Hi All! Here it is! The 2nd half of Draco! Enjoy ^^

lordgemini - Thank you! Yeah, I prefer building stuff up to the battle instead of actually doing it all in one go. Makes things much more suspenseful you know? Leonard and Noah seem to be very polarising for people, some on Leonard's side and some on Noah's, it's pretty funny actually ^^

Aztec 13 - I'm glad you liked it! Scarlett inventing stuff would be more interesting to see yes, I do hope to explore those areas more. Continue to enjoy! ^^

As his voice is heard, a purple electrical aura formed around Leonard. Clouds appeared above the dragon and suddenly a bolt of lightning strikes it directly.

"RAAAAAAA!" The dragon screeches and rustles around as it felt the attack hit. It glares at the gang and lets out a huge roar.

All four of the gang are blown back by the shockwave caused by the roar. Noah, Dwayne and Trent slam into the nearby wall while Leonard flops around on the floor nearby.

"Gh!" Noah winced as he slammed on the wall, he coughed a bit and slowly got off. He dusted himself off a bit and looked back at the two. "You guys ok?"

Dwayne was off the wall already and coughed. "Gah… All good, I think that fixed my back actually" He chuckled a bit.

Trent was off as well and gave a thumbs up, he then pointed at the dragon. "Watch out!"

The dragon glared at them and let out a fiery breath in their direction, Noah suddenly put himself in front and blocked off the flames with the shield, sweat going down his brow as the area around him heated up.

"Nicely done!" Trent complimented.

"T-this shield really was w-worth it" Noah commented.

"I should use that as a plate" Dwayne smiled.

Leonard meanwhile slowly got up and saw Noah had just blocked the fire, he was on the side of the dragon.

Here's my chance.

He went through his spellbook "Ignis Inspiratione!" he pointed his finger, a few fiery embers come out and hit the dragon, it does no damage.

What?!

His eyes widened. "What the-"

"Maybe fire doesn't affect it!" Noah said as he got his rapier out.

Leonard groaned and saw that the dragon turned to him, looking like they were ready to attack.

"Grrr the beast is approaching!" Leonard looked at the dragon and started backtracking.

The dragon stomped towards him.

Uh oh…

The dragon was about to attack but flinched at something, it looked behind and saw Dwayne firing arrows at it.

"Haha!" He smiled and fired a few arrows at its tail. "Take that!"

"Watch out Dwayne!" Trent cried out.

"Don't worry I'm fi- GAh!" Dwayne suddenly got hit by a swinging dragon tail, he flopped onto the ground. "I-i'm fine!"

Noah looked at Trent. "Think you can buff us up?"

Trent nodded. "On it, just keep them distracted so I can get to a far enough place." He smiled and ran off.

Noah nodded and looked back at the dragon, the dragon fired fireballs at him, he proceeded to put a shield in front of him.

As long as I can keep the shield up, I should be safe from the fire.

Trent ran to the nearby area of water and sat down on a bunch of rocks, he got out his guitar and started playing some tunes to buff the gang up. "Speed should do it…" He smiled to himself and closed his eyes.

Noah felt a blast of energy inside of him, he ran towards the dragon while speeding up quickly.

"Hyahhh!" He stabbed the dragon in the side.

The dragon screeched and swung its wing at Noah, knocking him away. "Gah!"

Dwayne got up and ran a bit of a distance to fire again, with his increased speed he shot arrows faster as well as ran faster, making things much more efficient. "Let's goooo!"

The dragon screeched as the arrows stuck inside of it, they glared back at him and blasted fire his way.

"Ghh!" Dwayne ran as the fire kept nearing him.

"Hot hot hot!" Dwayne ran around trying to dodge everything.

Meanwhile, Noah flopped near Leonard, he gave a small chuckle at Noah's misfortune.

"Ee're on the same side you know." Noah frowned and coughed a bit of blood as he got up.

"I'm aware." Leonard seemed aloof.

"Look… Can we talk about this later… and just have a truce for now…" Noah frowned and pointed to Dwayne being chased by the dragon.

Leonard sighed. "fine." He looked at him. "So… what do we need to do here?"

"Well it's clear that your fire powers aren't working so, just use other powers," Noah commented and started thinking. "Honestly, I'm not sure on a proper strategy yet, just keep damaging and hope it whittles them down to stop." He shrugged.

"Hm.. right." Leonard frowned and looked at his spellbook. "Fulgur Inspiratione!" He blasted lightning straight at the dragon, the dragon screeching and looking at the two. "Good luck sarcastic one!" He ran off a bit.

Noah sighed as he saw the dragon lose its attention on Dwayne.

Hmm… so the dragon seems to now focus on something that easily… interesting.

