Chapter 424.
"Winter Christmas Party, and Dance."
(December 20. Royal Woods Middle School.)
The Middle School is decorated to look awesome, merry and very festive and some of the staff are there, well almost all the staff are there to help keep an eye on this nighttime event of the school.
As it turns out, they did plan on a Middle School Winter Dance, and also a Christmas party event, but thanks to someone who had to convince the principal, why not merge both into one and here we are now. At the first ever, Royal Woods Middle School Winter Christmas Dance party.
Luna's car arrives and she drops off two boys into the school, who are these two boys?
Lincoln Loud – Light blue suit and pants with some white snowflakes patterns to the side and a black bowtie and black shoes. He has a present in his arms and it has red Christmas ball patterns on it.
Ryan Rosato – Light blue suit and pants with a white snowflake bowtie and black shoes. He brought with him a globe-shaped Christmas present with the patterns of snowmen.
Luna smiles seeing them go towards the school. "Call me baby bro for when you need a ride, but chances you'll get that when chilling with the limo of someone else. See you at home bro and have fun too." She then drives off.
Lincoln waves goodbye to Luna and he and Ryan look to the school. "Well, this is gonna be one night we'll never forget."
Ryan then smiles seeing some familiar faces. "We got some other guys who won't forget this night too dude." They see that waiting in front of the middle school are Simon and Liam, and so they go towards them.
"Hey guys, waiting for your ladies?" asked Lincoln.
Simon Sharp – light blue suit and pants with a white stripe on the sides and black shoes and a white bowtie with light blue snowflake patterns. He's carrying a large Christmas box with snowballs on them.
Liam Bumpkin – light blue suit and shorts that reach bellow his knees and has three snowflake patterns to the right side of his chest, and a black bowtie and black shoes. He's carrying a square-shaped Christmas gift with snowflake patterns on it.
"Darn right we are" said Liam. "The other fellas are inside with their girls and even though Clyde and Chloe should be enjoying this night as well, they said they'd rather help out with the food being handed out and watch as everyone else enjoys. But, I'm sure they'll be part of the party soon."
"Not wrong there, also Stella and Tabby said they'd be here with some good gal company" said Simon. "Obviously they're hitching onto the same ride with the other gals that we know, the ones not here yet."
"That one we're not wrong about" said Ryan. "Also, the eagles are given a break to relax back at the loud house and mansion."
"I'm sure we don't need any eyes in the sky for tonight" said Lincoln. "And I see we got our gifts ready for whoever we're exchanging them to."
Simon smirks and is about to say something, but then he sees a limo arrive. "Guys, company inbound."
They all turn around and see the limo, but this limo did not belong to Gretchen. This limo is from Hope Pertland and the girls come out.
Jordan Rosato – light blue dress that reaches above her feet and has snow flake patterns to the skirt ends and at the sleeves, light blue slip on shoes and she has a dark blue sash around her waist and her blue bow has some snowflake patterns on it She's carrying a large present with gingerbread men patterns on it.
Gretchen Warwick – light blue dress that reaches below her knees and has a white snowflake pattern on the left side along with light blue gloves that reach her elbows, light blue heeled shoes and white knee high socks. She's carrying a circular present with the images of Santa on it.
Stella Zhau Gonzales – Light blue buttoned blouse with white snowflake patterns to the right side and white skirt with light blue snowflake patterns, white socks and light blue laces slip on shoes and a snowflake hair clip to her hair. She's carrying a light blue box-shaped present with a snowflake box.
Tabby Chase – white blouse inside a light blue sleeveless jacket with snowflake patterns to the chest area, light blue mini skirt and black leggings and white boots. She's also wearing white bracelets and a light blue choker with a snowflake on it. She's carrying a large box-shaped present with snowballs patterns on it.
Hope Pertland – a white dress that reaches her feet and is decorated with light blue and dark blue snowflakes around the waist and edges of the skirt and on her sleeves which are made up of white fur (fake fur) elbow length white gloves that have light blue snowflakes on them and white slip on shoes with light blue socks.
She's carrying a white large present with light blue snowflake and snowmen patterns on it and a cute blue bow with a snowflake patterns.
All four boys are shocked and look as if they are frozen in place with nowhere to go, I don't think they're breathing either.
All five girls go towards them. Seeing them shocked without the meaning of breathing and wide eyed makes them giggle. "What's wrong boys? Frost bite?" asked Gretchen.
"Sure looks like it, Simon you in there dude?" asked Stella.
"Looks like my farm boy is as slumped as a pile of snow on the drive way. Liam, earth to Liam" said Tabby.
Gretchen then kisses Ryan and this makes him blush red and snap out of it. "The warm kiss of another is the best way to stay warm."
Ryan is just blushing red and he adjusts his glasses that are fogging up. "Buh…. Buh…. Buh….. Buh."
