Chapter 436.
"No bad Silver here."
(January 2, the Loud House.)
The morning feels right and the louds are all enjoying some nice breakfast. Michelle then hands the kids some waffles. Lynn Sr is not there right now, he's busy at his restaurant, since he plans to open the place tomorrow.
Rita then walks in and she makes herself some coffee. "Good morning everyone, have any plans today?"
Lynn Jr finishes her waffles and gets some more. "Got some soccer practice with Margo and the gals today, even though Spring isn't here yet, we like to do it early and then I got some hockey practice, which is the first game for us this year!"
"I shall be in my room, I have some reading to catch up on" said Lisa. "I just got the new book on the new laws of space and physics this morning in the mailbox, and this was made by FutureTech's finest."
"Leni already left early to help her boss with some deliveries for tomorrow's big sale" replied Lori. "I will be going to the restaurant to see if dad still needs some help, and Carol is also gonna be there, then we're gonna be hanging out at the café."
I don't plan on doing anything outside the house, I need to brush up on the birthdays coming this month, also Benny is coming over, along with Giggles to help me out" said Luan. "We're gonna have a chuckling time just juggling through the gigs!" She laughs at this, and the others don't.
"I need a lift to Haiku's house. We're having the Young Morticians Club meeting there, since the Graveyards are closed, until the next day" replied Lucy.
"I'll take you there sweetie, and then when we're done, we can meet up with Sasha and Amir to discuss some things for the writing club" replied Rita.
Lily just giggles. "Pway time, Pway time, with pets!" Hearing that was not what the animal pets did not wanna hear, since Lily is a toddler, she wants to spend some time playing with Charles, Cliff, Geo, Walt's and Della. They really wish the eagles were there with them, but they're outside hunting for food.
"Lana and I are gonna go to our room and do some finishing touches to the birthday we have planned for tomorrow!" said Lola.
"We got this all wrapped up sis!" Lana high fives her twin and both of them finish their breakfast and they place they're plates in the sink and then head back upstairs.
Everyone smiles seeing them leave, they all did their shopping and have gifts for the twins once tomorrow hits.
Lori then looks to Lincoln and Luna. "And I assume you guys are planning to hang out with Jordan and Sam today at the park?"
Luna smirks. "You guessed it right big sis, with Leslie Silver out of the town, we can be at peace and see what else we can do in this New Year and month, and all before the big musical festival on March."
"So glad Leslie is out of our lives" said Lucy. "She was becoming very annoying, and less tolerable to handle. Also, this Spring Musical Festival, does it also involve a family kind of band?"
"Nope" replied Luna as she drinks her coffee. "Not this year, unless we're talking about the Royal Woods Spring family fair, that's where the family band might occur, so chances we might do it again."
Lisa then finishes her breakfast. "And let us not forget that coming this March, is the Bald Eagle Festival once more, but this time it will be held someplace else."
"We got that covered Lis" replied Lincoln. "The eagles are doing their own training before Jordan and I train with them, the only thing we haven't been informed is the location of the whole event, chances it won't be at Washington D.C."
"Even though the place might be different, we know you and Jordan got this!" said Lynn Jr. "You guys are pros, and at such a young age. I doubt anyone can beat, the champs!"
"Let's not get in way over our heads Lynn, this is about respect and honor" said Lori.
Lincoln smirks. "Lori's not wrong. Whether we win or lose, we still get to do something with the feathered friends we know and love, and show them that the next generation of bald eagles is ready to take flight and strike the skies."
"At least we can be happy about one thing" said Michelle.
They all know what she's gonna say and so they all say it. "No Leslie Silver!" They all laugh at that one.
Then Luan has an idea. 'Hmm, when comedy night starts. I think I should crank up the jokes to make everyone see the humor with the girl being gone, now that is comedy gold and could help everyone feel great that she's gone.'
(Later.)
Lincoln and Luna both walk out of the house, there doesn't seem to be much snow on the ground, but chances snow will come back soon. It is after all, still the season of winter.
They then see someone shoveling what's left of the snow from the driveway. "Hey there neighbor" said Lincoln.
Mr. Grouse sees them and waves. "Hey there louds, New Year's did god for the both of ya?"
"Darn right it did, how's the family from your New Year night?" asked Luna.
"We had a heck of a blast, and also my nephew's car was blown up by accident" grumbled Mr. Grouse. "I told them not to get something big and then they brought something big, at least he can get his car fixed up, not much damage. Also, is it true that the rich girls are gone?"
Lincoln chuckles. "Heck yeah it's true, it's damn true neighbor. Leslie Silver is not in town anymore."
Mr. Grouse sighs in relief. "Thank Tallulah, that girl was always mean to me when I was in the park and everywhere else trying to read the newspaper. Now I got a good reason to eat the left over spaghetti, hope you two have a good no rich girl's day today."
"You too Mr. Grouse." Lincoln and Luna then go into Luna's car and they drive off to the park, and up above are just Patriot and Valkyrie following them. They leave their kid eagles to rest up, and where the heck is Bullet anyway?
Mr. Grouse then continues to shovel the snow, but something appears and helps him clear the snow away. "Huh, now what the heck are you supposed to be?"
The little creature is a Pokémon, named Wynaut.
(Ketcham Park.)
Lincoln, Luna, Sam and Jordan are at the park, they go around the park and look to the place with little snow and tons of folks enjoying this day with the Pokémon wildlife.
