Chapter 455.
"To be godparents."

(January 21. The Loud House.)
The current situation of the house, is that Lincoln and Jordan are at the living room and going through their phone on the issue with Annabelle McCann and her parents with the town they once called home.
"So, Lisa got all the evidence from the cameras there, right?" asked Jordan.
Lincoln nods. "Yup, and these are all the footage from what Annabelle and her parents have been through from begin shunned out and outcasted by the folks of that town."
They watch the footage and are deeply troubled and angered at the folks of Greatsville and what they did to Annabelle and her parents. "This is just….. Dang, I am so angered by this and just wanna go there and slap some sense into them" said Jordan.
"Same here, but we can make them see that they are bad folks by letting Annabelle and her parents make the shout-out so everyone will know and this will help us handle the crisis and put an end to that town and it's horrible antics" said Lincoln.
"Right, right. Sorry, just so angry at what those folks did to them, they did not deserve to be shunned out" replied Jordan. "When do they call out to them for their actions?"
"Tomorrow, after classes in the town" replied Lincoln. "From what Lisa told me, she called the Allied outpost and they've made the call to the big guys in the law administration or something and they'll sort this out once the word is out and everything has been said and done. That town will be dealt with and so will the folks."
"I just hope this works" said Jordan. They then hear a knock on the door and they know who it is. "They're here!" Lincoln and Jordan race to the front door and open it to see, Jillian Henvers and in her arms is her 7-month old baby, Lucas and he smiles looking at Lincoln and Jordan and tries to reach out towards them.
"Hi kids, Lucas is here to spend some time." Jillian then let's Jordan carry him.
"Hi there little buddy, are you doing okay? Did you miss us?" Jordan boops his nose and this makes him laugh and grab her hand and then suck on her finger. "Lucas, that is not your pacifier and certainly not for eating."
Lincoln then looks to Lucas and the baby smiles seeing him. "Hey there, buddy. Good to see you're adorable face too." He kisses the baby's cheek and this makes him giggle.
Rick, Jesse, Lynn Sr and Rita see them with the baby and smile. "Well, looks like you two are all set and ready for the big hangout with this little, sport" said Rick.
"We are" said Lincoln. He then looks to Jillian. "And don't worry, Ms. Henvers, we'll keep an eye on him and make sure he's not upset. You can count on us, to be the best babysitters to him."
Jillian smiles. "I know, and that's why I trust you both with him to keep him safe." She then hands them the bag. "This has all he needs in case he gets hungry, or needs a diaper change."
"So, where are you guys taking him first?" asked Lynn Sr.
"Well, we're gonna go to the mall and then take him to the park to have some fun together" said Jordan.
"Do you kids need a ride there?" asked Rita.
"No need." They then see a limo arrive. "Hope said she'd let us borrow her limo while she's training with Gretchen and Ryan with the three eagles, and also video chatting with Angel" replied Jordan.
Jillian smiles and she kisses her son's forehead. "Take care of Lucas, and make sure he has fun today. Now go on you two, the day is waiting for you both."
Lincoln and Jordan nod, Jordan has Lucas and Lincoln carries the bag and they go into the limo. "Where to, Miss Rosato?" asked the Driver.
"To the Royal Woods mall, and not too fast too." Jordan then looks to Lincoln and he nods, he then has a sticker and he places it onto the side and back of the limo saying. "Baby onboard." Then they drive off.
The parents are shocked at what he just did. "How long did he have those stickers and where did they come from?" asked Jesse.
Lynn Sr chuckles. "Well, you know our son. He is always the man-with-the-plan, and when combo with Jordan, then they turn into one heck of a team."
Rita then looks to Jillian. "Well, now that you're here. We should get to the dining room, you said you wanted to talk to us about something, right?"
Jillian nods. "It's very important, but I need to know about this whole ordeal I overheard about calling out the town somewhere in Denver, Colorado. What's with that?"
(Royal Woods Mall.)
The duo with the baby have arrived to the mall and both of them wear some ID's that Lisa made, and both ID's say. "Babysitters."
They go around the mall and look around for something. Lucas smiles seeing everything and is mostly interested in anything that looks soft and colorful. "So, where are we headed to?" asked Lincoln.
Jordan smiles at what she found. "There!" They look to the clothes store that says. "Bundles of happy joy." Jordan then goes towards the place and Lincoln follows her to the store.
They both go inside and see so many clothing, for babies of all ages. "Wow. This place sure is a hot spot for cute clothing to make a baby look like something out of an anime dream" said Lincoln. "Well, let's see what Lucas looks cute in."
They start with some clothing that would make him look nice, and what they dress Lucas in is a sailor suit and he looks to the plush walrus and smiles. Lincoln and Jordan look to each other. "Cute, but he doesn't seem like a sailor boy" said Lincoln.
They then dress him up into some monkey pajamas and Lucas claps his hand and looks to the banana plush and he waves it around and laughs and this makes Lincoln and Jordan smirk. "Adorable, but I doubt he'd be a monkey kinda kid" said Jordan.