The dragon flew a bit in the air and blasted wind at him, he stuck his rapier in the ground and held onto it. "Ghh!"

Dwayne started firing from the backend into the dragon.

Trent smirked. "I know!" He changed his cord and fired a stun at the dragon which stopped them from blasting wind.

"gh…" Noah stopped grabbing and watched the dragon waddle a bit stunned. "here's your chance!" He ran over and stabbed the dragon.

At the same time Leonard blasted lightning and Dwayne fired more arrows.

"Take that and that!" Dwayne smirked.

"Getting a bit too enthusiastic there," Noah commented.

"Oh, sorry" Dwayne chuckled as he fired more.

The dragon winced at the damage being inflicted on it, it shook its head as the stun wore off and swung its whole body around, slamming everyone away.

"Gahh!" Dwayne hit another wall "r-ring around the rosesssssss" Dwayne felt dizzy.

Leonard slammed into Trent. "Gah!"

Trent fell to the ground and hit his head on a rock. "ghh..." He seemed a bit disorientated.

Noah fell straight into the body of water, the sound of splashing can be heard.

Leonard shook his head and got up. "gh…" he rubbed his head. He looked around and saw the dragon surveying the area and then look right at Leonard. His eyes widened.

"G-guys!" Leonard looked around, he saw both Dwayne and Trent pretty much down for now. "uh…" He looked for Noah and couldn't see him. "N-Noah?!" He looked directly at the body of water and saw a human-like shadow and bubbles coming from it.

Leonard gulped as he saw the water, his fear was still there. It was the first time he was going to swim without the assistance of Bridgette.

Time felt like it slowed down.

He breathed heavily and just stared at the water.

Come on… you can do it.

He inhaled and exhaled.

Ok… let's go.

He clenched his fists and jumped into the water.

The water felt cold, ice cold. Leonard felt goosebumps as he traversed the water for Noah. In the distance, he saw Noah just flowing down in the water, eyes closed and looking a bit blue, Leonard put his eyes on him and swiftly swam over to grab him.

I got you…

He tried to get Noah out but noticed at his own robe was stuck to a branch in the water.

Ghh!

He tried his best to calm down, he slowly adjusted his robe so that it wasn't stuck anymore, he imagined a sigh of relief.

He proceeded to pull Noah out of the water with him.

"Gaahh!" Noah gasped for air and coughed out water. "gahh… holy.. what… what" He blinked. "What... happened?"

Trent looked up from his dizziness. "H-happy to see you still here Noah!" he got up. "Gah…"

Leonard smiled at him. "I got you, Noah."

"W-wow.. thank you" Noah gave him a look of respect.

"Of course, we are buds after all" Leonard smiled back.

Noah then frowned and pointed behind him. "Uh, we should probably pay attention to the dragon."

The dragon sends a fire blast their way.

Noah looked around for his shield but it was on the other side of the room. "M-my shield isn't here!"

Leonard thought in a quick second and had an idea. "Sonum Aqua!" He shouted as a blast of water formed and extinguished the water.

"Nice thinking Leonard!" Trent complimented.

Noah nodded.

Leonard smiled. "There we go!"

Noah pointed to the rapier and shield which were on the other side of the room. "I need to get those, can you distract the dragon for me?"

"Of course" Leonard smirked and prepared more lightning blasts.

Trent got his guitar and started playing to speed Noah up. "Go, Noah!"

Noah nodded and dashed off, Leonard fired more lightning blasts and used the newly acquired speed to keep himself dodging from the dragon's attacks.

Noah circled around the dragon and grabbed both the rapier and shield. "Got them!" He gave a thumbs up and looked over to Dwayne. "Dwayne! You ok there?"

"Gah… A-all good" Dwayne coughed as he was still on the ground. "Just resting a bit…"

"No time to rest," Noah said bluntly as he tried to get back to the other two. The dragon noticed Noah's speech and directed its attention to him, sending a few fire blasts at which Noah simply blocked with his shield.

This shield really was a good investment.

As Leonard fired more blasts suddenly the blasts stopped. "H-huh?" He frowned. "Fulgur Inspiratione!" Nothing. "Fulgur Inspiratione!" he repeated and also led to nothing. "Gh.., I think I need to meditate!"

"N-now?!" Noah was blocking with his shield.

"Yes! I must do it to regenerate!" He ran off to the sidelines to meditate. "I need your assistance Trent, to help me relax with your music."

Trent nodded. "Hopefully my stat boosts last a while." He ran over.

Leonard sat in his usual sitting position and closed his eyes. "Go ahead…"

Trent nodded and started playing his guitar.

Leonard closed his eyes and slowed his breathing.

I'm ready….

He slowly goes into deep meditation.

Meanwhile, Noah was berating Dwayne.

