure out what just happened, but then Gretchen grabs the back of her skirt and gives her a wedgie, the same kind that Jordan did to Leslie's friends last month.
She then kicks Leslie several times and then she throws her into the Silver's limo and she grabs the rest of the rich girls and throws them in there.
The cops try to intervene. But then Jordan, and Peter Harris stop them. "Boys, I don't think it's wise to deal with someone who is as angry as an enraged mother Tasmanian devil" replied Jordan.
"She's right, it's best we let her do what she does to those snot nosed little punks and also not get caught in the line of fire" replied Peter Harris. They all back up and wait for Gretchen to walk out of the limo.
Inside the limo: Leslie is now bruised and beaten to a god damn bloody pulp!
Gretchen walks over the beaten rich girls and she goes over to the hurt and groaning Leslie Silver, who tries to crawl away. But then she's grabbed by her skirt which is then ripped off and she stares into the angered eyes of Gretchen Warwick.
"You better listen closely to me when I speak to you now Silver. Are you listening to me?!"
Leslie nods and whimpers. "Y-Yes."
"Good, because if you ever mess with Ryan or anyone ever again, then I'll do so much more than just beat the crud out of you and the rest of those ego maniac fools you call friends! Don't ever do this stunt, ever again!" She then picks up Leslie and throws her to the wall of the limo and she is unconscious.
Gretchen then walks out of the limo and she looks to the driver who is a bit afraid of her. "Bring them to the hospital and tell them that the girls got into a fight over some shopping things." The limo driver nods and he drives off.
Gretchen then looks to everyone who remains silent, but then Lynn Jr cheers. "Yeah! Nailed it Gretch! You showed them who the boss is!" Ryan sees her from the window of the cop car and is shocked the most and also smiles.
Gretchen then goes over to the officer. "Ma'am. Ryan is not a bad kid, he was just dragged into something that fed him lies, and everything he knew was just a form of deception. Please, don't send him away."
Officer Schoffner nods. "We'll do what we can little girl." They then go back to their cop cars and they drive off, everyone else does the same and they follow the police cars to the station, with Gretchen's limo leading everyone.
In the car of Luna: Jordan, Lincoln, Luna, Darrel, Allison and Laurence a bit shocked at what happened. "Well, I guess she learned a thing or two from me when I get ticked off" replied Jordan.
"And perhaps she also observed what you guys do when wrestling training and stuff" replied Darrel.
"The next time this happens, who knows what Gretchen Warwick will do to them" said Allison.
"It's gonna be one heck of a beat down for all of them dudes" replied Luna.
"One thing's for sure, Leslie and her posse are now in full fear and regret for trying to mess with someone who's rich, skilled and hell dangerous" replied Lincoln.
That they all agree on.
(Royal Woods Police Station.)
Everyone is there and sees Ryan being interviewed by the FBI and Child Services and they take note of everything and also play back the recorded words from what Peter Harris got and everything Ryan says checks out.
Those watching feel bad for him that he has to go through this. "What the heck is taking them so long? Ryan is innocent, he may have tried to destroy cherries, but he wasn't truly part of it. He was dragged into it" said Gretchen as she wipes away some of her tears.
"Hey now, it'll be okay. They won't arrest him, they just need some answers on where that evil spy organization is" replied Leni.
"Yes, for if I can recall, Jordan and her parents seem to have a plan on how to sort all of this so Ryan will not be labeled as a criminal and will not be on the most wanted list of the FBI and I believe that plan is in motion as we speak" replied Lisa.
"Is that why Jordan and her parents went off to the other room?" asked Luan.
"Pretty much and with them are four FBI agents and two members of Child Services and they seem to be holding some papers that our hero versions told us about" replied Lincoln. Hearing that made them all guess what that could mean.
They then see the officers remove the cuffs from Ryan and he's escorted out by them, then Gretchen goes over and she hugs him. "Ryan! Are you okay?"
Ryan hugs her back. "Yeah, I'm fine. They're not gonna arrest me, they got what they needed and they'll handle the whole issue themselves. Everything is gonna be alright now Gretchen."
As they depart from the hug. "Then, whats with the frown? Why are you upset?"
Ryan sighs. "Gretch, I don't know where to go anymore. I'm not a Miller, I disowned myself from the family that lied to me, I have nowhere to go and no other family and to top it all off, turns out I'm allergic to sea weed and not to cherries."