Hope smiles seeing her friends all happy with their moment together, then she sees Jordan is kissing Lincoln passionately and he kisses back, seeing this makes Hope smile. 'Those two truly are meant to be.'
They then walk into the school. "So, this was the big plan the whole time?" asked Lincoln.
Jordan giggles. "The whole dang plan, and all five of us came up with this."
"Truth be told, we were gonna have the other girls come along, but they said for the next time we have this and so we let them be" said Tabby. "Could've been so much better if they did get involved and all the boys that we know would end up falling flat on the snow."
This makes them laugh a bit. Then they look to Hope. "So, what's with the get up? You look like someone ready to get married" asked Ryan.
Gretchen chuckles. "That's what I was saying to Hope, she chose this one out of the rest."
Hope smiles and blushes. "Sorry guys, I thought this would be nice since I was planning to wear this. I wanted to wear it when the day came for Christmas, but then I decided to wear it for this event, with my friends."
They all smile hearing this. "Glad to see you on the right path, but even though you have gained our trust, the school is the one thing that will be tough, but I think Jenny can make the announcement of another rich mean girl turning to the good side" said Lincoln.
Jordan smirks, "With Jenny and the Middle School news blog, that won't be hard to accomplish. We got your back Hope, just enjoy this night with us."
"Thanks everyone, I don't even know what else to say or how to repay all of you for doing so much to help me change" said Hope.
"No need. What matters is that you saw the error of your ways and now we can all be gals and pals of the RW Cool Crew" said Stella. "Also, how is the little Rockruff doing?"
"Back home, and having a fun time with Jordan's dog Ajax and Gretchen's Yamper, they just need to make sure he doesn't roam around or he could get hurt still" said Hope.
"From what my mom said, he's due to today so his bandages are no longer needed." They all see Delilah Silver waiting for them by the doors of the gym. "About time you guys made it, some of us were worried you wouldn't show up."
Delilah Silver – light blue buttoned blouse with snowflake patterns on the buttons and sleeves, white snowflake patterned skirt and white shorts underneath, white shoes and white fingerless gloves. Her present is inside the party already.
"Nice attire guys, all looking festive and fun for your first ever Middle School Winter Dance Christmas Party."
"Thanks." they all go inside and see the whole gym looks marvelously amazing!
There are lovely snowflake decorations that sparkle in the light of the small snowflake patterned disco ball, white and blue streams hang around the place and have sparkles on them as well.
The tables are white sheets with light blue snowflake patterns and there is a light blue table that is large and has all the gifts from all the Middle School Students in the party and the stage is set and the music is there. Hang on! Isn't she a friend from the hero versions from "Spells and Louds?"
Who is she? Straight out of Canterlot High, DJ Pon-3, also known as Vinyl Scratch. Thank you Peter Harris! Michelle Lewis is also there, hired to keep an eye on the presents and for some reason she has shades.
"Wow! This looks amazing!" said Gretchen.
"They did the right pick to have Delilah make this whole thing possible" said Ryan.
"I am so going to jam to whatever beats the DJ has, she is so cool and I haven't forgotten when she was at Jordan's party." Tabby and Liam go to enjoy the music, but they had to place their gifts to the others first.
"I forgot, who was the other preteen who tag teamed with you in making this?" asked Lincoln.
"Teens you mean, I teamed up with Hassan, Cristina, Allison and Laurence to make this possible and with some advice from the one who helped make the last Winter Dance, Darrel" replied Delilah. "And boom! This place looks like a lovely winter wonderland."
"Or a scene from the film, Frozen" said Jordan. They all laugh a bit from this.
They spot all their other friends all dressed fancy in the colors of light blue, dark blue and white and each of them enjoying their first ever Winter Dance and Christmas Party.
Delilah then looks to Hope. "So, how're you enjoying this?"
Hope is wide eyed and has sparkles in her eyes seeing this. "Wow. I feel like I had a dream like this once, but there was also Santa and dancing gingerbread men, and Tom Cruise for some reason."
Lincoln and the others are confused. 'What the heck does Tom Cruise have anything to do with Christmas?'
"Come on guys, place the gifts over by the table, because I think everyone's here now." Delilah then talks to Principal Rivers and they close the doors to the gym. Thanks to Delilah, they got some new security for the school in the winter season.
Lincoln and the others place their gifts by the table and then Stella asks. "Hope, where the heck is Leslie?"
Hope looks around. "No clue, they end up being late because they wanna do some last minute finishing touches to whatever they're wearing to improved and look nice. I don't like taking too long, it makes me lose track of time. Glad I'm done with her and the others."
Gretchen chuckles. "Hope's not wrong. When it comes to looking nice, Leslie takes a long time to do so and has us do the same thing, which takes super long and hard to pick what to wear."
Lincoln smirks. "And I thought Lola taking long picking her pageant outfits was worse."
(The Loud House.)
