Chapter 405.
"A December, we did not see coming!"

The snow has come and everything is as pure white and the snow that falls onto everyone. School is done for the day and everyone is enjoying this snow day, this awesome first snow day of the month and one they will all love the most.
Ketcham Park is covered in snow and tons of Pokémon have either fled to the world they came from, or most are taking refuge in warm places and hibernating till spring comes back, but it seems like some new kind of Pokémon are wandering around the place.
Peter Harris along with Delilah Silver's parents are on a Mastodon walker looking at the park and taking notes and using binoculars on the Pokémon residing there now. They see some Snover, Snorunts and a few Piplup, but they are shocked to see some Galarian Darumaka and they see something that has to be kept safe, an Alolan Vulpix.
Peter Harris then gets off. "Well, this is new and I gotta report this to FutureTech, pronto!"
(December 1. The Loud House.)
The eagles are on top of the roof and watching over everything around the place, and they see that Lana's Metapod is staying indoors and watching everyone having fun. She'd rather be indoors than be out there in the cold.
Just then Bullet comes back and he has a…. fish in his talons. The eagles remain silent and look to him eating the large dead fish. Where the heck was he and where did he get that?
The louds are all enjoying the awesome snow day they have, all of them in their snow wear and playing in the backyard.
Lucy is making a snow fort along with Lisa and are having a snow ball fight against Lola and Lana.
Lynn Jr is using this time to make some snow dummies, she is planning to join the Royal Woods Karate club in the High School and the snow dummies are perfect for a beat down, I think.
Luan is sitting on the stairs and is writing down some snow and winter based jokes for her next gig. Luna and Sam are both under the tree and talking with Lincoln and Jordan.
Leni is talking to Lori through her phones video chat, they're more happy to the fact no one rich and mean is gonna ruin the fun they're having.
"So, where the heck is your bro Ryan at?" asked Sam. "He planning to join us here for some winter fun?"
"Sorry guys, but he's hanging out where my dad is and that is his work place. My dad wants to show his son the ropes on the company and what they do and chances he might one day take the place when Lori might hand it over to him" replied Jordan.
"Your dad really does want someone to take the company one day huh?" asked Lincoln.
Jordan chuckles. "Yeah, now that we have a boy in th family, this is an opportunity for my dad to literally one day hand over the Rose Shipping company, but Ryan is still young, and so the one we all see family are the louds and that someone is Lori, the kinda family who wants to be a big time CEO for a big time company and what else of a big company than the shipping company throughout Royal Woods and half of Michigan."
Luna smirks. "Looks like just another regular day in the life of a Rosato huh?"
"Sure is" replied Jordan. They watch as the twins, along with Lisa and Lucy have a snowball fight and one of the snowballs hits Lynn and she falls over.
"Oh it is on!" She makes her own snowballs and she joins the twins. The snow ball goes astray and it hits Luan, she then puts her notebook away and she joins with Lisa and Lucy.
Lincoln and Jordan manage to dodge the snowballs and the same with Sam and Luna. "So, we gonna be part of that?" asked Sam.
"Maybe when the time needs it or when we feel like it" replied Lincoln. He then moves his head to the left from one of the incoming snowballs and he catches one and he throws it back. Then he looks to the neighbor's house. "Have you guys noticed Mr. Grouse isn't home?"
"Yeah, last I recall he left to go and see his family for Thanksgiving, you think he's chilling there until Christmas?" asked Luna.
"Probably" replied Jordan. They then see Leni being distracted with Lori, she then puts her phone away and when she turns around, a snowball hits her in the face. Leni stumbles back and she trips and hits her head to the side of the house, which everyone notices.
"Leni!"
They all stop what they're doing and go to her. The twins look to each other and see which one of them threw that snowball at her, because Leni was at the back of the snow fort from Luan, Lucy and Lisa.
Lincoln, Jordan, Luna and Sam go over and help her up. They then see that she's not responding. "Leni? Leni? Wake up!" said Lincoln. This was now concerning him.
Then Leni wakes up. "What? What happened?" She then feels something is wrong. "Ow. My head, what the heck is making my head hurt?"
"Probably because you hit your head hard on the house" replied Luan. "Are you feeling alright?"
"Well, I'm not severely hurt, but this aching pain in my head is still here. Ow! What is that throbbing pain?" said Leni. She gets up and she holds her head, as if she's being attacked from the inside.
Lisa thinks about this. "I would have a scanner, but that was destroyed days ago by Lily when she thought it was a toy, so I have no other kinds of device that can help her. Something must be causing pain and I doubt it's a headache. She shares none of the proper conditions of such migraine."