"Get up Dwayne!" Noah shouted as the dragon swung at Noah, knocking him down. "A-cka!"

"Fine fineee!" Dwayne struggled but got up. "Ok…" He grabbed his bow and fired at the dragon, the dragon looked back at Dwayne and glared.

"eep!" Dwayne jumped a bit.

"Ghhh…" Noah rolled over and looked over to Leonard who was still meditating.

Come on…

The dragon looked at the two of them and started to fly a bit.

"W-what is it…" Dwayne blinked.

Noah instinctively put the rapier to the ground and held onto it, before he could warn Dwayne he saw as the dragon started thrashing wind at them.

"G-ghh!" Dwayne blew back a bit and fell onto his butt. "That wind is strong!"

"O-oh really? I didn't notice!" Noah shouted as he held onto the rapier tightly.

The dragon then landed as it stopped its wind blowing.

Noah looked behind the dragon and saw the body of water.

Oh!

He got an idea and looked at Leonard.

I'll need him…

As Noah stared he saw Leonard just meditating still, Trent continued to play lightly with the guitar.

"mmm… mmm…" Trent hummed lightly. "How long is going to take exactly?"

"Shh!" Leonard shushed him. "It should take 10 minutes.."

Trent nodded and continued.

The dragon swung its tail at Noah, he tried to block with his shield but was thrown back onto the ground. "Gah!"

I really need him back up!

Noah saw as the dragon got close, in eating distance.

Uh oh…!

He struggled to get up and watched as the dragon opened its mouth as it got close.

Noah closed his eyes and prepared to be eaten.

…

The sound of the dragon growling was heard.

"Hey! Dragon dragon dragon! Here boy.. uh girl? uh…" Dwayne blinked as he shot more arrows at the dragon.

The dragon turned around and glared at Dwayne, they fired a fireball.

"Ahh!" Dwayne ran however the tail end of his shirt caught alight. "eep!"

"Stop drop and roll!" Noah shouted.

"No, I don't want to rock and roll!" Dwayne shouted as he panicked and tried to pat down the fire.

Noah groaned. "Stop drop and roll!" He shouted again.

"Ohh!" Dwayne smiled and then flopped to the ground to roll around.

He rolled a bit too far and bumped into the dragon, he looked up. "Oh hey there."

The dragon glared.

"U-uhh! Noahhh!" Dwayne panicked a bit.

"On it!" Noah got up and waved his arms. "Over here!"

The dragon looked towards Noah.

Heh easily distractable huh…

He got his rapier and got into a battle stance. "Come on…!" He smirked to himself.

The dragon swung its tail and collided with Noah's shield, sending him back again, this time Noah stuck the rapier in the ground and kept his momentum.

"There we go..!" Noah smiled a little.

"Getting into it eh?" Dwayne chuckled as he rolled and got up, dusting himself off.

"A little." Noah blinked.

"Tadaaaa!" Leonard jumped up. "I believe I'm ready!" He smirked.

"Perfect" Noah said as he looked back. "I got a plan."

"Oh?" Trent got up. "What is it?"

"I need Leonard to stay on standby while we get the dragon into the body of water."

Leonard frowned a bit. "I could just try to blast the dragon there."

Noah shook his head. "No, we need you to have all your power, because you'll need a lot to do what I planned."

"And what is the plan?" Dwayne asked.

"You'll see." Noah blinked and pointed ahead. "Watch out!"

The dragon flew into the air and blasted wind at them again, Noah slammed his rapier down and directed everyone to hold on.

"GhhH!" Noah gritted his teeth a bit.

"S-super strong!" Trent gripped tightly.

"Mhmm!" Leonard nodded.

The dragon realised it did not do any effect on them and started to fly down.

Noah stared at the dragon's stomach which was scratched and damaged the most.

Interesting...

"Trent! Do a random strum!" Noah ordered.

"W-where?!" Trent blinked.

"Below the dragon, by the stomach!" Noah demanded.

Trent slopingly got his guitar and just strummed randomly while focusing on the spot, a sudden explosion happened, blasting the dragon into the air.

"Woah!" Dwayne's eyes widened.

"I knew it, weak area," Noah smirked as the dragon flopped to the ground, near the pool area.

"Ghhh…" The dragon struggled a bit as it got up.

"What now?!" Dwayne shouted.

Noah inspected the dragon as it continued to struggled. Noah looked to the ground and pointed to a rock. "Hey Dwayne, throw that rock into the water!"

"Ah, Sure!" Dwayne smiled and grabbed the rock, he closed one eye, stuck out his tongue and threw the rock into the water, the splash startled the dragon.

The dragon roared and diverted its attention to the water.

"Do it again" Noah ordered.

Dwayne nodded and threw another rock into the water.