Next one they dress him up is a Koala and Lucas looks to them and smiles, and he looks to the Small Koala plush near him and hugs hit. This makes them smile and gush at his cuteness. "He is adorable, but I don't think he even knows what Koalas are, should we try something else?" asked Lincoln.
Jordan has an idea, an animal she loves. They then dress him up into a Polar Bear Pajama and look at the baby smiling and laughing as he looks at his hands and then claps. "Oh my wow! He is so adorbs!" Jordan goes over and hugs him and then kisses his nose, which makes the baby laugh.
Lincoln is about to say something, but then he sees a pair of pajamas that would be good. "Hold it there my rose, I think I found something he can try."
They then finish dressing him up and both look at him with stars in their eyes, Lucas is dressed in panda pajamas and he looks at himself in the mirror and laughs, he then looks to Lincoln and Jordan and smiles and this makes them feel like fainting from his cuteness. "This is perfect!"
Lincoln then goes over and picks up Lucas. "You feeling okay with this, little panda baby?"
Lucas smiles and hugs Lincoln and he hugs him back. "I think that's a yes" replied Jordan. "I am so taking a pic of this." She then takes a picture of Lincoln and the baby dressed Lucas.
They then walk out of the store with the pajamas they bought, but they also bought the koala and Polar Bear Pajamas since he looks adorbs in them as well.
Lincoln looks to Jordan who is carrying Lucas who is happy with his attire and the Panda plush he has and he laughs and looks to Lincoln and he reaches for him, Lincoln lets him hold his finger as they walk around the mall, then he sees something. "How about we go on that ride and see if he likes it."
Jordan sees it and smiles. "Let's go then." They both hop in and ride on the train ride with Lucas and they put a conductor's hat on the baby and enjoy this nice train ride, the baby is enjoying this ride and laughs at how fun it was.
Lincoln and Jordan hug the baby. 'This is gonna be so much fun, just the three of us.'
They do see Kat, Joy and Sadie who go over and gush at the cuteness Lucas was dressed in and asked if they can take some pics and they were fine with it. It would make people see the cuteness of this baby.
(Back to the Loud House.)
The parents of the Louds and Rosato's are all enjoying some talk, and told Jillian about the plan to call out Greatsville for their shunning and rude actions to the C. McCann family and how the law will also deal with them.
"At least they'll get their justice and that's okay with me" replied Jillian. "I hope this plan will work, who knows what could happen if it doesn't go well."
"No need to worry, FutureTech can handle the issues and make sure it works and a representative is inbound to help make the plan in motion" replied Rick.
Then Jillian gets a message and she sees the picture of her 7-month old infant Lucas and dressed as a Koala, Polar Bear and now a Monkey. "Wow. Looks like they made him above the cute level."
Rick, Jesse, Rita and Lynn also see this and coo at the cuteness Lucas was in and then they see the recent post from a girl named Kat and it shows Lincoln and Jordan with Lucas at the mall train ride and how happy Lucas is.
"Those two sure know how to make my baby's day" said Jillian.
"Well, they do know how to handle this kinda stuff, they did with Lily and when the eagles were chicks" said Rita. "They risked their lives to save the eagles and Lincoln does his best to keep his little sisters safe from harm."
"He tends to take the hits for them and it kinda hurts us to see him do that, but also feel proud at his courage and loyalty" said Lynn Sr.
Jillian then recalls. "Which brings me to something I need to tell you guys, and it has something to do with Sunday and I would like to have Lincoln and Jordan be there to attend."
"Okay, what's the occasion?" asked Lynn Sr.
What she tells them shocks them to the core and makes them smile, they know Lincoln and Jordan are gonna love this big news, and it's so amazing that Lynn Sr fainted.
(Ketcham Park.)
Lincoln and Jordan with Lucas in her arms arrive to the park and they walk around the place and see some kids having fun, so they walk along the grassy area and the kindergarteners and some preschoolers see Lucas and go to see how cute he was.
They let the little kids take some pics with them and some are also fans of the whole Bald Eagle thing and they sign autographs of course.
They then continue to walk around and then they meet up with the Pokèmon who saved Lucas' life. Trubbish. The walking trash bag goes to the baby and follows them. "Huh, why the heck is Trubbish here?" asked Lincoln.
Jordan then sees a note on the Trubbish which was made by Jillian in case they do run into him. "Says here that Trubbish comes and goes, he tends to explore but when something bad happens then he'll rush back to their home and keep the mother and infant son safe. Huh, that's nice of this little guy to do."
They continue their stroll around the park and soon they feed Lucas his milk and then they continue their walk after burping him and an hour later, he poops and they have to change his diaper.
They continue with their walk and this time Lincoln carries Lucas and they run into Luan and Benny who are performing a puppet show and Lucas smiles and claps at the puppets, some of the kids laugh at the jokes, but for some reason Lucas didn't laugh at Luan's joke.
I guess he didn't get it, which confuses Luan and Benny.