Lynn, Lana and Lola go to her. "Leni! We're so sorry."
"No, no. It's okay, you guys were having fun and none of us knew….. Oh wow, that hurts inside my head." Leni goes down to her knees, now this was getting them all concerned and so they all looked to Lincoln for an idea.
"Guys, we have to get her to a hospital, and fast!"
They all nod and go to Luna's car, they also go into the house and get Michelle Lewis. Rita and Lynn Sr are at work and won't be back until later, and they bring Lily with them as well and the eagles.
(Royal Woods Hospital.)
All the siblings and Jordan, along with Michelle wait outside the room for any results and this has them all so worried. Michelle then hangs up her phone. "Rita and Lynn Sr are gonna be here soon, for now we wait."
Then they see the Doctor come out and surprise, surprise. It's Dr. Ryan S. Kendrick. "Okay, so this is the third time i have had to check up on you guys, my first being Lynn from an injury and then with Lincoln and his new allergy and now the oldest in the house with something very bad in her head."
This has them confused. "What?! What do you mean something very bad?" asked Lana.
They then see the nurses come out of the room and Leni is on the bed and unconscious. "Wait! What the heck is going on?" asked Lucy.
They watch as they wheel her to the ER, and the Doctor follows them and then the rest of the Louds, Jordan and Michelle.
"Doctor, what the heck is this? Where are you taking Leni?!" asked Jordan.
"We don't have time to explain, we need to hurry before it goes bad real fast" said Dr. Ryan s. Kendrick and he readies his surgical mask. "Wait out here." He then closes the doors and all of them are now worried. Something is terribly wrong with their older sister, Leni Loud.
(Later.)
All of them are now concerned and Lola and Lana have tears and are being comforted by Luan, and Lynn is ticked off and she feels like punching something and she also sheds a few tears and she keeps wiping them away.
"Come on guys, calm down and chin up. Leni's gonna make it" replied Luan.
"But what if she doesn't?" asked Lola. "We don't want her to be hurt, and all because we had that stupid snow ball fight!"
"This is all our fault. If we hadn't had did that, then maybe she would be still okay." Lana cries and this makes Harrier and Nora go to her and try to comfort the crying grease monkey twin.
Lincoln and Jordan can see how bad this has gone, then they see Luna put her phone away. "Sam has informed Jackie, Mandee and anyone else who is friends with Leni, I also told Lori, but she can't come here because she has a big test coming up this Friday."
"We'll have to keep her informed of Leni's condition" replied Lincoln. He too wipes away some tears. "What the heck is going on?"
Luna and Jordan try their best to reassure Lincoln. "It's gonna be okay Lincoln. Leni will pull through, just have some hope. She can make it, she's strong in her own way" said Jordan.
"Leni's been through thick and thin and has changed so much after so many conflicts and she even sees away from her ditzy ways and has become a better big sis, so don't be sad little bro. Leni will make it and to the rest of us, she will pull through and we'll all have our big sis back" replied Luna.
This makes them all feel better, then they look to Lisa who was thinking. "Lis, are you okay?" asked Lucy.
Lisa then snaps out of it. "Hmm? Sorry, I was trying to figure out what is the reason for Leni to have this sort of pain and I am trying to look through the possible outcomes of what could be transpiring to the condition she is in and how she may gotten it and surely it was not from any snowball."
"What are you? Doctor Strange?" asked Lynn in annoyance.
Then they see Rita and Lynn Sr. "Kids! How's Leni? Is she doing alright?" asked Rita.
"Where is she? Why are you all in front of the ER?" asked Lynn Sr.
Then the doors open and they see the Doctor himself come out and he removes his surgical mask. "Okay, so she's doing well now and she'll be able to recover soon. We took out the problem." He then shows them the small jar and are shocked to see what's inside of it.
"Is that a… a tumor?!" said Lisa. All of them are shocked.
Inside of this small jar, in the liquid and dead, is a tumor. "That's not all." The Doctor then shows them a tray with ten jars of them. But the rest look like they have died long ago. "We found these guys dead in her head, the one in this jar was the only living freak in there."
The very sight of it makes Lola throw up into the nearby trash can. Luan and Jordan do the same to some other trash cans and Michelle feels like fainting, but Lynn Sr beat her to it.
"Someone wake him up" said Dr. Kendrick.
"Doctor! How did this happen?!" asked Lincoln.
"Well, I can only assume that these little monsters have been with her for a long time, probably active when she reached the age of 5" replied Dr. Kendrick. Now they're shocked.
"What?!"
"But, how? We always give her daily checkups!" said Rita.
