Chapter 431.
"With the elders."
(The Loud House.)
Lincoln comes out of the house, and with him is Jordan and they wait for someone to come. But then Luna arrives and she goes to her car. "Hey dudes, waiting for Pop-pop and Gran-gran?"
"Sure are, we're gonna hang out today and have some fun, well wherever would be good to hang out at" replied Lincoln.
"The eagles won't be joining us, we're giving them a break for the day" replied Jordan. She then notices something. "Also, I don't recall those things by the Gladius."
They look up and see large disc like ships by the Gladius Battlecruiser, they are also red and have a scorpion symbol on them as they go around the town.
"Something tells me those things might be the big plan my godfather has for New Year's Eve" said Jordan. "But, I don't really know."
"We can only find out when we go and ask him, or we can go and ask the hero versions of ourselves. Also, I got a text saying that if there is a large red and black ship that doesn't seem that big, then it means a couple of aliens are coming to help out, no clue what that means" replied Lincoln.
Luna then opens her car. "The answers will be clear when we the hero guys get here, for now be patient." She then goes into her car and she lowers the window. "See you dudes later, I'll be at Sam's."
They wave goodbye to Luna as she drives off, then Lana and Lola come out from the back and both are riding Lulu in her snowmobile mode. "Hi Lincoln, hi Jordan."
"Hey girls, where are you two off to?" asked Lincoln.
"We're gonna go and check on Meli Ramos" said Lola. "We have so much to share to her about what happened during Christmas morning."
"We're also bringing Metapod with us, and the book of Pokémon to see which one we mark as cool and awesome, as for Lola she wants to see which is prettiest" said Lana.
They see Lisa come out of the house and she sits at the back of Lulu. "I am also coming along, to ensure they do not damage the book. There's no chances of me getting another one if this historical book of Pokémon is harmed."
Lisa, we know how to be careful" said Lana.
"Let's just go already" said Lola.
Lulu then turns on her headlights and secures the little ones, and the Metapod with seatbelts. "Safety first as we travel to the home of Meli Ramos, hold on tight dudes. Also, Lincoln and Jordan please be careful today." They then drive off to the house of Lola's friend.
"It's still nice of you to let them have Lulu" replied Jordan.
"They deserve her, we don't need a small car to take us anywhere anymore, plus she acts like a good protector similar to Luna or the eagles" said Lincoln. "I wonder how the eagles are doing at your place."
(Rosato Mansion.)
All the eagles are flying back and forth and are bringing some twins, leaves and small sticks into the eagle sanctum above the Rosato mansion.
Within the area, Harrier and Nora are making a nest, a large nest and they even add some fluffy remains from pillow they found by the attic, or whatever Charles and the others have played with.
Ryan and Gretchen are at the front yard and use binoculars to see this. "You think they're gonna start a family?" asked Gretchen.
"They might be, I mean look at that next!" said Ryan. "That is dang huge, but we're not sure and this might just be a nice bed for them to spend time together."
"That old pacifier says otherwise" said Gretchen. They see an old pacified placed near the next as a decoration. They both continue to watch over them and while Yamper and Ajax are chasing each other.
(Back to the Loud House.)
Lincoln and Jordan then sees an orange car and the ones inside, are Albert (Pop-pop) and Myrtle (Gran-gran.)
"Hey there kids, ready to spend a day with us?" asked Pop-pop.
"Heck yeah!" Lincoln and Jordan hop into the car. "Wow Pop-pop, this your old car?" asked Lincoln.
Albert chuckles. "I wish, this car belongs to Seymour and he decided to give this old girl to me, since he's not good with driving anymore, but I'm glad to drive him around too. This is still his car in my book. Now, hold on tight kids."
Myrtle then hands them some chocolate. "We got these along the way, enjoy."
"Thanks." The two kids eat the candy and they drive off.
Not knowing a limo is watching them and slowly follows them. "Who the heck are those oldies?" asked Karen.
"No clue, but the old guy has the same hair as Lincoln" said Regina. "Could be his grandpa."
"Who cares? We're following them!" said Leslie.
Chastity goes through her phone. "A snow storm is inbound tomorrow."
"Shut up!" said Leslie. "Driver, follow them and do not lose track of them, or I will fire you!"
