Chapter 426.

"Delilah and her past friend."

(Royal Woods Hospital.)

The louds, along with the Rosato's and the rest of their friends are looking onto the boy who took a major hit and near death, again. Lincoln Loud, after a confrontation with some teen named Sasha Alabaman.

Jordan and Luna are both sitting by his right side and holding his right hand, since his left hand was the one that got stabbed.

They all recall what Dr. Kendrick had told them.

"Lincoln is in stable condition but it is unknown as to when he'll even wake up. He has to rest after the surgery we had to do towards him and he nearly lost lots of blood."

Then it happened once again, where Luna volunteered to donate some of her blood, and so they let her. Even though they had some of the blood type in the place, she insisted to do it. To save her brother's life once again.

But even after he recovered from mere blood loss, he had some major issues.

"His stomach is fine now, but in the meantime he cannot eat too many. The FutureTech nano-healers are handling in repairing the damage to the walls of his stomach that got stabbed, and he has to be on a wheel chair until the end of the month, and his left arm will be in a cast until the end of December 25th."

But the good news, is that he's alive and well.

Everyone feels bad that he nearly died and had to go through so much pain, he does have some bandages on him from the beating Sasha inflicted onto him, bruises and small cuts and nothing much.

Luna sheds tears again and she cries for her still unconscious brother, Jordan goes over and hugs her and so does Leni and Lori and soon Gretchen and Ryan. They felt bad he had to go through this pain, to suffer.

Peter Harris sighs. "I know this is a bad time, but right now ya'll need to hear this. We went to investigate the wreckage of the limo that rammed that teen, and we found no body. We found the limo sure, but all we found was the hoodie still attached to the front of the limo."

"So, she got away?" asked Michelle Lewis.

"Not sure, chances she may have been swept away by the river, and one thing's for sure. That river is frozen cold and I doubt a girl like her can withstand those sub-freezing waters, she'd be dead in minutes if she even tries to get out of the water" replied Peter Harris.

"And as requested, we brought the limo back to Silver, after we got it fixed up by the local autos-hop."

"Thanks" replied Delilah. "And, let's hope Sasha doesn't come back. I don't think I can handle seeing her trying to hurt my friends again." Her parents go over and comfort her.

Luna then looks to Delilah. "Delilah, what happened was not your fault."

"Seems like it" replied Delilah. "Sasha and i….. We go way back, in the 6th grade and we were both in the same circles in trying to make sure Leslie and her schemes were put to end, but she always came up with another way to come back and not be taken down to easily."

Lana then asks. "What the heck is Sasha's problem anyway?"

Delilah knew it was time, time to tell them all about her former best friend. "I don't know if we should wait for Lincoln to wake up, but I think I should tell you all, about my old friend Sasha Alabaman."

While they all look towards her, they all fail to see Lincoln's eyes slowly open and he listens in on this conversation.

"Okay, so we met in the 6th grade and we both had one thing in common. Leslie and her friends causing trouble to us. They tried to mess with what we were doing back in Tuscola and it made us look like idiots, but we met and then we became a team and made some plans to make Leslie loo back. They work, sometimes."

"But then when we kept trying and trying, and when they didn't go as we planned. Sasha was a bit, not the patient kinda gal. She really, and I mean really hates Leslie, to the core. More than anyone else and had once told me, she'd wish for Leslie to be dead, just like her dad and mom, who she really hates as well."

"When we finally got out of Grade School and into Middle School, things went well, but then after graduation Sasha told me to meet her outside someplace and so I went to meet with her in the middle of the night and we were right behind, Leslie's home and I thought we were gonna prank her."

"But then Sasha told me her plan and it was not a good one either."

"What was her diabolical scheme?" asked Lisa.

Delilah looks to them and sighs. "She wanted to sick some poisonous snakes into her room, or worse yet, into the house."

This makes them gasp in shock, and even though they don't see him awake, Lincoln is shocked to hear this as well. He may hate Leslie, but sure as heck he doesn't want her dead.

"Yeah, I know. I was shocked as well, and so I told her that it was a crazy and dangerous idea and she didn't care and said that Leslie had to die, she ruins people's lives and makes us look like fools, but I wasn't having it and so we fought each other" replied Delilah."