That part was confusing to them, why would he tell them that?
"Then we're glad we came in time." The door of the room opens and they see Rick, Jesse and Jordan. The FBI agents and CPS agents talk to each other and then shake hands with the Rosato's and they head off to make the call on the locations of SUSPENSE. They have tons of hideouts all over the country.
Ryan is confused and a bit scared. "What is this? What the heck is going?"
Rick goes down to his level. "Ryan, we know you're not a bad kid and that you never meant to bring harm to anyone or cause any trouble. You were dragged into something that fed you lies and made you into someone you're truly not."
"You want to live a normal life, and not the one where you're always on the run from the law and we believe that the normal life you're looking for is here in town, with those who love you and those who wish to see you changed into someone better" replied Jesse.
Jordan goes towards him. "You've helped make change into someone and through that change so many things have happened that pretty much ended some terrible things that could've gotten worse. We wanna be the ones to help you live a normal and happy life."
Ryan is confused once more. "We? What do you mean, we?"
The Rosato's look to each other and then they hand Ryan the papers and when he reads them, he sheds some tears and looks to them. "These are….. These are adoption…..P-Papers. They have… My na-name on it."
"That's true sport. So, what do you say Ryan?" said Rick.
Ryan the hugs all three Rosato's and everyone is shocked by this and they shed some tears from this. They all can see that Ryan Miller has now become part of a new family, the Rosato family.
Lincoln claps and he sees Gretchen go to them and hug them all. The boy she loves has a family, and that family is her next door neighbors too.
(Rosato Mansion.)
The sun shines on the guest room, well former guest room of the place and a kid around Jordan's age opens his eyes and he looks around. He then grabs his glasses and he puts them on and smiles at his room.
The guest room has been changed, well this is one of the guest rooms and is not too far from where Jordan's room is and the boy whose living there, is Ryan Rosato. The kid gets up and sees all the science and cool stuff he got and he smiles knowing this is his home now.
He then goes to the door when he hears someone knocking on it and he sees his sister Jordan and Ajax tackles him and licks his face. "Okay, and a good morning to you as well Ajax."
Jordan giggles seeing this. "Get dressed Ryan, today is a new day and we got a whole day ahead of us to spend time with and you have to start school again too, brother."
Ryan smiles and he gets up. "Got it sis, see you down stairs." He watches as Jordan picks up Ajax and she heads down the hall and to the stairs.
Ryan closes the door and he walks to the drawers and he brings out some clothes he could wear, then he stops when he sees a box named: The old life.
Ryan knows what it is and he placed it there as a reminded that the old version of himself is no more. He then walks to the balcony of his room and he sees the backyard and pool and he takes in the smell of the air.
"This is a new life Ryan. A new and normal, sorta, life. I am not Ryan Miller anymore, I am Ryan Rosato."
He then goes back to his room to get himself ready for the day, but he does think to himself. 'Jeff, Carly. Wherever you guys are, I hope you two will be happy, with or without me.'
(Somewhere near Georgia.)
An RV is driving away from the state and is inbound for Tennessee and the couple inside look to the TV, which shows the news from Royal Woods, and the one reporting is Katherine Mulligan.
"It's now official. After getting Intel, the dreaded spy organization known as S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E will be caught soon, and all of FutureTech and the U.S Government are on the hunt for the hideouts they have hidden all over the country and possibly the world and the boy formerly known as Ryan Miller has now been adopted into the Rosato family. It looks like this former spy kid has finally gotten the normal happy life he was looking for."
A woman turns off the TV and she sighs as she looks out the window. "So, this is it. Ryan is gone and it's just us now."
Her husband driving the RV also feels sad. "Yes, I know. But this is what he wanted, he wants a normal and happy life and even though he's not with us, at least he's happy and in good hands."
"We're terrible parents. We were never that good in raising him well and just taught him all we knew about SUSPENSE. I'm going to miss my son." Carly looks to the photo of herself and her family, which is faked to make it look like they went to Niagara Falls.
"At least he's safe and we can continue what we do, without bringing our son into harm's way" replied Jeff. "Now, let's stay on track and focus on helping the organization in moving out the rest of their things out of Tennessee. We're all on the run now, and there's no way we can live a normal life too."
They continue their drive to Tennessee, with five more RV's behind them, but it may be too late. The Gladius Battlecruiser has arrived to the state and is sending in everything to find the organization known as: S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E!
