Chapter 462.

"Court against St. Clair."

(Royal Woods Court House.)

The school day has given the students another day off to deal with their studies so they can get ready for what comes tomorrow. The big test.

But the louds, they got some bigger fish to fry and when I mean bigger fish, I mean richer fish. Was that a joke? Did I just make a joke? I don't know if I did.

Back to what we're here for!

It's around 11 am and the court house is having a private court sessions, and the eagles are all outside the courthouse and keeping an eye on the place for anyone wanting to intervene with this

The louds are all in the court house, and on one side are Lana, Lola along with Lincoln and Jordan with Wallace Warwick as their lawyer and sitting in the audience on their end are the rest of the loud family, and Lori as well, since she heard about what had happened.

We also have Michelle Lewis, Mr. Grouse, Rick, Jesse and Ryan Rosato. Hope and her parents, Gretchen and her mom, Jenny Mulligan, Peter Harris and then we have Albert and Myrtle, and for some reason Scoots is there? Why?

"What? I got nothing else to do, and I wanna see where this going. This should be good."

Also there, are some parents with their kids who were there when the attack of Lacey's robot skunk happened and each of them are ready to tell the court what happened.

They all talk about what might happen, and they have all the evidence they need and Wallace knows what to do. 'This is gonna be easy.'

The jury is there, mostly a few people and two of them are Hugh and Ms. Dimartino. Hugh's test in the community college doesn't start until next week.

Lola and Lana are both nervous, they don't know what might happen if they don't win this case, sure the girl who harmed them and then bring out the punishment.

Lacey might get away with this, and chances she might do this again and they don't want the rest of their family to take the heat.

Lana recalls when Lincoln had to fight off her once great pet snake, and she doesn't wanna have him get harmed when Lacey does get out of this mess.

Then the doors open and the defendants come in. Timothy and Sabrina St. Clair, along with their daughter Lacey St. Clair, and she looks towards Lana and Lola, almost like she wants the twins dead, for good.

The parents of the rich girl look scared, they don't know what would happen if they lose and what else the opposing side has planned for Lacey.

They can see the glares coming from the Louds, they all don't like what happened to Lola and Lana. This got personal real fast.

The lawyer for the St. Clair' arrive and she was told about what is going on, she doesn't know whether to be upset about this or not. But she has a job to do and she will see what she can do. She won't win this.

The bailiff is next to the judges table, and then he makes the announcement. "All right, for the honorable Judge James M.C Build."

They all ride and then they see the man with light brown hair and in his early 50's take the seat. He then takes his seat, and does everyone else. "Alright, now let's see what this case is about."

Wallace Warwick starts off and tells the judge and jury of what Lacey St. Clair did and he shows footage of what happened and this makes everyone disgusted by this girl, and heartbroken to see Lola and Lana go through that pain and try to defend each other.

The next footage shows that Lacey tried to flee when she was being confronted and that her dog got hurt trying to stop her and this angers everyone in the court house.

Timothy and Sabrina can tell that this is not gonna go so well.

Lacey on the other hand is deeply angered by this, and she wants to win, but with all the evidence she can't and it's just getting started.

They then call up witnesses and they all come onto the chair and tell them what they encountered.

Meli was scared to speak, but she was able to gather some courage and tell them what happened and what she saw and who was responsible for this, but she was too scared to help Lola and Lana and she feels bad for her actions.

Lola and Lana are okay with it, they know she was afraid. It did look like a skunk at first and most folks would just run, while some try to scare it off.

But then came someone who Lola knows and has a crush on, Winston and he tells them that he wasn't at the playground, but he did arrive to the park alongside his parents and Skippy, and he says they saw the whole thing and Winston saw Lacey there.

Winston is the one who told his parents to call 911 and tell them of the girl who did it, so that explains why cops came to the St. Clair mansion when Lacey was being scolded, like a ton of cop cars.

Lacey is now ticked off, that fancy boy is the reason why those cops showed up and why word of her actions is now spread to the whole town like wildfire.

One by one, a lot of kids from Lola and Lana's class tell them what happened and how it all went, and the St. Clair's and they're lawyer now see the harsh reality. They're not gonna win this.

Then someone walks in. Martin McKenzie. "Alright, so I have some footage from all angels and this is what I got."

The FutureTech boss shows them footage of the many cameras that got the whole thing, and even sees Lacey walk into the park before the whole thing started and they see her waiting by the bushes for the right moment and she by passes the sleeping Abomasnow too.

They even see Lacey knock away some of the Pokèmon who were following her, she didn't want anyone or anything knowing what she's doing and they see her kick away an Oddish and it runs off screaming.

Now that is enough to make her be given the guilty plea.

They have seen and heard all they needed and so the recess was ordered so that the jury can take their time and speak about what's toe verdict.

They all take their leave from the place, and then regroup.