The driver sighs and he continues to follow them, but in his thoughts. 'Calm down, calm down. Just 362 days and I can finally retire. Sure wish the others at the mansion can retire too.'
(Ketcham Park.)
They walk around the park and look at the stage being setup. "Hey, there's Peter Harris" said Lincoln.
They spot the man who is Jordan's godfather and he's helping setup the stage with Mayor Davis and some troops, and one of them is setting up some device that acts like some kind of beacon.
"So, that new flying machine thingies are gonna be part of the New Year's Eve night" said Myrtle. "That's nice."
"I can't wait to see that, also I can see something we can enjoy" replied Albert. They all see a food truck and its selling sandwiches and hot chocolate. "How about we grab some and enjoy the nice calm and peaceful park, then we can have some chat time."
They all go to the sandwich truck and get something to eat, while Leslie and her friends arrive and park the limo. Leslie and her friends get out and go into the park. "The old car is here, but where the heck are they?"
Karen looks around. "Over there! That weird sandwich truck!"
They all go over, but then Leslie falls into a hole in the snow. "What the heck?" She then sees eyes looking at her. "Oh no."
The rich girls hear her screaming and they reach in and pull her out, and a large brown rabbit tries to attack them and they manage to get Leslie out. What re those large brown rabbit? Bunnelby.
Leslie takes in deep breaths. "What the heck is with the dumb animals here?!"
Regina helps Leslie back to her feet. "Come on, we can catch up to….. And they're gone." They all see that Lincoln, Jordan, Albert and Myrtle have left and are nowhere to be seen.
This angers Leslie greatly and she kicks a stone away. "You gotta be kidding me?!" She then calms down. "Calm down, this is okay. They're still in the park and we can find them, let's not lose our cool."
But then Chastity sees something and is scared. "Guys, our cool might get lost soon."
"Why?" asked Leslie. They all look at what she is looking at, and they all go wide eyed and scared. Walking towards them, with a bump on the head from a stone is a Pangoro. Wait what?!
"That looks like a panda" said Karen.
"That is one big and angry looking panda" said Regina.
Hope passes by them with her Rockruff on her scooter. "That's a Pangoro you dingus's."
The Pangoro roars and chases Leslie and her crew as they run for their lives.
(Somewhere in the park.)
Lincoln, Jordan, Myrtle and Albert sit by the benches and have finished with their sandwiches and are now enjoying the hot chocolate.
"This sure hits the spot, and love those grilled cheese bacon sandwiches they make" said Albert.
"I wonder if the others know about the sandwich truck, looks new to me" said Jordan.
Lincoln then looks to the sky. "Hey, when spring does come and there's no signs of strong winds or even snow or bad weather. Should we take it to the skies?"
Jordan smiles hearing that. "Heck yeah. It's been such a long while since we even sky dived and used our wing suits too."
"Count me in as well, I wanna soar like an eagle when that does come" said Albert.
"Another hang out and above the heads of everyone in town, sigh me up for that too" said Myrtle.
Lincoln chuckles. "So, I guess we can make that one official. Though, I do wonder if we can have that sorta thing with Luna as well, she did sky dive with us."
"We can ask my bro, Ryan too. He might wanna take to the skies, and if Gretchen wants to, then sure" said Jordan. "Chances Delilah will wanna do it too, since she does seem like the action kind of gal."
Albert then asks. "I heard from a call from your mom that hero versions of yourselves are coming here to town, that one true?"
Lincoln nods. "Sure is Pop-pop, we wanna know what's been happening with them and also get answers on the whole mystery gift giving man thing, but we know it's Santa for sure."
"Luna and Sam seem to wanna speak with one of them about… Something, but we don't know what" said Jordan. "Either way, it's gonna be one cool hang out with our counterparts."
"Well, I need to ask you two this. You guys plan on joining next year's Bald Eagle Festival?" asked Myrtle.
Lincoln and Jordan look to each other and nod, then they both speak. "Heck yeah!"
"Once next month comes, then we begin training" said Jordan. "With not just Patriot and Valkyrie, but if chances need it be, when we train up Artemis, Freya and Harriet to see if the next generation can do it."