Lola is busy with her tiaras and then she sneezes. She then looks around. "Someone talking about me?! Hey! Whose talking about me?!"
She then has Hops on her head. "Please get off."
(Back to the Middle School.)
Lincoln and Jordan let Gretchen and the others be and they go to where the food is and see Clyde and Chloe. "Wow! The food looks awesome, we can only guess you both made these" said Jordan.
"Ya darn right we did" said Chloe. "Clyde and I came up with these weeks ago, we had such a hard time trying to get the right flavors that would match and make them taste as Christmas-y as we can make them and voila, they're done."
They see tons of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, slices of chocolate and vanilla cake, chocolate croissants, eggnog and egg rolls.
"Now that is a lot, but what if there's left overs?" asked Lincoln.
"We intend to let anyone take some home" said Clyde. "But if there's still more, then we bring the left overs to the homeless shelter and help feed the poor. Something The Yates mentioned about and so we decided to go with it."
"Nice of you guys to do." Lincoln and Jordan grab some scones and enjoy the food, they look around and watch as everyone is happy with this first night of their Middle School life.
"This is gonna be one night we'll treasure together, almost like when we went to the Sadie Hawkins Dance" said Jordan.
"Oh heck yeah darling." Lincoln holds her hand and they both walk towards the group and enjoy this night. They're more surprised to see Haiku, Persephone and Morpheus there, and dressed in black and white… Okay. I guess that's fine.
(Outside.)
A limo arrives, and coming out are Leslie, Regina, Karen and Chastity and instead of light blue and white, they're wearing dresses that are red and white, and they don't have gifts with them. They seem to be waiting for the gifts they're gonna get from whoever got their names in the class they were in.
"Alright, so now that we're dressed to impress. Let's crash this dumb Christmas party my dumb cousin made" said Leslie.
"We'll show all those idiots in there who're the real party queens in the school" said Regina.
"No way Loud can resist what Leslie is dressed as and we don't take orders on what to wear, red is all the rage and light blue and white mixed together sucks" said Karen.
"Let's go and show them who the bosses are and the queens of the Royal Woods Middle School popularity level" said Chastity. "Also, I don't see any other popular kids in school, besides the ones who went up a grade in there."
"We can deal with that hot issue next time, right now my Lincoln awaits" said Leslie.
As soon as Leslie opens the door, it won't budge. "What the? Why won't this open?!" She tries to kick it and soon the others join in. But no use, they continue to do so, but have no clue something is coming out from the snow and they see it walk towards them.
With its arms crossed and wearing shades and a black and white snowflake bowtie, you all know who it is. Abomasnow.
Leslie and her friends are shocked. "This is a joke right?" asked Karen.
The yeti-Pokémon roars and chases after them and they end up running back into the limo and it drives off, but they also get chased away by a large herd of Mamoswine. Where the heck did these guys come from?
(Hours later.)
Before they all open their gifts, DJ Pon-3 lowers the music, and it turns into a lovely winter themed slow dancing music and this makes the couples in the school dance partner up and slow dance on the scene.
The night has gone better than they all thought it would, Delilah is truly happy with the results and she was okay to dance with Darrel.
Hope on the other hand sees this and sighs, but then someone asks her if she wanted to dance, and that someone was Chad and she accepts. But she does not have a thing for him.
Lincoln and Jordan take it nice and slow as they dance among the crowd of their closest friends and soon enough, Chloe and Clyde join in. They were right, they were gonna get involved eventually.
Lincoln pulls Jordan close as they dance slowly to the rhythm and both not missing a step. Jordan rests her head on his shoulder and she whispers.
"This is the best winter night of our romantic lives. You looking forward for next year?"
Lincoln chuckles and he kisses her cheek. "As long as you're by my side, then I'll look forward to anything that comes in our way, always and always my lovely snowy rose of my light."
Jordan looks to Lincoln and both have stars in their eyes and as they lovingly look to each other. "Always by your side my snowy-haired rabbit of the northern stars."
They both share a small and yet passionate kiss, and enjoy the rest of this night.
Unaware of Michelle Lewis who is filming the whole thing, for the rest of the louds to see later.
As Hope dances with Chad, she recalls something. 'During class days weeks ago. Four preteens are supposed to hand the gifts to Leslie and her friends and I know they would reject the presents, perhaps they should give it to those who haven't gotten their gifts from Leslie and the others.' She then looks to her gift that she is supposed to give to the person whose name she got from the hat weeks ago.
The gift on the table that is from Hope, and she is the secret Santa, to Lincoln Loud. Something Leslie was not told about.

A/N: A great way for this Merry of merriest Christmas parties and thank god Leslie and the others did not get involved. Why? They'd ruin it all, and reject the gifts from their secret Santa's and disappoint those who they were supposed to give gifts to. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
What did they give each other as gifts? That'll be for another chapter ya'll. We're close to Christmas my friends, almost there.