Lacey and her parents, and the lawyer need to find a way out of this, but their lawyer sees no way through and sure as heck her words and attempts didn't do anything to help, the evidence is clear as day and surely not wrong.

Lacey St. Clair is not gonna be charged not guilty.

But they don't know that the worse is yet to come, because Jenny was recording all of this.

(After the recess.)

With the 15 minute recess done, everyone goes back to their respective seats and then the judge and jury arrives.

Lacey is now upset and desperate into getting out of this. 'Please. Please. I am not guilty, I am the victim here, from those who are beneath me!'

The judge looks to the jury. "Has the jury's verdict been made?"

"Yes you're honor." It's Ms. Dimartino who speaks for the jury. "We the verdict have all come to a unanimous discussion and find the defendant, Lacey St. Clair, guilty."

Lacey is shocked to hear this, and her parents. But the lawyer, she knows this was coming and knows that there was nothing else she can do. This man, Wallace Warwick had all the evidence.

Lana and Lola smile and hug each other, but then they stop because they're still a bit sore.

The louds and everyone else also cheer at this.

Seeing them happy was making Lacey annoyed. "You little runts!" she tries to go after them, but her lawyer holds her back. "No! No, let me go! Those two did this to me! I should've finished them off! We were better off without them!"

Hearing this makes everyone shocked and gasp, and makes The St. Clair parents have tears, their daughter has lost it.

A guard comes and holds down Lacey St. Clair, and she watches as Peter Harris hands the judge the note.

"Alright, so after hearing the guilty verdict and with this note is the sentence." He then reads the note.

"Now, for bringing harm to the twins, Lola and Lana Loud, the St. Clair family is to deliver the payment of 50,000 dollars for their medical situations, and we already know that the Maltese in their family was given to the louds as well."

Timothy and Sabrina are confused and baffled, that was it? 50,000 dollars? They thought they were gonna be sued for every cent, but that was it?

The judge then continues to read. "And after seeing how Lacey reacted earlier, the court hereby sentences her to be sent to the all girl's reformatory school located in Keweenaw." the judge then slams his gable and the court is adjourned.

"Case dismissed."

The judge then walks off and the jury also takes their leave.

The St. Clair parents watch as their daughter is being taken away by officers, and she's shocked in her mind.

Lacey St. Clair is gonna be sent off to a faraway place, to be given help for her actions and she can't go back home, until she's done.

She has some tears and she lashes out. "No! Don't do this to me! Do you know who I am?! I am Lacey St. Clair, I am the richest 9 year old in school and I am above your station! You hear me?!"

The St. Clair parents can see that Lacey has lost it.

(Outside the Court House.)

They all watch as Lacey is being cuffed and placed into a heavily armored dropship and it takes off.

The St. Clair parents go towards the Louds. "We're so sorry that our daughter did this to your children. We'll make sure the cash is sent to your family" replied Timothy.

Lynn Sr is about to speak, but then Lola and Lana speak.

"Actually, we'd like the cash to be sent to Sunset Canyon" said Lola. "The place could use some cash to keep it supported."

"Yeah, we don't really need the cash. Just give it to them and we'll tell the guys of the law that we got the cash from you guys" said Lana.

This surprises them all, but they all smile at the nice choice that the twins have made. "You're such nice girls, thank you and we will be sure the cash goes to them" replied Sabrina.

"No problem, and we know that Lacey did this to herself and that you both tried to be there for her" said Lola. "But never got the chance."

"Maybe when the time comes, she'll be changed and then she can be with her parents again" replied Lana.

Hearing this was giving some hope to the St. Clair parents, and they take their leave to get everything prepared, but they have to discuss on what to do with Lacey's room.

Everyone else talks and celebrate for what happened. Jenny goes towards Lincoln and Jordan. "So, should I put this on the news blog?"

Lincoln and Jordan see the camera. "Yeah, but the parents had nothing to do with this" said Lincoln.

"They didn't know what their daughter did and they tried they're hardest to make her someone she's not, but I vengeance and hatred was inside Lacey, she did this to herself" replied Jordan.

Jenny nods and she goes off to post the footage.

Lincoln and Jordan walk towards Martin, who is about to leave.

"Martin, we wanna thank you for having the time to come here" replied Jordan.

"You really did come through with the footage of the different camera angels of what happened. Thanks" replied Lincoln.

Martin smiles. "My pleasure, and I do hope your sisters will get better." He then activates his Tech sector Suit. "Well, I gotta get going, I got me some monsters to study on."

They watch as Martin McKenzie flies off in his suit, and back to his world.

"You think we can hang out and hear the stories from our hero allies?" asked Jordan.

"Chances we will" replied Lincoln.

They then realize what he just said. "Wait, did he say monsters?"

To be continued…..

A/N: And there goes Lacey St. Clair, almost like how they dealt with Leslie Silver and her posse, which means it'll be peaceful without another rich mean dirt bag, for now. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