"At that time, she kicked me and knocked me out and then she grabbed the bag of poisonous snakes and walked into Leslie's house undetected. I did the right thing and called the cops, and called Leslie's parents who were home and warned them, then they managed to get out of the house and meet me at the front yard, but I told them to leave something else behind in the house."

"What happened next, I guess Sasha thought Leslie was in her room, but instead she found a bunch of plush toys wearing her pajamas and then the cops showed up and Sasha had to be taken away and she tried to run one of the cops was aimed to stop her and was aiming for her feet, but instead he missed and hit the side of her head, a few inches into the skull and then it went through."

"Sasha was in critical condition and sent to the hospital. I didn't know what to do or say, and I had no clue what the heck have I done, but deep down, I knew I did the right thing and saved someone's life, or better yet saved the lives of those within the house. I just watched as they took Sasha away on the ambulance and I still recall the blood coming from her head."

"I did see this look of fear from Leslie, and she didn't seem fond of me at what happened, she knew Sasha was my friend and I know that deep down, she knew I had nothing to do with this because I called the cops. But after that event, she tried to evade me and make sure I had no interference with the plans she had for the town."

Hope and Gretchen recall that one, the day that it changed for good between Leslie and Delilah, but started this slight fear of Leslie onto her cousin.

"But the whole ordeal was the wakeup call I needed and I decided to go solo and did what I could to stop the misdeeds and mean things my cousin was doing, but it only lasted on the summer vacation and I moved out of Tuscola with mom and dad and so that's the end of that thing and wasn't the last time I saw Sasha either."

"You went to visit her didn't you?" asked Lucy.

Delilah nods. "I did and when I went to see her, she was not happy to see me and she began to rant and yell at me for ditching her and for ratting her out and promised me that she'd come for me, and I guess it did came and now those who are my friends, are in danger and all because of me and my old pal, Sasha Alabaman."

"But, what about her parents?" asked Lynn Sr. "Clearly they did what they could to stop or changer her?"

Delilah scoffs. "Not likely, her dad went to jail the same night she was arrested to juvie, and her mom card less for her and didn't wanna do anything. She skipped town after her daughter was in juvie and from the Intel I got, she took everything and fled."

"But, I don't know who the heck bailed her out of juvie. Who in the right mind would bail out that megalomaniac from juvie?"

Peter Harris thinks about this. "Whoever it was, had the right guts to do this stunt, and must've had some kind of personal reason to send this killer to you. We'll try and look into the juvenile hall she came from and see what we can find."

"Allow me to assist" said Lisa. "Perhaps we can double the effort and find out who the dingus is to send this serial killing girl to come after Delilah Silver."

"Let me help too" said Stella. "I know a thing or two about computers."

"I'm gonna help as well" said Ryan."

"And us!" said Allison and Laurence.

Peter Harris smiles. "The help is much appreciated kids, and I need to confess something to ya'll. I know Sasha Alabaman too."

This shocks them to hear this. "What do you mean?" asked Jordan.

"I worked as a deputy in Tuscola once before, all those years ago. I was the one who shot her" replied Peter Harris.

This news shock them all. "Literally, what?!" said Lori.

Peter Harris sighs. "When Leslie came to town, I knew the last name sounded familiar, then when Delilah came to town, I knew I saw her before, but when Sasha came and caused this. It all came back to me and I recalled the day I shot the girl who tried to run from the law, and so I took the shot and was supposed to aim for the legs."

"But, she had something in her pocket and the lights from the squad cars shined off of it and blinded me and I shot her in the head. I was removed from Tuscola and sent someplace else, and that someplace was Royal Woods, Saginaw. That's all I know and where I once came from."

All of them had no clue what to say. "Mind blown dude" said Lynn.

Peter then sits. "I thought that, that she came back to finish me off. But I didn't know the full story and now I know why." He looks to Delilah. "I guess we both made some tough choices that led to some stuff that we didn't wanna do."