"Did you get her into a checkup where she has to be scanned?" asked Dr. Kendrick.
This makes Rita go wide eyed and Lynn Sr hears this and he's also shocked. "And that answers my question, and I think it's best we do the same with the rest of the kids here. But, did Lisa ever scanned the others before?"
"I did!" said Lisa. "Two years ago, I scanned Leni's head with the scanner I…. Oh, okay I see that perhaps using a broken microwave as a scanner is not the best option."
"Exactly, so I can only guess the scanner you used before did not properly scan your siblings and didn't detect any life forms within the brain, we're gonna have to do that one later" replied Dr. Kendrick. "Now, let me explain about the tumors and why these ones have died out and why one was still alive."
"Now, from what I was told. Leni was not the smartest in the family, and as a result, from the tumors. They have been attacking a part of her brain which is responsible for memory and observation and that is the total result of her…. sorry to say this, stupidity."
"But, as she grew up and came to understand and learn things, her brain sent very strong shocks throughout the nervous system and these shocks killed off each and every tumor, each time she grows up to be responsible and learn something to improve herself from her old-self, a new shock and a tumor is killed."
"But, only one lasted and the other ones who got shocked have all been lingering and slowly decaying within her head. This little one is the last and strongest and it sure was clingy to her brain and we had to be very careful to get this thing out, and at the same time trying not to do any damage to her head."
"We also had to clean out the decayed liquid from the dead ones and boy it smelled bad, I have two nurses who are unconscious from the stench of those dead tumors, and now you're all caught up."
They're all shocked and Luna has Lori on video chat and she's fainted from this and Carol, Jessica Carson, Becky and Whitney are also shocked to hear this.
"So, Leni's okay now?" asked Jordan.
"Yes, yes she is. Come and follow me." They all follow the Doctor and they go into the room. They see the other nurses trying to wake up the two that fell unconscious and then they see her.
On the bed, with bandaging around her head and a breathing mask leading to some oxygen tanks and the heart monitor showing her vitals are stable. Leni looks so fragile and so sad in this state and this breaks the hearts of the louds, and this makes Lincoln cry.
All of them felt like crying, all of them are in pain seeing their older sister like this. Lynn Sr and Rita are the ones feeling more guilt, all this time Leni had tumors and they never knew, or even bothered to help their kids with proper checkups. Leni's last checkup? When she was 15 year's old and she wasn't given such proper checkups at that time.
Dr. Kendrick then recalls. "Also, whoever threw the snowball at her, did her a favor."
Lynn looks to her. "W-What do you mean?"
"Well, that impact actually shook the tumor off and this may have caused her to feel the pain, but also did damage to the tumor to the point it was now exposed and vulnerable to being noticed. If she hadn't had felt the presence, than that tumor would've remained with her till it would kill her" replied Dr. Kendrick. "And saying that right now is making me feel like it was wrong. Sorry."
Lincoln stops crying and he looks to the Doctor. "D-Doc. W-When will sh-she wake up?"
Dr. Kendrick sighs. "Hard to say, she'll need a lot of time to recover. So, she might wake up soon, no clue when but we'll keep you guys informed on her condition and if she wakes up."
Luna then turns off her phone, Lori won't be able to know till she wakes up after fainting as well. She then sends a text to Lori, to have herself properly scanned later.
They all walk out of the room, they needed to get scanned as well. But then they leave the room, that's when Luan lashes out and she attacks her dad, and Michelle Lewis hands Lily to Jordan and she holds her back.
Lynn Sr sees he has a light bruise to the side of his face. "Lu-Luan?"
"This is all your fault! If you had just gotten us some proper checkups! Then they would've gotten those things out of Leni! Now look at her! She's like this, because you two didn't even think about how to help her!" Luan continues to struggle, then she gets sleepy and falls unconscious and this shocks them.
"Luan?!"
They all look to Dr. Kendrick and the injection in his hand. "Yeah, she needs to calm down and you're welcome. Now, follow me so we can have you all properly checked up."
They all follow the doctor to get checked up, and also treat the bruise from that punch from Luan to Lynn Sr.
They all continue to walk, but the kid's follow the man ahead and the parents are far behind. Rita and Lynn Sr know, that they screwed up big time and the younger louds are feeling fearful about what's in their heads and the older ones are pissed off knowing this.
"Rita, did we screw up?" asked Lynn Sr.
"I… I think we did" replied Rita, she has tears in her eyes. She had no idea, that they did not help Leni with her issue and that she might not be so happy when she hears the news.
Luna is probably pissed off and so is Lynn Jr, but they fear for what happens when Lori finds out, or worse, the whole dang town.