"They're young, strong and are legally classified as adults now, sorta" said Lincoln. "Also, you wanna come along Pop-pop?"
Albert chuckles. "As fun as it would be to go someplace for an epic eagle flying moment, I'm gonna need to pass. You kids can have fun, but bring me back a souvenir when you get there, like one of those eagle bobble heads, or hats."
Lincoln chuckles. "Sure thing Pop-pop."
Then Myrtle sees a weird squirrel-looking creature going around the park and grabbing some acorns and then runs back to the tree. What was that? Skwovet.
"The wildlife here sure has gotten strange lately, what are they again?"
"They're call Pokémon Gran-gran" replied Jordan. "These guys live in the park, and seem to wander at other places, they don't belong to our world and wanna stay here like they do with the world of our hero counterparts."
"Lana already has one, and it's a Metapod" replied Lincoln. "Which was once a Caterpie. Gretchen has a Yamper, Delilah has a Stunky and our new pal Hope has a Rockruff, also I think Stella's granny has a Swablu with her."
Albert chuckles. "Well, Royal Woods sure is going through some odd changes and I like them. Also, Myrtle and I plan to come and celebrate with you guys for New Year's Eve."
"Awesome, we just haven't gotten the whole lay out of the plan on where to do it though" said Lincoln.
"Well, you guys can figure out something and we'll be waiting and I plan to make some of my famous jello you guys like" said Myrtle.
Lincoln and Albert could only imagine her chocolate jello again. Jordan then whispers. "When are you gonna hand down that recipe?"
Myrtle chuckles. "Not yet Jordan, not yet."
"Finally!" They see Leslie and her friends, and they look beaten up. "There you are! We've been going around this stupid park, looking for you two!"
Leslie has lots of bruises and her scarf is torn apart.
Regina's hair is messed up and she has a bald spot to the right side and her boot is missing.
Karen is on the ground and exhausted and dragged by Chastity and both girls have some bruises and a black eye on the right and they're hair is a mess too.
Lincoln and Jordan are confused. "What the heck happened to you girls?" asked Jordan.
"You girls look like a stage coach ran you over" said Lincoln.
"Nope, I think they look like they were run over by a cavalry" said Albert.
"To me, it looks like they were run over by some dogs" said Myrtle. "They have some paw print marks on them."
She's not wrong. What did happen to them?
After being chased by Pangoro, they went to hide behind a bush but it wasn't a bush, for it was a Grotle and it used its vines to toss them away and they landed onto Abomasnow again! They get placed into a snow ball and thrown around the park and land onto a hole filled with Dedene and they get one heck of a shock.
They climb out and get run over by lots of Golden Retrievers, Husky dogs and Saint Bernard's all there to train for any events of search and rescue.
They get back up and are found by Pangoro and get a beat down they will never forget, next to hating pandas, they now hate very large pandas that fight like martial arts masters.
Leslie is ticked off, but she calms down. "That doesn't matter, what matters is that…." They then get shocked by a distant lightning bolt, which came from Jordan's house. Thank you Yamper.
The rich girls and down for the count and the limo driver comes and takes them back to the limo. He does look to Lincoln, Jordan and the elderly couple. "So sorry about them."
"They didn't even do anything rude, so we're fine" said Jordan.
They watch as the limo driver walks away with the rich girls inside a red wagon and brought back into the limo.
"Well, that happened" said Lincoln.
"Huh, I thought that Rich girl would be mean or say harsh things" said Albert. "They didn't seem like threats."
"Whatever happened to them, I think they deserve it, I heard that they made fun of Bernie at the mall last week" said Myrtle.
Lincoln then feels his stomach rumbling. "Well, now that they're not bothering us. You guys want some more sandwiches?"
"Sure, I wanna try the grilled cheese and burger steak sandwich" said Jordan.
"I wanna try that grilled cream cheese sandwich" said Myrtle.
"Sign me up for the spicy one" said Albert.
"Heck yeah!" They see Lynn Jr and her team. "Hey guys, we're just here for some sandwiches too. Also, what the heck happened to the rich freaks?"
"They look like they got run over by us, bot ten times worse" said Margo.
They all go to the sandwich truck to order some more to eat, they have a heck of a day ahead of them and more to come for tomorrow.