Delilah sighs. "Every day, I wished I would never have met Sasha, but now I see that I should've wished harder and all of this….. This is all my fault, if I hadn't come here, then none of you would've been hurt and Lincoln wouldn't be in another near death experience."

Jordan and Luna are about to speak. "This wasn't you're fault." They all are shocked and look to see who was awake.

"Lincoln!"

The boy smiles. "Hey guys, also everything is so sore right now. Ow."

"Take it easy bro and no one hug him, yet" said Luna.

"You need to heal up Linc, you got hurt real bad and bad news is that, you're gonna be on a wheel chair till the end of the month" said Jordan. "Sorry about that one, Lincoln."

Lincoln sighs. "I suspected as much, also how long for the cast on my left arm?"

"Till the end of December 25" replied Leni. "Oh, I'm so glad you're okay now, Linky."

Lincoln smirks. "I'm too tough to go down so easily, heck Lynn knows."

Lynn chuckles and wipes away some tears. "Y-Yeah, you are tough. Tough enough to beat me too."

Delilah then goes over to Lincoln and sits by his bedside. "Lincoln, I am so sorry for…"

"No. This was not your fault" replied Lincoln. "Delilah, this was never your fault from the beginning. Sure she came back to do something bad, but know this; that what she did, she did that to herself and is had nothing to do with you. You did the right thing and made sure she would never hurt anyone ever again."

"Even if that someone was the family you didn't seem to like as we all agree as well."

They all nod and say that he's right, they all hate Leslie, but not to see her dead. Sorta.

Lincoln places a hand onto hers. "Delilah, don't let her actions be the meaning of your faults. She is the reason to be her own evil, you are the reason to fight on and help others. Because Sasha lacks what you have and what you have is a consciousness that wants to help others and do the right thing, and not do something that would make you regret for the rest of your life."

"You don't have to be sorry Delilah, this was never your fault."

Delilah sheds some tears and wants to hug Lincoln, but he stops her. "Whoa. I'm sore, please no. We can hug it out when I'm cleared."

Delilah backs off and wipes way her tears. "Yes, of course, sorry about that. Thank you, for telling me otherwise about my doubts."

"No problem" replied Lincoln. "We're friends and we listen and look out for each other."

The eagles then come onto the bed to check on him and the others go over and are happy he's alive and well.

Lincoln then asks. "Did Leslie Silver try to come in here, again?"

Jordan shakes her head. "No, she didn't. She never did show up."

"No clue where she is, but I'm glad she's not here" said Simon.

As they talk about what Lincoln went through and the condition of his injuries, one thing was one Delilah, Hope and Gretchen's thoughts. 'Where the heck is Leslie?'

(Somewhere south of the river to town.)

Some cops and other men look around the snowy banks of the river and with them is Leslie, Karen, Regina and Chastity.

"Come on! We cannot let her get away! Where is she?" said Leslie as she has a flashlight.

Karen scoffs. "Normally, I'd hate doing this outdoor stuff, but this is Sasha we're talking about. So let's keep searching."

"Even though they said she wouldn't survive the river, chances she may have survived and ran off somewhere" said Chastity.

"Or not, looks what I found." They all go over to Regina and see she has the cap from Sasha and it's all torn up, and leads to the sharp rocks and the raging ice river. "Looks like she didn't make it after all."

This puts a sigh of relief for them all, and they call head off to tell the others what they found and know. But deep down, Leslie Silver has doubts. 'If Sasha Alabaman did survive, then we must be ready before she kills again.'

She might not be wrong, because far away from the south river of town is a large lake and some footprints lead away from the lake and head south of Saginaw and a shadowy figure walks and stumbles through the snow, with her rage keeping her warm and her anger keeping her alive.

The girl, Sasha is not gone. 'Just you wait Royal Woods. I'll be back, and when I do. You're all gonna die!'

To be continued…..

A/N: Lincoln will live, and the story has been told, Leslie might be cautious now to do both in taking Lincoln for herself and watching her back for someone who might return. Either way, this has been one messed up moment for everyone in Royal Woods. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.

Thanks again to "marvelomac1010" for the idea and concept of adding Sasha Alabaman from my story "Family of Two" and into this story as a dangerous enemy.
