Chapter 442
"New month to visit Great Lakes."
(Great Lakes City.)
Three vehicles arrive to the Casagrande apartment and those three rides? Luna, Leni and Lori, and who are with them? Michelle, Lincoln, Jordan, Hope, Gretchen, Ryan, Stella, Simon and Sam and following behind is the car of Carol.
They all get out of their rides and look at the apartment. They look around and see the city is looking alright, even with the storm that passed by days ago, the city is still in good looking condition, but they do see some men working on a fallen tree not too far from them.
"At least Great Lakes City didn't take much hit" said Lori. "I wonder how Bobby is doing." She goes to the Mercado to check on her boyfriend.
"You know, I don't get why am I even here with you guys? I mean, I have a date tonight!" said Michelle.
"Exactly, and we recall from Ronnie Anne's text, that the best place to go and have your hair trimmed to look fancy and beautiful is right over there" said Jordan. They all see the local beauty salon, owned by Margarita.
Michelle is confused. "Are you guys sure about this? I mean, there is a hair salon back on Royal Woods."
"Yeah, but Santiago said that her cousin is in there and is a major total awesome hair stylist and also a good barber" said Gretchen. "There's no way we wanna miss on this."
"We wanna help you look pretty on your date and this is the best kinda way to do so" said Hope.
"I wanna see if Carlota is the one doing this, she did say last week she was trying to get a certificate for a job at the spa, if she's good with makeup, then she's good with hair" said Leni.
Michelle smiles hearing this. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go then." The girls go over to the hair salon, while Lincoln, Simon, Ryan, Sam and Luna go into the Apartment and look for Ronnie Anne and Sid and they spot them by the steps of the building.
"Hey guys, glad you all came!" said Ronnie Anne, she goes over with her skateboard and she high fives each of them and Sid does the same thing too.
"We're glad you guys are safe, that storm was one epic and scary moment" said Sid. "Also, my mom and Adelaide aren't here, they're at the zoo checking on the animals, and right now I should get going too. Later guys." Sid kisses Ronnie Anne's cheek and she rides away.
Ronnie Anne smirks. "Classic bestie of a girlfriend." She then looks to the others. "So, wanna head on inside?"
They all follow Ronnie Anne and they even pass by and greet Maria who is headed to her job. "So, what's this we heard about you guys and your mom and some vacation trips or something?" asked Luna.
Ronnie Anne chuckles nervously. "Yeah, that's hard to explain."
They go inside and see Rosa has made them something to eat. "Hello everyone, come and eat. I made plenty of snacks for everyone."
Ryan is wide eyed seeing the food. "Whoa. You could literally fill up the stomach of a baseball stadium with this food!"
They all go over and get something to eat. Then the eagles fly in and Rosa hands them a large bowl of food. "I did not forget about you guys, and I am so happy your all fine. Do not worry, Sergio is out with his pigeon friends."
That was a relief to the eagles. Yeah, all the eagles are there. Patriot, Valkyrie, Harrier, Nora, Artemis Freya and Bullets.
Luna then looks around. "What about, the other troublemaker? He here?"
They all know who she means. "Carl is outside, he's going with his mother to her art gallery, and she has to keep an eye on him while we keep an eye on Carlitos." They see the baby playing with some blocks and with him is Lalo, and he's making a block house around the dog.
"It always feels nice to be in a place where it's friendly" said Ryan.
Lincoln sighs. "Not quite." He then looks to Rosa. "Did you at least learn something from last time we came here?"
Rosa sighs. "Si, I did mijo and again, I am so sorry for thinking of superstition over the feelings of my familia, I had to make up for all the wrong things I did in making them leave, and at least I was forgiven, but trust is something I need to try and earn back."
Ronnie Anne feels bad about that one. "Abuela, I know you can earn back our trust, we know your trying hard and at least you're over the whole superstitions and curses thing, like Lynn is."
Simon then sees a camera coming towards them at the window. "Guys, something's watching us."
Luna knows who it is and so does Rosa. Rosa then hands Luna one of her slippers. "Would you like to do the honors?"
"Thank you, ma'am." Luna then throws the slipper out one window and it comes back and it has Sergio. Rosa catches her slipper and the parrot lands onto the wall. But Ryan catches the camera and looks at it.
"This thing looks like it was just taped together."
Sergio gets up and sees all of them looking at him. "And what do you think you're doing, Sergio?!" asked Rosa in anger.
"What? I was just making a film, and I wanna try and win a trophy or an award too" said Sergio.
Sam takes the camera. "Yeah, never film anyone without their permission, otherwise you'd be ruining their name and personal lives." She hands it to Rosa.
"I'm not ruining anything! I swear!" said Sergio.
"Then what is this?!" Rosa shows him the footage he got of their neighbors doing their own personal things in their apartment.
"Umm, I can explain?" said Sergio, he tries to fly away buy Lalo tosses a rope to Simon and he turns it into a lasso and grabs the bird. "No!"
Simon then pulls the parrot. "Get over here." He then sees Rosa grab Sergio.
"We are going to everyone right now, and you are apologizing for recording them!"