They do get to enjoy watching Luan and Benny make some balloon animals and Luan takes some long black and white balloons and she makes a balloon panda and Lucas smiles seeing it and they walk out of the park with the panda balloon on the rope and Lucas smiles watching it fly.
"Well, this sure has been one fun day with this little bundle of cuteness overload" said Jordan, she kisses his cheek and this makes Lucas laugh and clap.
Lincoln chuckles. "Yeah, and maybe we can do this again with this little buddy. He sure likes our company and our presence. Kinda makes me feel like a dad."
Jordan walks close to Lincoln and she holds Lucas' hand. "Yeah, makes me feel like a mom."
They both make it back to the limo and they drive back to the Loud House.
(The Loud House.)
The limo arrives and they get out. "Thanks for the ride, you can go back to the Pertland mansion now."
"Anytime, Miss Rosato, Mr. Loud." The limo then drives off back to Rose Street.
Lincoln and Jordan then walk towards the house. "Surely they got the messages about us having some fun with Lucas" said Lincoln. "And also got those pictures posted by your gal pals too."
"Yeah, and Lucas might be one cute baby in Michigan to be the little animal bundle baby moment." Jordan then has an idea. "If his birthday does come up, we should make it an animal theme!"
Lincoln chuckles. "Easy there, my love. Take is slow and recall, the whole thing is Jillian's idea, and we'd have to ask her first." They then open the door and see the loud sisters and all of them go towards Lucas.
The baby smiles and looks at them and reaches for Leni and Luna and they let him touch their fingers. "We love seeing you too, Lucas." They then kiss his cheeks and this makes him laugh and hug their faces.
Then Lucas looks to Lucy and his smile is gone and he just stares at her. "Why does he keep doing that?"
Lynn Jr chuckles. "Something tells me this little guy is looking for some answers, I mean you are mysterious and kinda confusing, and also gloomy almost all the time, sis."
"Dudes, we got the posts from what your gal pals posted and they looked so dang adorbs" said Luna. "You two gave this little buddy one heck of a day, a shame Lily couldn't have come with."
Michelle walks towards them with Lily in her hands. "That's because this little girl had to enjoy some more hours of fun at daycare." She then sets Lily on the couch and Lincoln and Jordan place Lucas on the couch and both little ones play with each other and this makes everyone coo at this cuteness.
Then Jillian goes to them. "Glad you guys came back." She then goes to the couch and sits next to Lucas. The baby crawls to his mom and she hugs him. "You had fun didn't ya? I'm so glad you did, and so happy at how much fun you had." she kisses his cheek and this makes him laugh.
Lincoln smiles. "We did what we could and made his day get filled with fun."
"He deserves some fun and happiness, just as you need a break as well, Ms. Henvers" replied Jordan.
"Thank you kids" said Lincoln and Jordan. She then looks to her baby and then back to the duo. "I think I should tell them now." The loud and Rosato parents also agreed.
"Tell them what? What's going on?" asked Lola.
"Does this have something to do with the conversations you all had in the dining room?" asked Lisa.
"I don't recall anything, I was at the backyard with Hops and Metapod" said Lana.
"Guys, please hush up and let Ms. Henvers speak" replied Lucy.
Jillian then looks to Lincoln and Jordan. "Now, you both should know, that Lucas has not been baptized yet."
"Wait what?!" Everyone is shocked to hear that, but the parents know, they were told about this.
"But why?" asked Lincoln and Jordan.
Jillian sighs. "It was all because of that man who was too busy with his robbing schemes and how much he always spent times away from me and Lucas, and then I was planning the whole divorce and I guess it slipped out of me to realize he needed to go to the church to be baptized."
"But don't worry guys, I plan to have him baptized on Sunday at the Royal Woods St. Herald Church, and in the hands of the good priest, I forgot his name though."
Rich then raises his hand. "I know him, his name is Roland P. Chisel." (That name sound familiar my readers?)
"Wow. That's nice of you to do" said Lincoln.
Jillian nods. "Yes, indeed. But, we don't have other family to be there to watch my son be baptized, and I was thinking that you two and along with your family could come along and witness the whole thing."
This shocks the kids. "What? Really?"
Jillian nods. "Lucas is so attached to Lincoln and Jordan, and he sees them as his family, like a close bond between them and I would love to have all of you attend the whole thing."
Hearing this makes them all smile. "Yes, we'd be honored to be witnesses and family to Lucas's baptizing" said Jordan as she holds the baby's hand.
"We're not gonna let you guys do this alone. Because we're all family and we look after each other" said Lincoln. Luna stands close to him and she pulls him close to her. "Always."
Jillian smiles and she lets them hold Lucas and they all go over and look to the baby who is smiling and laughing at the family around him. "You're not gonna be alone, Lucas. You have your mom and all of us" said Lincoln.
Seeing this makes Jillian and the parents smile, they know that this is the right choice, but they know Jillian will tell them the other part to Lincoln and Jordan, when Sunday comes.
Now all they gotta do, is get ready for Sunday and tomorrow.