Lincoln then asks. "So, any word on Gretchen and Hope? What are they doing now?"
"Well, right now they're both spending some time together in the Warwick mansion, both of them seem to be enjoying each other's company more than they do when they were part of Leslie's rich group" replied Jordan. "Because as it turns out, whenever they hang out with Leslie and the others, they all seem to be focused on talking about what Leslie wants and not what the others want and do."
"I mean Karen, chastity and Regina are okay with it for some reason, Hope and Gretchen were the ones who wanted to change the subjects, but they decided to remain silent and now with Leslie and her friends gone, they can talk about whatever they want and are okay with changing the subject."
Sam chuckles. "Sooner or later, give it a few weeks or months and those names will be forgotten by the good folks of this town. So glad those mean rich girls are gone. Where's Ryan anyway?"
"Having a meeting with all members of the Tech Club at my place" replied Jordan.
"That explain why Simon said Stella was busy today, and why Simon is hanging out with his pals at the local computer shop" said Sam.
"With the big change of the rich girls being gone, we can all enjoy some peace and no rude gestures from those snot nosed spoiled rich bastards" said Luna. "Dang, if they stayed any longer, then I would've personally beaten them up for anything they'd do."
They then go over to a bench and sit there. "Sorry to say this sis, but Jordan beat ya to that one. Recall the times she beat them up, and also when Gretchen beat them up."
Jordan chuckles. "Oh man! That is something I still recall and will always treasure, I mean we have had to struggle when facing our foes who keep coming back, but when I beat the crud out of Leslie and her friends, there wasn't much of some resistance."
"They're rich and can't do much to defend themselves" said Sam. "They'd rather hire some folks to do the defense for them. They are so weak."
Lincoln smiles seeing something and so the others see what he sees and also smiles.
They see Jillian and her now 7-month old baby, Lucas and they're having some playtime with Teri, and Darcy.
Lincoln then asks. "So, where the heck are all the rich girls now?"
Jordan then checks the message from Jenny, and sees the information. "Alright, so first is Chastity Higgins. She's going to be living with her parents in Cheboygan and she's gonna be attending a public school, so she can try to be more social to making friends and not being mean."
"Next we got Regina Westwind, she's headed back to the place where her parents work, in Cassopolis, Berrien. She's also going to be attending a public school and she has to work on her attitude problems and her winey nature, which they think is Leslie's doing."
"Third we have Karen Houseman, she seems to be the one who's the most aggressive and mean in the group and she'll be going to a private school for mean girls at Davidson City, Marquette. From what Jenny found out, her parents want her to change, she is just too much of a bully and all because of Leslie Silver."
They know who the last one is."
"And finally, last but not least. Leslie Silver. Because of her mean and heinous actions, she'll be going to a heavy duty private school for girls, somewhere in her home of Tuscola but not at the town where she was born. The place is called Caro City, and that's also the base of operations of her father's job, while her mom still runs a hotel somewhere in Saginaw."
"From what the social media said, Leslie tried to resist, but she knew that she has to do this if she doesn't want her dad's reputation to be ruined by her actions. Because of FutureTech, they got evidence that ties her with the blackmail to the mayor of her hometown, and to make things less of an issue with juvie, the parents decide to pay tons of cash for her actions."
"Leslie is right now heartbroken and has so much fear and remorse. She has literally ruined her family, well her mom and dad, but not the name. The Silver name is still sorta recognized in the country, not much in the hotel that her mom runs or the supplies company from her dad."
"Speaking of companies, It took a lot of convincing, but through my dad and Delilah's dad, they were able to make a new agreement through Alexander Silver, but if her daughter does do something troublesome, then chances the company will be handed down to someone else, someone Delilah's dad can trust."
Luna whistles. "Dang! Leslie sure knows how to haunt and ruin the lives of her parents, she just hit rock bottom real hard." Then she recalls. "And I know that Delilah is with her dad, and saying goodbye to him, right?"
Lincoln sighs. "Yeah, I mean he has to go back to his job being in the frontline a one of those javelin soldiers, but he said he'll show up when the school year ends and when Delilah graduates from Middle School, and chances he'll be there for her for one month of summer."
Luna smirks. "Even though there are some rough times for some of using town, we can all be happy that one thing is out of our lives."
Patriot and Valkyrie also land down and sit next to them. They all know what she means and they decided to say it at the same time. "No Leslie Silver!"
They then relax and enjoy this peace. "So, we ready for tomorrow?" asked Sam.
"The twin's birthday? Heck yeah" replied Jordan. "I already got the gifts they would want, what about the rest of you guys?"
Sam smirks. "Did my shopping before the malls were closed."
"Same here" replied Lincoln and Luna. "But, we both bought them something they would both like together" said Luna.
"The best way for them to share and not argue too much" said Lincoln. Then he gets a text from someone, that someone is Jessica Carson.
Jessica Carson – Hi Lincoln, I sent Lori a massage as well. I know we haven't spent so much time, but I was told I have a week off of college starting on January 9, and so my parents and my little sister, Angel are gonna come over and hang out in your town.
We all heard that Leslie Silver is not there, and thankfully not near our home either. We I will be staying at Royal Woods till January 16, and my mom, dad and little sister will be with us until January 11. Can't wait to chill with you guys. See you guys soon!
Lincoln smiles. "Well, we're gonna have some college company for the next one week."
They all look towards him. "What?"