Sergio sighs. "Alright, fine!" They then leave the apartment, leaving the others to eat and talk.
"Well, that happened" said Lincoln. "So Ronnie Anne, what's this about your mom and the whole vacation trip thing?"
(Margarita's Beauty Salon.)
All the girls, are having their hairs done, and all thanks to Margarita. "There, now I know some of you would like to just stick with the looks you have, but I thought I would improvise."
Just imagine Jordan, Stella, Gretchen, Carol, Leni and Michelle with some beautiful hair styles, because I am terrible at describing gorgeous hair. Sorry guys.
"Well, we do look fabulous and we are so going to look awesome when we get back to Royal Woods" said Stella.
"I can't wait for Lori to get here" replied Carol. "She has to try this place, it is divine!"
"I totes like the style, I should suggest this for Jackie and Mandee and then they can come over and see what you can do, well mostly CJ over there" said Leni.
CJ nods. "Thanks girls, and I'm almost done with Hope and her hair." He then goes back to work.
Jordan and Gretchen look at themselves. "Well, Ryan's sure gonna be awe struck by me" replied Gretchen.
Jordan chuckles. "No kidding, chances the rest of the gals back at home will wanna come here too. Now, sooner or later we are gonna have to show this to the others" said Jordan.
Michelle looks at herself. "I look amazing, and I know Peter will love me looking like this, the way I look will have him over the moon for me for sure."
"A shame we couldn't have done this later in the night, I mean I could've given you a makeup too" said Carlota. "You'd look super adorbs and fabulous with some eye liner."
Michelle smirks. "As amazing as that would sound, I'm gonna have to pass on that one. I know how to handle my own makeup and I know what my man wants." She then puts her mirror down. "Still, thanks for this CJ, you are a natural at this."
"Thanks Michelle, and I hope Peter enjoys your style too" said CJ. He then continues his work on Hope, and he looks to Leni then back to Hope. Which confuses the others.
"Umm, CJ? What's with the back and forth to handling Hope, and then looking at Leni" asked Carol.
"And done!" CJ then backs away. "Alright, Hope you're already for the new do."
They all see Hope turn around and are shocked. "Hope, why does your style look like Leni's?"
Not wrong there Rosato. Her long brown hair that is almost close to the combo between Cookie and Mollie, is now looking exactly like Leni's hair.
"Why? Is there something wrong?" asked Hope.
They look to each other and then to Hope. "No problem, just kinda confused" said Stella.
Hope chuckles. "Sorry, I thought that it would be nice to have the same hairstyle as someone who… Someone who helped reason with me to change for the better, and I owe it all to Leni."
Leni smiles hearing this. "Thank you Hope, and it does look good on you. CJ, you totes got all the details from my hair style towards her, now all she needs are some white shades."
"Yeah, every dang detail and no mistakes too" said Michelle. "Wow! You kinda look like a younger version of Leni and also brunette version of her too, dang that is awesome!"
"Thank you, I had to look back and forth because Hope said she wanted every detail" replied CJ.
Hope turns red from this and chuckles nervously. The others were confused, and Gretchen could swear she saw Hope blush.
'No, it can't be. Does Hope have a crush on Leni?! If so, then why the heck not tell us? Something is up.'
"Buh….. Buh….. Buh…." They all turn around and see Lincoln, Ryan and Simon have arrived and see their girlfriends with new hairstyles. Luna, Sam and Ronnie Anne chuckle and look to each other and smirk.
"Three… Two….. One."
All three boys faint and are on the ground, passed out. Knock Out! By hairstyle beauty.
This makes Jordan, Stella and Gretchen giggles. "Looks like they like it girls" said Jordan.
Carlota chuckles and looks to CJ. "You really did make them awe struck to look at, nice job CJ."
"Thanks, Carlota. Soon, I know you can do it too, just have to keep practicing and you can pass in no time" said CJ.
Luna then looks to Hope and then to Leni. "Dudes, what the heck?"
(Somewhere in Michigan.)
A large truck drives through the roads and continues its path through the Clinton, Michigan.
The man driving, is Derrick Carson and he's disguised as a truck driver, driving the semi-truck with the large trailer that is said to be hauling tons of sacked rice, but there is only a few sacks of rice. They are meant to block the real cargo in the back and that cargo are his buddies; Emanuel C. Chavez Del Santos and Jeremy J.K. Trump.
They have some stuff with them, but it's not enough. Some pistols, a knife, chains and rope, chloroform, sacks, hand cuffs, crow bars and sleeping darts.
"Dang. Wish we had some bigger guns" said Emanuel.
"This was the best my guy could get us dude" replied Jeremy. "Sorry if this wasn't enough, but this'll have to do. So, let's just deal with it."
They then hear Derrick on the walkie-talkie: Pipe down back there boys, I can hear the yelling from my side, stay quiet and wait boys. We'll be there soon.
Derrick then continues to drive. "And soon, the ladies will be in our hands, then we can grab my boys and we can get whatever you boys want. This job is gonna be fun."
He was looking forward to getting revenge for his nephews. Then he hears Jeremy speaking through the walkie-talkie. Hey dude, can we stop? We need to use the toilet!