The dragon suddenly dashed straight into the water and looked around.

"Just as I thought…" Noah smirked. "Now Leonard! Quick use a lightning attack"

"On it!" Leonard smiled. "Fulgur Inspiratione!" He raised his arm and a blast of lightning shocked the area around the dragon, the water made the damage inflicted on the dragon much heavier. The dragon screeched and then fell one last time.

"I-is it over?" Trent asked.

Noah nodded. "It sure is."

"Woooo!" Dwayne jumped in cheer and danced around a bit.

Trent looked at the dragon and frowned a bit. "I wish we didn't have to kill such a beautiful creature…"

Noah shrugged. "Sometimes it's for the greater good I guess."

"Time to collect the loot!" Leonard ran over and blasted off the horn from its head, he caught it in his hand and instantly jumped around. "ah ah ah! Hot!" He dropped it in the water.

Trent walked over. "Grab it quickly and put it in the bag." He smiled and opened his backpack.

Leonard smiled and grabbed the horn quickly. "ah ah!" He dropped it into the bag. "Loot acquired!" He smirked.

Noah looked around the area. "I still wonder how a dragon got in here in the first place."

Trent walked to the body of water. "Oh, I think I got an answer there."

"Hm?" Noah blinked and walked over.

Trent pointed into the water. "It's a bit hard to see but you can see that the water leads outside. It seems they swim here."

Noah frowned. "Very odd, it seems so secluded."

"I hear dragons like their solitude" Leonard said.

"I suppose…" Noah frowned.

"Ohhh are we going to go out that way too?" Dwayne asked as he stopped dancing.

Noah frowned. "Id rather not get any wetter." He sighed as he looked down at his wet clothes from the fight.

"Oh, fair enough." Dwayne chuckled.

Trent looked back at the group. "We're leaving I guess."

Dwayne smiled. "oh, yah!" He smiled. "I can't believe we fought a dragon!"

Noah nodded. "it was quite something."

"Good job guys" Trent smiled.

Leonard walked over to Noah.

"Hm?" Noah blinked.

Leonard let out a hand. "I forgive you." He smiled.

Noah looked down at his hand and back up at Leonard. He shook his hand. "... Thanks, you… aren't that bad."

Leonard smiled. "Hehe, I got plenty of stories to share still on the way back!" He walked.

"Oooo yess, I loveee stories!" Dwayne followed.

Trent chuckled to himself a bit as he followed.

Noah sighed. "Alright.. let's hear them…" He followed along.

"So…! Basically I met this frog called Jeremy who…"

The boys walked back into town, they looked a little rough, with a few bruises and scars though looked determined still.

"Are we going straight to the potion shop?" Leonard asked.

"I don't see why not," Noah said as he walked.

"I think someone should go inform Scarlett that we did it" Trent suggested.

"Oh, good idea, I'll go" Leonard smiled and walked.

"I think I'll go too, in case Leonard decides to explain what happens in.. his own way." Trent gave Noah the backpack and followed Leonard.

Noah looked at Dwayne. "Just us two huh?"

"Just like old times." Dwayne smiled and walked through town with him.

"Here." Noah passed Dwayne the backpack. "I can barely carry that thing, it's like a steel bar."

Dwayne took it. "Seems easy to me" he chuckled.

"Yeah well, I'm still what one would call a weakling" He rolled his eyes.

"Maybe your next training should be hitting the gym" Dwayne laughed.

"Very funny.." Noah grumbled and looked around. "hmm… it's kinda wild how far we've gone."

"Oh yess, though I still wonder about your powers." Dwayne looked around a bit.

"Yeah, I know. They didn't even come out this time. It's weird." Noah sighed. "I was able to run around during the fight though, so the training did do us good" Noah walked ahead to check that they were going the right way.

"Definitely. I wish Junior could see us now" He smiled.

"I'm sure he'll be found soon," Noah said.

Dwayne looked at Noah, his smile suddenly faded. "N-Noah!"

"Hm?-" Suddenly a hand grabbed Noah. "Ghh!" He was pushed to the ground by a few guards in white knight armour.

"Noah, you are under arrest at the request of Queen Staci!" The guard said as he to pin him down, his face pressed against the dirt floor.

"G-gahh! W-why?!" Noah screeched.

"We have no reason to tell you that." The guard said bluntly as they cuffed him.

"N-Noah!" Dwayne was shaking a bit.

"D-Dwayne! G-get out of here!" Noah shouted.

"E-eep!" Dwayne almost fell over and started running the other way.

"Should we go after him?" One guard asked.

Another shook their head. "She only wants him out of the way." They looked at Noah.

Noah frowned and struggled.

They lifted him up, still cuffed. "Let's go."

They slowly directed Noah away in their grip.
